Mi Corazon es Tuyo #35 León's secret is revealed, will there be Bodas Interruptus?
Labels: mcet
I think Ana is doing wrong to Diego. She knows his history and pain. She also knows he likes her. Even if she thinks he is not that serious about her she owes him the truth. She loves his brother. She needs to tell Diego the depth of her feelings for Fer and not just wave him off that it was only a few kisses.
Well . . . the telenova timewarp intervened in the drama, forcing me to ignore my internal logical-fallacies detector. Apparently, enough time lapsed for Isabruja to prepare a wedding and win over Alicia, for Jen to recover and receive the all-clear results, and for Johnny to grow a beard and stay alive, subsisting on an occasional chicken leg and bottle of water. Yet why don't Ana and Jen express more concern over Johnny's prolonged disappearance? I know. I know. Just suspend my disbelief . . .
So, Leon has a wife (?) and an ADORABLE son. Your mom was right, Leon; Fanny deserved the truth, especially before turning in her 'V' card to you.
Diego purchased Ana some very thoughtful gifts on his trip to India and Paris. That thoughtfulness speaks volumes to me. Come on, tn writers, change the script, so Ana and Diego marry and live happily ever after!
Finally, thinking about past discussions about Jazzercise, and in lieu of my own fantastic Jazzercise workout this morning, I ask myself this question: if Ana likes to dance in front of people, why doesn't she just offer Jazzercise classes! Maybe she can add a pole component to the workout.
Tamara bothers me, too. She looks older than Leon and her face isn't the type to age well. They better tell us the backstory ASAP.
I agree that Ana needs to be upfront with Diego about her feelings for Fernando. However, I don't think that would stop him.
"So, Leon has a wife (?) and an ADORABLE son. Your mom was right, Leon; Fanny deserved the truth, especially before turning in her 'V' card to you."
Couldn't agree more with this. Leon better have some good reason and not; oh, she ran away with my kid. What a slime ball thing to do to Fanny.
UA, cherubic indeed. Exceptionally beautiful.
I was lost on the dialog Leon had with his wife. Looking forward to your recap cathy.
Diana
Maybe Jonny disappears on occasion like this, so that part may not be unusual, but he hasn't called, so that part is odd.
It's nice to hear that you Jazzercise too and it is a very respectable way to dance and have a great body like Ana has.
Has there ever been a TN that switched and had the heroine end up with the alternate galan? That would make for more suspense. As it is we always assume the two leads will end up together.
J in Oregon
Johnny has been such a daily part of Ana's and Jen's lives, it seems one of them would have filed a missing-persons report after a two-week absence with no response to phone calls.
My guess is she cheated on Leon and then left with the guy, taking the child with her.
J in Oregon, in answer to your question there were two. One was based on a novel and followed the book, the other was probably changed from the original. Neither ending made the audience happy. And since Jorge Salinas was the losing galan in one instance I doubt that Televisa would do that to him again.
LEON. You cowardly lion. Ugh. The cherub is one thing (though you still should have told Fanny about him), but STILL MARRIED?!?! It is NOT okay to romance one woman while you're married to another, especially without telling her about it. Estranged or not.
On the plus side, Fer won't be able to accuse him of slacking on his responsibilities by not marrying the mother of his child? So there's just the lying by major, major, major omission thing.
I don't think Ana needs to tell Diego anything about her relationship with Fer since she's trying to discourage Diego. It isn't her fault that being rebuffed by her just turns him on more. If she were leading him on, that would be another story. But at this point I'd prefer that Ana and Diego end up together anyway, so I don't see why he needs to get his heart broken again.
I was so happy we fast forwarded almost to the wedding.
Fanny has sized up her dad perfectly at this time. At the end of their argument about the wedding he had to stick it to her one more time by reminding her it had been three whole weeks since she left the university and she had not told him what she would be doing instead. Her response was she didn't care because it was all about him anyway. She called it.
Fernando just having to talk with Ana at the end was only to make himself feel better looking for her to forgive him some how because he is feeling very guilty--as he should be. He can say all he wants but he just made it worse for Ana--again. He just can't seem to slam that door shut. Coward.
Fanny is also in love with a guy sort of like dad because it is also all about him. León a married man out on the prowl. Doesn't matter if his wife left with their child or not. Get a divorce first or see what other services Chicago can offer but don't seduce Fanny. I wonder how long it will take before ahe discovers the truth.
