A Que No Me Dejas #14 Thursday 9/29/16 -- Daddy's double standards! (Gonz)
Monica & Elisa make plans for Chetuma. Elisa is proud of Monica for taking charge of Gonz.
Adrian tells Odette he and Pau are back on. Odette thinks if Pau is willing to give up everything and go against her family, she must really love Adrian.
Adrian thinks they are indestructible
Nurizika busts Pau's plans to marry Adrian and Ines & Gonz are shocked at Pau's lies. Gonz gives Pau an ultimatum..break it off or she can forget about living in the house and having Mau in her life, she can also forget about Loony staying out of jail! Pau thinks Julie may have struck a nerve with Gonz, by accusing him of fraud. That's why he went so far as to ruin Jaime and his agency.
Julieta anxiously presses the clerk to find the archived document. She doesn't care what it will cost her, she needs it. The clerk says he'll do what he can.
Camilo snoops in Leo's office and finds the Chetaluma flight tickets for Monica and Alfonso. Later Leo tells Camilo to stop snooping, he may be his boss but he needs to stay in his own lane!
Chelo, Beto and Mica all witness Mau having a panic attack. They worry about the fighting in the house and how it will affect him.
Nuri gloats to Pau that she's no longer the favorite in the house. She will now be the sole daughter in the house and will now have everything! Pau tells her not because of anything good.
Ines vows to help Pau and tells Gonz if you go to press charges against Loony, I'll tell Raquel the truth about Alfonso's double life. Gonz thinks she's bluffing and forges ahead with his plans.
Pau confides to Karen that everyone knows courtesy of Nuri. Karen advises Pau to come to her place.
Ines gives Nuri a tongue lashing for being such a spiteful daughter. Nuri thinks Ines is just upset, because her favorite daughter Pau has fallen off her pedestal. Watch your back daughter..you've got your own lies and secrets.
Alfonso tells Camilo about Pau's lies to her parents and wonders if Cami was duped too. Cami admits he was in on the plan. Al is disappointed his son lied, but Cami says it was for a noble cause unlike lies that other's tell to cover up their nasty things. Al doesn't like Camilo's insinuations and warns his son, that if Gonz finds out Cami was in on Pau's lies, he may well pay for it too. Gonz is out for blood and will do everything to stop Pau/Adrian's wedding. Cami secretly wishes to himself that Pau will not marry Adrian, but give him a chance instead.
Odette is bummed and confides to Dario, that she fell hard for Adrian. Now he and Pau are better than ever and will marry after all. Dario tells Odette, that Adrian isn't hers and she needs to get over him, because they will still have to work together!
Alfonso advises Gonz to get over it Bro. You're daughter pulled a fast one on you. Gonz can't let Loony get away with what she did, but Al says Pau was the victim and she can refuse to press charges letting Loony off the hook. Al says Loony can also flip the cell on Gonz and accuse you of fraud and at the very least an investigation into your 'affairs' will be opened. You want that scandal? Gonz agrees to drop the charges. Pau and Ines are relieved when they find out, but Gonz makes it clear that he only did it because Ines requested it. As for Pau, he wants her out of the house when he gets home and as of this moment she is dead to him. You hear me? DEAD! Ines can't believe it and tries to defend her daughter but Gonz storms out.
Al goes after Gonz and tries to talk some sent to Al. He also tells Gonz to stop involving him in his affair with Monica. Gonz says Al has always helped him. Al says they will talk later. Pau and Ines walk out and Al tells Pau that Gonz was just mad, do not take his words seriously. Ines says Words like actions hurt and have long lasting consequences that are difficult to over come. I'm not just talking about AL either! *sniff*
Giselle tells Jaime she's sorry about his troubles. She's going to look for a job now, but Jaime says he wishes she could come to work for him in Playa Linda. Giselle jumps at the idea...she would love too be part of the new company! She was sad at the idea of losing Jaime, Adrian and even her friend Julieta who are like family to her. Jaime is grateful to her. Giselle will go to Chetaluma soon to set things up!
The attorney finds the document with the three mens names on it proving there was a partnership. It's not enough to prove fraud though. She is upset until the clerk tells her there were other documents he found. After the intial formation of the company, six months later a request was made for a raise in capital. Months later a they filed bankruptcy. Julieta thinks the money was stolen.
Gonz goes to see Monica. He prefers a stiff drink over the coffee she serves him. He's upset at the whole world turning on him. She could care less about his woes because she's upset with him and the treatment of their sons. Gonz doesn't get her..the boy is fine. Monica thinks it's time Gonz stop putting himself first and focus on the kids. She tells him she is not going to Chetmal..but instead on vacation to Orlando for awhile. That is plenty of time for Gonz to get his divorce. Gonz busts a nerve accusing Monica of putting the boys ahead of their relationship. She bugged him to get a divorce and now she's throwing a wrench in the whole thing. Gonz will not be manipulated by a young boy who needs nothing more than discipline. Monica says Gonz doesn't get it..he's not a normal father. He visits and brings gifts.
Ines cries in her bedroom remembering how Gonz treated Paul, insulting her and tossing her out of their house. Ines goes to her drawer and pulls out a large stash of money and she gives it to Pau who will need it. Pau thanks her mother for all of her help. Pau makes Ines promise to never tell Gonz that her mother knew about her lies all along. Later Pau calls Adrian and informs him of the blowup with her family. She will be going to Karen's. Adrian thinks she should come there now. Once Julieta finds out, there will be trouble. Pau thinks she'll be ok. The plans stay as is. Odette and Nuri both were eavesdropping on the phone call. Nuri races out to tell Juieta!
Cami tells his Dad he can't handle Pau marrying Adrian, he won't make her happy. Al thinks Camilo could lose his job, if Gonz finds out Cami was part of the lie. Gonz Gonz doesn't separate business from personal. Camilo doesn't care he will tell Gonz the truth, since he was planning on leaving the company anyway. Al is upset..but Cami doesn't care he may even leave for another town. Gonz says his mother will be devastated. Camilo says it might be best, because she would surely die if she found out what Al has with Monica. Al denies it and say he doesn't know what to say to get his son to believe him and trust him. Cami says nothing, he no longer trusts Al. Gonz finds Camilo and expresses his disappointment. Cami says he did it for love. Gonz thinks Camilo is not a man, because a man fights for the woman he wants and now she will marry Adrian. Cami says he prefers his own methods to Gonz's. The attitude Gonz has doesn't serve him well and he's losing his daughter.
Pau says bye to an emotional Mau, Chelo and Ines. Later Mau is found in his room clutching a photo of Pau. Chelo tries to explain to the tot why she left and assure him she will be back to visit him. At Karen's place she confides she is hurt by her father. Karen tells her to look ahead she will be away soon and married to the man she loves. Karen offers to go with Pau to file the marriage license. Pau says she needs to be alone!
Nuri goes to see Loony and tells her everything. Crazy loses what's left of her mind. Nuri goads her..you failed to stop them before. Loony says this time I won't!
Later Julieta calls the agency to speak to Adrian. Odette piles on further, telling her that Adrian betrayed Loony. She didn't deserve this after all Loony has done for Adrian. Loony snaps and later has a meltdown with Adrian's childhood picture (which is obviously how she sees him). She lectures him and threatens him that he will not marry Pau. She falls to her knees and begs her father to help her thwart the plans.
Back at Gonz's office he gives his goon Silvestre a sum of money and picture of Adrian. In a few days this guy plans to marry my daughter, but instead I want you to give him the punishment of his life!

