PEAM # 15: 3/29/13- Where Oh Where Has My Little Dog Gone, Oh Where, Oh Where Can He Be?

We start this epi with Chucho being demoted and the ransom demand of 50 thou for Sanson.

Jess is on the phone with Fern talking about Sanson and Ricardo, one of the three Sillies is hiding behind the wall partion, and he is all ears. Fern tells Jess she is only getting 5 % of that ransom and she so isn't happy with that. Their ultimate objective is to get Chucho fired of course! Jess wants her job back, of course. Sanson is barking, he is still in his prison, the bathroom of course, so Fern goes to quiet him and Sanson runs out. HA! Sanson is tearing up the sofa and the shoes and whatever his little mouthy pooh can get ahold of. Probrecito! Sanson that is, not Fern.

The Secretaries are all gathered, and Tablet Jefe is right, noone, but noone ever works, and they are talking about Sanson too. They decide to say a little prayer for the little pooch for his safe return. Awww.

Rog has gone to the storage in his house. He has determined he will use the "package" moola for the ransom to be paid for Sanson. He has a coniption fit when he sees the dresser is gone. Ruh Roh, he thinks he's been robbed! Later, he mentions the possible theft to his maid, and she informs him that in fact, Chucho now has the dresser, double Ruh Roh, cause if looks could kill, Chucho would be dead!

Now Alma and Chucho are having a little discussion about the ransom call. How is it that that call went to the shipping warehouse where Jess took the call and not to Rog himself? Chucho feels that dog so don't hunt, so he goes looking for Jess and the questions begin. He basically accuses her of having something to do with Sanson's kidnapping but she fakes the tears and swears she had nothing to do with it, and tells him to quit with the third degree.

The Shrill Sargent from Hell (Vero) calls Chucho and he thinks the game is up. To his immense surprise it isn't. She is informing him he can have Valentina for the night. YAY! Elias also tells Vero to tell Chucho hey from him, like remember the meat you promised me dude, I so miss the meat! He must be on time to pick up Valentina, remember she's on a schedule. Chucho promises to be on time. He is over the moon, hangs up and he hugs Alma. Rog also calls and wants to know if the kidnapper has called again, no, but Alma confirms she gave the dresser to Chucho and now Rog wants to know where Chucho could have put it in his house. (Note to Alma: Now why would Rog want to know where that dresser is going, jus' sayin'). Alma informs Rog that she gave the dresser to Chucho for his daughter's room it's probably in Valentina's bedroom. Remember this for later. Rog hangs up and curses Chucho.

It's back to Fern and Sanson. Sanson has torn the place up, YAY! Fern catches him and puts him back in the bathroom prison. The poor puppy whines and cries, probrecito! Fern calls Jess again about the ransom money. Jess tells Fern about all the questions that Chucho has been asking about why that ransom call came into the shipping warehouse and not to Rog himself. Fern tells her to deny, deny, deny. Jess is worried that Rog won't pay the ransom. Fern assures her he will. Click. Fern has gotten some voice disguising software for his computer and places another ransom call with instructions to Rog. The disguised voice sounds like a cross between Alvin the Chipmunk and Marvin the Martian, take your pick. Anyhoo, Fern tells Rog if he doesn't get the money, he will hurt Sanson! A pox on Fern! Rog wants proof of life! Fern lets Rog hear poor Sanson whine! Rog says he will pay the ransom tomorrow and Fern hangs up and makes mouth motions imitating Rog. Rog is very worried now about Sanson and we have a flashback of all the wonderful times Rog and Sanson had. I must say I really think Rog loves his Sanson and only his Sanson! Rog asks Chucho to get Fern on the line for him.

Chucho has gotten Fern on the line, and there is dog barking in the background. Chucho is QTH, but it stops and Chucho tells Rog he has Fern on the line. Rog tells Fern that Sanson has been kidnapped and he needs the 50 thou for the ransom. Fern is instructed to find the dresser with the "package" money that Alma gave to Chucho. Fern is to get that money y punto!

Chucho is now going to pick up Valentina and Alma is happy he is getting her. Chucho still feels guilty about losing Sanson. Alma reminds him not to be late and he goes.

Fern called Jess earlier to come over. She thinks it's for a night of nooky, but no such luck. She is there to dog sit while he runs that little errand Rog asked him to do. She also gives him directions to Chucho's house. Fern goes and Jess hears Sanson whining in that bathroom and she lets him out, he growls at her and takes off to run around and she is scared of him and calls him a beast!

