Betty Delivers the Bad News to Her Mama Pau
We start this epi with Betty showing Pau the results of her pregancy test, that the low one raped her and how she broke up with Santino. Pau is beyond words, in fact, she is very upset. She doesn't want Betty to break up with Santino. She didn't like him at first but now feels he is a good guy for her. Betty also tells her about the phone call from the low one and that he's watching her and if he catches her with Santino, she'll never see Guillo again. Pau is really upset now and wants to tell Frankie. No telling Frankie, Betty says. He is going to see Nikki in Miami this evening, don't ruin that and whatever the Pau does, she is not to tell Frankie. Pau promises, but she isn't liking it. She'd rather Frankie knew about all this cause when he finds out he'll be pithed. Betty says she'll tell him eventually but right now he deserves some happiness.
The Foyer of the Balvanera Manse, Where All Pertinent Bidness Takes Place
Adri and the Angel are talking about his new duties as her bodyguard. They won't be much and he'll have lots of free time. Ms Vikki joins them and even suggests to the Angel that he can take some agronomy classes on line and get his degree. Who would have thunk? He can even use the computer in her study if he wants to. Well, it's never to late for a degree, and hey he can ask Santino about taking some security classes this way too. Awesome! Adri is sad that Ms Vikki is leaving tomorrow and wants to know when her flight leaves. Of course, here comes the FF being his nosey self and butts into the convo wanting to know what is this about Ms Vikki leaving. Ms Vikki tells him she is going to Buenos Aires and FF turns to the Angel and says he's lucky to be going to such an interesting country, provided if he has ever been out of the country before. Ms Vikki snaps on the FF and tells him Angel isn't coming with her. He wants to know if she is going, gasp** alone? She tells him it's none of his bidness. Adri pipes up that Angel is her bodyguard now, and Ms Vikki tells him she is going with her amante. Cara de impactado de FF! Same with Angel for that matter. He didn't see that coming!
Miami, Florida The Pavia's Hotel Room:
Nikki is hanging out writing a letter, when Roy comes in and she quick hides it. He looks beat and Nikki tells him so. He is ready to throw in the towel. Beating this Australian Dude is gonna be hard. He wants to eat cause he's famished and orders room service for he and Nikki. He also tells Nikki to forget all about Frankie, cause Roy called the Balvanera Manse and talked to Sweet Poli, really he said that, and found out that Lili and Frankie went on a vacay and they are getting married! Nikki is shocked, she so doesn't beleive it.
Frankie says Buh Bye to His Familia:
Frankie is at Pau's to say buh bye to Betty, Felipe and Pau. Betty wishes him much luck Frankie is gonna get a cell phone once he gets to the States and will call Betty for updates about Guillo. Felipe wants all of them to see him off at the airport, but no need, Zambrano is taking him. Now it's time for hugs and kisses and buh byes and they wish him luck, Felipe and Betty do, Pau hasn't said anything. Frankie lets Betty know he knows about the breakup with Santino and to think long and hard about that cause Santino really loves her. Frankie is just about to go when Pau asks if she can give him a buh bye kiss. Sure can, Mama, he does call her Mama. Big hug, kiss on the cheek, the faucet in Pau's eyes is going full blast, but Felipe and Betty are crying too. That song Pau is always playing plays throughout this scene. It's a Mother and Child Reunion. Sigh.
Santino is Bummed:
He keeps staring at his cell phone. He is so blue. He is still hoping Betty will call, but it's not happening. Polita can't beleive the Macho Santino could suffer for lurrrve. Even Jean Marie agrees that within that rock hard body is a heart full of lurrvve. He tells them with Betty he learned how to love. He gets a call from, who else Viewerville, the FF wanting a pick up, so he goes. Polita remarks she understands exactly how Santino feels cause she feels the same without her blondie and so does Lili. Jean Marie says the pain is really worth it sometimes cause he has something beautiful with Estafano!

