La Verdad (the Truth)
We see a repeat of Octavio walking into Eloisa’s bedroom. He stares at and picks up a light blue lacy bra from the bed. He peers around the corner and sees Eloisa modeling another skimpy set of undergarments. She is on the phone and is startled when she sees him; she asks what he is doing there. This is my house is his curt retort. She puts on a robe as she picks up the other undergarments laid out on the bed. She speaks in a controlled, soft manner and asks him to leave. Please. The door shuts as he looks thoughtful; Eloisa breathes a sigh of relief and applies makeup to her hickey as a smile plays on her face.
Eloisa starts her rounds. She first knocks on Antonia’s door and asks if she is all right. Antonia lies that she is and reassures her again. Eloisa takes her word for it and walks out. She then goes into Matilde’s room, who is in the bathroom weighing herself. Her dinner tray is empty and Eloisa takes it away. Matilde does not seem happy with her weight…
Eloisa and Samuel banter a bit (she has a luminous smile). Octavio comes into the kitchen angry and complaining about something. She isn’t deterred and leaves as she bids him a frosty buenos noches. She mutters something about a girls’ night out and he calls Villalobos, I believe, to corroborate Eloisa’s story. Leticia is there and she and her husband seem to get into a little tiff about the supposed difference between Octavio and Eloisa being single.
We next see Eloisa in a lovely soft, gold charmeuse blouse. Pablo is cooking and she begins to kiss him. His navy-blue shirt is slightly open; she takes full advantage to feel his beating heart, taking his hand so he feels hers. Passion takes over. That is until Pablos’s young son arrives unexpectedly. Pablo calls Julieta and she says she will pick him up tomorrow. Pablo goes into his son’s room and gently explains Eloisa’s presence. The child is not happy but Pablo handles him well. Eloisa is pulling herself together when she picks up Pablo’s notebook! Then she sees her and her family on his computer. She puts her hands to her head in shock. When Pablo comes out of his son’s room, she is gone. He calls her but gets her voice mail.
Eloisa arrives home, throwing her keys on the counter. She does research on Pablo and views articles he has written as an investigative journalist. She calls Renata who is at a club WITH Samuel, asking her to clarify exactly how she and Pablo met, and how well she knows him. Renata thinks back to the wedding. Pablo is investigating me Eloisa asserts. Just then, Samuel appears and leads Renata back onto the dance floor.
Antonia and Octavio arrive at the office when Villalobos greets them showing Pablo’s article with the blaring headline “Truth is what the mind is open to accepting" (thanks Jarifa). Gabriela is alerted and we see her reading the article. In a fury, Octavio reads passages from the very unflattering and quite damning article to Villalobos. An upset Pablo confronts Karen for using the title despite his express wishes not to. She dismisses the staff to meet with him. Octavio then looks up Pablo and recalls seeing him with Renata at the wedding. He then flashes back to seeing Eloisa smiling at Pablo.
Karen and Pablo argue…Gabriela calls Karen, very upset feeling she betrayed her. She apologizes but defends Pablo.
Diana
Back at his ex-home that he can’t seem to keep away from, Octavio lividly confronts Eloisa. She proclaims her innocence, trying to explain. He suddenly calms down and looking at Eloisa, sees her hickey. Eloisa is in tears and Octavio puts his hand on her arm.
Renata arrives home and Samuel is there. She hurries him out…(are they hooking up or is he just being persistent in his puppy dog crush?)
Octavio, Villalobos and Gabriela strategize. Villalobos seems to snap at Gabriela, putting her in her place.
Eloisa, Renata and Leticia are also meeting, reading the article about Ismael and what led to his untimely and early death. Eloisa plays them Pablo’s message. She is obviously still angry. She shows up at Pablo’s home and throws the paper at him. She tells him off, tossing his computer on the desk. He tries to explain but she is (supposedly) done with him. The three amigas reconvene for dinner. Pablo texts Eloisa a picture of her and she smiles.
Matilde is trying to do laundry and falls on the floor. The housekeeper comes in and asks if she is all right. She clearly isn’t.
Antonia reads the article to Samuel and Matilde as Eloisa walks in. Antonia’s mind is made up it seems. Matilde walks unsteadily to the table (does no one notice??), taking a plate and glass then leaving the table. Eloisa is left alone at the table as she cuts her fruit.
Pablo and Renata are arm in arm as they shop. She shows him a flower arrangement which he likes (I’m assuming it is for Eloisa). Renata tells him something that cheers him up and he kisses her on the cheek and leaves.
