Papá a toda madre # 31, 2/28/18: A Proposal Steamroller Style--OR--Kika Starts to Wear Thin
At Toño’s House, it is breakfast time and Ernesto is asking Toño about wearing his bunny ears. Toño says it is no longer necessary since they got his hair color changed back to normal. The topic is quickly changed when Verónica comes into the room asking Toño to take the kids to school because she has to get to work. Toño gives her something for lunch and kisses her goodbye. Right before she leaves, she tells them all that today she has a surprise for them. Toño is left wondering.
Kika asks Anifer for her impression of the gift that she bought for her dad. Anifer says it is pretty but only two people fit. Renée interrupts the car conversation saying that they better take Anifer to school because if she gets there late they will not let her in. Kika has a great idea: She and Mauricio can take Anifer. Anifer can sit on her lap. Much to Kika’s disappointment, three in the new car does not work because Anifer cannot sit up front on somebody’s lap or by herself either. Anifer solves the problem.If Mauricio has no seats in the back, the police won’t say anything about her sitting up front. Not too reluctantly, Mauricio joins Anifer in the new car as Renée makes sure she has all that she needs for the day. Kika is not so pleased about being left behind. Renée tells her that is the problem with two seater cars. Mauricio says he will come back for Kika in a flash. Kika decides to call her chauffeur instead. She will see him at Logatoys. When they are gone, Renée takes the opportunity to tell Kika that if she is going out with Mauricio she has to accept the fact that his daughter Anifer comes first before anything even a car that is so fabulous.

Antonio and Godoy are concerned that they've now confirmed a third car was present that night and went through the gate. It was registered to Raquel Cohen. Godoy knows he's got to get to the bottom of this as anybody could have been behind the wheel.
Azucena has paid a visit to Damian and tells him the police want answers since the pistol has his prints on it and it appears that he shot Carolina. Azu tells him to recover his memory ASAP cuz he's got lots of 'splainin' to do for the police. Well, Raq may have second thoughts about that....

Papa a Toda Madre #30: Beware of a Beautiful Blond Offering Free Sports Cars...
Or When the Dog's Away the Cats Will Fight...
Fabian tells Kika that Mauricio and Renee kissed but she doesn’t believe him and begins to hit him. He demands to calm down but Kika keeps screaming that he is lying.
Once the children have finished eating, Tono tries to pick up the table and instructs them to get ready for swimming and ballet. They don’t want to go but he demands they obey him and go get ready. Tono then goes to the kitchen and begins to wash the dishes, much to his annoyance.
Over lunch, Anifer tells Renee and Mauricio that she likes her new school much better than the religious one, though not better than the one in her small town, but she’s happy Ernesto is in her same class. Mauricio smiles and reminds Anifer that she must study a lot as she needs a career to support herself. Anifer asks Mauricio if he didn’t inherit his company and Renee laughs. Mauricio tells Anifer that, while true, she still must work because he inherited some things but lost them all as well. Renee nods and reiterates that he lost those things himself and Mauricio looks at Anifer and tells her to work heard, despite what she may inherit, and Anifer asks if they will be making more toys together. Mauricio nods and tells her that, no matter what happens, he wants the world to know she helped design toys for Logatoys. Anifer jumps up and smiles wide as doe Renee and Mauricio. However, when they see make contact, they frown immediately as Anifer continues to smile.

99: The Domines Start Falling
This is my last recap for this
series and it's been a wild ride as well as a great intellectual
exercise. I hope that this producer will bring us more exciting
stories in future. For my teammates on this series, you're the best.
Note that Vicente's vision of the fatal night is
in italics, as it is interspersed with shots of him confessing to
Antonio and Fernando.
Vicente
entered the river holding a large rock wrapped in a rope whose other
end was tied around his waist. It is difficult to imagine that the
weight of this rock would cause him to sink and die, but perhaps this
was part of his most recent delusions. He walked into the water, not
knowing that Fernando Godoy saw him from the riverbank. Fernando
shouted his name several times before removing his jacket and jumping
in, grabbing him in time and dragging him to the riverbank.