The worst is only ahead for Fernando but as we all know his character will have to be forged anew through suffering to be worthy of Ana in the end-- as it should be!
The kids were funny. Loved the twins being fitted for the wedding and up,to,no good with their lighters
I did not like the avances showing Isabela slapping Ana. I am hoping it is a nightmare sequence or something.
Anyway the wedding should be interesting.
Jarifa
We'd better hear Leon's backstory soon. Tamara can't be from a rich family or her mother's death wouldn't have left her with noplace to live. I'd hate to think this young man is the same kind of gold-digging cad that Isabela is.
Looking forward to your wedding recap!
Jarifa
Leon's son may get dark hair later, I was briefly a blond tyke with dark haired parents but maybe the curls are a clue to future paternity discussions. Enchanting little guy though.
And I am so glad you didn't pretend to be concerned with Jonny and the beard growing in and around his bruises. I so dislike this guy's character, I usually step out of the room to get water or cookies when his story line comes on. He has no redeeming qualities at all for me. He was such a brute to Ana, then a sobbing mess when he didn't get to torment her anymore with promises of relationship. He is ugly to boot except for being in rather good shape but put a bag over that head please...
Frankly, and I'm sure there is a story that will supposedly paint him in a "poor dude" light. But this is not a girlfriend that shows up with an adorable munchkin, and knows Leon is his Dad, this is his WIFE! Sure I want to know more, and it better be good, but that does not excuse this guy from taking his relationship as far as he did with Fanny Jr. I have left the Leon table for now until he fesses up and takes the hit, as he should, for not being straight with everyone.
Poor Alicia--in a way, Fanny has actually helped her with her self-esteem, but I hope there is not some evil motive behind all this that will reverse how well she seems to be doing. I like that Ana is happy for her. Ana, no matter how much she may hate Isa, will not put the kids in the middle.
Mr. IWantMyCakeAndEatItToo is getting on my last nerve. I was right there with Diego with "you are ordering" him? So, I can't have her, no one can and she can be miserable and alone, but I'll be happy knowing she loves only me. Someone have a 2x4 I can hit this guy up the back of the head with? I'm now of the mind Fer wasn't a Nando...he was SPOILED. Looks like he's use to be being the big cheese and getting his own way. Only thing keeping me a little on his side is how much he loves his kids. The guy may act devil may care and goofy(but with a large heart), so right now, I'm #TeamDiego until events prove otherwise.
I loved all the Nico/Jen interaction. They actually look like a happy couple despite their age difference. Love their banter and ease with each other. But I keep getting an anvil vibe, so I hope Jen's cancer doesn't come back later.
My prediction, don't know for sure, but I'm betting the wedding happens. Too early in the show, Isabridezilla has to be able to stick around and wreak havoc.
Daisynjay
Cheryl, I'm with you. I actually feel sort of guilty not really caring about Johny or being interested in his scenes. He's made a few brownie points, but having him locked up sort of proves we don't need the character to have a good story.
Daisynjay
"Ok, the beard isn’t helping"
Leon - Oho, selfish little shifty eyed punk
Fernando - reset the hook
Ana - actually, Fernando, you give love a bad name
Isabela - two down and 5 to go
Juan - worth more dead
Alicia - I feel kinda pretty so don't spoil it
Jenny - perhaps I still have a life
Nic - at least buy her some groceries or something
Diego - I'm just gettin started
Fanny - "Hanging on anyway
Believing the things you say
Being the fool.....Ain't that what you said? Ain't that what you said? Ain't that what you said? Liar, Liar, liar"
I also don't see Fernando as spoiled. Were he that he would insist that Isabela get an abortion and would continue to pursue Ana.
Fernando has not yet seen what we see about Isabela. My guess is that she will get away with a lot before he does. He will need to see her evil for himself rather than accept comments from others.
Someone pointed out that after all these weeks, how does Don Doro expect Johnny to repay him if he is chained up?
J in Oregon
Julia, why wouldn't Leon tell Fanny right from the start that he is married and has a child but they left him a few years ago and he hasn't heard from them since? Because he wanted to date her and he knew she wouldn't if she knew that about him.
And I agree, Ana has never encouraged Diego. She doesn't owe him anything.