Eloisa meets with someone (perhaps the owner) of the Posada Temictli hotel. All of a sudden, Pablo shows up, out of the blue. It appears all or most is forgiven, at least for the moment. As they enter one of the rooms, the man calls Octavio. Eloisa and Pablo start to rekindle their passion and start to undress…
There were things I should have been able to piece together far better than I managed. Much of what I wrote is a placeholder as the dialogue was simply above me. Please add to and/or correct. I appreciate your invaluable input and comments.
Diana
Thank you, Diana, for your very fine summary. Here are a some extras.
If I remember correctly, Octavio pays Eloísa a visit and stops by to pick up some of his stuff and is surprised that not all of it is there after a month. He shows signs of jealousy when he sees her new lingerie and that she is going out . . . at night. Oh, no!! She says she is going out but then (unfortunately) she adds "with her friends." Frankly , I found this annoying because she doesn't owe him ANY explanation. He calls Bernardo who says that Leticia is at home and is not going out. Leticia aka Mrs. Blabbermouth (who needs a friend like that?) then tells Bernardo aka Mr. Blabbermouth everything she knows about Eloísa and her much younger lover.
Later after Octavio becomes aware of the article that Pablo wrote and hearing that the author is Eloísa's new boyfriend from Bernardo Mr. Blabbermouth, he pays Eloísa a visit and thinks she was responsible because of the title of the article. She tells him she was just surprised as he was. She knew nothing about the article. He seems to accept her explanation but has to ask how far did she and Pablo go? He came off as if he felt he was entitled to an answer. Again, I was disappointed in Eloísa because she actually answers him by telling him that nothing happened. Why?? He didn't deserve an answer.
Pablo's article focuses on Octavio as being the person who drove Ismael to suicide. He has testimony from many people about how it all went down.
When Eloísa confronts Pablo about the article and the title, she reminds him that he once told her that a journalist needs to go beyond all limits are to find the truth so she really is not surprised he sold her out with the title. .
We find out that workers at the Villalobos companies are gathering around the late Ismael and pushing for the opening of unions in tribute to him.
The drawing at the inn is one that Eloísa did early in her career and Pablo wants to buy it to give it to her.
They played the old standard "Somos novios" as the love song for Eloísa and Pablo.
I find it odd that Octavio Mr. Lawyer ever married Eloísa, an artist, knowing how he feels about his artsy children. Did he really love her or did he love feeling he was superior to her?
When Octavio finds out that Pablo got access to the Villalobos wedding via Renata, he does speak the truth when he refers to her as "descerebrada" (brainless). Renata continuing to socialize with Samuel creeps me out. She could have been at his mother's baby shower for him.
Matilde is stumbling around looking terrible and nobody realizes that something is wrong?? As everyone is walking on egg shells around her, she could end up dead.
That is it for me.
Jarifa, thank you for clearing up and for clarifying so much of tonight's rather sad and frustrating episode. Your insight is, as always, razor sharp.
I'm disappointed that Eloisa felt she had to justify herself, or any of her actions to someone who cheated on and humiliated her. Octavio is beneath her.
With friends like Leticia...that said, I find Bernardo totally unappealing and "Mr./Mrs. Blabbermouth" the perfect descriptive for them both.
I'm especially appreciative of "The drawing at the inn is one that Eloísa did early in her career and Pablo wants to buy it to give it to her". This went right over my head.
"I find it odd that Octavio Mr. Lawyer ever married Eloísa, an artist, knowing how he feels about his artsy children. Did he really love her or did he love feeling he was superior to her?" was so intuitive. I vote the latter!
I am very disconcerted by Renata and Samuel. Too close and far too inappropriate for comfort.
Matilde is the poster child for a disaster waiting to happen. Looks like it will be sooner rather than later.
I'm wondering if Eloisa will be able to separate herself fully from Octavio, who seems to have a hold over her. Any appeal he may have completely eludes me.
Jarifa, thank you for your more than generous time and effort in bringing everything in focus and doing so brilliantly.
Diana
I think I'm going to watch the episodes on Saturday using the FF button because there's so much that repeats, like the conversations between Carlos and Cristina, plus I don't want to sit through the same ads I just saw during Mirada.
Diana and Jarifa – You guys are great!! Thank you both so much!
I think Octavio married Eloise just to look at her. Isn’t she the loveliest thing? And she’s sweet on top of that.