It's Hammer Time or Let's Get Stinking Drunk!
Nikki and Roy are toasting themselves for being two losers and Nikki says their marriage is Super, Hyper, Duper, Mega, Happy, Salud! There is a knock on the door and it's Omar, the ever diligent trainer, and he is pithed that Roy is gettin' his drunk on. He wants him fresh and ready to go in the a.m for that match. Roy says no worries, just let him be happy for now and Nikki promises he'll be ready to go. Omar goes but tells Roy his lack of commitment and responsiblity will be his downfall. He slams the door on his way out. What a bummer says Nikki and he should go to the atm and withdraw that 'tude. Roy goes for that. More drinking ensues. The bottle is empty now, but no worries Roy has ordered another from Room Service. Nikki has been playing a spin the bottle type of game on the floor, by herself, and it keeps pointing at her. So Roy helps her up, she is a tad unsteady on her feet, and they have another glass, and all of a sudden, Roy is now having a hallucination that Lili is in front of him and he grabs Nikki and kisses her, thinking of course it is Lili. Nikki pulls aways and tells him please Roy, and then she too has a vision of Frankie and now she is kissing Roy. Ruh, Roh!
Ms Vikki and the Angel in Her Bedroom, GASP!
No, Y'all it isn't what you think. Angel wants to know if Ms Vikki is really going to Buenos Aires and what lover is this? Is this true, huh? Does she really have a lova???? And who is it???? Ms Vikki is packing. Ms Vikki wants to get it through the Angel's head she doesn't have a lover. Angel wants to know if he should beleive her. She wants to know is he demanding an explanation? Well he did hear her tell Adri she was tearing him out of her heart and he heard her tell the FF she was going with the amante. So what about that? Ms Vikki is getting annoyed and tells him once again, there is no lova! Now Angel thinks that Ms Vikki will meet him in Miami, the lova that is, and she is using Nikki as an excuse. Oh, for Pete's sake. This convo goes round and round and Ms Vikki is doing the head toss again. The FF Hasn't Gone to Work, He Made a Pit Stop, Guess Where?
Of course he just had to go see his Ho. And he is bitchin' about this amante of Ms Vikki's. He tells the Ho that Ms Vikki told him to his face, she is going to Buenos Aires with her lova. Well, the Ho thinks this is perfect, Ms Vikki will finally be knocked off her pedestal and he'll finally see that she is well, like Kendho. Ms Vikki so doesn't appreciate the FF. FF says he ain't divorcing Ms Vikki, and if she thinks this lova or the Angel will be the new Master of that house, fogetboutit! Now Kendho wants to know if he even heard what she said??? FF doesn't have time for her nonsense. So now Kendho pulls a Brady Bunch Marcia, Marcia, Marcia, only she says she is sick of Victoria, Victoria, Victoria! Kendho thinks he still has feelings for Ms Vikki, yeah, her moola!
Jocelyn and Hubby in a Swanky Restaurant:
They order some drinks and look quite happy. Jocelyn calls Ms Vikki on her cell phone to give her the chisme about the Odious one. She tells Ms Vikki about that lunch with Kendho and the Odious one (Odiodette) having lunch, Odious starting to feel bad, they were discussing the Estefano, Jean Marie little affair, and she had a fit, literally, and then being taken to the Bremer Clinic. Jocelyn doesn't know how she is, but Ms Vikki hopes she recovers for Estefano's sake.
Lili and Polita and Tomi in the Kitchen, and They Are Blue Too:
Polita wants Lili to have a cookie, but Lili can't eat when she is sad, but Polita is the opposite, she can't eat enough. Tomi comes in and is verklempt cause she can't read the astrology chart in her class that day. Now she wants Jean Marie to make her some coffee and a little nosh, and she finds out Jean Marie isn't there. He's at the hospital. Tomi wants to know if he's sick, no but Estefano called, something happened to the Odious one and now Polita says they should tell Ms Vikki that soon the Luzbelle (Devil) will meet her maker. Lili hits Polita in the arm and Tomi decides she is not going to tell Ms Vikki, but she hopes Odio gets well for Estefano's and Jean Marie's sake.
Jean Marie and Estefano At the Clinic:
Estefano is happy that Jean Marie has come to the clinic. Jean Marie wants Estefano to know he his not alone. Estefano can't understand why Odio feels the way she does, cause look who is helping Estefano thru this. So Jean Marie says he will always be with him, gives Estefano some coffee and Estefano thanks Jean Marie for being with him and also for being in his life. Awww.
The Envelope is Explained:
Santino, Polita, Tomi and Ms Vikki are in the kitchen and Ms Vikki tells them that she talked to Estefano this morning and he thinks the Odio will recover soon. Santino thought bubbles that maybe Odio is in the condition she is in either thru the Kendho 's fault, or maybe cause she saw that envelope he sent her with the info on the real Kendho, as in Marcaria Chavez! Ms Vikki tells Tomi to pack for her the clothes she left out and Angel comes in and says you are going somewhere? Yeah, Buenos Aires, well the Angel tells her so sorry so sad, not going anywhere. She can't leave.
Frankie Has Arrived in Miami:
Frankie has a bunch of flowers and asks the maid if she speaks Spanish? Of course she does, she is Cuban! He is trying to convince her to open the door of Nikki's room so he can leave the flowers and if she does this, he'll be her slave for a whole day! She is down with that cause he is hawt. He asks her name, it is Celia, after Celia Cruz cause her Mama was listening to Celia Cruz when she gave birth to her. She didn't like Celia but thought that her Mama could have called her Azucar, the famous Celia Cruz expression, so she's happy. He begs, he pleads for her to help this Mexican to deliver these flowers, and Celia finally gives in but warns him if they get caught, she won't know him or how he got in there, she lets him in. Frankie thinks to himself when Nikki sees the flowers she'll know he was there to get her. Well, he walks into the room looks around and sees the glasses of half finished drinks and goes to the opening of the bedroom and you guessed it, sees what looks like a naked Roy and Nikki asleep. Frankie is shocked and you can see it on his face. He turns around and leaves and Celia is still outside. He gives the flowers to Celia. He tells Celia he was too late, and Celia says I thought she was the love of your life, she is but he isn't the love of her life. Nikki has gotten up and is puzzled. She is wearing a bra and panties so she was not as naked as it seemed with those covers. Nikki looks bothered, cause she sees Roy asleep next to where she lay. Now Nikki has put on her robe and is looking at the sleeping Roy. Frankie is outside the sliding glass doors of her room and tries to open the door, but it's locked. He says to himself that Nikki is the woman he loves, but he now realizes she didn't choose him. Nikki is on the other side of the door like she feels him there. Frankie starts to walk off and Nikki opens the door, as in most TNs you know they always do this, both have their backs turned, and miss each other completely as they look like two ships passing in the night, full of woe and broken dreams. Did Nikki and Roy do the deed? You decide.
Angel Asserts His BodyGuard Duties and His Manly Antenna:
Angel and Ms Vikki have moved to her home office and Ms Vikki wants to know why in the Sam Hill he thinks she isn't going anywhere? Well, he's been doing some thinking. He looks Ms Vikki in the eye and says this will benefit ole FF if she goes cause he wants to do her harm and they are divorcing so FF is looking for any excuse. Angel doesn't think now is the right time for Ms Vikki to be going. Ms Vikki reminds the Angel he has no say in her decisions, but, but says the Angel. Ms Vikki reminds him he is supposed to protect her physically and he better get that straight. He understands that, but he is very close to her again and says up until this time yes, to that, but she tells him he shouldn't meddle in her personal or intimate bidness. Sigh.
The Gang's in the Kitchen:
Polita, Ms Chisme, is remarking how the Angel was so forward with Ms Vikki! Tomi tells her to shut it already, and no chisme. Now Polita wants to know what Santino thinks? He tells her that Ms Vikki and Angel have a working relationship, nothing more, so stop the chisme. Well, Polita doesn't think what she said was bad, just what she saw, and Santino gets a call on his cell and it's time to pick up the FF again. He goes. Lili has come in and they talk about Santino being bummed since Betty dumped him and Polita thinks that sadness chose this house.
Adri and the Godfather:
Are taking a stroll thru the garden. The Godfather tells her he is sorry to hear about the nurse's death. Adri kind of feels this was her last hope, to find out what happened to her Lucia. She promises the Godfather she is not going to mope or give up looking for Lucia, but she has had a bit of good news. A big film director is thinking of hiring her to be the Director of Photography for his film. She is excited and the Godfather couldn't be happier for her and thinks she just may get this job. Nice big hug!