Papá a Toda Madre, Episode 29, 2/26/2018: ♪♪ You Shouldn't Kiss Me Like This Unless You Mean It Like That ♪♪
At Logatoys, Kika explains that she took the risk of
talking to Anifer because she cares about him. She just hopes that the nanny
isn’t putting any ideas in his head that would turn him against her. Mau tries
to tell her not to refer to Renée by that name, but stops himself because he
thinks it would be of no use. When he asks why Renée would do something like
that, Kika responds that it’s obvious that Renée is very much in love with him
and wants to come between them. Mau doesn’t think it’s true, but Kika assures
him it is and adds that Renée doesn’t realize that she shouldn’t be hoping for
someone like him…ever! Mau assures Kika that Renée isn’t hoping for a man like
him; so Kika sighs and tells him that men never see things clearly while women
have a sixth sense about these things. She knows that Renée is in love with him…that’s
why Renée hates her. (Good choice out of so many good reasons, Renée)

Papa a Toda Madre, Capítulo 28, Friday February 23, 2018, Jorge has been exposed—or—One big happy family!
We
begin where we left off last time on Jarifa’s recap: “Kika and Mauricio are laid out on the
pavement somewhere as he proclaims that he does not want to drink anymore. He
is done. He has to go. Kika isn’t. She wants to go on drinking but if not she
has other ideas . . . They are both slurring their words. They both sit up. She
demands that he tell her about Anifer’s mother. Before returning to the comfort
of the pavement, Mauricio tells her that María is dead.”
At the apartment where Baldo and Lili live,
Jorge is telling Baldo to please take his feet off the table. He has brought
them information on possible schools to attend. They are not pleased, they think
that the choices are not good schools. Baldo makes a comment that these are
similar to the one in Tijuana. Jorge says to look over the choices, but the
twins think they deserve better. Jorge tells them that economics are not that
good, but in his opinion, the schools themselves are good, so please choose one
you think you would like. [Me
gets the impression said twins are behaving like spoiled brats.] Lili
makes the accusation that his other children get better treatment. Jorge doesn’t
want to discuss this, tells them to behave because he has to leave. Baldo makes
the comment about going out and Jorge wants to know where he’s going. “What’s
the matter, can’t we go out? Do we have to stay inside?” Jorge say, “I just don’t
want you doing anything foolish. I will trust you.”

Caer en Tentacion #98, 2/23/18; Andres Comes clean, Vicente gets sober, and Damian is not thinking straight.
At
the Becker’s Fede is trying to wake up Mia,
Raquel discovers the empty pill bottle and all hell breaks loose, panic ensues,
call doctor lets go to doctor. Everyone runs out.
At
the Alvarado’s they are going thru their break up instigated by Carol. As Santi
leaves the kids give her a stare of utter disgust and Carol is left to
contemplate the chaos she has created.

Months before the accident
Raquel
and Jovita are discussing Mia’s attempted suicide, Jovita sees the glass half
full and states, and thank god she is ok. Raquel says no she is not OK “it’s
not your fault” “I do not why she is obsessed with the Alvarado’s, I don’t know
how to understand what she is thinking”
Mia
is now in a session with her psychiatrists who tells her she needs to stop
trying to fix everything, and begin thinking about herself {WHAT! where did
this lady get her degree? Give it back} Psyche continues to tell her that She can’t
correct all of the mistakes by others, so she just needs to respect the decisions made by others. And concentrate
on herself. Mia then tells her that she is afraid of losing her dad, afraid
that he will abandon them. The psyche then says well all I hear is my dad this
my dad hat but you never mention your mother, why not?Read more »

Well that was awkward...Recap is done!
1. Raquel has like zero boundaries- she tells Carolina that she would prefer she and Santiago not separate.
2.Carolina throws her marriage away, but Damian can't.
3.Poor Santiago
4. I may never have children and instead stick to cats, my cats will never emotionally blackmail me.
So here's what's going on my peeps:
Federico is with Azucena, he wants her to tell him about his uncles mismanagement of the firms money, and he wants actual facts that he can use to bring Andres down. Azucena tells him the Andres is the worst, and tells him about the money that went missing from Damian's car. The day of the accident she took money to Damian's car, the plan was for Damian and Carolina to spend a few days at their cabin and then leave to the US, but the money went missing and she is sure that Andres-who was following the money movements of Legato found out the money was gone and stole it from the car. Federico says that Andres is to blame for the accident.