I didn’t get why Eloise was so mad at Pablo and then when he showed up at the out-of-town gallery she was really happy to see him. How did she get un-mad?
Once again by the end I was marveling at the outstanding writing and acting.
Maggie, thank you...
I so agree that this is just a joy to watch for all the reasons you mentioned.
I can't explain the Eloise/Pablo "break up to make up" fighting and quick reconciliation. Wish I could.
Yes, Octavio likely wanted a trophy wife and Eloisa more than fit the bill. Perhaps he loved her at one time, well as much as he is capable of which is very little.
Diana
Thanks once again, Diana and Jarifa. I was also confused about the mad, then not mad, between Eloisa and Pablo. Although if Karen hadn’t used the title that Pablo asked her not to use there would be no connection between Eloisa and the article. I felt that Octavio was very condescending to Eloisa over the article. As in, “poor heartbroken Eloisa got taken in by the first man to pay any attention to her”. And of course Octavio is convinced Pablo was just using her.
Renata and Pablo have hit it off and become fast friends. I enjoy their friendship. But she needs to end the friendship with Samuel. Jarifa, I loved the baby shower comment. I’ll take it a step further and say she probably was the one who gave her the shower.
Octavio doesn’t seem to want to let go of Eloisa entirely. She needs to change the locks!
Liz
I record the whole series of the telenovelas I watch and for some reason it didn’t record last night. Hopefully nothing new happened, although in the coming attractions Carolina discovered the shoe purchase! But Maggie, you are right, the same old story is repeated in this show. I fast forward through the commercials on both shows I’m watching and it takes an hour and a half to watch them. If I don’t go back and try and figure out something I didn’t understand.
Liz
Thank you Liz.
"Although if Karen hadn’t used the title that Pablo asked her not to use there would be no connection between Eloisa and the article" was a great observation! I wish I had been able to understand what Karen and Pablo said to each other...
Yes, Octavio was very condescending to Eloisa. He seems to treat most with a sense of disdain, even his children at times I fear (except Antonia of course).
Renata has been a steadfast friend to Eloisa. I'm thinking Samuel is a line she won't cross...
Diana
Liz- I usually tape and can fast forward through the ads, but now I’m watching 3 which means I can’t watch them later, I have to sit through them while they’re live. That’s one of the reasons I think i won’t watch Hilos until the weekend. I have other stuff filling up my dvr that I’m falling behind on, so I need to watch Hilos compressed.
Maggie
So, back to Hilos. That black and white dress was terrific. Why beige shoes with it? It’s nice to see a show set in the fashion industry that gives us some actual fashion.
And why was the guy photographing her there? The background would be the atelier or the high windows. Besides that being an awful background she would be backlit He later said he was going to get more lights. He had no lights to begin with!
Maggie
About those shoes, do models provide their own? I guess if there would be many sizes needed, that might be necessary. But, I am of the impression that models are pretty standardized to fit norms of dress sizes, so why not shoe sizes, too? The shoes would need to be as exclusive as the clothing. Not something most models could provide.
FYI, I also usually record shows and view later without commercials, often bingeing on weekends if necessary. If there are two on at the same time, I sometimes watch in real time and switch back and forth. This usually works and I like to think it might be good exercise for the brain, having to adjust. But, if the stories are too similar (names, for example), it can be confusing.
Babachita
Even though I no longer can get these shows I read the comments. Babachita I did the same when I was watching 4 shows in 3 hours. I'd switch between the 2 showing at the same time and FF through the commercials, and usually not begin watching the 8 p.m. show until 8: 20 so I could skip the commercials.
Información pública (Public Information)
We open with a montage of Pablo and Eloisa flashbacks and in the present. They are in the hotel room where he starts seducing her, starting with some quite sexy kissing of her knees. He is bare chested as he lovingly removes her shirt.
We see Matilde driving in a car just as Eloisa and Pablo are in front of a mirror, dropping their towels. We go from one scene to another as events unfold simultaneously. Matilde starts falling asleep and as Eloisa and Pablo’s kisses get more amorous, Matilde swerves to avoid a car. Her car careens across the street as she loses control. Finally, the car flips over as one of bystanders starts screaming for help.
The next morning, Pablo, dressed for work, kisses Eloisa who is still luxuriating in bed. Pillow talk ensues as he blows her a kiss.
Antonia is in a car with Tomas as Samuel is in a nightclub setting, taking pictures of Renata as she poses in yoga/workout gear, dancing sexily. He pauses to move some hair from her face and it is obvious he is entranced.