So Santino tells her the preggers situation can't even turn her into a better person and that he feels sorry for the bebe with a mama like her. Well, she wants to haul off and slap the crap out of him, but he stays her hands and she tells him she has had enough of insults, especially Ms Vikki's. So now Santino has her in a hold and he wants to know what she did to the Odious one. Well, Kendo gets free of Santino and tells him that Odio didn't want to pay her, and look what this refusal did, she is almost a stiff now and won't be able to talk. Odio had a stroke it seems. FF comes back out and is ready to go, when Santino gets a call. It's Ms Vikki requesting he take her to the airport. FF is so not happy with this. What is Santino now the Angel and Ms Vikki's driver and carrying bags to boot? Santino has to tell the FF that Ms Vikki is going alone and that Angel is so not going with her. So now the FF says to himself well then who is this amante. He kisses Kendho on the cheek buh bye and then goes. After they go, Kendho thinks to herself that the forty something La Gorda's departure at this time is fanastic, cause Kendho has all kinds of Mis Planes in the coming months, and if things keep going her way, she'll be the New Mrs. Nelson Brizz. Where is that anvil?
Anyballs and Ms Vikki in the Foyer Doing More Pertinent Bidness:
Anyballs wants to know if Ms Vikki is taking his advice. She is, she'll be going to their branch in Buenos Aires, and she wants him to hurry her divorce and to fire the FF as soon as possible. Everything in good time he tells her. He'll wait for his chance to get rid of FF and he'll keep her up to date about the divorce. No worries. She should be worried, jus' sayin'. She reminds Anyballs to make sure Kendho doesn't set foot in Meta Imagen and her contract has been cancelled. Anyballs assures her that HR knows and Kendho won't be setting foot in there. Ms Vikki also tells him she is going to go visit Nikki in Miami, see how she is doing with this honeymoon. Anyballs thinks no news is good news cause if something had happened they would have heard by now. Give her a big hug from him. Now Tomi comes in and says that Betty has come to see Ms Vikki and she goes off with Tomi. Anyballs thinks to himself he is glad Ms Vikki is finally going, he is sick of her demands. What a Dad, jus' sayin'. He plans to bury FF in a financial grave.

