To Our Friends in Africa and Other Overseas Countries…

As you may have read in my earlier post regarding the THEFT of our content, there are some individuals/groups that have been copying our recaps/updates and posting them on their pages (i.e., Facebook). I have made every attempt to communicate with these individuals/groups and some have expressed sincere regret and ceased this activity (which we greatly appreciate), but there are those who scoffed at or ignored my communications.

Caray, Caray! has always been a very welcoming community, but we will not tolerate those who intentionally take advantage of and abuse our blog. Because of  these select few who have total disregard and no respect for the hard work of our authors who voluntarily gave of their time, effort, and talent to provide us with superbly written recaps/”updates”, it is with great regret that I inform you of viewing and copying restrictions that have had to be made. I had no recourse but to “hide” the recaps which were posted on the “Primetime” pages (specifically for Vencer El Pasado and Si Nos Dejan). We have also made some “copying” restrictions and working on more to prevent COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. AND there are other alternatives that I am considering .

Please be advised that I, along with some loyal Caraymates and team members, will continue to search for plagiarists and also for information on telenovelas that are currently airing or will start soon…and I WILL take action.
