You might want to bookmark my initial post to help keep characters' names straight. There are more coming! Correction: I think that the priest Nicolás is Consuelo's brother NOT Aurelio's.
It turns out that Verónica writes a women's interest column at a magazine and is very successful. She has a million subscribers! She wants to get beyond romance advice and into social justice topics affecting women like female empowerment. She has even gone undercover at a factory where female workers are being exploited. Her boss says sorry: romance is what sells.
Susana calls Verónica who refuses to meet with her. Carmen interrupts to remind Susana that they need a new employee. Verónica begs Susana and she finally gives in to meet at a time and place of Valeria's choosing.
The Miranda's are having a cookout at their house. Joaquín, who is Luis' good friend (like a brother) and business partner, and his girlfriend Fernanda attend. Diego is there with his girlfriend Claudia. Valeria's godfather is Joaquín and she is happy to see him. Luis is overjoyed to see him, reminds him that they all are HIS family, too, and if anything were to happen to him, he knows what he would have to do. Joaquín repeats that he would take care of them all as if they were his own. That was the promise he made when he became Valeria's godfather and that promise would now apply to all of his children. He teases Luis saying that he better not put him to the test because he isn't sure he would have the patience. Valeria notices her mother is upset about something. Susana just says how much she loves her.
Verónica tells her aunt Consuelo that she and Susana are going to meet tomorrow.
Joaquín tells his girlfriend Fernanda that after seeing her at the Miranda's and how she wants a family of her own, he needs to make it clear that he is not the marrying kind and it is not fair that he keep her from getting what she wants out of life. She doesn't take the news well.
Joaquín ends up late at the office preparing for a very important meeting in Miami. It could be the best deal they have gotten in years. His long-time personal assistant Kassandra is there to congratulate him and quickly finds out that he will not be going out to celebrate with his novia because they have broken up. (She is far too happy hearing that!!) He refuses an invitation to celebrate the Miami deal with her and goes home to his bunker to drink alone and play his piano.
Verónica has a nightmare where she is giving birth. The next day she tells her aunt Consuelo that she had the same nightmare. Consuelo thinks that with the help of the virgin and her meeting with Susana, Verónica will get back that part of her life was was snatched away from her.
Marco is playing kissy face with his wife Romina at the office on her birthday when Kassandra shoos him back to his job. Romina tells her that Joaquín's novia is is waiting for him in his office. Kassandra makes sure that Romina knows Fernanda is his EX novia. Kassandra tells Fernanda she can leave since she is now the EX. Fernanda makes sure Kassandra knows that she knows that Kassandra is in love with Joaquín and wants to be his wife. They exchange insults about who is more pathetic and slap each other. Kassandra threatens to call security. Fernanda leaves.