Betty tells her she is having a hard time sleeping she is so worried about Guillo and Ms Vikki tells her not to worry, maybe by the time she gets back Guillo will be back with Betty. Betty hopes so, and then there is FF yelling for Ms Vikki, so Betty tells Ms Vikki thanks and goes off to work. Ms Vikki tells her she doesn't have to thank her. In walks FF and for the umpteenth time says he heard that Ms Vikki is going alone, no Angel, and now who is this amante. What is he an idiot? She tells him he doesn't have the right to know where she is meeting this amante, and to do her a favor and if he talks to Nikki not to tell her she is gonna have a little brother or sister. FF wants to know how long Ms Vikki will be out of the country. Long enough, but no worries her lawyer is carrying on with the divorce. She'll meet her real lover in Argentina, and FF isn't happy cause she gets to sleep with her amante without being called an adulterer. She also tells him just so he knows the Angel is staying put and will be looking after Adri. He wants to know the lova's name again! She tells him he didn't tell her about Kendho so she isn't saying anything. He wants to know when Nikki is coming back. As soon as Roy's tournaments are over a couple, three months. Now she has to things to do, but he says he isn't done yet. Well, Ms Vikki is so done with him and tells him that he needs to stop the demands, they are seperated and soon will be divorced and goes. FF, of course, is pithed.
Angel and Betty:
He tells her he heard from Gilda that Betty's test came back. She tells him about the pregnancy but thanks to Ms Vikki she keeps her job. Angel feels bad for her. But Betty says no worries, she has her job and will keep looking for Guillo. Angel says if she needs anything he will look out for her, cause she is like family. They have a nice hug and Betty says that she hopes Frankie is doing better with his love then she is. Angel says yeah, if Kendho hadn't interfered, then Nikki would have stayed with Frankie and never married that tennis player.
Two Hung Over Pavias.
Nikki and Roy are feeling the after effects of all that drinking of the night before. Nikki swears she is never, ever, in English, going to drink that much again. Roy says that Nikki was crying over Frankie and Nikki tells Roy he was sighing over that girl he met, what is her name. Roy is looking all guilty and keeps saying her name is, when saved by a knock on the door. It's Omar and he wants Roy to open the door and what the heck is going on.
Frankie's Leaving On a Jet Plane, He Doesn't Know If He'll Be Back Again:
Frankie is at the airport and is getting a ticket. We don't know where, but he is thinking to himself about Nikki. He wants to know how Nikki could forget all about their love and how could she erase all they have been through, and now their love is dead. Sigh! And here is where we end this epi.

