Jueves 22 de febrero 2007 -CIUDAD DE MÉXICO, México, feb. 22, 2007.- Luigi comienza a reprocharle a su padre que no lo acepte por ser gay, pero la doctora los interrumpe para avisar que la madre de Luigi se está muriendo. Alicia descubre la clave bancaria de Tomás y quiere quedarse con el millón de dólares que Jacks le dio a Conceptos. Enedina le pide disculpas a Luigi por no haberlo defendido de las críticas de su padre. Luigi le dice a su madre que si ella lo acepta tal cual es, entonces él también puede aceptar a los demás. Aparicio le confiesa a Lety que se siente culpable por haber rechazado a Luigi. Enedina se recupera milagrosamente. Luigi le dice a Lety que gracias a ella se han olvidado los rencores familiares y que su madre se ha recuperado. Luigi le dice a Lety que ahora la quiere y puede ver la belleza de su corazón. It seems to me (my interpretation of events), that there are only 3 hours left. If that is the case, does that mean there will be NO LFMB next week ( June 18-22)?
Any additional clarification on the schedule would be appreciatd.

I saw that myself and had the same question. Surely they don't have 2 1/2 hours of filler to use for 5 extra episodes next week and a gran finale the following Monday??

Maybe they're going to show the grand finale in 1/2 hour segments and then repeat the whole thing on Monday? Some other novelas have repeated their finales before the new show starts.

You are right other novelas have repeated the grand finale usually when the first show was on a Thursday and so they reran it Friday to leave Monday open for a clear shot of the new show. This drips and drabs ending of LFMB is unheard of in my experience and not at pleasing. Since Jaun Q is obviously ready to show why didn't they just stick to the original game plan. I can only conclude that there are serious concerns about holding onto the LFMB audience until Juan Q gets established which is telling me in neon letters that Juan Q is a dog. And after trying for five days to get into it and failing I have decided that I will migrate back to English language reruns of Law sand order or CSI Miami until what ever replaces Duelo or Destilando calls me back to novelaland.

Or they could be doing clip shows and the like. I would LOVE a clip show summarizing some of the stuff that happened before I began watching, especially the things that didn't get recapped.
 

I wouldn't be surprised if they just "30 minute" us through to the end. I mean whats the difference, when it was an hour they had so much "fluff" with the cuartel and other filler uppers, that the show turned out to be about 30 minutes anyway.
 

I guess we'll have to wait until Monday, Nina thanks for finding the info and Julie thanks for posting! I would really like to see the original make over (aka the green horror) in real time and that trip where they wore all white Don Fernando tan divino!

Aside from the grand finale, I think there's an episode we haven't seen (I believe it ran on 23 February in Mexico, although esmas.com didn't summarize it). I think they also ran a special episode (maybe 2 hours???) of highlights, the Sunday before the last week of shows???. I'm basing this on U-tube, so I could be wrong. But taken together, that would give us 2.5 hours, not counting the finale.

they ran 2 weeks mondray thru fri of 1/2 hour shows..so next week starts the second...you still have to go thru a lot of nonsense...without spoiling just think The tommy/Alcia show...Rosy Ocampo had the gran fin set up in Monterrey...the date was picked..the winner (if you could call him that will not be revealed until the nth moment)...then the last hour is actually a concert that was held in Mexico, to thank the Mexican people for enabling Rosy OCampo to never have to work again...CD's available near the exits...So after the two weeks of filler the whole fin (2 hours & the concert) ran on that Sunday nite..So you will have filler week and then the big Fin..next Mon...Damn cuttin into Rod & Gavi time...

I figured she would be the one anxious for a sequel? My vote would be no sequel. Look how the show took a turn for the worse after the extensions. Some sort of recap would be good this week, provided there is no cuartel,Tomy &
Alicia or Aldo.

I was under the impression that NO ONE wanted to do a sequel... at least not the primary actors, who are all now in positions to take on more lucrative and rewarding (and less stressful) projects.

I just finished watching tonights show and I'm so angry at Lety I could scream. Her indifference towards Fernando had me shouting at the t.v "forget her Fernando she's not worth it." If it wasn't for Fernando going to "seaworld" to bring Aldo back you wouldn't have a wedding to plan. She was almost cold with how she seemed to shrug off the problems Conceptos was having with the stolen money for fear it would postpone her precious wedding to Aldo. I think Fernando should just forget Lety because she sure has forgotten him. I'm here Fernando and I'll help erase Lety from your mind and heart.
