Tonight's online episodes are 110 and 111. I'm glad that Este is free but I still want to slap Ara.
I hope that Isa and And continue to put their heads together and little by little they will solve this sordid mystery.
Will Gonzo talk??? This should be interesting.
 

Thank you Andy, for thinking outside of the box (or casket) and questioning whether Feo is really the prisoner who burned up. I need the men folk to shut up and quit dismissing the women folk when they question if Javier isn't really Feo. Isa and Andy slept with the dude! They know him more intimately than anyone. I'd say they're most qualified to know if it's the same man.

More tomorrow. Off to bed now.
 

Mauricio said that the warden assured him "all the proper tests were done" to identify Feo's body. But we know that Feo had someone on the inside who helped in his escape. It's not far-fetched to think that Feo provided his insider with hair or skin samples so the tests would "prove" the body was Feo's. I sense there may have to be an exhumation to clear this up. Unless, of course, Gonzo talks.
 

Thanks, TJ. Well, we had some forward movement last night. I just knew that Andrea would recognize Fernando. If Fer thinks Gonzo will sing, he will have him killed, Agatha also really gave Fer the stink eye when she saw him with Angel. The guy is finally going down. He is so cocky and sure that he is the smartest guy on the planet. Hasta nunca, Ferball.

So funny Aranza all up in Fernando's face and proud of her man at the funeral home and everyone recoiling in disgust. Why doesn't everyone just point and laugh at her?

I have had absolutely no pity for Ara for a while now. She's not a sympathetic figure to me at all. And Feo is so gross that I just can't suspend my disbelief and go with this storyline. I know I'm being repetitive, but that was some horrible casting.
 

It's going to be hard to get a DNA sample from Javier without an inner cheek swab. He has no hair. Someone would have to sneak into his apt and steal his toothbrush.

The exhumation of the burned body would be easier since Isa and Andy as his wives would have that right. Unfortunately, with Fab and Ara telling Sonia and Fevier everything, they'd be one step ahead and able to bribe the prison and examination folks once again to say the DNA is a match for Fer.
 

I found myself involuntarily yelling, bitch I hate you, when Aranza shown. She being with Javier is not about pride or a struggle of wills with her parents but she really believes he is a catch and adores her.

Andrea was the first to recognize Feo at her mother's funeral.

Aranza: still an UPPITY SNOB. I'm hoping she gets killed off.

I still see Dan and Ilena as a couple in the end of this TN.

 

Ara will not get killed off, and she is destined to end Up with Estebonbon because they are in the intro to the show. I do not even know if she will pay in any way for all the torment she put her parents and the Bonbon through. Que lastima. Poor little rich girl. She will land on her feet and be forgiven by one and all. Ugh
 

Big question is whether Aranza and Isabel will ever make amends in the end ?
 

Not sure if I would call Aranza a snob. She is a brat, a twit, entitled, gullible, easily manipulated, and often a beyotch, but she has never been rude or looked down on poor people. She was the first to accept Este into their fold, despite his non-rich background. She doesn't look down on Lucha and Gabino for being poor. She's many things, but I wouldn't put snob on the list.
 

CD- Isa is very forgiving, and Ara is her only child. I don't even think she feels there is anything to forgive. She knows Ara is being deceived in the same way she was blinded and deceived by Fernando and refused to listen to her friends (remember she even threatened to end her friendship with Gabi if she kept badmouthing Fer). She sees herself in Ara. Isa's greatest wish is just to have peace between her and Ara, and if that's accomplished after the crap hits the fan and all is revealed, then Isa will be a happy camper..
 

Aranza and Dafne are so disgusting. It is all about them. I agree Ara will not be punished. Dafne will but 1 out of 2 is better than nothing I guess. I only continue to watch because I can't wait to see the anvils drop on some of the most disgusting characters I have ever seen--Art, Bruno, Feo, Sonia, Aranza and Dafne.
 

Aranza is no Isabel. Yes Isabel was deceived and blinded by love and it was difficult for her to believe but she accepted responsibility. Aranza does not nor does anyone around her even encourage it. She has Geraldine's "The devil made me do it" excuse built in
 

Isabel didn't accept the truth about Fer and her own responsibility until there was irrefutable proof in the form of Andy and her kids. She was in deep, deep denial up until that point. So far, no one has brought Ara real proof that Javier is a fraud.

