Cuidado: Friday 5/8/09- "Fill-in The Blanks"
Labels: Cuidado
that sucks about ro and vic, why did they have to mess up that fairytale? i agree with a comment i remember from before about the writers butchering his good character.
Why is JM jr. still SIX MONTHS old??? Why is he not walking and talking like any normal 15 month old kid?
We knew this tele was a stretch of credibility, but come on!
Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. Did Pat and Cece learn nothing from Steffi? How magnanimous of Pat to decide: "this will be the first and last time that Cande puts MC in danger, so they'll forgive her this time.....but this time only." Grrrr...
Of course, it makes perfect sense to believe someone who has been acquainted with Mari a few short months, AJ, over Cande, the mother who raised Mari with care, love and affection all of her life.
Cande's crying was heartbreaking. Thought it was some of the saddest scenes so far and there have been many.
And, Vincente Cheating on Ro??? Absolutely ridiculous. As you said JM Lover, why on earth would they ruin the fairytale, the one happy couple in this entire mess???
If anyone can come up with anything positive about the episode (aside from adorable JM Jr.), please let me know.

On the side, Diana, yeah for the Celts and Sox and the Bruins, game was fantastic. Still can't hear from the noise and can't talk from the screaming! Spent Mother's Day with my daughter before the game in the North End, saw Paul Revere's House, Old North Church, what a day, 60's, sunshine, and windy. Beautiful. Hope everyone had a lovely Mother's Day. Happy Mother's Day, Cande!!
I'm not quitting Cuidado either. I'm in it for the duration although still puzzled why they've dropped every interesting storyline to keep with this gut wrenching one and have split up our favorite couple, Ro and Vincente. The writers better hurry up and redeem themselves.

As for the show...it is way too funny to be a drama. As silly as it is getting, I will hang in there till the end.

I know they wouldn't want to get rid of that adorable baby and switch to an older "actor" but then why not write the story so his age makes sense? It's not like it needed to be the 2-year anniversary, or JM couldn't have found a way to help Marichuy that didn't involve six months away. Okay, whatever, letting it go...
The Vicente thing is just beyond, though. I mean, he learned to walk again just because he wanted to be with her and didn't want her to have the inconvenience of being with a guy in a wheelchair! Now he's cheating on her? As if!
Ella, you know they say you take for granted what is in your own backyard, well this was my first time in the North End and seeing the history (I was a history major too way, way back when) of our country with the Old North Church, etc. It was a beautiful day in the North End. What a lovely place. Thumbs will be sore from using the remote tomorrow between Sox, Celts, Bruins, and Cuidado!
I agree, Diana, that Cande’s sobbing was heart-wrenching. Ceci and Pat sure have taken over what is really by rights Cande’s daughter. And the sad part was that Cande looked like she was blathering, whereas AJ looked more composed and credible. Arggghh!
I agree – the Vicente storyline sucks big time.
Another heart attack! At least that gave me some comic relief. The writers are just too much.
Say, TV y Novelas doesn’t have anything on Cuidado for the second issue in a row. What’s up with that?
I agree with the comments: saddened by the Ro/Vic debacle; heart broken over Cande crying and AJ gloating; and disgusted with Pat being a jerk AGAIN. You would think the writers would try to do something NEW.