Valeria is angry that Hugo let the new guy win the race. Hugo reminds her it wasn't a race. It was only a tryout for the new guy. She tells him he knows SHE should be the second rider on the team. He reminds her that neither her father nor Joaquín would allow it. He adds that the new guy isn't so bad. She then makes it clear that she didn't find the guy that good having to show off wherever he could. This is Motocross not an exhibition. He says she sounds like her dad who is telling the new rider that this is a competition not an exhibition. He and Joaquín end up welcoming him as a rider on their team. The new rider Eleazar gloats to Hugo that he is the new rider on the Navarro team. Hugo reminds him that his position is only that of an alternate rider. Valeria appears and Eleazar has to introduce himself. She smiles. Hugo notices and doesn't like what he sees. Then it turns out that Valeria is best friends with Eleazar's sister Claudia whois her brother's novia. They remember seeing each other throughout the years. Nice to see each other again . . . etc. Hugo is not a happy camper.
Verónica meets with Susana and remembers asking her dying mother, only a few months earlier, where her daughter went. All her mother could tell her was that her name was Valeria and the convent she was taken to. She tells Susana how she became a journalist so she could search for her daughter. She wants to meet her daughter and get to know her. Susana refuses since the convent said she abandoned her baby. Verónica explains that was not the truth. She was hidden away by her family while she was pregnant and her father took the baby away from her soon as it was born. He said it was for her and the baby's own good. She was only 15 so legally she could do NOTHING not even name her baby. It destroyed her.
Susana explains that she couldn't get pregnant so she and Luis decided to adopt Valeria. Then like magic she got pregnant and had three children. Valeria has always been their miracle daughter. That gives Verónica a sense of peace knowing that her daughter was so wanted. Finally, Susana gives in and says she will have to talk to her husband about Valeria meeting her and also Valeria herself. Verónica is willing to wait. Susana is emotional when she gets home wanting to hug Valeria and all of her kids.
There is a birthday dinner being held for Romina. It is her first birthday without her mother. Aurelio, Verónica's and Romina's father is also there along with Nicolás, Marcos and the kids.Consuelo reminds them that in spite of her sister's death, they are all present and together! Verónica does her best to avoid and ignore her father. He is clearly annoyed. They get into talking about Susana Miranda being such a traditional wife. It is wonderful! She takes care of the home and the kids as well as supports her husband. Marco thinks that is the best way for things to be. Aurelio agrees. It was much easier to be happier back then. Sarcastically, Verónica asks him if he really believes that. Clearly angry, he answers HE SURE DOES!! He storms out. Romina criticizes Verónica for how she treats him. Verónica ruins everything including her birthday.
Luis tells Joaquín they have a problem because the dinner for the Motorcycle Association is going to be while Joaquín is in Miami. Luis would rather go himself to sign the contract in Miami and make it into a romantic getaway for him and Susana. Joaquín tells him to go and have the good time they deserve.
Luis hopes the trip does his wife some good. She is worried about something and he doesn't know what.
Luisa and Susana are leaving for Miami and Carmen is complaining to them about hiring a new employee. Luis says they will only be away four days! Luis gives Diego the old "Since I am away, you are the man of the house" talk. He is to take care of his sisters!

Kassandra goes to check on the private jet for the Miami trip. The pilot assures her that the mechanic just checked the plane. She sees the "mechanic" and seems to be wondering who it is. We see fluid dripping from the plane.
Verónica refuses to lose her daughter again so she doesn't know if she can wait for Susana to talk to her husband. She has decided to go talk to Luis in person and knows just where to find him. Consuelo seeing she cannot talk her out of it, gives her a medal of the Virgin she got from her grandmother for good luck.
The Motorcycle Association dinner is on! Joaquín and Kassandra are greeting everyone. Joaquín runs into Facundo Cervera who looks SHOCKED to see him since he heard that he was going to Miami . . . Joaquín says there was a change of plans! His partner went instead. Facundo forces a smile as Joaquín says it is so good to see him. It turns out that Facundo is Eleazar's father!! He asks why he didn't let him know his son was trying out. Facundo says he wasn't looking for any favors. It is a matter of pride for him and his son. Joaquín says his son is an excellent rider. Facundo anwers that he reminds him of Joaquín back in the day. Kassandra remarks that he looks familiar. Facundo says he just arrived in Mexico City. Joaquín makes it clear that Kassandra is his personal assistant and a long time great "friend". Joaquín says that Facundo is known as the "Mozart of the motors." He always could just listen to a motor and know what was wrong. Kassandra concludes that he is a mechanic. He corrects her. He is a mechanical engineer and now he is more like Beethoven. He points to a heariing aid and says he is deaf. No big deal! Facundo is soon on his own looking concerned.

Fun first episode.
I think I will have a hard time keeping my Valerias and Verónicas straight. Why do the writers do this?? : ) From now on they will be Val and Vero.
Looks like we will be spending plenty of time at the race track with young love on the line.
This does have a summer novela feel to it. More later.

