I too, was amazed that no one heard Feo's poisonous words but Isa should have just asked him to leave. Enough already.
Dr. Santa - excellent comparison. If he doesn't save Isa, I question his capabilities because he should have seen the witch doctor as a classic nut case. He is supposed to be trained to spot personality deficiencies and she is screaming- I am loca!!! Sometimes it looked as if he had a doubtful eye when listening to the witch doctor's crap.
I had the same question about the kids questioning Ileana.
Great job, I love the way that you describe the scenes- i.e." DannyBoy and Marianela are happy and in love (well that's a first in a while) They say they wish for Illeana and Borlas to find their orange halves and proceed to eat each other with kisses."
Sadly, Ally knows the truth. Bruno loves her but is not in love with her.
Why is Methusulah still free? This really bothers me and makes me doubt the investigative capabilities of the police.
 

Corazon, thank you for a masterful retelling of a totally depressing episode.

I was crying right along with Isa when Feo was spewing his vile venom. I have to confess, that after last night, I would not be able to continue watching this if there were but 8 episodes left. Torture doesn't even begin to explain what Feo has done to Isa.

"while the doctors in the room wistfully stand there oblivious to the infamy confessed" and "the ONLY time they intervene is when Isa is administering a long overdue yet futile whooping all over FeVer!" were among my many favorites.

I also thought there were a few instances where the doctor seemed to be really listening to Isa. But Feo has been so dastardly devious (as always) to poison the situation with his one step ahead lies. Then bringing the evil doctora in was another stroke of evil genius. I do recall he asked her what her specialty was. I still don't know (?) It seems to be oncology, GYN, and now psychiatry. Blech (as Sylvia would say).

Tablet jefa, yes, Ally does know Bruno is not in love with her. I suspect this was always the case. He has loved Gaby all along even when she was out of the picture when Bruno and Ally met and married in Spain. I still don't know how this storyline will be resolved in such a short timeframe.

I would also like to see Fab settled before the end. I'm still thinking he would be a good match for Gaby though that is not likely the ending that will occur.

Art and Ara? Who cares? I certainly don't (grumble, grumble).

I see a little chemistry between Borlas and Ileana so might be convinced that relationship will work. Finding out Sonia is his mother (we think that is the case, right?) is another mystery yet to be revealed.

Please, let's hope we have hit rock bottom. Basta!

What is killing me right now is that nobody is remembering that FeVier is a computer security expert. He should be Prime Suspect #1 in the missing information about him having been in prison.

Will it occur to anyone to check with the local newspaper archives? The front page photo that got Andrea to go to Isabel should be a clue. A story like that from 11 years ago should be on back-up drives that he couldn't get to.

I reiterate my rant about the penal system and DNA samples. For that matter, Andrea should insist on a DNA test on FeVier vis a vis her boys. She can do that under the guise of taking Angel to a routine medical exam.

Not with Dr Evil, of course.
 

The thing about Ally is she from the beginning KNEW Burno (You know, I misspelled that but it's hilarious so I'm leaving it) still loved Gabs (she saw the photo he oddly enough kept though married and over her and looked at him with an "the only one you're lying to is yourself" look. Did she just brush it off or discouraged for just a second?

Good recap! Was Feo telling Isa he would get custody of her baby once it was born and leave her in the manicomo?
When will Isa's torture end? If she ends up with fArt and Aragant, then her future doesn't look too bright. Imagine a lifetime of trying to keep those two happy. That is a full time job with nothing left over for yourself.

UA, that all sounds too logical for this novela, unfortunately.

Why doesn't Isa keep insisting about Gabi? That just bothers me, because surely the doctor shouldn't have a problem contacting her to verify.


 

He was telling Isa that he planned to take Miguelito far away, but it worked out even better because the accident he caused made her experience her son dying in her arms.
What he said about giving her medication is that not only will her son die, but she's going to lose her mind, too.
 

UA, I always thought Esteban kept the newspaper with the front page story about Fernando's "death" (Javier's conceiving.)

UA- Andrea eluded to the fact that Feo studied computers when they were together and I believe that she mentioned while he was in jail too.

 

can't believe no one put together he is an expert and Javier/Fernando worked for The Raisin (Fab) at a computer security company yet. guess that will happen tonight
 

Isn't Dan a computer expert too, and in fact working at Ferball's desk? I think Fab said Fer couldn't take anything with him when Fab fired him so Dan should be able to dig up some stuff on that computer too.

So now Esteban's stepfather knows about Esteban's father. How soon before Esteban finds out? Yes, Esteban, Aranza's lover, your father .. think about it and make a wise decision, but not the duck either.
 

Tablet, Feo is the Latino version of Frank Underwood (from House of Cards): more deadlier and very, very dangerous.

With 8 episodes left, how far will Feo keep winning ?


 

Dan is an expert and already made recommendations to improve their service which FAB used. Surely Dan can dig up what Fernando deleted and the transactions.

I don't understand why Isabel has to "visit" with Feo. Why doesn't she just say she doesn't want to see him? It takes two to play his game, simply refuse to play.

The fact that no one has figured out that all the problems started when "Javier" showed up and "Javier" showed up a few weeks after Feo "died" still blows me away.

I've been wondering if Marcela was the supplier of the fake pills that Sonia used to kill Eugenia.

Diana, I'm with you. What IS Marcela's specialty? So far she's been and "expert" on premature babies, fertility, oncology, psychiatry and forging medical tests. How does she even have time for fArt? If he seems reluctant to get her in the sack, she probably carries a purse full of Viagra.

I liked your quicksand of temptation line. You also wrote that Lleana was studying with Borlas and he gazes at either her or her cute blue hat. Funny but I don't think that Borlas is really into hats. My money is on, he was gazing on Lleana.

Right Urban---FeVier is a computer expert. No one has come up with that yet---but, they will.

Sonia got the placebo pills from Fernando. They weren't poisoned. They were basically sugar pills and Eugenia wasn't taking the meds she actually needed.

I read today in the textbook that I use to teach reading that fingerprints can now be taken from fabric and that they can reveal sex, age, and medications being taken. Could good old fashioned fingerprinting reveal that Javier is Ferd ?
 

With Agent Roses looking for the three escapees perhaps one or both have been caught and confirm it was indeed Fernando or Dandy Dan finds an eTrail to follow, or Dante post the video on YouTube of Sonia and Javier or Fab finds the photos of Sonia and Raisin or Isabel calmly ask the doctor to call Gabi or Casa Arte or her attorney Edgar or heaven forbid the cops. She came close by mentioning a second opinion but I wanted her to calmly tell the doctor he is taking a huge gamble with his career and that hospital if he is unwilling to make one phone call.

If folks had paid attention to Lassie (Andy) they would have found her by now and not in this mess.

While the last novela was running,
I was going crazy trying to defend
sweet Maricruz from the daily torrent of, this is ridiculous--Why did she do this, why did she do that? The same with one cell Octavio. Now it's a different story, time and place. The questions remain. Why not just stay calm and use your head. Dr. Santa Claus please call my company and ask for Gaby. That's it plain and simple. I said it last time and it's the same this time---we're watching a novela.

fArt put another nail in his coffin for me as he and Marcela left the clerks office and with just a little dis from her about not showing because she was ashamed he went off about Isabel again. All the while Isabel is strapped in at night in the nut house

OT it's that time of year when I show my students a TN. This year it's AL Diablo Con los Guapos. I've shown this for several years now, but for the first time ever I had a class comment on César Evora's voice. They thought he sounded like God. Lol.
