Mi verdad #51 part 1.

Larisa leaves the house looking like the cat that got the cream. She has Luciano right where she wants him.

Belinda is crying in her room. Aitana comes to comfort her. She asks are you upset because your dad is having a baby if his blood or because it means they may get together. Belinda says for the second reason, although there is a bit of truth to the first reason. Aitana assures her to your dad you are his daughter, blood or no blood relation. Nothing will take your place in his heart. Belinda is frustrated because nothing is turning out as she hoped. Aitana dient know what else to say to reassure her, so she hugs her and says everything will pass, the good and the bad. Nothing is for forever. Belinda says I love you a lot. Aitana says I love you more.

Bruno and Luciano are talking in the study. Luciano can't believe this is happening. He was happy with his daughter. Bruno says didn't you discuss children with Larisa. We did, but given her age, problems with her ovaries, I didn't think it would happen. Especially at this moment. Bruno asks what is significant about this moment? Luc says because I don't feel the same for her anymore, my life was going in a different direction.

Luciano talks with his mom. I'm in shock. Eloisa says we resolve one problem and another arises. I'm tired of this. Eloisa says well raise the baby, just like we are going to get Nuria's kids. Luciano wouldn't do that to Larisa, ho couldn't take a baby from it's mother. Inigo is his own person and if he chooses to get custody of his daughters that's his business.

Larisa video calls dad to tell him the news. He's thrilled. She hopes it's a boy since Iñigo's children are girls ((foreshadowing of him being Belinda's dad and possibly her baby's dad?). Larisa's dad says if you have a son they will welcome you back, and maybe they will forgive me too. Larisa says I doubt that will ever happen.

Eloisa tries to reason with Luciano that a child being raised by a liar and thief is bad, but Luciano won't take a baby from it's mother (Why didn't he feel that way when he got Belinda and follow up on the comatose mother, or did that only come out recently?). Aitana listens at the door as usual. She lies down on her bed. Luciano leaves Mom's room and knocks on her door. Who is it. Me. I don't want to talk to you right now. He whispers he has to talk to her. She tells him she has a lot to digest and wants to think about it alone. If you don't want to talk to me now, remember I love you, he says. Goodnight she says. She sends Karime a text, I need to see you.

Larisa's dad is sad he won't nget to know his grandson. Larisa says we'll make it happen somehow. He's feeling a bit home sick. Larisa says it's your fault and you have to suffer the consequences. Hopefully this baby will help me recover part of my life

Karime and Aitana meet outside. Karime asks how was Mexico. Incredible! But. Why are you about to cry K asks. Because Larisa is having a baby with Luciano. How are things going between you two K asks. Aitana says I don't know. I don't want to talk to him. And Karime says the obvious (to us). Are you sure it's his baby? Aitana is shocked, that did not occur to her.

Belinda talks to her dad. She tells him if you decide to get back with her I'm staying here. I'm almost 28 and I can make that choice. He tells her she is always the most important person in his life. If you ever have a problem you can talk to me and we can fix it (hinting at her bolemia I think).

Aitana says you think it could be Iñigo's baby and she is trapping Luciano. Exactly Karime says. How can we find the truth. Karime says that woman is capable of doing anything to get her way. Aitana would rather forget luc, remember her justice quest and bond with her daughter. Karime says you also have the right to have love! Don't let her steal your life with him.




 

Mi verdad episode 51 part 2

Luciano continues to pump Belinda for ways to help her in anything she needs help with. She says she's ok. He says soon the remodel of our house will be complete and we'll move back together, with the baby on my visitation days. Belinda says isn't it we to have a baby at your age, it could be me having a baby. Then talks about the 18 year difference in age some more, but I'm not quite sure the point she is trying to make

Karime tells Aitana that Zac is so insecure. He was so jealous that you went away. I had to remind him you aren't really novios. Aitana feels bad about the lie they are perpetrating. Then she raves some more about Luciano. Karime says bye. Aitana calls Larisa. I have a question for you, whose the baby daddy? Get a DNA proof. Larisa says did you forget our agreement. Aitana says I'm more than happy to share that video if you and Iñigo, I don't care what you reveal about me.

Luciano comes down the stairs, Aitana tries to avoid him. He asks her to wait. He's been talking to Belinda and she isn't confiding in him about her eating disorder. Aitana says that adolescents want to keep it from the parents. We really need a specialist. She says I'm going to bed, he hopes they can talk tomorrow. She says I just can't.

Gloomy Zac texts Aitana again. She says she's back. Sorry for not talking to you. We need to talk tomorrow. He texts back I'll look for you tomorrow. I'm thinking about you. Aitana rolls her eyes as she falls back on her bed, sending him some emoji I couldn't decipher.

It's been a while since a full moon is shown is the shows we've watched, but tonight we are treated to one. And then it's morning and Aitana is out for a jog in the countryside. She stops and recalls her time with Luciano in the barn. Then she recalls him asking to marry her (that may have been during the lunar trip re-entry pre-emption), and then Larisa's bombshell announcement at the breakfast table. Zac has tracked her down on horseback. They make some small talk, good news on Mateo and Ximena breaking up. She almost made the worst mistake of her life she's so blind. More stuff was said, not sure if it was important. She says I have to get back. Zac senses something wrong and asks if everything is ok. I'll see you later is her response.

Mateo tells Bruno he's glad about Larisa. Mom will have something else to concentrate on besides me and Ximena. But the baby if Luciano is spoken by Mateo, and who wanders in the vet office but Iñigo. What child of Luciano he asks. Don't you know, Bruno asks. Larisa is 10 weeks pregnant.


