I was thinking today that we are already about 1/2 way through!!! Crazy! It's that short!! Is Rubi causing mayhem & destruction, of course!
Looks like Mari as developed quite the drinking problem.... sad.

Rubi's vengeance was swift and terrible. I can't remember if Maribel was actually shot or not (did the shooter go rogue?) . Terrifying...
Hector had some retribution of his own; although ghastly, nothing compared to what Rubi wrought.
Yes Darcy, Maribel is on a self destructive path of her own doing.

Diana, I didn't see Maribel get shot but I watch the episodes on Vix so it might have cut out at a different moment then Uni's broadcast. Vix's epi cut out right where Mari discovered the robbers. I guess we'll find out tomorrow.
Alejandro's 'love' life is kind of fascinating. He's in love with Rubi though he doesn't want to be and shouldn't be, he's almost shaking up with the cute brunette doctor (I can't remember her name) and he has the drunk blonde - who he's clearly also attracted to - calling him when he's in bed with said cute doc to giggle about setting Rubi up with to have lunch with his ex-bff who is Rubi's husband (soon to be ex-husband)! What's a poor doctor to do?

Darcy, you are so right in that Ale's love life is intriguing.
I was really surprised he took Maribel's call when he was in bed with Sonia! Sonia was frustrated but I guess not enough to get up and leave. :) There's definitely something brewing with Maribel although I don't think either fully realizes it. Yet.
So the villain fired at Maribel who was on the floor but we never saw where the bullet landed or the aftermath. Tomorrow I imagine.

Rubi. How will Rubi get out of that basement where Hector has her locked up? And will Hector survive the series? I doubt it.

Rubi played Hector like a violin didn't she? So crafty! I have to say Rubi doesn't need a knight (even an evil one) in shining armour; she can save herself. To immediately give an interview telling what Hector did to her was very smart. SpanProf, I know what happens to Hector but will remain mum (for now) :)
Surely Lucas realizes he isn't the love of Rubi's life? He is a stepping stone on which she will merely tread.
I can't believe she had Cayetano framed! How cruel...Still, what she had done to Maribel and her family was beyond loathsome.
Today's episode was so great. I was so wishing I had Jarifa's recap to refer to!!

Yep, that Rubi is a smart cookie - but a cold hearted one! And fully grown Fernanda couldn't take hearing Rubi brag about setting Cayetano up to take the fall for the robbery - she was out of there!
Whatever else Rubi has or hasn't learned in 19 years, she still has no sympathy or regrets for Cayetano it would appear. It's almost funny, but really, it's sad of course. Somehow, Rubi ended up all alone with a butler in that big old house not even recognizing let alone knowing her beloved niece. I don't feel sorry for her but fascinated maybe...

Really? When I looked over the weekend while I was scheduling the page Rubi was showing every day all week. Something must have changed…I hope they aren’t pulling it from the schedule!

I can't imagine it's getting lower ratings that the other repeats (?)

Hmm... are you looking at an internet site? Or a cable listing? There are two websites I check when I schedule pages and one shows that it isn't showing the rest of this week or next week either and the other site shows it is, so I don't know what to think.
I'm with you, I can't imagine it would get lower ratings than anything else unless it's so new that most viewers aren't wanting to rewatch it yet? Usually the shows they re-play during the day are a little older. I will be bummed if they really are pulling it though because I wanted to watch it! Of course, I can still watch it on Vix but I was enjoying discussing it!