Chucho has arrived at Elias' and the Shrill Drill Sargent from Hell. Vero wants to have a little chat with him. Seems she is giving him a list of do's and don'ts, what to feed Valentina, what she has to wear, yadda, yadda, and bundles the poor girl up like she is going to the frozen tundra, jus' sayin'. Valentina is happy to be going with her Papa Chucho and Elias is smiling too but SDS has a prune face. Finally, Chucho and Valentina make their escape and Elias has to comfort SDS cause she is starting to get tears in her eyes, who knew?

Rog calls Fern to find out where he's at and Fern tells him he is going to Chucho's hood. Rog tells Fern he is really worried about Sanson and Fern says of course you are. Rog wants that money to save his Sanson. After Rog hangs up, Fern does his bad imitation Snidely Whiplash and imitates Rog.

Chucho and Valentina are outside and Chucho tries to get a taxi, but there aren't any. He asks if she is cold, they arent' going to the frozen tundra, so he takes her scarf off and tells her, since she is a princess he has a special coach for her. They end up boarding the bus, the forbidden City bus, that Valentina is not supposed to be on. But it is Chucho's and Valentina's little secret. Valentina is liking her "coach" but is worried cause Vero expressly forbade her to be on it. He tickles her and the ride becomes fun.

Fern has finally arrived in Chucho's hood and now he is on the lookout for Chucho's apartment.

Ricardo, the Silly that overheard Jess on the phone with Fern is in the coffee room with the other two Sillies but doesn't let on about the phone call with Jess. There is a scene with Jess and Sanson and Sanson is tearing up the sofa, I think all the cushions are toast! Jess gets a call and she thinks it's Fern, but it's Ricardo! Ricardo is thinking she had a little something, something to do with the kidnapping of Sanson. I smell some blackmail! She gets very defensive with Ricardo and tells him he's crazy. She was home at the time of the dastardly deed and what would she be doing with Sanson, anyways, Hmmmm. Click! Jess is worried.

Chucho and Valentina have finally made it home and Chatita is there. At first she is confused about who he is, and then remembers after some prodding. Chatita thinks that Valentina is a little Angel and a Princess. Awww. They all go in the house. Fern is lurking outside doing his Snidely Whiplash move. Chucho, Valentina and Chatita sit down to dinner. It's soup and Chucho asks Chatita what is in it? I think he is afraid he'll really pith SDS off cause first there was the bus and now the soup. The soup has Vero approved ingredients. Ha! He tells Chatita about the kidnapped dog and Chucho thinks back to that barking dog he heard in the background when he called Fern. He thinks Fern is the guilty party!

Patimelt has stopped by Alma's for a little visit. They also talk about the kidnapped Sanson. Alma says Rog is really upset about the kidnapped Sanson and Patimelt makes a face. Alma wants to know about that galan that has upset Patimelt so. Pati won't talk about it so Alma tells her about Hayzoos (Pati's name for Chucho) and Rog about the demotion, I think. Alma really wants to know about that infeliz old galan of Pati's. Pati says it's in the past, yeah right, sure , sure, when Alma has just the thing to cheer Ms Patimelt up. Be the maid of honor at Alma's wedding. Well, knock Patimelt over with a feather! Alma wants Patimelt to help with the organizing of the wedding, Salud! Pati is very conflicted, makes her excuses to Alma and goes, leaving poor Alma wondering what in the world she said.

Chucho has brought little Valentina to her room. I think she misses her little bedside lamp, the rotating one.  Valentina would like to paint her new room orange and yellow, the colors Vero the Shrill Drill Sargent hates, go figure. Beautiful sunny colors! Chatita suggests that they also paint some butterflies and Chucho suggests a rainbow too. Valentina is excited about the suggestions. ( Thanks Vivi for the color scheme of the room, I completely missed it : ) ) Chucho puts Valentina to bed, according to the SDS's schedule, Dios forbid it should be off kilter, and Valentina isn't happy, but Chucho tells her a story about a Princess and there are now drawings of Valentina as the Princess, Chucho as a peasant, and there is a Queen Alma too. There is also Prince Rog, drawn like the devil with a pitchfork, lol. The peasant Chucho is in love with Queen Alma but she belongs to Prince Rog who mysteriously turns into Sanson, HA! That's the end of the story for now, it is a continuation, doncha know. He wants her to close her eyes and go to sleep. Chatita and Chucho go. Chatita and Chucho now talk amongst themselves. He asks her if she would please watch Valentina cause he wants to go find Sanson, he goes and Chatita goes to Valentina's room. Once outside, Chucho calls Alma and he tells her he thinks that Fern took Sanson. Poor little Valentina can't sleep, new bed, new room, Chatitia is decked out in the rocker, very sleepy and covered with a binky and she tells Valentina to go to sleep.