I would counter that Ara has not actually blamed others for her actions/misdeeds. After she and Isa made peace after the accident, and Ara apologized for having misjudged Isa all these years and treating her badly, she did not blame Sonia for planting the ideas in her head about Isa being a bad person who had an affair with Art while Eugenia was still alive. She accepted full blame for being a brat and a beyotch. I still don't think she's told Art and Isa all the crap Sonia told her all these years, and that Sonia was the one who introduced her to Javier.

I'm not defending Ara. I don't like her as a person. She is VERY flawed. But I don't think heaping unjustified accusations on her is necessary in the face of the large amount of estupidez she already has responsibility for.

Ara will always be rich and pampered. That's how she was raised by Art and Isa, and I don't see that changing. What she needs is a deeper appreciation for all the blessings she has (including Isa), she needs to learn that it's never ok to be disrespectful and hurtful to the people we love and who love us, no matter how mad at them you are, and she needs to learn to stop being so easily led, manipulated, and gullible. I don't see these as impossible changes after the horrible truth of who Javier and Sonia really are comes out.

If Meanie in her 60s can make a turnaround and realize how important her family is, then I think 21-22 year old Ara can certainly do the same.
 

True enough. That won't make her any more pleasant to watch for now, though.

I'll repeat this again: If the military keeps DNA samples to correctly identify the dead, why aren't prisons doing the same thing?
 

Vivi, great points all and admit I personally believe in second chances maybe even thirds but some people in your life (even family) extract too high a price for the pleasure of their company. I really thought Aranza had turned a corner after the accident and sad it took the death of an unborn to make her get out of her own head. But now she has popped right back in shrew mode with even more venom. Sure, Isabel was stupid in her method but sincere in her reason to get Aranza away from Javier but her venom and total disrespect is not commensurate. Right when I thought she couldn't be more insensitive she insist Esteban accept Javier's help.
 

FINALLY Isa and Andrea are using there heads. Why didn't they id the body from before, or hell go through with an exhumation.
And I so want Gonzo to sing like a bird and rat Fernando out but I have a feeling, seeing as how Feonando has gotten away with a lot, maybe he might take Gonzo out before her opens his mouth? I hope not. Enough is enough already!

I agree, I am not having much sympathy for Aranza, I know people make mistakes and she is not perfect but jeez, she is a brat as well. And I hate seeing her treat Isa with such disrespect. I could never to that to my mom, no matter how mad I am at her. Isa has given you over 10 yrs of love and support and care, and because of what happen with Feonando and Gabi you now think that she is a bad person? I know, yes she was badly influenced by Sonia, but I remember after the car accident Aranza reconciled with Isa and she eventually realized that Sonia used her against Isa. So NOW she is a bad person because she made a mistake? She only trying to protect you, idiot! You ever think of that? -__- She has a long way to go...

And what is with Daniel wanting to trick Mari. How about you grow a fricken pair and tell the girl the truth. As young as she is, she has a right to know. And you guys can get a DNA TEST to find out the truth. Lying to the poor girl, despite your reasons, will only make you look like a grade A douchebag. He is stupid just like his father.

Efren is the old guy in the fake company with the long beard?, Methusulah? As you all call him..if it is him, then maybe they need to search some caves. Cuz that beard of his looks so smelly, unkempt and nasty like a cave.

I agree with Vivi on Aranza. She is very flawed and kinda spoiled but I think she can still turn it around. She has been through a lot and has some good qualities, for example she is not a snob, unlike Dafne. I think it's possible Dafne could turn it around too but she definitely won't end up as happy as Aranza. Love that Andrea was the one that uncovered Favier, but then again I just love Andrea in general. I was worried when she first saw that Favier would kill her too before getting to the others. I'm starting to fantasize about his and Sonia's Armageddons. I was thinking he could die in a fire (I'm a fan of irony) and Sonia could fall out a window/off a roof after a dramatic grapple with Isabel. Does anyone else have some wishes for their demises?

Ara doesn't understand trust with the right people. if it sounds good then she goes along. Yep- her sense of entitlement-She wants what she wants when she wants it. For example-She abused her friendship with Este for something temporary because as Vivi said she is just not that into Javier. she is so blinded that she doesn't see why Javier makes everyone else so uncomfortable. Her true karma will be when she finds out who he really is and I won't feel sorry for her or want to hear any perdonames from her. Unfortunately her pride and immaturity have gotten in her way.
 