Daisynjay, I feel sorry for Alicia too. I was a middle child myself with an older and younger sister. I feel her pain.
I'm not sure that Fer is being selfish as much as being in love with Ana, knowing that she feels the same way, and yet being strong in his convictions that he is doing something that he thinks he must do. Ana even said as much in their conversation. Sacrificing his own happiness for his new baby. I'm not saying he's thought out the consequences of this but he doesn't know what the consequences will be yet.
I forgot to add, in the previews, they are in a church so he gave in to that too.
Let's face it, didn't we all pretty much suspect that León had a kid when his happiness at the zoo suddenly became remorseful when he spotted that young family? And could he be any more of a jerk? I'm more disgusted with him for seducing an innocent Fanny with his sweet words and assertion of love but neglecting to mention one very crucial detail. I never much cared for him and now he's gonna need one heck of an explanation to win me over. I've got more respect for Isabela at this point.
UA,
Aren't you being a bit harsh in your assessment of Isabela?
"...he will eventually discover that she is evil incarnate."
We've seen evil incarnate in other TNs and I don't think that she is even in that league. Of course, opinions vary. I'm still puzzled why Fernando even agreed to have sex with her in the first place. My guess is that he thought it took less effort to go along with it than to say no.
I'm also disturbed about Ana even looking at the wedding dress, much less even semi-trying it on. As for the kids and the lighters... I'm failing to see the humor in that. Ana may have won them over but she certainly hasn't improved their behavior. I know, I know, it's a comedy... but these kids are delinquents and have done or attempted to do some potentially dangerous and destructive things.
Carlos
I was wrong (yet again) thinking Leon yearned for his father when it was indeed his son. He is clearly very angry at his wife and I hope we will soon find out why.
Carlos, I completely agree with you regarding Fanny. She was (still is) young and innocent and deserves so much better. I can't think of any excuse Leon could make, it was unpardonable. He committed the unforgiveable sin of lying by omision.
tofie, your "eon - Oho, selfish little shifty eyed punk" said it all.
Diego pining away for Ana was rather pitiful but I am hoping Ana will give him a chance.
Ummm, does anyone know or care that Johnny is missing?
Diana
She continues to aggravate me with her nonsensical screeching when she runs to open the door.
I agree about Ana and that stupid, "yo abro, yo abro" running and yelling. Sooo not cute.
Did I hear Don Nico tell Jennys that it would be worth her going to the wedding just to see Isabruja's face when she sees Jen at the boda?
Wow, I know some of you called Leon as a baby daddy early on, but I just did not see that coming! I'm with whoever said he should have told Fanny day one that this happened and that she left him. I'm not sure that she wouldn't have dated him. She's got that rebellious thing and when you're young you don't really think about how these things will effect you.
Did anyone notice that Ana's blouse came unbuttoned as she raced to save the dress? I thought she was doing something odd with her hands and then I realized she'd popped a button and was fixing it when her back was to the camera. It was funny-- what, is Univision to cheap to do a second take?
I think Diego already knows that Ana is in love with Fer and vice versa, but I think he's counting on the fact that Fer is going to marry Isa and hopes that Ana will eventually fall for him instead.
How is it that they came to evict Johnny 3 weeks ago and said he had 24 hours to get his stuff out, but Jenny and Nico returned to that pad with all of the stuff (even the telephone booth) still there? Beanie time?
Rebecca
I'd also like to know whether Fernando is her first victim in her quest to marry money.
Rebecca, yes, Televisa is in fact often too cheap and/or in too much of a hurry to do a second take. They shoot on a really hard and fast schedule. Sometimes scenes have to air the day after they are filmed! Putting an episode on five days a week doesn't leave a lot of wiggle room for perfectionism.
There have been way bigger scene errors than that in the past! One memorable time was in La Fea Más Bella. Jaime Camil actually hurt his hand mid-scene, which threw things off and he kind of blatantly just read a few lines of dialogue off the prompter without attempting to make it seem natural. And this was the take that aired. There have been other times when the action accidentally exposed an actor's microphone, normally hidden under their clothes. One time in Niña de Mi Corazón, the camera panned a little too wide and you could see one of the walls as just the backside of a fakey set wall. Stuff like that. I find it entertaining.