Outside, Chucho is already gone, Fern is skulking around. He has some burglery tools, who knew, the skunk and looks for one to open the door. Valentina hears a noise and she tells a drowsy Chatita who says it's nothing. Chatita has now fallen asleep and Valentina keeps hearing noise. She gets out of bed and looks in the big dresser and finds the drawer empty, then runs to her bedside dresser, opens that drawer and sees the little bag in there. She opens the bag and sees it is full of money. Fern is still making noises as he is trying to break in and Valentina maybe thinks that he is there to rob them, so she pulls that little bedside dresser away from the wall. The bag is still on top of the little dresser, it is still open and the two little bundles of money are still lying beside it.    Fern is having trouble getting into Chucho's place and tries to use his credit card to jimmy the lock and it looks like he ruins his card, good! He looks around for something else to jimmy the door and sees a wire coat hanger lying around. Oh, hey that's the ticket, he grabs it and finally gets the door open, while poor Valentina is going towards the door , covering her mouth so she doesn't scream! Here is where the epi ends.

Avances Esta Lunes:

Fern opens the door.

Alma and Chucho are in a clutch and look as if they are about to kiss!

Hey, Y'all I am working on the recap so please comment away.

Hey Audrey:

Good to see you drop in and I'm waving Back At Cha : )

Madelaine - I think we can use this title again (re-purpose it?) on an episode where Balzac is found by is rightful owner, Estefano. ;-)

Hi y'all!
I am afraid I won't be able to comment any time soon, since I went to the movies and I missed the episode. I have been trying to watch it on JULU (thats HULU in spanish) but #15 is not there yet. Yes! I watched other eps. just to verify my suspicions and yes! The only captions they show are in spanish, and YES! they're as bad as the english ones!! To illustrate, when Rogelio says ''whatever'', the captions read ''wherever'' LOL!
Sooo, I will read the recap as soon as it's ready, but as with all ''good recipes'', I know it won't be enough to satisfy my curiosity to get inside every nook and cranny so I will also have to ''eat the food'' when I find it.

See you all later!

I tried to see one online that I missed 3/19, it was really good but it still hasn't been on TV.

I haven't seen this episode yet but I just have to crow.
Yes! We just knocked off Marquette and SU is going on to the Final Four next weekend in Atlanta. Huzzah!

Güera from Syracuse

Sad for Marquette, happy for Syracuse. :S

I'm hoping to catch these epis on Hulu while I'm on vacation -- I'll give it a go in the morning.

In the previews, though, I saw Chucho saying to Alma that he thought Fer had the dog, so GOOD...they have done a nice job so far not dragging things out.

Ok. I finally saw it.

Jesús tells Valentina lying is bad, but keeping secrets of things she is not allowed to do is not?
Riding the public bus is something blacklisted by Cabrónica, but maybe because the did it BEFORE THEY READ THE LIST, could be overlooked...

At first I thought Jesús was not kind enough to offer the lady who was standing close to them his seat, but then I saw more empty seats close to the back so I think that lady likes to ride standing...

I thought Jesús lived in the first floor because
a)Chatita greeted him the first time he set foot in the ''privadita'' and both her and his apartments were close to where everybody was dancing, singing and eating tacos
b)When the Hierros came for inspection, did or did not Alma and Chatita were watching them from soem stairs? My mind is blurry...
c)When cabrónica met Alma (Chatita), I don't remember her climbing any stairs but

Now I thought I saw Fernando trying to force the door, and the hanger, and everything, made em think it was a second floor... any ideas?
Is my brain going ''chatita'' on me?
Ohhh! And I saw another (YES another) Virgin with candles somewhere along the hallways.
God, that people is so religious!

The caption person wrote VECINDAD, when the three stooges were talking about internet and restricted websites and they said OFICINA...
Just for the record...

If I ever need a blood transfusion, I wouldn't want that caption person to be my interpreter, LOL

JudyB, sorry for the loss. That was a heartbreaker. They came so close to puling it out right at the end.

Güera

Hey Y'all the recap is finally up. Sorry it took me so long to put it up. I had trouble with the font and I'm sorry it is such a small size. Enjoy the recap.