In the conversation between Ara and Este before and after the near kiss at the funeral home, Ara owned up to Este for the crappy way she ended their relationship by basically starting something with Javier before she had ended with Este. She pointed out that they both have significant others now, and shouldn't do the same thing to them. The way she spoke about Javier was also focused on: 1) being respectful of her relationship with Javier (which she failed to do with Este) since he cares so much for her; and 2) showing Este and her parents that she could have a mature relationship and follow her parents' rules. She implied that since the beach trip, she and Javier have not done the deed. This made Este very happy and he got a huge grin on his face. He then said he was happy to see that she wasn't as immature as before and was becoming more mature, although he likes that she's a bit loca. (I think the boy likes the drama.) It was a subtle conversation, but it was a good one.
 

Oh, and she also said that she will not rush down the aisle with Javier and will make decisions more calmly/wisely (Javier won't like that). This also made Este happy.

Gringo- We never saw real Javier's boss. We just heard about him and learned that he died, right before Art went to meet with him to find out more about Javier. Then we saw Fer and Efrain gloating that they got rid of the guy before Art could get to him.

Yes, Vivi the men in this tn need to be quiet. All this stuff, which is not coincidental, started when Feo supposedly died. Now that Gonzo has confessed part of it (Feo's behind this) and you know he couldn't have been behind all of this, think some more.

Just saw the preview for tonight, apparently Feo gets rid of some evidence.

I don't see how Feo could blackmail or bribe a judge to let Gonzo off. There are witnesses to Meanie's murder (Dan & Borlas) including two policemen.

It pains me to see how she is playing with Esteban out of her own selfishness. She has to be adored. To what other purpose does she tell him she is not sleeping with Javier. She just wants Esteban away from Dafne (or any other woman) and remain in limbo until she is damn good and ready. Esteban your jealous daddy will try to kill you because of her. I know he missed with Angel but he's gonna try again so watch it both of you.

I don't get this whole Dan thing either. Tita believes Mari is not Sonias after the DNA test and Dan and Cuca do. Sonia is still trying to find Cuca to shut her up but why really. If the DNA test are legitimate just say Cuca is a nut or let her run and Dan and Mari can be together. I will be very disappointed in Ileana if she becomes part of this charade.
 

Unfortunately, Dan hasn't told Tita why he's avoiding Mari. She would be able to clear this mess up quickly. (Although we still don't know if Sonia messed with the DNA tests somehow.)

Sonia doesn't want Fab to know that she had and abandoned a kid, period, whether or not it's Mari. She doesn't trust Cuca to keep her mouth shut about this, since she already blabbed to Padre and it spread to Tita.
 

Did Sonia ever fess up to abandoning a child to Cuca? That seems so long ago now.
 

Cuca saw her pregnant so Cuca knows there was a baby- either Mari, some other kid somewhere, or dead. Sonia's and Cuca's conversations usually start with Cuca asking about the baby/Mari, and Sonia tell her to STFU. Not much "conversation" really. LOL!
 

Sonia never feels the need to give explanations to Cuca because she sees Cuca as nothing more than a servant. Cuca's job is to keep her mouth shut and not ask questions. Sonia gave lies, half truths and excuses to Padre and Tita because she has a tiny bit more respect for them.

In the flashback when Cuca saw that Sonia was pregnant, Sonia told Cuca she had been raped and then begged, cajoled, and swore her to secrecy, since Gil would kill her rapist. It doesn't seem that the two of them ever had another real conversation about it. Cuca was supposed to keep her mouth shut, and that's that. Now Sonia wants to silence her for good.
 

I believe Fernando said that he had hacked into the prison's computer system and erased all records of ever being there, so trying to exhume a body wouldn't do much good.

If records were available, you could prove Javier/Fernando's identity by getting some fingerprints on a wine glass. Fernando would have been fingerprinted when he was booked and again when he checked into jail, but these fingerprints would have been lost unless the prison kept a paper record somewhere.

I think the good guys will have to set a trap in order to catch Fernando ... but I wouldn't put Gaby and Isa in charge, not after the last debacle.
 

I think that Andrea will be Ferball's downfall. He messed with her kids , and his flunky killed her mother. Mama Lioness is pithed and prowling. It is on. If looks could kill that stink eye Andrea cast on him would have be the end of this monster.
 

I would love to see Andrea emerge as the one who brings Ferball (love this) down. She has really been the strongest of the bunch.

Yes, Feo hacked into the prison systems computers, but that didn't erase any *local* or police precinct records, court records or paper records. And if the prison was run by the government there would/should be file backups somewhere off site. Even most small businesses keep tape backups or back up to the "cloud". I can't imagine the prison system doesn't have a backup somewhere.