Eloisa looks at her phone and learns there has been an accident. Pablo is bringing her breakfast in bed as she quickly tells him what happened. They take the painting and run off (was his credit card declined?)
Gabriela is with Octavio at the hospital. Eloisa is calling Samuel but he is otherwise engaged and doesn’t pick up. Samuel is waxing poetic about Renata’s pictures and to our shock and utter dismay, kisses her! Oh noes! The kiss lasted a second or to longer than it should have before she pushed him away. He leans in again but she demurs, for obvious reasons, namely Eloisa. He tells her she is his fantasy. She says she is not interested but we fear that sadly, she is.
Carmela arrives at the hospital and unsurprisingly doesn’t seem interested in talking with Gabriela.
Antonia and Tomas talk about her pregnancy and I believe she says the decision is hers.
Antonia walks up and hears Octavio and Carmela discussing Eloisa’s relationship with Pablo. She is wide eyed impactada. Carmela chastises Octavio about Eloisa being the mother of his children and oh yes, his lousy attitude. It is clear these two have a totally adversarial relationship. Antonia is right there by Octavio’s side and he puts his arm around her and kisses her on the cheek. Blech.
Uh oh. Antonia is in the women’s room on the phone with Tomas as we see Gabriela around the corner. She overhears the entire conversation. After they hang up, Antonia sees Gabriela who pretends to be sorry. Carmen comes in, wanting Antonia to leave but she says she will be right out. After Carmen leaves, Gabriela goes up to Antonia and hugs her.
I can’t translate what the doctor says but he does recommend consultation with a specialist. I will say that when we see Gabriela at home, it appears one or both of her legs have sustained some type of injury which does not bode well for her professional dancing future. Carmen mutters something about the emotional component. She blames Octavio as Gabriela makes herself scarce.
During her coffee talk with Gabriela, Antonia spills tea on her pregnancy She has a lot of conflicting emotions.
Carmen talks with Eloisa on the phone, who is still not at the hospital. Carmen stands, with a furious stare directed at Antonia and Gabriela as they sip their beverages.
Diana
Eloisa finally arrives and bids goodbye to Pablo. He tries to talk with her but she cuts him off and waves. As she makes her way to Matilde’s room, Eloisa just misses Antonia and Carmen. As they exit the hospital, they see Pablo sitting in the driver’s seat of Eloisa’s car! Antonia imperiously banishes him from the car, barely giving him time to exit the vehicle. He then grabs a taxi.
Eloisa ends up in the same elevator as Gabriela (who literally towers over everyone. How tall IS she I wonder?) Naturally, the dozen or so other occupants of the elevator get off, leaving just the two of them in the elevator. Gabriela tries to talk to Eloisa who shockingly seems to tell Gabriela to accompany her. Gabriela flashes back to a previous scene with Karen which I can’t tie in.
At Matilde’s bedside, Octavio has a rather unhinged expression on his face as he has a series of flashbacks including recalling seeing Eloisa in her new underwear posing in front of the mirror. Rather than being concerned with his child, he is seething with jealousy imagining where Eloisa has been and what she was doing. Catching his disturbed look, Eloisa asks him if he is all right. “Perfecto” he answers, looking anything but. He absent mindedly touches Matilde’s leg and leaves. He hurries after Eloisa, berating her for not being there. He goes on a rant about money but surprisingly, Eloisa seems to keep her cool. Gabriela, whose new talent seems to be her ability to be omnipresent, is sitting right around the corner taking their entire conversation in.
Pablo is on the phone with Karen when Carmen arrives at his home! He invites her to sit down and she declines. Carmen obviously wants him to back off, murmuring about Eloisa’s emotional and matrimonial crisis. He tells her he doesn’t need permission from anyone but Eloisa. He tells her Eloisa is a marvelous woman after which she flashes him a furious look and leaves.
Karen is with Gabriela again, recounting recent events and asking her what her plan is. The biggest takeaway from their conversation is Gabriela telling Karen that the man Eloisa is involved with is Pablo!
Eloisa brings Matilde home as bratty Antonia gives her mother her car keys, talking about Pablo. Matilde and Samuel are nonplussed as Eloisa looks like a deer in the headlights. No one has a scintilla of sympathy or support for Eloisa; even Samuel is uncharacteristically nasty. Eloisa handles the situation as best she can but she has no allies here. She tries to talk with Samuel but he doesn’t accept her explanation and walks away from her in the kitchen. Et tu Samuel? What a disappointment.