Papá a toda madre Wednesday 2/21/18 Capítulo 27 : One Shot Too Many For the Gullible--OR--A View From the Pavement
Nerón is all dressed up in a suit this time as he makes a visit to the Public Ministery. He asks what he needs to do to re-open his tire business. Might they just lower the fine a little bit? Sorry but the best that can be done is to give him the option of splitting the fine into two installments: pay the first now and the second within the month. Nerón wonders how he can get so much money together in such a short time.
Toño is sitting in a classroom filled with mothers where a teacher is informing them that she wants their children to bring something that represents them to the festival. It can be a plant, a toy, a photo. It also can be a pet but if it is, the smaller the better. Toño is on his phone and manages to disturb the whole group by laughing at something. He starts to explain that he was just writing his wife about was going on at the meeting. She is the one who usually does these things. That was the wrong thing to say as the teacher makes a point of telling him that they all believe in gender equality here. He quickly adds that he does, too, but they have to admit that they are a little different. As he continues to talk, he just digs himself in deeper. He realizes he is in enemy territory.

Caer en Tentacion #96, 2/20/18: I Want a Divorce Because I've been Cheating on You for Three Years and It's Time
Greetings, amigos on the Patio. This is my last recap for Caer. It's been a fabulous run and have enjoyed exploring all the nooks and crannies of this well-crafted story. Tonight the chickens are coming home to roost. We only have a few more episodes to go and I'll be keeping my eyes on all the developments from here on out.

Azucena is still talking to Damian. The subject is cash. With difficulty, Dam says the cash for Vicente wasn't there. Azu says she personally put the cash in a satchel and put it in Dam's car, as he instructed. She's offended that he might think she took it. After some back and forth, it's clear that Andres knew about the large sum of money withdrawn from Dam's account. She shares that he's obsessively followed every movement of money in the company.
Andres pays a surprise visit to Alina. She's not interested in whatever it is he wants. He ask her to hear him out. It's just a little business affair. He can arrange for her to get everything she wants and he can have the same. What does he mean by that, she asks. Don't be stupid, he replies. Raquel and Santiago.

Tono and Mauricio quickly cover up Carola’s body as the children approach and ask them what they are doing. Tono explains that he is helping Mauricio plant his plant but the children ask him why, as he doesn’t like him, and Tono explains that neighbors must get along. Mauricio goes along with his story, though he gives Tono a death glare, and Tono asks the children to go play elsewhere. Fidel states that he misses Carola but Rafael goes to him and assures him he will find a new dog for them as Carola is with new owners. Tono then asks the kids if they want to go watch a movie and they leave, as does Rafael, as Anifer comes and brings Mauricio his gloves. She then tries to help but Mauricio asks her to direct his actions, only, and he can get his hands dirty. He sends her to stand at least 10 ft away and continues to dig around Carola’s body to plant Anifer’s plant.
As Neron and Pablo walk around town and look for a job, Pablo wonders how much longer it will take. Neron tells him they have to be careful, as he is undocumented, and they shouldn’t settle. Pablo offers to clean around the cul-de-sac, as a handyman of sorts, but Neron doesn’t know if they can pay him. Just then, Rodrigo arrives and reveals that he heard Pablo talk so he asks Pablo his age and where he comes from. Neron visibly tenses as does Pablo.

Santiago
tried to convince Raquel that this was a misunderstanding and that
nothing happened with him and Alina. She refused to believe him,
would not listen to him, and calmly told him to leave. More than
once; also saying more than once that she never wanted to see him
again.
Mia
leaned over Damían as he told her he had killed Carolina as he tried
to recall what happened when getting out of the car. She told him to
calm down, telling him that Carolina was dead and no longer existed.
The tone of her voice seemed to creep him out. He stared into her
eyes and seemed to go into another respiratory crisis. Mia called
the nurse over, saying that he was imagining things and getting
upset. The nurse put her fingers on his carotid artery. Mia fled
the room and went into the hall. Raquel came up and saw that
something was wrong. Mia said that her father suddenly became
nervous and when Raquel asked why she tried to leave. Raquel pulled
her back, asking what happened and whether Damían said anything.
“He
talked about Carolina,” Mia whined, starting to cry. Raquel fell
into that trap and embraced her daughter as though she were a child
again.