Of course he just had to go see his Ho. And he is bitchin' about this amante of Ms Vikki's. He tells the Ho that Ms Vikki told him to his face, she is going to Buenos Aires with her lova. Well, the Ho thinks this is perfect, Ms Vikki will finally be knocked off her pedestal and he'll finally see that she is well, like Kendho. Ms Vikki so doesn't appreciate the FF. FF says he ain't divorcing Ms Vikki, and if she thinks this lova or the Angel will be the new Master of that house, fogetboutit! Now Kendho wants to know if he even heard what she said??? FF doesn't have time for her nonsense. So now Kendho pulls a Brady Bunch Marcia, Marcia, Marcia, only she says she is sick of Victoria, Victoria, Victoria! Kendho thinks he still has feelings for Ms Vikki, yeah, her moola!
Jocelyn and Hubby in a Swanky Restaurant:
They order some drinks and look quite happy. Jocelyn calls Ms Vikki on her cell phone to give her the chisme about the Odious one. She tells Ms Vikki about that lunch with Kendho and the Odious one (Odiodette) having lunch, Odious starting to feel bad, they were discussing the Estefano, Jean Marie little affair, and she had a fit, literally, and then being taken to the Bremer Clinic. Jocelyn doesn't know how she is, but Ms Vikki hopes she recovers for Estefano's sake.
Lili and Polita and Tomi in the Kitchen, and They Are Blue Too:
Polita wants Lili to have a cookie, but Lili can't eat when she is sad, but Polita is the opposite, she can't eat enough. Tomi comes in and is verklempt cause she can't read the astrology chart in her class that day. Now she wants Jean Marie to make her some coffee and a little nosh, and she finds out Jean Marie isn't there. He's at the hospital. Tomi wants to know if he's sick, no but Estefano called, something happened to the Odious one and now Polita says they should tell Ms Vikki that soon the Luzbelle (Devil) will meet her maker. Lili hits Polita in the arm and Tomi decides she is not going to tell Ms Vikki, but she hopes Odio gets well for Estefano's and Jean Marie's sake.
Jean Marie and Estefano At the Clinic:
Estefano is happy that Jean Marie has come to the clinic. Jean Marie wants Estefano to know he his not alone. Estefano can't understand why Odio feels the way she does, cause look who is helping Estefano thru this. So Jean Marie says he will always be with him, gives Estefano some coffee and Estefano thanks Jean Marie for being with him and also for being in his life. Awww.
The Envelope is Explained:
Santino, Polita, Tomi and Ms Vikki are in the kitchen and Ms Vikki tells them that she talked to Estefano this morning and he thinks the Odio will recover soon. Santino thought bubbles that maybe Odio is in the condition she is in either thru the Kendho 's fault, or maybe cause she saw that envelope he sent her with the info on the real Kendho, as in Marcaria Chavez! Ms Vikki tells Tomi to pack for her the clothes she left out and Angel comes in and says you are going somewhere? Yeah, Buenos Aires, well the Angel tells her so sorry so sad, not going anywhere. She can't leave.
Frankie Has Arrived in Miami:
Frankie has a bunch of flowers and asks the maid if she speaks Spanish? Of course she does, she is Cuban! He is trying to convince her to open the door of Nikki's room so he can leave the flowers and if she does this, he'll be her slave for a whole day! She is down with that cause he is hawt. He asks her name, it is Celia, after Celia Cruz cause her Mama was listening to Celia Cruz when she gave birth to her. She didn't like Celia but thought that her Mama could have called her Azucar, the famous Celia Cruz expression, so she's happy. He begs, he pleads for her to help this Mexican to deliver these flowers, and Celia finally gives in but warns him if they get caught, she won't know him or how he got in there, she lets him in. Frankie thinks to himself when Nikki sees the flowers she'll know he was there to get her. Well, he walks into the room looks around and sees the glasses of half finished drinks and goes to the opening of the bedroom and you guessed it, sees what looks like a naked Roy and Nikki asleep. Frankie is shocked and you can see it on his face. He turns around and leaves and Celia is still outside. He gives the flowers to Celia. He tells Celia he was too late, and Celia says I thought she was the love of your life, she is but he isn't the love of her life. Nikki has gotten up and is puzzled. She is wearing a bra and panties so she was not as naked as it seemed with those covers. Nikki looks bothered, cause she sees Roy asleep next to where she lay. Now Nikki has put on her robe and is looking at the sleeping Roy. Frankie is outside the sliding glass doors of her room and tries to open the door, but it's locked. He says to himself that Nikki is the woman he loves, but he now realizes she didn't choose him. Nikki is on the other side of the door like she feels him there. Frankie starts to walk off and Nikki opens the door, as in most TNs you know they always do this, both have their backs turned, and miss each other completely as they look like two ships passing in the night, full of woe and broken dreams. Did Nikki and Roy do the deed? You decide.
Angel Asserts His BodyGuard Duties and His Manly Antenna:
Angel and Ms Vikki have moved to her home office and Ms Vikki wants to know why in the Sam Hill he thinks she isn't going anywhere? Well, he's been doing some thinking. He looks Ms Vikki in the eye and says this will benefit ole FF if she goes cause he wants to do her harm and they are divorcing so FF is looking for any excuse. Angel doesn't think now is the right time for Ms Vikki to be going. Ms Vikki reminds the Angel he has no say in her decisions, but, but says the Angel. Ms Vikki reminds him he is supposed to protect her physically and he better get that straight. He understands that, but he is very close to her again and says up until this time yes, to that, but she tells him he shouldn't meddle in her personal or intimate bidness. Sigh.
The Gang's in the Kitchen:
Polita, Ms Chisme, is remarking how the Angel was so forward with Ms Vikki! Tomi tells her to shut it already, and no chisme. Now Polita wants to know what Santino thinks? He tells her that Ms Vikki and Angel have a working relationship, nothing more, so stop the chisme. Well, Polita doesn't think what she said was bad, just what she saw, and Santino gets a call on his cell and it's time to pick up the FF again. He goes. Lili has come in and they talk about Santino being bummed since Betty dumped him and Polita thinks that sadness chose this house.
Adri and the Godfather:
Are taking a stroll thru the garden. The Godfather tells her he is sorry to hear about the nurse's death. Adri kind of feels this was her last hope, to find out what happened to her Lucia. She promises the Godfather she is not going to mope or give up looking for Lucia, but she has had a bit of good news. A big film director is thinking of hiring her to be the Director of Photography for his film. She is excited and the Godfather couldn't be happier for her and thinks she just may get this job. Nice big hug!
Lili and Papa Angel in the Greenhouse:
Angel is sitting in the corner, looking all blue, as Lili is slogging a huge pot around. The Angel offers his assistance. Lili remarks he looks sad, yeah well Ms Vikki is leaving and Lili says the house won't be the same without her. Angel tells her his new bodyguard duty of guarding Ms Adri and Lili is happy. He also tells her about taking those classes on line. Lili also says she is glad he'll be having a job, cause ole FF the pennypincher, yeah right, wouldn't want the Angel to do nothing!
Santino Arrives To Pick Up FF and Gets A Load of Crap from Kendho:
Kendho was modeling her slutwear for FF and have you noticed there is no bebe bump, jus' sayin'. Anyhoo, Santino arrives and is there to pick him up, when FF goes to the back of the apartment and says he won't be long. Kendho remarks that Puchi's (Santino) looks sad what, did Betty dump him? So Santino tells her the preggers situation can't even turn her into a better person and that he feels sorry for the bebe with a mama like her. Well, she wants to haul off and slap the crap out of him, but he stays her hands and she tells him she has had enough of insults, especially Ms Vikki's. So now Santino has her in a hold and he wants to know what she did to the Odious one. Well, Kendo gets free of Santino and tells him that Odio didn't want to pay her, and look what this refusal did, she is almost a stiff now and won't be able to talk. Odio had a stroke it seems. FF comes back out and is ready to go, when Santino gets a call. It's Ms Vikki requesting he take her to the airport. FF is so not happy with this. What is Santino now the Angel and Ms Vikki's driver and carrying bags to boot? Santino has to tell the FF that Ms Vikki is going alone and that Angel is so not going with her. So now the FF says to himself well then who is this amante. He kisses Kendho on the cheek buh bye and then goes. After they go, Kendho thinks to herself that the forty something La Gorda's departure at this time is fanastic, cause Kendho has all kinds of Mis Planes in the coming months, and if things keep going her way, she'll be the New Mrs. Nelson Brizz. Where is that anvil?
Anyballs and Ms Vikki in the Foyer Doing More Pertinent Bidness:
Anyballs wants to know if Ms Vikki is taking his advice. She is, she'll be going to their branch in Buenos Aires, and she wants him to hurry her divorce and to fire the FF as soon as possible. Everything in good time he tells her. He'll wait for his chance to get rid of FF and he'll keep her up to date about the divorce. No worries. She should be worried, jus' sayin'. She reminds Anyballs to make sure Kendho doesn't set foot in Meta Imagen and her contract has been cancelled. Anyballs assures her that HR knows and Kendho won't be setting foot in there. Ms Vikki also tells him she is going to go visit Nikki in Miami, see how she is doing with this honeymoon. Anyballs thinks no news is good news cause if something had happened they would have heard by now. Give her a big hug from him. Now Tomi comes in and says that Betty has come to see Ms Vikki and she goes off with Tomi. Anyballs thinks to himself he is glad Ms Vikki is finally going, he is sick of her demands. What a Dad, jus' sayin'. He plans to bury FF in a financial grave.
Betty and Ms Vikki in the Kitchen.
Betty has come to give Ms Vikki her tests results. She tells Ms Vikki that the low one raped her and now she is preggers and since she is preggers she is tendering her resignation. Ms Vikki tells her she feels so sorry for her, but she won't accept her resignation. No way, she wants her to stay and work. The best thing Betty can do is stay at Meta Imagen. Betty doesn't know how she will ever repay her for everything she has done. Gotten the lawyer for her, let her keep her job. Ms Vikki feels this is the way, working, to pay Ms Vikki back. Betty tells her she is having a hard time sleeping she is so worried about Guillo and Ms Vikki tells her not to worry, maybe by the time she gets back Guillo will be back with Betty. Betty hopes so, and then there is FF yelling for Ms Vikki, so Betty tells Ms Vikki thanks and goes off to work. Ms Vikki tells her she doesn't have to thank her. In walks FF and for the umpteenth time says he heard that Ms Vikki is going alone, no Angel, and now who is this amante. What is he an idiot? She tells him he doesn't have the right to know where she is meeting this amante, and to do her a favor and if he talks to Nikki not to tell her she is gonna have a little brother or sister. FF wants to know how long Ms Vikki will be out of the country. Long enough, but no worries her lawyer is carrying on with the divorce. She'll meet her real lover in Argentina, and FF isn't happy cause she gets to sleep with her amante without being called an adulterer. She also tells him just so he knows the Angel is staying put and will be looking after Adri. He wants to know the lova's name again! She tells him he didn't tell her about Kendho so she isn't saying anything. He wants to know when Nikki is coming back. As soon as Roy's tournaments are over a couple, three months. Now she has to things to do, but he says he isn't done yet. Well, Ms Vikki is so done with him and tells him that he needs to stop the demands, they are seperated and soon will be divorced and goes. FF, of course, is pithed.
Angel and Betty:
He tells her he heard from Gilda that Betty's test came back. She tells him about the pregnancy but thanks to Ms Vikki she keeps her job. Angel feels bad for her. But Betty says no worries, she has her job and will keep looking for Guillo. Angel says if she needs anything he will look out for her, cause she is like family. They have a nice hug and Betty says that she hopes Frankie is doing better with his love then she is. Angel says yeah, if Kendho hadn't interfered, then Nikki would have stayed with Frankie and never married that tennis player.
Two Hung Over Pavias.
Nikki and Roy are feeling the after effects of all that drinking of the night before. Nikki swears she is never, ever, in English, going to drink that much again. Roy says that Nikki was crying over Frankie and Nikki tells Roy he was sighing over that girl he met, what is her name. Roy is looking all guilty and keeps saying her name is, when saved by a knock on the door. It's Omar and he wants Roy to open the door and what the heck is going on.
Frankie's Leaving On a Jet Plane, He Doesn't Know If He'll Be Back Again:
Frankie is at the airport and is getting a ticket. We don't know where, but he is thinking to himself about Nikki. He wants to know how Nikki could forget all about their love and how could she erase all they have been through, and now their love is dead. Sigh! And here is where we end this epi.