Matilde is on the phone, wearing a two-piece leotard when Eloisa comes in. Eloisa is immediately concerned when she sees her. Matilde quickly dons her sweatshirt and rejects her mother. Eloisa leans against the wall.
Pablo calls Eloisa, telling her he is there, outside her home! “Are you crazy” she asks, my family, my children are here. Seconds later, she emerges and they kiss. How is Matilde he asks and is relieved when she says good. As they kiss, he says he doesn’t want to cause any problems. I believe he invokes the word “dream”. He is clearly bewitched and besotted. He kisses her hand as she turns and leaves. She turns and looks at him before she enters the house.
The next morning, Pablo is greeted by applause as he arrives at work. Karen calls him into her office, I can’t relate their conversation but when he removes his ID from around his neck and puts it on the desk, the outcome seems fairly clear. Karen is apoplectic.
I realize there were a few important scenes/discussions that I was unable to translate. I may not always get much or get it accurately but I sure do try. Your wise and insightful comments and observations are greatly appreciated. I look forward to reading what everyone has to say!
Diana
Diana, thank you so much . Your recaps get better and better . I love your writing style . Love this show !!! More tomorrow . i am watching " Amanecer , " but can hardly keep my eyes open ! Susan
P.s. Diana, when you describe the clothes , I always think of the " discussions " that you , Kirby, and I used to have about style . ha. Susan
Thank you, Diana, for your entertaining recap. I enjoyed reading it.
Yes, Pablo's credit card was declined and Eloísa pays the tab with hers at the hotel. Octavio's bank alerts him to the charge. Later, Octavio accuses her of having to support her current boyfriend. She explains what happened but all he knows is she is spending way too much of his money. He is sure that Pablo is taking advantage of her.
When Tomás asks Antonia when she is having "the procedure" done, she tells him she has been thinking about her situation which is the last thing he wants to hear. It seems that she has some kind of gynecological condition that could be affected by an abortion and she might never be able to get pregnant again. He argues back saying they had decided on an abortion a month ago. She says she never said she didn't want children. There is a big difference between not wanting children and not being able to have children. She makes it clear that the decision is hers. He isn't sure about having a baby; he doesn't even have a job yet. Antonia tells him to get one, then.
Gabriela says that if she had a job assured on her father's law firm, as does Antonia, and the suport of her family, she would do what she wanted about the pregnancy.
Yes, we, also, find out that the name of Eloísa's mother is Carmela. It was funny as she blamed Octavio for the whole familial mess in one scene and then blames Eloísa for it all in another scene. The best thing she says is that Octavio looks ridiculous with a woman looking like she could be his daughter. Carmela
later pays Pablo a visit telling him to stay away from her daughter or find out who she really is.
The doctor says that Matilde is suffering from anemia possibly from malnutrition. He recommends that she consult with her pediatrician, a nutritionist and a psychologist. Grandma Carmela downplays it all and talks about it being a result of her granddaughter's extreme ballet training. It seems like Mailde has broken a foot in her fall. She has the choice between a walking brace or a full fledged plaster cast. After grousing, she chooses the walking brace and seems undeterred from her original plan to lose weight.
When Pablo comes by to see Eloísa at the end of the episode, he tells her that she can take all the time she wants to take care of her family matters and that he will be waiting for her with no pressure. He gives her the key to the room where they stayed. He says that it may seem corny but the room where they stayed wasn't just any room but was named "temictli" which means "dream" in Nahuatl" (language of the Aztecs). He makes it clear that the dream she never wants to awaken from will be waiting for her.
The owners/directors of the magazine are uncomfortable with what they heard about Pablo having a relationship with Octavio's ex. Pablo makes it clear that he did not have anything to do with Eloísa while he was working on the article. That is not good enough for Karen. He says he is in love with Eloísa and refuses to beak up with her to please any of them. He beats Karen to the punch and resigns.
Susan, thank you so much for your very kind words!
I wish there were more time to pay attention to the fashion do's and don'ts. I miss being able to comment on the attire, but I can barely figure out what's going on and what's being said! :) Yes, our discussions with Kirby were so much fun...
Diana
Jarifa, thank you for your sensational dialogue and scene translations and enhancements. Your words consistently enlighten and delight.