Papá a Toda Madre, Episode 25, 2/19/2018: Let Sleeping (and Dead) Dogs Lie? I Don’t Think So!
Mau goes to see Loopy. He didn’t go there to talk or
argue; he just wants to know exactly how much money Renée owes him because Mau
will pay it. Loopy responds that is something between him and Renée. Mau states
that is why he wants to pay; he just wants Loopy to stop bothering Renée. When
Mau again asks for the amount. Loopy smirks and comments that Renée is now
selling herself so easily. Mau stops him and tells Loopy what Loopy had just said,
“It’s something between her and me.” Loopy continues to criticize Renée since
she pretends to be such a feminist and so independent yet she is letting
“Juniorcito” pay her bills. When he tells Mau that Renée is just a gold digger,
Mau tells him to shut his mouth and stop saying stupidities and to just tell
him that measly amount Renée owes him. (Listen up Dogbreath, this may be your
best shot at actually gettin’ your paws on that money)

Papa a Toda Madre, Capítulo 24, Friday February 16, 2018: Anifer will not accept Kika or "I am your father!"
We open
with Kika on her pink phone (looks like a toy) telling whoever she is talking
to that she hopes that (I assume Mauricio) will suffer and end up in the dog
poo. Flashback to the past, when Mauricio was in high school. He helps a young
Kika with the books she dropped on the stairwell. They become friends. Later he
confronts her about some of his friends telling him that she is in love with
him. She says that they are just friends and do a fist bump and declare their
forever friendship. But Maur asks her, “But is it really true that you are in
love with me?” Back to the present, Kika continues talking on that phone and
says, “I will not forgive or forget” and hangs up then leaves.
At the
baptism party Toño asks Jorge what happened on his trip because he looks like
someone died. (Well
yeah…) Even Renée chimes in and says he looks a lot more serious
than he usually does. Jorge says it’s just a lot of work, but otherwise,
everything is fine.

Caer en Tentacion #94, 2/16/2018: Federico issues ultimatums; Damian killed Carolina, maybe.

Raquel is in her room crying when Cynthia gets there and asks what happened. “they lied to me again, I just found out Santi left town with Alina, I asked him and he said it had nothing to do with her, it was about Juan supposedly” Cynthia tries to justify him, and Raquel blows up at her “do you have any idea how hard it has been for me to trust anyone, for him as well this is a betrayal, he lied to me, I can’t believe it”
Present time
Raquel hears Nico tell Fede that Santi went away with Alina and asks “are
you sure Nico?” “Yes I'm sure” she says she is OK and leaves. Once she is gone
Fede says that it may be for the better. Cynthia arrives home and senses the
tension asks what is wrong and Fed asks her to go check on Raquel, that she
just found out Santi did something and needs her.Raquel is in her room crying when Cynthia gets there and asks what happened. “they lied to me again, I just found out Santi left town with Alina, I asked him and he said it had nothing to do with her, it was about Juan supposedly” Cynthia tries to justify him, and Raquel blows up at her “do you have any idea how hard it has been for me to trust anyone, for him as well this is a betrayal, he lied to me, I can’t believe it”
Nico goes to Mia’s room, she wants to know what he is doing there, he
says trying to understand her, well “it’s easy you cheated on me” “do you have
any idea why Alina was able to get in to my life?” because you never loved me
and I never knew what to expect from you” they continue discussing she says Sammy
told her everything, she is hurt so even though he asks for forgiveness he says
the only thing that unites them is the betrayal of Damian and Carolina, just
like Nico betrayed her. She asks him to leave, she is not interested she hurt
him, he hurt her and now it’s over.

possible paedophilia, blackmail, embezzlement, sexual harassment,
attempted rape, sexual assault of helpless victim (Cinthia),
conspiracy to frame innocent parties, menacing, corporate theft,
money laundering, getting Laura to go on the air to lie about what
really happened (and boinking her in the process).

Caer en Tentacion #92/93, 2/15/18: The truth is out
Recap is done!
The truth comes out. Federico has followed Damian and has seen him with Carolina, he walks up to Damian's car and demands that he get out of the car and answer his questions.
Demian: Federico, please calm down"
Federico:" Don't ask me to calm down! You're cheating on mom!"
Damian:"what did you see?"
Federico:"I saw everything! Don't treat me like I'm stupid! I followed you here, I've been following you all along. I saw your attitude change, I saw how nervous you got when your phone rang, and it was because of Carolina, right? Have the decency to look me in the eyes and tell me the truth!"
Damian: " Yes, I have a relationship with Carolina."
Federico reproaches Damian for never looking at his mom the same way he looks at Carolina, and for cheating on her with his best friends mother, the wife of his business partner and his mother's best friend. He wants an explanation, all Damian can say is that he fell in love and could not help it, he is human and makes mistakes, just like anyone else. Federico wants to know if Damian plans on telling Raquel the truth but of course the answer to that is no, because Damian is a coward. Federico goes to answer Raquel's phone calls and Damian looks like he is going to pee his pants.
