I just finished season 3 today. It was well worth the watch with a couple of plot twists I never saw coming. I so enjoyed the series. It was just long enough. If anyone else has seen the third season, it would be fun to discuss it with a spoiler alert, of course.

Well, that was a bullet-point presentation of the plot. Each scene has been pared down so much that we just get its main point and then it’s on to the next one. We don’t have any time for any feels, just this happened and then this happened and then this happened etc. etc.

I wonder what abuelo Hernan is up to. He wants to weasel his way into Tino’s household. Why? No money? Something nefarious? Who was he communicating with?

Iker is an appealing kid.

Jarifa, "abuelo aka deadbeat dad Hernán is up to no good. Poor Iker" sums it up perfectly.

I was struck by how heartsick Aide was; so much neverending family turmoil.

Errant Checo returns. At the end of the first installment, weren't he and Circe pledging their undying love to each other? Now it seems she is somewhat involved with Valerio. Where has Checo been?

I like the Uli/Chofis romance but I wish he'd ditch the facial hair that makes him look just what he is, someone trying to look older but not achieving it.

Melina and Hernan must be in league together. Why though? I don't think Hernan cares about anyone. A real red flag every time he's on the screen.

Serena and Chano are another promising romance. Great chemistry.

I am not used to seeing Michelle González without her makeup and didn’t recognize her at first.

As for José Ron, since I am not a fan of excessive tattoos, he can keep his shirt on. Sad . . .

Diana, I agree about Aidé. You could feel her desperation.

The plot they picked for Clara and Rudolf seems a bit repetitive. Are we seriously going through the whole baby search again?
This sequel feems a bit of a mess?I don't know...We already had all this stuff:financial issues and 'I didn't know this was my kid' plot. Lichita vanishing is a shame, probably because I still remember how much Chano pissed me off. How many episodes does this have?

Last night it seems a scene just started and they would be in another scene then switch back.

Hernan seems to be up to something but I don’t know if Melina is in on it with him. At first I thought Hernan wanted Tino to pay for the hospital, or a better hospital. I think he still needs to pay for his mother’s funeral.

I was surprised that Aide was so upset about Íker. She seemed to take to Tino’s kids and welcome them. Has she reached her limit? I wonder if she knows Tino is helping Lila out financially.

Scarlet seems uncomfortable everytime Emi mentions their future together. They were going to grow up and marry, if I’m remembering correctly. I don’t think Scarlet wants that anymore. Emi seems so much sadder now, I guess it’s harder for a teen to realize there’s things he can’t do.

Jarifa, I so agree about the tattoos. It’s hard to focus on what they’re saying when I’m transfixed by a giant lion head on his shoulder and I’m trying to make out what words he has tattooed on. I don’t understand why actors get tattoos. They should be a blank canvas so they can play various parts.

It looked like Carolina gave Ramiro a blank check, as we basically just saw get tear out a check and write something in a hurry. She needs to tell Manuel what’s going on. And Omar is supposed to get information on the missing daughter. But only Carolina and Carlos know about her and I can’t see them talking to Omar.

Marisol never should have.mentioned Christina to Leo. He seemed a little too pleased to find out who Carlos loved.

Lorena inviting Manuel to their party was crazy. She has no boundaries. He was smart enough to refuse but I wonder if he’ll show up.

I think the Carolina actress does a great job of showing fear. She’s gotten herself in a bad situation. She may lose her family due to her over-the-top anger. The only time she relaxes is when Father Salvador comes to her. She must have awful dreams. Life with Ramiro must have been dreadful.

The blank check will cause problems. Her daughter still wants Omer. Does he really like her?

Leo has gold now about Tamara and Carlos. I thought Carlos is doing fairly well adjusting, but when Tamara tries to touch him, he flinches.

Now we have Lorena’s fiesta. Manuel will surely go. What could go wrong???!!!

My tv has baseball on tonight starting at 7:00, so no telenovelas tonight. I plan to watch a couple of shows on regular tv! Or a movie.

The NBA has now given exclusive broadcasting rights to some of their games to Amazon Prime which I don't have.

No TN, no baseball. Not a happy camper :(