Jarifa, thank you for your insightful and clarifying recap. It was a marvelous start to an action packed, fast moving initial episode.
So many characters! So many children! Your listing was a blessing as without it, I would have been completely confused as to who was who. I was able to figure out some of the players but there are a few (including the girl with the multicolored hair) that I will have to ID at a later date. 😊
Luis and Susana are such a nice couple, but the sad writing appears already to be on the wall. Oka is touching and believable and I look forward to her developing a relationship with her daughter. Alexis Ayala is his usual neanderthal, loathsome self, a very good baddie. I'm not warming to David's Joaquin. Yet. Alfredo Gatica is handsome as ever but is far too shorn for my taste 😊.

Diana, thanks. The girl with the colored hair is Nayeli Consuelo’s daughter. Good description of Alexis Ayala’s villain persona. His dead eyes always remind me of a shark. Looks like Facundo is a second villain along with Kassandra as a third and cocky Eleazar as a fourth. Poor Joaquín has no idea that his life is going to change is several different ways. Kassandra is just licking her chops at his single status and then there will be the fallout of what Facundo did . . . and now he has to return the press pass and meet Vero, right? Looking forward to tonight. I like having Motocross as the corporate background. Something different.

Last night's episode was almost the death knell of me watching it. I made it through half and I decided I'd rather watch the dizi I have saved. I guess if we had discussions going I'd be commenting on the buffoonish character Franco is playing, getting undressed in his bosses room because he was wet from the rain after his escape through the window in his skivvies in a previous episode is just too out there. And when Rex went in for a kiss on Salvador he leaned into it initially. way to give her the wrong signals. After I watched Daniel Arenas in mi marido I really liked him so i looked for other shows he did. I stumbled into corazon indomable which I stuck with longer than it deserved because I was reading old recaps here. They were better than the show.

Great notes to get us started Jarifa. I'm not a huge Oka fan, I've seen her in 2 other novelas and she has never endeared herself to me, even though she is usually the protagonist. Lots of familiar faces in this one. I guess the theme lately is lost daughters in these current crop of novelas. The actress playing Valeria I've also seen before so I'm having a hard time equating her as a 17 year old and the guy that won the motocross spot looks 30 at least.
Any pilot worth his salt would do a visual inspection before getting in the plane and would see that oil leak. But since we know the initial plot we know the plane goes down.

I thought that the youngest daughter of Luis and Susana was Vero's daughter , but the daughter is the eldest Valerlia. I recognized this actress from other shows.

The actor playing Facunda has a long career in telenovelas . I can't remember the first time I saw him . I am not sure if he was in Alborado or Amor Real , but I do remember that he was a "good" pirate under Captain Rick ( Fernando Colunga) in Passion .
It's n think that David Zepada gets better looking as he ages . He is not one of my favorites , but he has a good look in this show.

So glad the intro with the characters helped. I have them all arranged in family/friend trees on a huge piece of paper to remember who is who.
Kat, yes, the ages of some of the actors look a bit off but they do in so many novelas these days.. Too funny. ITA the pilot should not have depended on the "mechanic" saying things were fine.
Liz, I am not into motocross either but it is an interesting break from the protagonist or villain owning a construction company, a ranch, a tequila or mezcal company, a shipping company, a catalog company, Avon or La Costeña foods, etc. , etc. Whew! Recapping this I am thinking that at least when they are racing there is no time for more dialog. : )

Blue Lass, I recorded last nights episode and finally had the chance to watch. I love Daniel A , and he is doing a fine job with some of the crazy, silly stuff he is given to do. I feel sorry that TPTB decided that his main value is his muscles and so he has to take his shirt off in every episode . Shallow , lazy writers .
It could be much better with better writers , but at least we don't have drug lords and nonstop violence .
I guess we will never return to the novelas of the past. I especially loved the historical fiction ones , but they were expensive to make .
I watched the first episode Of Hermanas, but I couldn't stand the grim violence , so I quit that one.