OMG! I didn't see this episode yet, but it's crazy that Juli's gunning for Pau, and Gonzo's henchman is gunning for Adrian. Thanks so much, Delilah. I could picture it all!
Thank ViVi it's a collision course for those involved. I'm just appalled at Gonz's do as I say not as I do doule standards. No one can betray or lie to him, but he's just lying left and right! Grrrr!
I hate Nuri and Loony. They make my jaw hurt!
And I'm still feeling Adrian. He's not all that...he's dud. A bit too egotistical for my liking too. I prefer Camilo honestly.

This was the best episode yet. So glad the truth is finally out and, even though Gonzalo kicked Paulina out of the house, she is finally out from under his thumb and he can't say a thing about her decisions.
Adrian is not as charming as we hope but at least he's also playing his part in this scheme and got everything together, legally, for the wedding.
I'm almost scared at how mostly solid this couple has been. Now that Julieta know I shutter to think what she'll do. I wonder if Nuria know exactly the kind of monster she's awakened. Then again she did see Julieta choke her sister and did nothing.
Odette is the one getting on my nerves. She meet Adrian 2 weeks ago??? Calm down, you have no skin in this game.

Superalfie- ITA about Odette. Julieta, as crazy as she is, has a real stake in all this. Adrian has given Odette no reason or encouragement for her to be scheming and plotting to break up his relationship.

But it was Nuria who just opened the floodgates of venom with Julieta. That she watched her try to kill Paulina and did nothing means she has no feelings, no heart, and no conscience. I don't know who can stop her but somebody has to.

Hi UA, thanks for the comment. Julieta is certifiably crazy and should be in an institution for the insane. Jaime and Adrian will be sorry they didn't do something sooner. Both are aware she's dangerous.