A couple of things about this ep disturbed me. The first being Leon and his anger at his wife. I found the way he grabbed her a bit unnerving, almost indicating that he had a dark side, that or the writers want us to think that. I'm also disturbed by the way he kept his little familia a secret from Fanny. She deserved to know exactly who she was getting involved with. He led her to his heart and bed under false pretenses.
I also found Fernando disturbing with his eve of the boda confession to Ana. He continues to cross boundaries he has no biz crossing. He's about to be married, no one is forcing him to marry IsaBruja, so for him to toy with Ana's feelings by giving her his doe eyes and telling her that he loved her just chaps me. If he wants Ana than man up, tell Isa how it is and that he'll support her and the baby financially but there will be no marriage! I can't stand waffling men!
Add me to the list of those who thought Ana was out of line with the dress. I'd be plenty ticked if I found out that staff was handling my dress and getting it all crumpled up before my big day. If Ana can't handle the way things have unfolded she can get to stepping! She's disappointing me big time with how she's handling all of this.
Can Johnny just get swallowed by one of those giant roaches? I'm not the least bit interested in him.
Things I'm loving:
Not sure what is up with IsaBruja and Alicia, but I did enjoy the shopping spree and her interest in giving Alicia a makeover. If there are ulterior motives or not, the kid is feeling much better about herself.
Diego trying to woo Ana! She'd be a fool to not at least give him a chance.
Nico and Jenny! These two are so sweet and loving and respectful. I love the take on this May/December romance.
SN and her pole dancing! The woman is astounding to watch.
I love your phrase "please put a bag over that [Johny's] head". I am finding the whole Johny storyline, (especially with Doro) really terrible and fast forward through all his scenes. Since this actor is billed on the credits as one of the major characters, I don't hold out much for an early withdrawal.
Most of us wouldn't make the same decision as Ana did, but she doesn't want to leave the kids at Isabully's mercy. While Fanny and Nando might be able to protect their younger sibs some of the time, they shouldn't have to.
I'm kinda with Teri and more pragmatic, so if Alicia (or any of the kids) get something out of it no matter Isabela's motives, good for her and suspect there could be something positive for all the kids if Ana was out of orbit.
We'll probably find that Leon somehow was trapped into marrying because of a pregnancy same as Fernando and lean on that as a pardonable detail forgetting all the havoc it created downstream. I don't think they deserve to get their prize at the end because of their selfishness post conception with other women.
Fernando has not treated Ana as an equal unless they are in a lip lock. It took his brother (or maybe it was Nic) to point out this arrangement may be uncomfortable for Ana. You don't treat someone you profess to love with that much disrespect. Fernando treats her like an employee and he has made a business decision, nothing personal, so accept it and the option to leave creates even more pain for her and another inconvenience for him. Fernando has Ana in a corner, he knows it and she knows he knows.
Leon on the other hand met a rich girl and smitten and knew if he disclosed his marriage, the rich girl might bolt. His mother has nearly begged him to tell and he brushes it off. Fanny has totally made her self venerable and multiple times begged him not to hurt her and he continued for his own benefit. That is not a mistake.
He and Diego have no sisters, which contributes to the problem. Men with sisters typically are more knowledgeable about women (provided the age difference isn't too big).
Leon needs to explain himself. I think he is the bigger sinner here. He could easily be accused of being a fortune hunter or at least looking for a leg up on the competition when he looks for work in what he wants to do. There was clearly some major conflict with Tamara and her family, but we need to know what that is.
As to where this should go from here, I think Ana should leave. She should get a generous severance check and a glowing recommendation. Isabela can't hide her true nature from Fernando forever and he will come to his senses.
"Carlos, what else do you call someone who uses a voodoo doll?"
Well, in her case I don't see a large commitment or enthusiasm for Voodoo... come on, sticking a few pins into a freshly unwrapped Barbi? No incantations? No chickens sacrificed? Marie Laveau she's not.
tofie,
I find myself nodding in agreement with all that you are saying about both Fernando and León... both are incredibly selfish and self-centered. I don't view either of them as innocent victims.
Carlos
Victoria Gomezto answer your question above: YES.
Fatima
Isa has absolutely no reason to change. She got what she wanted and her mother is going to help her get rid of Ana. What better way to do that than treat her like dirt?
As Urban said above and with which I am in total agreement, the equation only changes when Ana leaves.