Vero tells her aunt Consuelo that she is not going to give up on making contact with her daughter. She apologizes for losing the medal. Consuelo tells her no worries. It is where it is supposed to be and it will help whoever found it.
Joaquín is tracking down Vero. He finds out who she works for and starts to call when Romina tells him there is an emergency phone call. He is notified about the death of Luis and Susana. The plane crashed into the sea in the middle of a thunderstorm. There seems to be no survivors.The news is all over tv and other media. Vero is worried about her daughter thinking she was abandoned at birth and now her adopted parents are gone. The Miranda children watch the coverage on tv with Carmen.
Facundo is at a bar rightfully torturing himself with the fact that Luis and Susana were not supposed to be on that plane. He concludes that Joaquín might have been lucky this time but it not over yet
Joaquín is at home drinking, crying and looking through mementos of events shared with Luis. He remembers being in a race with Luis. Luis wiped out breaking his leg. He stopped to help him but Luis told him he needed to go ahead and win the race.
The MIranda kids are not doing well. Vero is keeping vigil outside the house hoping to see Val. Val goes out to meet with Hugo in a park. Vero follows. Val tells him that nobody knows what it is like when your mother dies. Hugo gets it. He lost his mother. She says she also lost her father. The woman who gave birth to her abandoned her like a piece of garbage and now this. She cries in Bruno's arms and Vero cries in the bushes. Vero tells Consuelo what Val said. How will she ever be able to tell her the truth? She gets an idea!
Joaquín finally shows up at the Miranda house. Carmen is happy to see him. He knows he should have come sooner and not sent Kassandra but it has been so busy at work. Carmen is frank and tells him that Kassandra isn't helping but is gumming up the works. She cannot stand her. Joaquín tries to smooth it over and asks her not to be so hard on Kassandra. Later, she hears Kassandra complaining about her and tells Joaquín she needs to hire some help. He puts Kassandra in charge of getting that done ASAP. He asks about teh children's aunt. Carmen says they do not know where she is. They are lucky if she stops by every couple of years.
Joaquín sees how the kids are doing with Kassandra. Meli has withdrawn and has stopped talking. The pediatrician says it is only a matter of time until she talks again. Diego lets Joaquín have it saying "Look who is stopping by to see the orphans!!" He tells Joaquín it is too bad he wasn't the one on that plane instead of his parents. Joaquín tells Kassandra that he was supposed to be on that plane and feels guilty that he was't. She reminds him that Luis wanted to make the change not him.
It turns out that now Joaquín has to go to Miami to sign that contract but doesn't know how he will manage with everything going on with the kids. Kassandra tells him to figure it out. They are dealing with millions of dollars and he is the only one who can fix that.
Val wants to be alone and take out her sorrow and anger on the motocross track. Eleazar decides to join her. She wipes out on a turn. He is there to help her. He is surprised that she rides. She insists she is just fine! She pushes him away.
Still at the house, Joaquín has a visit from child services about the custody and welfare of the Miranda children. Joaquín says they have him and they are looking for Nuria Miranda their aunt but haven't been able to find her yet. She has been traveling. The social worker says that the children cannot be without a guardian much longer or they will be sent to an orphanage.
A goofy sort of guy shows up at the company and starts flirting with Romina. He is Iván Joaquín's "charming" brother. She explains she is happily married but that doesn't stop him.

