I was able to check out some pics on telenovela world but don't remember seeing these. thanks for sharing them!! i absolutely LOVE JL resendez in them... though all the pics seem so fun!
 

Gloria, great pics! What a cool experience too. Can you tell us about how you happened to be on the set and met the cast?
 

Yeah, that's what I figured, but I couldn't find it in the archives... oh well. Great pictures, though. Guy looks WONDERFUL!

Guys wife is really beautiful. She should be in the novelas too. I have read that it is very hard to be a character on a novela. That the hours are very long and the filming goes on for months. Is that true?

Was the set large? Or are they able to film this with a reduced crew?

Wow. Telenovelas, to me, are intimate. They come into your house every night if you let them. The repeated showing of an issue, the length of time they are on... All those aspects make the novelas so familiar to me. Because of that it is easy to mistake the enormity of the project.

At times I feel like the writers are writing on the spot, and maybe sometimes they do. I guess it is all the things I listed that gave me the impression that everyone wears many hats to get the job done. That it is a skeleton crew behind the actors, so they can be more mobile, repeat scenes as necessary.

Well how wrong I was, but what a compliment to these people who do these shows day in and day out. Wow!

Thank you GLoria for giving us insider details. I think from what you have written I appreciate everyone who works on a telenovela even more!
 

Gloria these pictures are a fabulous addition to the blog. THANK YOU for sharing them and for sharing your insider info. Guy's wife is beautiful and, if such a thing is possible, even better looking in your pictures than in the novela!