 

Mi verdad episode 51 part 3*
Nuria is with Larisa as she waits at the hospital.
*Luciano is in the study. Zac knocks. He asks where did you go yesterday? Did you talk to the new distributor about the animal feed. Luciano says it was a no go, they are sticking with the current provider. Zac is rather snooty saying what a shame. Can I help find someone else. Luciano says no, I've got it.
*Nuria tells Larisa that Eloisa will end up accepting the baby and forgiving her dad. Larisa hopes so, he could be the last grandchild since you and Iñigo are separated and Bruno probably won't have kids.
*Zac runs into Micaela in the street. Yes in a rush but she thanks him for helping Ximena. Then she brings up.that Eloisa was upset and even more upset now because of what happened with Luciano. She tells him last night Larisa came and told the family she is pregnant. Zac sends Aitana a text. "I need to see you urgently".
*Eloisa holds her husbands photo. Ricardo, you wouldn't believe what's going on in our family. Everyone is having problems. I wish you were here to help me forget everything and everyone. But don't worry, you know I always take care of everything. Help me please.
*Zac waits for Aitana in the greenhouse. He heard about Luciano. Now you can forget him and give us another shot. Now we are adults I deserve another chance with you. Now the other lover sends her a text asking her to meet him int the stable in an hour. Zac drones on and says including our daughter. That catches her attention. They hug as she cries. She doesn't know how to tell Belinda. We were novios then, let's make it real that we are novios again.
*Bruno goes to the study. Luciano, something weird is happening. El negro has left town. He left me a voicemail. Katy told me. I think they are suspicious of the mayor now. Bruno is really concerned for Katy.
*Zac is still pushing for an opportunity with Aitana. She tells him he doesn't deserve a woman who can only give him half her heart. Think about it, I just want a shot. No one loves you like I do.
*Belinda talks with her friend Florencia, who still hasn't left for London. They think it's gross about the baby. Florencia wishes Belinda was going to London still. Belinda says her life is too complicated now to even consider it. She's been eating, then excuses herself to go to the bathroom. There are 2 girls in the restroom as she vomits. The girls look at each other as they wash their hands then leave (wonder if they think she is pregnant?)
*Aitana is distracted by her phone as she gets Eloisa her meds. She asks if she can call her mother's doctor. Eloisa says get me Micaela in case I need anything.
Ah she has slipped away to meet Luciano. He says I'm not getting back with Larisa. Everything is the same with us. Aitana says she will always be an obstacle between us. It's my decision and I don't want her, I want to be with you . They kiss.
*Larisa, at home, gets a ring on her doorbell. Someone actually uses the spy hole. It's Iñigo. What do you want she asks through the door aren't you going to let me in? He wants to know whose baby it is. She says Luciano's. He points out if she is 10 weeks along it could be his. He wants a DNA test. What's it to you she asks. She kinda admits he could be the dad.
*Back to Aitana and Luciano. She finally felt hope and love, he healed her heart. But now things are separating them. His mother, she is a lowly employee, he knows nothing about her prior life. It will separate us. He insists he doesn't care about her former life. It will matter, I just can't tell you right now. I can't betray Zac, and you having a child changes everything. I'm going to tell Zac what happened and if he forgives me we are going to be together. Luciano insists they will marry and be together like they discussed in Mexico. They are finished together.

Kat, I just watched the late edition; your excellent recap was the perfect accompaniment. You captured everything sensationally.

I felt for Aitana. Petulant Zac pressuring her to get back with him although he knows her heart is elsewhere. "Now you can forget him and give us another shot. Now we are adults I deserve another chance with you". Really?? (That said, I wish we knew if he is Belinda's father). Luciano adamently trying to persuede her to stay with him, that nothing's changed (??) although he is (supposedly) having a child with his ex.

I was pleased Aitana basically told Larisa to go ahead and reveal who she is. Larisa didn't seem to be expecting that and looked shocked Aitana meant every word. Larisa has used Nuria shamelessly.

I rolled my eyes at Iñigo and Larisa having such a personal conversation through her bolted door. What an earful the neighbors must have gotten. Wait until loathsome Eloisa gets wind of all that is going on. Her praying to her dead husband about how "difficult" her life is wa nauseating.

Thank you for explaining Bruno and Luciano's conversation about El Negro. I hope you are right in that they suspect the mayor is involved. I fear with 30 episodes to go, there is plenty of time for El Negro's hideous head to rear again.

Diana, “I felt for Aitana”. Exactly. As usual, Zac aggravated me the most just asking for another chance. He needs to give it up already. It always makes me laugh how lovers are so easily exchangeable in novelas.

I binge watched and am caught up now. I’m sure we’re all hoping the baby is Inigo’s. They deserve each other. I feel sorry for Nuria when she learns her so called best friend has been in a long relationship with her husband. I was surprised that Eloisa is all for the girls being taken from their mom. She knows Inigo double crossed his brother and still thinks he should be the father.

I’m thinking Zac knows Ximena is still with Mateo. He was there when Mateo came for her. But I guess Aitana doesn’t know. Aitana doesn’t need to give Zac another chance. She doesn’t love him and she’ll never be able to have sex with him. She needs to make him move on with his life.

Mateo is the brother that knows about Inigo and Larisa. I hope he tells Luciano, or lets it slip by accident.

Kat, thank you for that excellent, detailed recap. I guess the best possible outcome would be that Zak is the father , but then he might get even more stubborn about pursuing Adriana. Let's hope that Inigo is the dad of Larisa's baby .
I think that Bruno will not be around at the finale . Perhaps he will die saving either Belinda or Katy. Susan