Val shows up and Joaquín chews her out for racing on the track in the state of mind she was. No more motorcycles for her! She says no way. A mechanic ratted her out. She tries to make him understand that racing is the only thing that calms her down. She accuses him as having changed. He says what is going on is that he is alone at the company trying to save a business . . He wants her to know he is there as much as he can be. Wagging a finger in his face, she reminds him he doesn't get off the hook that easily. HE is her godfather not Kassandra. He says he is trying as hard as he can. She thinks that isn't very hard at all.
An incensed Lorena, Facundo's EX and owner of a motocross bar, is giving her son Eleazar a what-for for getting involved in motocross. She cites his father losing his hearing and Luis almost losing a leg. She wants to talk to his father. Facundo shows up and she tells him how she doesn't want him forcing their son to do what he never could do himself. He insists his son is a winner. She wonders if he was the one who wanted him on the Navarro team. He says it is the best team and his son is the best rider. She cannot believe it has nothing to do with Joaquín. She knows he has placed his son with the man that he hates the most in the world. She asks what exactly is he planning. He leaves in a huff.
Just as Carmen is telling Joaquín how hard it is to find good help these days, Vero's head pops around the corner of the open door. Vero is there to interview for the job as "Consuelo". She shakes hands with Joaquín and they smile and shake hands a bit too long for Carmen's taste. Much to Carmen's disappointment, he takes over the interview process. Carmen warns him that Consuelo's hands show that she doesn't do housework. In the interview, Vero insists that she has done everything in a home but that she mostly took care of the children and other people in the house. She loves children and is sure she is what they need. They talk about the death of the Miranda's and Joaquín talks about how Luis was like a brother to him. He apologizes. She says she is there to listen to him if he needs it. Carmen has been listening at the door and Kassandra joins her. Carmen knows there is something off with that cheeky Consuelo!
Joaquín invites Vero out to take a walk so they can talk. He tells her about the kids. Diego ignores him when he sees him. He is full of rage towards him. Vero explains that anger is easier than crying. As for Daniela, she is keeping herself totally distracted as if she is in another world. Consuelo suggests that he leave her find comfort in her other worlds. She will be back when she is ready. The youngest Melissa runs away when she sees Vero. She hasn't spoken since the accident. Vero thinks he should let her alone to deal with her pain and to be there when she is ready to talk. He is impressed with how she understands the kids so much better than he does. He asks who is she anyway? She asks about Valeria. He stops and asks says he has never mentioned Valeria.How does she know her name? She easily convinces him that he must have mentioned her earllier. Val steps out on the balcony and Joaquín waves but she ignores him. She is his goddaughter and she is upset because he has spent most of his time at the office. He has a big problem at work so it is hard for him to spend all the time he should at the house. She thinks Val must be scared of losing even more people. She needs to know she is loved no matter what she does. He asks again who she is. She answers that she is somebody who needs this job very very very badly. She brings up Verónica. He insists it has nothing to do with her. Romina has never understood why they never have gotten along. Is there something they are hiding from her?

Have we met Felipe's family yet? They threw so many characters at us in the first episode. I prefer a slow roll out of the cast so I learn names and connections at a more leisurely pace.

Ok, I'm learning the names but what relationship is the real Consuelo to Veronica? Mother, aunt? As soon as Vero shook hands with those hot pink nails I knew it would raise flags. Facundo was not the only one lamenting Luis, rather than Facundo was on the plane. Diego was unduly harsh, but he is devastated and his reaction (along with that of his siblings) is understandable and forgivable. How decimating and heartbreaking for all of them. "Consuelo's" gentle manner will no doubt be a healing balm for them all.
I wondered if the flashback accident of Luis' crash on the track was sabotage and if that was the accident that resulted in him walking with a cane.
Poor Felipe! Facundo is a murdering sleaze, but he is not smart enough nor rich enough to be the mastermind. If I were a betting woman, my money would be on Mario Novoa Olivares. We haven't seen him yet and I know his name only because he is being played by Julian Gil who in his opening credit has his back to the camera! I've never seen that before - very interesting. Wild speculation only, no spoiler. :)
Iván is bad business (and so obviously NOT a ladies' man). I fear he means trouble for Romina.
The (real) Consuelo has done it now! Hopefully Valeria is fine with merely a scratch. Not the most auspicious way to start out.

