Hasta el Fin del Mundo Recap #8- R.I.P Maestro Coria

Ugh, darn crash dumps. I was half way through when the computer froze and shut down.
How about I just post the highlights and importance?
Important-
-Maestro C. has left the building and it's sending Matty (Matias) into depression
-Lucas has a job with a mobster boss
-Alexa's depression has been lifted, she has girl time with Greta and gets close with Armie; she kisses him on the cheek BTW. Alexa was La Chica Ripoll.
-Maestro C. inadvertently ends up letting Pat know Sofia isn't Octavio's daughter and he gloats about her possibly not being a Ripoll.
Highlights-
-Lucas and DaniGirl's relationship blossoms in love and smoochies.
-Silvie in the Ripollery uniform.
-Alexa kissed Armie on the cheek.

I wish the Maestro hadn't spoken especially to Pato. The worst person to find out. I'm glad Maestro Coria wasn't able to finish the rest of the story.
I'm glad Fausto called Dani and told her to go back to school. Fausto really has it on the ball. I'm glad the Principal called him.
It was surprising that Alexa kissed Aramando in the cheek. He wasn't expecting that.
So now we find out that Maestro Coria wasn't happy to be stealing from his best friend Paco. Octavio was a piece of work. He was all about the bottom line. I felt so bad for Mattias, he really took it hard, the passing of the Maestro.
I can't wait to get your take on this episode.

Sad about Maestro Coria, but he has some damn nerve divulging somebody else's secret (Greta's) on his death bed. He should've revealed his own secret - stealing recipes - not somebody else's business.

Niecie, I thought it was out of bounds for Coria to reveal that secret too! I thought people were only supposed to reveal their own secrets on their deathbeds. No wonder he died! ;)
Yeah, that was an epic fail on Coria's part if he wanted to relieve some guilt and atone before he died. He might have intended to tell it all, but he really should have started with the part about him cheating Paco and stealing his recipes. Then get to her father being the one who put him up to it. And THEN the reveal about Paco being her bio daddy-- but that's still really not his business and is up to Greta to reveal if she so chooses. At least he didn't get a chance to say who Sofia's papa is to Pato before he kicked off. Now, Pato will have to investigate. I have a feeling Pato might try to use it as blackmail for Greta to be nicer and more supportive of him to Sofia.
Vivi - I don't know If this is spoiler material but something similar to your comment happened in DA...
I loved the kiss on the cheek. It actually seemed sincere coming from our fakest of fake Alexa.

I enjoyed a couple lines last night where Chava reminded Pato he was an employee just as Chava was, too funny, and then Pato's remark to himself not for long!
I felt so bad when Lupe went to see her ex thinking he was wanting to get back with her, and finding out it wasn't so. It was really sad. I loved her talk with the religious statue and her radio and her dancing around. It was cute.
I can't wait for tonight to see what happens.

Why does Armando care so much for a spoiled "Mommy gave me a limitless credit card" brat? He should give his own woman the kind of attention he is more than willing go give to Alexa. I dislike the writers of the show trying to get us to accept infidelity. I guess it's okay to cheat on your spouse if you feel attracted to someone else? After all, Irma spends money like water, so it is justified. Insert sarcasm here. This reminds me a lot of Amores Verdaderos when most everyone was complaining about how jealous Cristina was, even though she had every right to be. Her husband was interested in another woman! It was not all in her head.

Anon @ 7:37 - ITA on Cris in AV. She was not jealous of the resident sex kitten Kendra or beautiful Beatriz, only Miss Vickie because she picked up her vibe with Angel. In Hasta, it will be interesting to see what it is, besides her being new to him and beautiful, that draws Armando to Alexa. Both his women seem to have similar issues. Right now, I don't have a horse in this race. Just watching to see what unfolds.