What are the chances of Ana leaving? It FRIES me that Fernando had the nerve and the gall to lead Ana on by telling her he loved her. REALLY?!
I would have told him to take his controlling self right out the door.
Fatima
Ha, and the wedding hasn't even started.
That Leon guy... sure he a child. Like we didn't already have an army of kids in this tn. Filming must be a nightmare, what with having to adjust to all the kids' schedules and legal hours of work.
Again, I think Ana is overreacting with her pain. I've seen SN play heartbroken heroine many times before (I still get the chills whenever I see the scenes of Camila crying after Daniel left with Miriam in Amor Bravio) and she is great at them, but this time it all feels fake to me, because I am not emotionally invested in the couple, or at least not as much as the producers think I might be. Those sobs that Ana is producing are worthy of episode 100, break-up number 3, which is something we definitely haven't seen.
If we are suspecting that Leon's wife cheated because the child is blond, could Isabruja have cheated, too? Have we seen her in any compromising situations so far? She did look at Diego with a rather lustful smirk but, then again, who wouldn't??
I don't think that Fernando is the one who made her pregnant. However, it's going to take a while before we find out.
And she would have to be interested in him for anything to happen and she isn't.
Not a spoiler, but I think that Lisardo Guarinos' character (Enrique) is the one who knocked Isabruja up. He has to turn up soon.
The Law of Presumptive Paternity will assume that Fernando is the father of this child until proven otherwise. If our assumptions/vibes/whatever are right and he isn't, he can get a church annulment on the grounds of the marriage was contracted based on fraud.
Even better if he refuses to consummate it, which is another way to an annulment.
We can assume that Isabela knows this last fact and will do her best to coerce him.
The projected length of this series is such that we are not likely to FF to the birth. She also avoided talking to "Enrique" so we know he will shortly show up. I think we can expect her to become a major Pregzilla when she loses her figure and starts to stress out.
While Isabela may be predatory, conniving, and duplicitous, she really doesn't strike me as evil. If indeed she is, then all her major crimes are yet to be committed. Just because seven spoiled brats don't accept her as a potential mom, just because she slept with her vulnerable boss and got pregnant, and just because she half-heartedly stuck some pins in a plastic doll are not reasons to condemn her.
As for Fernando, he just needs to make a decision and stick to it. If he's in love with Ana and can't be faithful to Isabela, he needs to face up to the fact and deal with the situation accordingly. Right now he's being fair to no one. At least Johnny was willing to commit.
Carlos
On the other hand, the kids have been far more devilish and evil what with their paint, and almost lighting her dress on fire. I'd be afraid for her pregnancy making it full term in that house of horrors. The children truly need to be reigned in. It's not behavior I would ever tolerate against any adult.
I'm pretty sure though that Ana is going to be the recipient of some pretty bad treatment from Isa and her mother. The baby will be constantly thrown in Ana's face, making it that much more unbearable. I still think Ana is a fool for staying.
The kids' grief over their mother's death still doesn't seem to have been dealt with appropriately. It always bugs me that nobody in novelas appears to know about shrinks.
As to Yolanda, her behavior is par for the course. She has a sense of entitlement about any money Isabully marries. She must have a hell of a backstory to have gotten to that point. She therefore raised her daughter to have the same attitude and... if left to her own devices Isabully will do the same.
No; scratch that. She will have a nanny raise this baby and not bother. She'll be too busy abusing the staff, trying to seduce Fernando, and insulting her mother.
UA, I don't think you watched Que Pobres Tan Ricos, but they also had a mother/daughter duo and the mother also thought the daughter's marriage was the 3 of them together. The mother even called the marriage, our marriage. Everything that the daughter accumulated was shared equally with the mother. We could put this in your weekend discussion for what I learned watching TNs. Gold digger mother's control their daughter's lives.

"Fer not happy Ana is helping a friend (I think he thinks it’s Johnny)". You know, that never occurred to me. I was surprised he was rather cruel in his response to Ana. But, you made a very good observation - he may indeed be he thought it was Johnny. Well, in that case...