Since I had some free time last night I decided to watch some more of it and I'm caught up. Whoever commented that Franco keeps losing his shirt is the result of sloppy writing to show off his biceps and oecs I decided to just keep at it. Grecia sure played up the supposed r*pe scene. Poor maria contributing her piggy bank money to save abuelo from the ticket monster kidnapper was sad. I did laugh at the feather duster scene. I guess they are trying to make this more comedic than I'm used to. I've never been a big fan of slapstick comedy which this show seems to be heading towards. The mystery if Georgina and Aramis is keeping me engaged. I think they both suffer from bipolar disorder.

Vero exits the car to check on Vale who is slowly getting up and insisting she is fine. She first tells Vero to learn how to drive but then sheepishly admits it was her fault as she rides away. After that exchange with her daughter, Vero doesn't know if she should laugh or cry. At Consuelo's, Vero tells her aunt she has to help her look the part of a domestic worker. Consuelo has a bad feeling about it all and how it is going to affect Vero's life. Vero is desperate and sees no other way. No matter what, Consuelo will be there for her.
Claudia cannot seem to give Diego the time or space to grieve.
Father Nicolás counsels Aureio to talk with Vero. Aurelio is tired of fighting with her. Aurelio explains that he only did what he thought had to be done at the time. Nicolás corrects him: he did what he thought was right and he still doesn't realize the hurt he caused. Nico can tell he isn't ready to change yet, but that time isn't far off. Aurelio goes to talk to Vero. Her sister has noticed that they do not get along. All he is asking is that when they are with the family, they get along. She calls it "keeping up appearances." He agrees. She says that she is not about to pretend he didn't do what he did when he took her baby. He thinks he covered up the worst mistake of her life. She throws him out.
Hugo joins Vale at the track. She is enamored of racing, motorcycles and the track. Hugo is her best friend. Eleazar crashes their good time. Hugo reminds him he is only his backup. Eleazar hopes that won't be for long. Vale tells him that if he is thinking of getting Hugo's place, he needs to think again. Hugo earned his place on the team. She talks to Eleazar alone and tells him Hugo is her best friend but thanks him for trying to help her earlier.
Iván has a thousand and one excuses for his brother Joaquín as to why he hasn't heard from him. Joaquín cuts through the crappola and asks him how much money he needs. Iván acts insulted that he would ever think that of him! He is there to support Joaquín at this trying time! Joaquín gives him some catalogs to deliver. Iván sees Joaquín's key fob and takes it along with his vehicle.
Felipe lies and tells Joaquín he is taking a job overseas. He cannot pass up the offer. Marco thinks he is going to be promoted to head mechanic. Then Romina can quit work! Romina tells him not to start with that again.
In the shop, Hugo and Eleazar get into it over Eleasar talking to Vale. Hugo trips on a tool box as he tries to get to Eleazaar. He says didn't see it. Joaquín asks if that is really why he tripped. Hugo deflects the question and says it is because Eleazar is . . . Joaquín informs them they will be getting along. He doesn't need one more problem. Later, Hugo is having problems seeing and wipes out on the course. Another team member helps him.
Carmen calls Joaquín. He needs to come to the house right away.. The social worker is upstairs with the children saying that they cannot wait for aunt Nuria to show up.
Iván is driving thinking about Romina. He calls to tell her the catalogs were delivered. Marco was listening and wants to know who she was talking to. She tells him to stop being jealous. He knows Iván and is angry that Romina didn't tell him that Iván was in town. She tells him she is faithful and kisses him. The next day, Iván stops by to chat with Romina again and Marco introduces Romina as his wife. Marco makes it clear that Iván is to leave Romina alone. When he leaves, Romina says that Iván didn't do anything. Marco accuses her of defending Iván against him. He then apologizes but she is to let him know if Iván bothers her again.