I initially thought for certain that they did, but then as they were discussing their hangovers, I thought they made it clear that they did not. I already deleted the episode so I can't review exactly what was said, but I got the idea that Nikki spent the entire evening crying while Roy used his time to whine.
It would be interesting if they actually did so when Nikki turns up pregnant she and we will have to wonder who the daddy might be.

Thanks so much Madelaine! Your recap was awesome! I loved the "Sweet Polita" translation and "Yes, he really said that!" I thought the same thing--the last time he spoke with Sweet Polita she chewed him a new one for dissing Lili.
OK I just have to rant for a moment. These writers have just crossed a line with us poor viewers. We have to watch poor Guzmancito TORTURED during not one but TWO weddings (which dragged on forever), then Nikki leaving. Then SOMEHOW he has rallied himself and gotten to Miami, only to witness the ONE time that Nikki and Roy are in a compromising position the entire luna de miel? He couldn't have gotten there when she'd fallen from the bath tub, or when the trainer was breaking up a fight or when she was writing him a love letter??? And that whole scene poolside where neither of them quite turned around? I am seriously ready to quit watching if these writers can't stop toying with us. Are we going to have to watch to ultimas semanas before these two can go 24 hours without a major drama keeping them apart????

I have several rhetorical questions, but anyone can answer me if you like.
1. If Guzzie trained and lived in the US, why does he care whether or not the housekeeper speaks spanish? Guzzie speaks "English"! He's called the US before and spoke "English" on this show.
2. Why was the housekeeper all made up? She looked darn good to be a housekeeper.
3. Tomi is all up in everybody's bidness all of the time. The fact that Tomi is all up in Polita's business about Politia being all up in Salsero's business proves my point.
4. Once again, Gilda the Sn/B/W/itch did not let me down. For the love of goodness people, please don't tell her a secret.
5. What kind of rights to employees in Mexico have? They must be pretty lame because Bea thought that she was going to be fired for getting preggers. She had to go to her bosses house to do damage control and reveal that she was raped.
6. Can anyone tell me whether or not Guzzie has had pec implants because I totally think his chest is way too big. I've studied it closely and was not impressed.