Diana
Shiva is a part of the Hindu trinity: Brahma (the creator), Vishnu (the sustainer) and Shiva (the destroyer). He destroys illusion (ego). The dancing Shiva is called Shiva Nataraja. I replayed the scene where Diego gave Ana the statue with the ccs and he said that Shiva is an important god in the Hindu religion and that he dances the bad away and equalizes the world. I’m working off memory now, but that’s the gist. He’s usually depicted in a dancing in a circle of fire with his hair electrified by the energy and flying out to all sides. Dancing Shiva
There used to be pole dancing workouts throughout the L.A. area years ago. The actor, Sheila Kelly, made it popular. Don't know how popular it is now as a workout.
Rebecca: I noticed the button, too.
I’m afraid that Isa is going to take over the Quinceañera and talk Ali into having a traditional one and hurt Ana’s feelings because when she mentioned it, Ali said it was old-fashioned.
UA: Val (PEAM) went to a therapist, and we all know how that turned out. ☺
Diana: your welcome. Ana had asked for permission to leave the casa to help Johnny before and Fer likes Jen, so I figured he must be thinking of Johnny.
Nanette
As for Diego, am not sure how I feel about him. Time will tell.
Hanna
Never had the chance to comment this weekend but enjoyed your recap and the long list of discussion contributions I just read. I pray to Dios that we do not have more than 100 episodes of Ana taking crap from Isabela. She will have to leave, tearfully, but it has to happen.
External variables affecting the outcome are too numerous to count, but we will eventually have Isabela's friend arrive and Ana's mother.
Independent of paternity, I wonder if there isn't some kind of fraud/embezzlement that Isabela and her buddy engaged in. She is new to the company and she and her mother have had major economic problems. I think there has to be a business angle here and that looks like a possibility.
I guess we will see whether the wedding is interruptus soon enough!
I agree with everyone on Leon and Fernando... and neither of them deserves the benefit of the doubt right now... both of them are totally unfair and just plain nasty to the woman they claim to love dearly...
As far as Isabella, I have to give Carlos some support... she really has not done anything anywhere near 'evilish' other than being a spoiled bratt that given the fact that her mother spent all their inherited fortune in her studies, deserves/feels entitled for payback... and will step on anyone she has to (esp if it is 'lower class' folks like Ana or Leon) to get where they want. I do believe to some extent when she told Ana that she 'loved Fernando and wanted to make him happy the rest of his life'... she loves him... 'a su manera' like Juan del Diablo would say about Aimee's love for him.
I agree that Alicia is benefiting from Isa's attitude and willingness to help her... so regardless of where it comes from, it is help for her.
I agree with Julia that Ana is not leading Diego on... from the moment they met she has not encouraged him... eventually this might change with his return and the wedding(if it goes through). Once she sees Fernando more unreachable and Diego continues his interest, she SHOULD give him a chance to build his case.
Yes, the whole episode of Ana and the dress was more creepy and disturbing rather than funny.
The jury is has condemned Leon on his 'lie' to Fanny, but is still out on Leon's status of husband and dad... he needs to come up with a really REALLY good explanation about his situation for us to lean his way regarding Tamara and the kid.
and yes, it is strange to have a blonde curly hair boy when you are brunette... but my own mother is brunette (black hair & eyes) and has a sister who is blonde-green eyed and another sister with brown hair and blue eyes... they have italian background.
The point being, I don't think the hair color of Leon's little cub is any reason to call his paternity into question. We may find other reasons later, or not, but I don't think that is one.
I don't think Leon's lie by omission means he is a terrible evil person who should be punished for it forever, but I think he will have to work hard to make amends and prove himself reformed in order to be a worthwhile partner for Fanny or anyone.
I definitely think Fan is too young to be a step-mom right now.
I don't care about Leon's son, he is just adorable and the cutest novela kid yet!
Jen's biopsy came back negative, didn't it? Or was that a PET scan?
But I'm more worried about the state of Nico's health than Jen's. Isn't a graveyard scene de rigueur for a telenovela?
I've also thought that Ana could teach Zumba or ballroom if she likes dancing so much.
But I'd also be totally fine with her breaking up with Leon for good, and his eventually learning some good lessons and living happily ever after with someone else while Fanny finds career success in something and meets someone new.
I hope all the fancy society people that Isa doesn't even know but is inviting to the wedding all say "who?" and throw out the invitations and hardly anyone shows up. Isa may not be the very apex of evil, but I would still really enjoy watching her pretentious self walk down the aisle with most of the seats empty. I would also enjoy it if reluctant caboose Luz accidentally stepped on the train and tripped Isa in front of everyone.