Tks Madelaine,

Jesus & Chatita live on the ground floor. I remember the old man coming out while Jesus walked along the sidewalk and handed him the keys. Chatita is 1 or 2 doors down.

I guess Valentina is going to hide the money. But why was she looking through the drawers?

OK, Pablo; you've convinced me. I'm going to put on my big-girl pants and turn off my captions. I didn't realize how much I was missing.

Madelaine, thank you for another stellar recap!

Jarifa

Wowie zowie Mads, what a great recap! I was on the edge of my seat!

I just realized that even if I can get the epis on Hulu, I won't have captions, so I guess I'm getting my wish -- cold turkey.

Love, love, LOVE "shrill sergeant." Too funny.

So looking for the dog became looking for the ''dough''?

I love the captions, in english or spanish or ''wherever'' because they add to the TN another dimension. I suggest turn them on and watch them several times, like director commentaries from a DVD, LOL!

For the first time Valentina has been left unattended after 8pm and see what happens, now she's bored and has nothing else to do but snoop in those drawers.

Twist #1: Chatita hides the dough and then never remembers where she put it.
Twist #2: Fernando gets the dough and claims he only found 2,000 (keeping the rest) making Jesús suspicious for the disappearing of the rest, word against word to see who believes in who. I am sure one of those should be ''whom'' but I am not sure which one, hahaha

Great job Mads!

I really got a kick out of Rogue's flashbacks to Sanson as a puppy. What a cute puppy he was too. So, is Sanson just a terror with everyone else, and really sweet with Rogue? I can't see Rogue putting up with Sanson tearing up his house like that. I was LOL when he knocked Jessy on her shapely rear when he escaped the bathroom.

Poor Valentina. First night in Papa Jesus's apt, and she has to deal with a burglar. I hope she watched Home Alone and got some ideas. :)

By the way, what Valentina asked for was to paint her new room in her favorite colors- orange and yellow. These are colors Vero won't allow. Chatita suggested that they also paint butterflies on the wall, and Chucho suggested they paint a rainbow (arco iris) too. Valentina is very excited by these suggestions.

Well Happy Easter ....and I am getting my wish, more Sexy-Jessy. I don't care if she is evil minded. She is Sexy as @$#%!!!!!

Congratulations Guera, you are the last one of us still dancing..Judy B. come join us in the spectators section... We are getting are acts together, and hope for another invitation to next year's dance.

P.S. We will save room for Guera just in case...lol

Florida Gators still going strong, They have to beat Mich, starts at 2PM

Thanks, Madelaine. I laughed all the way through.

Sanson has added some chuckles -- he is doing a job on Fern's apartment. It may cost more that the 50K ransom just to refurnish. -- And Jess is taking all these chances for just 5%. What a cheapskate that Fern is.

I wonder just what Ricardo will try to get out of Jessica in return for his silence.

Jésus & Valentina & Catita are cute together. i wonder what Valentina is going to do with the money. She seemed to think it was play money.

I thought this was fun. We're starting to get a little flesh on some of the characters -- a a bit more backstory. What's the deal with Alma and a father she hasn't talked with in months?

Güera

Muy bien hecho, Mads. It was funny from beginning to end. You do comedy so well.

I guess you've known a couple of shrill sargents in your day--but heaven forfend you ever *were* one!

I'm beginning to feel sorry for Vero--she's a one-note person and that's all we have to laugh at her about. She's not bad looking, has a nice house, a lovely daughter, two attractive men who are/were interested in her--where did she go wrong???? Not all vegans are alike, no?

Pablo--I love your Twist #1, but it is also likely that with Val Home 'alone' Fern is never going to get his hands on the dough and Chucho will get the dog back for free. The real Twist is what is Chucho going to do with the money? Will he try to give it back to Alma, who then grills Roge about where all that money came from....hmmm. Love the possibilities.

Jess was a scream and the Dog Took the Perr-imo for best actor last night. It would be poetic justice for Fern to end up with no money and a wrecked house and a pithed off Jess.

Mads--I liked your observation of Note to Alma--why would Roge want to know where the dresser is....

...and the fact that Roge only loves Sanson. What a way to start a marriage!

It is so obvio that the script dept. has memorized all the classic Rocky & Bullwinkle characters. I'm sure we'll see more than just Snidely [OT: Hans Conreid did the voice for Snidely.]

Is Fern ever going to be surprised to have to go up against a clever little princess for the money. If she succeeds in detaining him, it sure would be a nice reward for Val to meet Sanson--and pet him, before going home.