The children meet with the social worker. Sorry but Diego and Vale being 17 does no good. They are still minors. The household needs an adult. Daniela is convinced that her parents will be back soon and were taken into the Bermuda Triangle. She refuses to believe they are dead. Vero suggests that her godfather Joaquín could be their guardian. Diego doesn't like that idea at all.
Joaquín goes to find his SUV so he can meet with the social worker when Kassandra tells him he has the virtual meeting ready to go with the people in Miami and it cannot be rescheduled. He tells her he has to attend to the children before they end up in an orphanage and to reschedule the meeting for tomorrow. He leaves. His key fob and vehicle are gone. Joaquín calls Iván and finds out he had an accident. He goes to get him at the Ministerio Público and accuses him of stealing his vehicle. Iván says he only borrowed it. Vale calls him and says she knows Carmen called him earlier about the social worker and he blew them off. He apologizes saying he is on the way. She tells him to forget it. Diego was right. He does't care about them. The social worker is gone. She hangs up. Iván make light of the situation and Joaquín lets him have it.
Facundo tells Eleazar that he is going to be the best rider in the world. Eleazar says things are going well but Hugo is very secure in his spot and he doesn't know what he is going to have to do to replace him. Felipe texts Facundo that he is gone. Facundo tells his son not to worry because things are going to change at Navarro Cross very soon. Facundo shows up at the company to apply for the head mechanic job.
Joaquín tells Kassandra about everythng he has competing for his time. He cannot go to Miami now. He has decided that the children need a guardian and that is more important than any signature on a deal.He feels that he has to try to be the children's legal guardian. He owes it to the promise he made to Luis.
Kassandra says, as always, she will support him in whatever decision he makes. On her way out of the building, she mutters that those damn orphans are not going to steal Joaquín. Joaquín's attention turns to the medal in the press pass and the woman he bumped into. He starts to smile.
The next day, Vero is ready to work as Consuelo. Her aunt gives her some helpful hints. Never ever put bleach on anything made of wood . . , and watch out for the other lady who works there. She is to be obedient but not let her step all over her. She wishes she had her medal to give her but she is sure the medal is in good hands.
Joaquín tells Kassandra to locate the Verónica of the press pass. No, she didn't leave it at his house. It was at the Motorcycle event. Joaquín calls Carmen. He wants to meet with the children at dinner that afternoon. She has to hang up becasue the "new " help has arrived. Carmen greets Vero telling her she is two minutes late. That is not a good sign. Carmen says they will have to get her a uniform. No, Carmen doesn't have to wear one. Vero is cheerful and talks a mile a minute. It is not room cleaning time but bathroom cleaning time! She manages to slip into Vale's room just to get a look at her as she sleeps. Joaquín comes in and asks what she is doing there.

So..Facundo wants to be head mechanic . That is going to lead to more evil plotting . Writers now seem to this actor as a villain.
Of course, we have two young guys competing for Val.
How long is it going to take Vero to win over Carmen ? This actress usually plays a good, motherly character . Vero will need a friend in that house because Cassandra doesn't want anyone to take Joaquin's attention away from her. I am used to seeing this actress (Irini B.)with blonde hair . I think she looks good with darker hair . Will she actually look for the owner of that medal??
Poor Joachim can't get a break. Ivan showing up at this hard time doesn't help . He just creates more problems .

Jarifa, Just reread your introduction and noticed that Hugo is Carmen's nephew . Lots of convoluted relationships here. I guess we all see that Val and Hugo will end up together .since Eleazar is the son of evil Facunda . His daughter is dating Diego, another connecting point between Joachin and Facundo.

A lot of opportunity last night to get to know the character of these characters. Jarifa, thanks for making it all so clear.
At first I thought Ivan was annoying but charming. But, dude, Romina is married so back off, even though her husband is stuck in the dark ages.

Diana, yes you did hear correctly "that while Iván is his brother of the blood, Luis was his brother of the heart did make Iván visibly cringe." Iván is such a big and dangerous goof off!