I wondered why Octavio was nattering on about money, now I know! Is it the fact Pablo is pursuing Eloisa or spending his money that bothers him most? :)
I did think Antonia alluded to the fact she might not be able to have children but didn't get the entire context. Thank you for explaining that. Tomas is unemployed? Yes, Antonia is right. Get a job buddy...
Carmela wears her perpetual scowl well. While Pablo treated her with respect, he didn't kowtow to her did he? He certainly doesn't know who he is dealing with but I have a feeling Octavio does!
"The doctor says that Matilde is suffering from anemia possibly from malnutrition" was sad. She would do well to follow his recommendations. Ahhh, so Matilde broke her foot, a very bad break (literally and figuratively). Yet, she remains undeterred in her quest to lose more weight which she certainly does not have to lose.
"He says that it may seem corny but the room where they stayed wasn't just any room but was named "temictli" which means "dream" in Nahuatl" (language of the Aztecs). He makes it clear that the dream she never wants to awaken from will be waiting for her" was lovely. I understood "dream" but certainly not the rest of it, thank you so much for detailing this.
"That is not good enough for Karen. He says he is in love with Eloísa and refuses to beak up with her to please any of them. He beats Karen to the punch and resigns". Good for him! Not a scintilla of sympathy for Karen from me! :)
Thank you so much Jarifa. This was wonderful.
Diana
Diana, you were really flying tonight! Great writing! So many wonderful lines. And Jarifa, thank you for filling in details!
Poor Karen, she got quite a shock when she found out Pablo was involved with Eloise.
I’m curious to see what happens next with Samuel and Renata. I think things are going to get steamy.
Thanks so much, Diana and Jarifa. Diana I have to agree with everyone that you weave a beautiful story. And thanks, Jarifa, for the details.
Carmela is quite the busybody, getting involved in everybody’s business. But then she glosses over Matilde’s problems, which could be life threatening.
I guess we knew Antonia would end up siding with her dad, even seeming to now accepting the girlfriend. I hated that Octavio felt the need to let she and Carmela know what Eloisa was up to. Why does he seem to think that’s so much worse. Jealousy would be the main reason. And his jealousy is making Gabriela jealous. I love that!
I was surprised that Samuel was angry at his mother. He was her biggest champion. He needs to think about his feelings for Reneta, I don’t see any difference. Except it would be creepy for the three of them if he ends up with his mother’s best friend.
I loved the way Pablo quit his job. Karen deserved that.
I didn’t realize Antonia had a medical problem and was wondering why she was worried about maybe not being able to get pregnant if she went through with terminating the pregnancy. She needs to dump the boyfriend and have the baby!
Liz
Thank you very much for your nice words Maggie. They are truly appreciated!
Even though Karen knew Pablo was besotted with Eloisa, learning (directly from Pablo's mouth) that they are "together" was a huge shock indeed. If she had been wearing pearls, I suspect she would have been clutching them in utter heartbreak...
I am so disappointed in Renata! She has a stable of adoring young men ready to lavish praise at her every move. Why then would she ever entertain the idea of Samuel? She strikes me as a woman's woman, ready to do battle for her friends, no matter what the cost. The fact she is willing to gamble and lose her closest friend is disturbing.
Diana
Kat, I so appreciate your lovely, generous comments.
"I was surprised that Samuel was angry at his mother. He was her biggest champion". Thank you for bringing up Samuel's inexplicable defection which no doubt was devastating for Eloisa. Sad that none of her children seem to care that Eloisa deserves happiness.
Your wise articulation of the jealousy factor was spot on. I especially enjoyed "his jealousy is making Gabriela jealous".
I agree Antonia needs to dump Tomas; she is smart and resourceful and easily able to raise her child herself.
Diana
Ramiro is turning out even worse than I imagined. He will not go away quietly. He basically crashed Romina’s birthday party, arrived late with Omar and left early, taking Omar with him. I can’t figure out Omar but think Carolina needs to for it him dating Romina. But I bet she won’t reveal the real reasons to Manuel or anyone else. Which is a shame because I’d guess it’s against the law to traffic your wife.
The one positive was Carlos walking away from Tamara after saying no, we’re not together! And Leo with his “I told you so” smirk.
Catalina is always fun, she must realize Lorena will never look at Ricardo twice. She needs to let Recardo know!
Liz
I've been watching the promos for this show . Did I spot Altair Jarobo who was the crazy evil villain in " Receta " and the guy who played Leo , the bad son in Hijas?"
Anon, yes it appears both Altair and Juan Diego Covarrarubias have been added to the cast of Papas por siempre.