Easter greetings from Toronto. ~~~~~~I didn't get to see this episode so I especially appreciate the recap. Thanks, Madelaine. I love your new picture, Is that a white peony or a rose ? So beautiful. Carlos~~~That would be ...''Who believes in whom?'' because ''who'' is for a subject and ''whom'' is for an object.

whoops!!!! That grammar moment was for Pablo...not Carlos. Sorry !!!

Well that was depressing, Mich beat the gators by 20. That's it for my teams.

Variopinta...come take a seat with us.....

I loved the recap, Madelaine.
Still chuckling over the Shrill Drill Sergeant.
For me- this episode was more tolerable.

I think Valentina is adorable.

And I kind of like Vero as a character. She's interesting. Annoying most of the time, but interesting.

G: See the Loud House gang won.

Oh Mads...once again you've come up with an unforgettable nickname. SDS sounds like a disease! Poor Vero...right now she is a disease, robbing the folks around her of a lot of joy, spontaneity and life. Really really really, vegans are necessarily like that.

Haven't seen the episode, we were down in Charlotte and risking our lives on Route 77 with Easter traffic and dense fog, but all is well and we're back.

And Güera, thanks for the sympathy. I was proud of the way we came back, but horrified by our inability to connect in any way during the first half. Still, we won two games on last second shots, poetic justice that we then ended up losing by just three points. A tough system where all but one team ends up feeling like losers.

Blue Lass, Variopinta, Nanette, Lee and I are now all in the bleachers but I'm still looking forward to the Final Four. Syracuse's zone defense with those tall players will be quite a matchup for anybody, methinks.

Good Morning Y'all and I hope you had a Happy Easter and a Happy Holiday. Thanks for all the great comments.

Doris:

You bet I will re-purpose this title for Balzac (he he) whenever it is discovered he is found : )

Pablo:

Thanks so much for your comments. It does seem as if it has turned from a search for the poor doggie to the search for the money. Chucho does live on the first floor and I was a bit confused, lol, about Chatita, cause when Vero came to visit Chatita was on a balconey looking down on her. We have never seen her going up the stairs it seems she just goes two doors down and she is in her flat. We'll have to watch and find out if she lives upstairs. Pablo I like your twists too!

Variopinta:

I was wondering about why Valentina was looking in the drawers too. Maybe she was looking for something to hit the robber with. Maybe a candlestick or something heavy. I too think she is going to hide the money.

Jarifa:

Thanks for the lovely comment.

Blue:

Vero reminds me of my Company Commander from boot camp. That woman could shriek when giving orders as Vero does. I bet you'd do fine without the captions : )

Vivi:

I too liked the scenes with Sanson as a puppy. They were so adorable and I really think that Sanson is a one man dog. He truly loves his master and noone else. Thanks for the color schemes for Valentina's room. I adjusted the recap to reflect them. I totally missed that : )

Lee:

I see you have a new favorite in Jessy, lol. I don't think she is truly evil, just bamboozled by Fern.

Guera:

I too think that Fern is being the ultimate cheapskate. Jess has taken on the watching Sanson and trying to fend off Ricardo cause she knows he must have heard something, even though she didn't see him snooping on her while she was on the phone with Fern. I really think Ricardo will try to blackmail her. I don't know about Alma and her Papa. We haven't seen him yet, but maybe we will. I too think this TN has become more fun.

Anita:

I too think Vero will turn out to be interesting. I just don't like the way she raises her voice and insists it's her way or the highway. She reminds me of my Company Commander from bootcamp, lol. That woman was harshing everyone's mellow, lol. I was authoritative in the military but not harsh like Vero is. You are right about the Rocky and Bullwinkle lol.

Susanlynn:

The rose on my avatar is called a Damask Rose. It's an Heirloom Variety. I have many Heirloom roses in my garden. The smell from these roses are divine and on a warm summer night, when we sit on the front porch, and there is a breeze, it's wonderful to sit and smell them.

Tablet Jefe:

I couldn't help the Shrill Drill Sargent, lol. That woman is harsh! I wish she would mellow some.

Nanette:

I too think that Valentina is adorable. As far as Vero goes she is going a little overboard with Valentina. Vero needs the therapy I think, not Valentina so much.