I don't think Nikki and Roy did anything. She didn't grab the blanket to show that she was naked. She just jumped right out of bed. Hopefully, she didn't because we'd have to wait to see if the baby was blonde or brunette to determine who the daddy is. That would be awkward.

You guys! Nikki and Roy did nothing, they had a conversation where he tells her she spent the whole night crying and she then told him that he spent the whole night "suspirando" and probably thinking about the girl he met.

I just feel like we viewers deserve some small crumb from the table. Something happy for Guzmancito that's sooner rather than layer!!!

Cynderella, I'm going to attempt to answer your first rhetorical question about Guzmi cause you're absolutely right he does speak English but I've met people who are also billingual but they'll always prefer to speak their native tongue and I'm guessing Guzmi preferred to explain himself in Spanish. I didn't really like that scene I kind of felt like the writers made the housekeeper a little stereotypical Cuban? I don't know, it just felt a little weird. Like they're trying too hard to make us believe that Nikki really is in Miami which I think is clear she is not.

Lily - Marcaria Chavez is Kendra's real name, from her former life as a prostitute and probably has a criminal record, too. Salsero is the only person who knows this, because he knew her in her former life.
Cyn, I used to work in Miami and no matter what the job was, the Cuban women maintained well done hair, makeup and nails. Thanks for the recap M.

1) Agree w/Lili, some bilingual people prefer to speak in their first language (I'm one of them) and although they speak perfect, even unaccented English, would still ask if the other person speaks theirs and proceed to do so.
2)I've seen a lot of housekeepers, maids, etc made up - lipstick, mascara and all; some overly made up and some not at all - it all depends upon how the individual feels.
3)Agree! Tomi is what she's telling Poli not to be - a chismosa!
4)Agree! Gilda always opens her mouth and repeats what she hears. You'd think she'd have the common sense to keep at least sensitive subjects to herself, but no.
5)Don't know about employee rights in Mexico, but I think Betty was just being courteous by telling Vikki the truth and letting her decide her job situation. After all, Vikki gave her the job and she went to her house because she knew Vik was leaving and might not make it into the office before she left.

Just wonderin' here, can we expect Carlos to show up in Buenos Aires and Big Angel to find out, get muy, muy celoso and fly down there to fight for Vikki? That could snap him out of his doldrums for Cristina and fulfill the prognostications of Opalina.

NM--Balzac has no loyalties. He moves around from table to table, checking out the ankles of the Patio Denizens. He'll stay longer if there are tasty tid-bits dropped his way. The downside of feeding him to get him to stay at your table is you get slobber on your hands and this isn't PEAM where Hand Sanitizer is liberally dispensed.
Doña Gringuita--We on the Patio have noticed the perfect compatability of Guzman & Lili. In a different telenovela, they would be perfect for each other.
However we are in a situation of PEAM and Guzmi and Nikki have it 'bad' for each other. They will continue to wallow and sink in saddness, betrayal and despair until the writers feel we have been TORTURED enough (gracias Katy). Then they'll find their way back to each other.
I don't think the Producers have enough cash to send Vikki to BA (aka Buenos Aires) for several months. I think when she gets to Miami and visits with Nikki, she'll tell her about Guzman and the idea that he ran off with Lili to get married is ridiculous. I hope they both come back to D.F. and solve their problemas del corazón.

Katy amiga- I was cursing my tv along with you when the writers kept teasing us with Nikki or Guzman turning around, but then just left them and us heartbroken.
I still don’t feel that Nikki deserves Guzman, but I don’t want him to be sad anymore. He deserves happiness. I was glad to see that he’s finally let go of his anger and resentment towards Paula. That was a sweet scene with their family, and for once I didn’t mind Soggy Paula’s tears!

I was glad to see the writers didn’t just drop the fact that JA had been studying agronomy until he had to drop out of college to help care for his mother. It’s also a good sign that Vicky remembered such a personal thing he had shared with her early on in their friendship. I can now see a career path for him, post-bodyguard job, where he and Vicky can be on equal footing (education-wise).

The gist of that was you couldn't be pregnant for the new job. She was and she didn't get the job. Here it was so different, Betty got to keep her job. I don't know what the laws are in Mexico, maybe some employers, like Ms Vikki, keep their pregnant employees, and maybe some don't. About the pecs, he does work out all the time. And that is what happens to muscles when you lift weights a lot. The guys in the Olympics, weightlifters, look like he does.