Judy:

Oh, I didn't mean for SDS to sound like a disease, but you're right it does! But you're right too about Vero. She seems to suck the joy out of a room whenever she enters it, jus' sayin'. I don't think Vegans are like her either. My daughter had a friend in High School whose Mama was a vegan but the rest of the family was not. This girl's Mama cooked all the meals she just didn't eat the meat. Vero could do this too, but I think Elias goes along with it to keep the peace and Valentina has no choice. That's the part I don't like. Let them be able to choose.

I am very curious to find out why Vero is the way she is. When Chucho and Elias were discussing Vero a couple epi's ago, it seems that Vero wasn't always like this. Maybe she got this way after she found out she was preggers and Chucho was already far away. She is way overboard with the bundling up of Valentina and the masks the Nanny wears in the house. It is almost as if Vero has OCD. Valentina has to be exposed to some germs sometime, or her immune system will take a major hit. I am looking forward to finding out more about Vero to find out why she is like this.

Of course she is!
Valentina leaves her house (the plastic bubble) every day to go to school (for instance) where she met with hundreds of other kids whose houses are breeding ground of germs, scabies, bacteria and God knows what.
I am sure Verónica's got some radiation detection devices by the door so Valentina doesn't get anything from the REAL WORLD inside the bubble, but how can you be so strict, (or raise a child in an environment so sterilized) when everything outside is crawling with little critters getting stuck to your clothes and skin, LOL
Isn't worse in the long run?
She's not creating any antibodies!

In México we say that if we survive tap water, we will survive anything! Gotta be true!

Right, Chatita looking down from a balcony at Veronica. Must be a beanie moment.

Pablo, Everyone said I was going to get Moctezuma's revenge on my trip to Mex, so I went with all the proper meds. Fortunately I escaped. I put a large bottle of water on the bathroom sink as a reminder, the easiest place to forget when you brush your teeth.

Do you live in Mex now?

No. I was born and raised there, scratching my knees and falling from trees, drinking water from the waterhose and eating from street vendors. Does anybody remember the snow cones? Well, those huge pieces of ice the vendor scraped with an iron thing were not at all made with purified water!! And we loved them YUKIS! LOL
Where I live now, even my dogs drink filtered water! You know what the water people say: we purify the water we pipe, but the pipes are old and rusty and we don't guarantee it gets to your fawcet as clean as we made it!

The main thing here is not going to the extremes, since both could be dangerous! And Vero should be somewhere in the middle! right?

I think Chatita just wanders all around the apartment complex. She lives on the ground floor near Chucho, but I'm sure she spends time in other people's apartments and there's probably a rooftop area too, like in many of those types of buildings.

Pablo:

That's the way kids should grow up as you did, being exposed to the outside world. We played outside when I was a kid all the time, and we ate food too from street vendors. But now that Valentina is being "allowed" visits with Chucho she will be exposed to some of the outside world at least and not kept in that bubble world.

Vivi:

I think you are right about Chatita. She is known to everyone in that complex and I'm sure she visits the neighbors all the time. Since they have never shown her going up the stairs to where she lives I too think she lives about two doors down from Chucho, or maybe next door even. I too remember from Refugio the rooftop area of the 'hood.

I just watched it again on Hulu, & noticed what looks like a blow up doll in Fernandos apt. You can see it when he is on the phone with Jessica.

I think is a mannequin dressed with lingerie... something black and red, I believe? I don't remember well...

If there's a pot nearby, Valentina should start making mud pies!

About Valentina and the money. I too rewatched on Hulu and what Valentina does when she hears the noise is go to the big dresser across the room, finds the drawer empty and then goes to the bedside drawer, opens that and sees that little case with the money in it. She takes the case out, opens it and takes two bundles of the bills out and then moves the dresser from against the wall. This is the way it is when Fern opens that door, doing a happy dance, while Valentina has her mouth covered and is looking towards the door. So we don't know yet what happens to the money.

I meant she moves the bedside table from the wall not the dresser : )

I fixed the recap towards the end of what I saw Valentina do with the money. And Fern also ruined his credit card trying to jimmy the lock on the door, lol.

I wondered why Vero even sent Valentina to school. The way she is, I would expect Val to be home schooled.

Pablo
I think my idea of the blowup doll is funnier than the mannequin. Question is why does he have it?

Yeah, it is funnier. I would like to rewatch that episode because the only thing that comes to mind is that (since Regelio has a nice decor with nicer -and probably much more expensive- things) he thinks this doll is making some statement...?

Thank you, Madelaine. Obnoxious internet problems this weekend. By the time I read this recap, we'll already be done with tonight's episode. But I printed it out just to make sure I don't miss it! :)