I think this might be a journey of discovery for our lovelorn characters. They are all without the people they love and what are they going to do without them?
Frankie is in the States now, and I agree with everyone that said that Frankie is more comfortable speaking Spanish than English cause it is his first language, where will he go to next? Will he look up old friends, stay in Miami to fight for Nikki? It should be interesting. Will he return to Mexico and start something with Lili?
Ms Vikki is going to Buenos Aires. Will she pine for our Angel, or move on to some other guy? Will her stress be relieved or grow? Will she meet up with Carlos? Will she continue with the love story she started to write? So many possibilities.
Betty is preggers and working and has broken up with Santino. What does the future hold for her? Will she be able to find Guillo? Will the low one finally be put in the carcel? Will she get back with Santino? So many possibilities.
Santino is so depressed now that Betty has broken up with him. Will he put more stumbling blocks in Kendho's way? Will he come clean? Will he continue on this path to redemption? Will he find Guillo? Will he find and put the low one in the hurt locker?
The Angel is now without Ms Vikki. What will he do? Will he take those classes in agronomy and some in security? Will he continue to think that Ms Vikki is meeting a lova in Buenos Aires? How will working for Adri change him? Will he be able to keep his job with Ms Vikki gone?
Nikki is without her Frankie. So close and yet so far. Will she move forward with this marriage? Will she finally return to Mexico, with or without Roy? Does she really believe that Frankie and Lili have hooked up? Getting married? We'll have to see.
Roy is without Lili. Will he continue in this farce of a marriage or will he finally have had enough, despite the payout his 'rents got? Will he continue on the tennis circuit? Will he return to Mexico without Nikki? Will he check to find out if what Polita said was true, about Lili and Frankie?
Lili is without Frankie and Roy. What will she do now? She has so much support from her Papa Angel and Adri. Will she find someone new? Will she continue to secretly pine for Roy? Will she put the moves on Frankie at some point? This will be interesting.

Mads--I love all your speculations for all the different paths for people. The one BIG item that might derail the best-guessed specs in the Balvanera household is Miss Vikki's trip to Miami to see Nikki first. There's a whole lot of stuff that can change in an instant there:

Guzman's chest doesn't look right. There's something "off" about it. It's not porportional to the rest of his body. For an example of a portional look, could someone please put up a picture of my boyfriend Gambino Mendoza? This is for research only...not that I am lusting after him. We will only look at the chest area (for research purposes, of course). Also, if we must, we can bring out David Zepeda and the bad guy from El Talisman. Could someone please make a comparison of the chests areas for scientific purposes. One more...William Levy may need to be included.
Once we have reviewed the evidence, I think that we will all agree that Guzman had some help in the chest area. Like Anonymous said: he almost looks deformed. That's why a question whether or not he's had implants. If he chest jiggled, he'd need a bra.

My daughter's last name is Dominguez (her father and I divorced ling ago) and someone told me it meant "son of Domingo". Of course, now that I look at it I don't see how one can be the son of "Chav" or "Suar". Gonzalo can have a son, though. According to google Perez is "son of Pero".

I continue to have a weak spot for Paula (I admit it but don't understand why). She and Frankie hugging brought tears to my eyes. I was happy for him at the long awaiting beginnning of a reconciliation.
I cringed along with everyone else at Francisco's arrival at the most inopportune time possible. I don't think Roy and Nikki did anything either but that certainly didn't appear to be the case when he walked in. Sigh...
Lili has shown remarkable maturity for putting her hurt and feelings for Roy aside. However, this same good sense should be warning her that Francisco never has nor will he ever love her. I hate to see her get wound up in that illusion once again.
Perhaps a little distance between JA and Vicky will make him realize how much he loves her. But a prolonged trip is not what's needed to make this storyline move forward.

I continue to have a weak spot for Paula (I admit it but don't understand why). She and Frankie hugging brought tears to my eyes. I was happy for him at the long awaiting beginnning of a reconciliation.
I cringed along with everyone else at Francisco's arrival at the most inopportune time possible. I don't think Roy and Nikki did anything either but that certainly didn't appear to be the case when he walked in. Sigh...
Lili has shown remarkable maturity for putting her hurt and feelings for Roy aside. However, this same good sense should be warning her that Francisco never has nor will he ever love her. I hate to see her get wound up in that illusion once again.
Perhaps a little distance between JA and Vicky will make him realize how much he loves her. But a prolonged trip is not what's needed to make this storyline move forward.
Wonderful comments - what a treat. Anita - you were really on fire and I could have quoted half a dozen from you but "This is not a Norwegian Mediterranean Cruise with fixed table & seat assignments" was hysterical.
Madelaine - thank you for always giving me something to look forward to Monday mornings. You always lift my spirits and make me smile. Can't ask for anything more than that!

I also noticed during this epi that FF is stepping up the drinking. He had a drink talking to Ms Vikki, at Kendho's and then again later at Ms Vikki's. Seems every time we see him anymore he has got a drink in his hand.

You made a good point about JA and Ms Vikki, absence does make the heart grow fonder. I will also like to see him interact with Adri as her bodyguard. Should be interesting. I too don't want Lili to get wrapped up in Frankie again. We've been down this road already and I don't want to see a repeat.

Well, I wanted to see some Classic Colunga and put on Amor Real. There she was, Our Opalina, as Matilde's maid-companion in the first part before Matilde gets married and moves to the Hacienda. Milton was there, too, as Josephina's tightwad brother, Jose Maria (and can someone please tell me the actors names--I don't want to look at Wiki until it's over).
Maybe there's still hope he'll blow up or set himself on fire.

Mads--Yes, I recognized her and Iluminada from STuD, as Catalina's sister, and quite a few others that are better known, so I didn't include them.
Mads, I forgot to thank you for the info. Now all I need is Opalina. BTW, both the DVD's are chopped up, but read the Caray Caray recaps along with watching, to fill in what's missing.
