Hasta el Fin del Mundo #67 20141118 LLCoolS, but Patrick Hates Him (You'll Have to be a Fan of Rap to Get That)
Paco tells Lupe that they will take a break while she sorts out her feelings for Javier Cruz. After Lupe leaves, Paco again mulls over the possibilities of Sophia's parentage. 1. Octavio "hit that" before he did. 2. Sophia is his. 3. Greta was cheating with Octavio. 4. Greta was cheating on them both with a third man.
Casa de Cruz:
When Lupe returns home, Javier emerges. The sight of him disgusts her and she tells him to go back to bed. She wants him to get well so that he can leave ASAP! Lupe tells him that she regrets letting him back in the house. He says that he only came out because he heard the door open. Chava walks in and also starts to berate Javier. Chava tells him that since he's well enough to come out of the room, he's well enough to come to the table. He doesn't want his mother serving Javier in bed. Lupe goes off to prepare lunch.
In another part of the house, Chava slips and tells Araceli about his romantic night under the stars with Sophia. Araceli is shocked and wants to know where he slept. He says that he would never defile Sophia, although he would love to do so...a lot. Araceli looks uncomfortable. She looks like she's torn between desperately wanting to be defiled by Chava or being offended that Chava doesn't think she's good enough for him to place her in his "undefilable" category. It's a "Catch 22"!
Lupe tells Chava not to mention the divorce to Javier. If he finds out, they will never get rid of him. Lupe and Chava are on the same page. He doesn't like that Javier got to Marisol and believes that she will end up hurt. When Marisol comes home, she is surprised to see Chava. They argue because Chava wants Javier gone yesterday. Marisol's desperation for a father is putting Lupita in a bad position. Chava storms out. Marisol tells Lupe about the Loan that she took out at work. She says that Javier regrets leaving the family and is extremely apologetic. Lupe tells her that is how Javier always acts when he comes home, but then he always leaves. She tells Marisol not to tells Javier about the divorce. Later, Marisol tells Javier about the argument with Chava. Javier agrees that he was an awful father.
Patrick visits Greta and asks to speak with her privately. They don't notice Fausto standing in the shadows. In the office, Greta is shocked to learn that Sophia has postponed the wedding. She says that she will rectify the situation by tomorrow. Greta believes that Sophia simply has the pre-wedding jitters. Patrick believes it's something else...but doesn't mention Chava's involvement.
When Sophia returns home, Greta meets her in the foyer. Greta tells Sophia that she has planned the wedding and reception. Sophia and Patrick will get married on Snob Hill at the end of the month. Sophia tells her to cancel everything. She has postponed the wedding until next year. She's got some new clients and that will take up all of her time.
Patrick visits Renzi who also teases him about Sophia cheating on him. Patrick doesn't care if Sophia is messing around on him, he only cares that she doesn't cancel the wedding. In order to get rid of Chava, they will have to spoil his image with Sophia. Patrick remembers that Irma's husband is friends with Chava. Perhaps they can get some dirt from her. They need to prove that Chava is a slut and Sophia is going to be another notch in his belt.
Later, Renzi meets with Irma. She tells him about the upcoming Neighborhood Watch meeting. Renzi doesn't like that Armando and Chava think that he's a thug. He asks about their influence in the neighborhood. She tells him that Chava is a hero and everyone looks up to him. He asks whether Chava has more influence with the men or ladies. Well, the ladies, of course! Irma lists out Chava sexual conquests.
Other News:
- Armando takes Nandito out to lunch; they end up at Chava's and have a bitch session about Javier Cruz.
- Daniela asks Miggie and Oliver about Lucas. Oliver and Daniela bond. Being Poor Little Rich Kids is very difficult.
- Armando picks up Nando and once again, Irma begs him to come home. She's made lunch for the three of them to eat as a family. Armando tells her to keep them as leftovers.
- Armando tells Alexa about the maintenance job offer. He's happy because this will help him make a good life for Nandito. Later, Alexa tells Fausto about Armando's new position in Ripoll. What she heard Armando say is that the new position will allow him to make a good life for her and Nandito. She tells Fausto about the apartment that Armando recently rented.
- Sophia tells Fausto about her night with Chava. Fausto tells Sophia about Patrick's visit and private convo with Greta.
- Lucas shadow boxes and works out. Manjarres brings him a brick of cash.
- Oliver and Isadora have lunch together. She orders liquor from her Nazi-looking maid. Oliver says that she drinks way too much. Isadora says that she and Peralta divorced because he's in love with his business. Oliver tells her that Miggie works for the Ripolls. Isadora stops the conversation before we learn what happened between them.
- Armando goes to Araceli for legal advice. She tells him that he and Irma were in a common-law marriage. Irma is entitled to half of his assets. Araceli cannot represent him because she enjoys gossiping about him with Irma.
- Paco tells Araceli to butt out of his business and get a job and move out.
- Sophia calls Patrick and invites him out to dinner. Patrick thinks that his conversation with Greta worked.
Con Permiso!

I could not stand busybody (I first typed busybiddy--new word that also fits!) Araceli trying to get into Chava's business with Sofía and then her father's again. At leas Paco let her have it. Now it is Chava's turn.
Yay! The wedding is postponed a year and Greta is not happy again. Sofía is getting pretty good at defying Greta's wishes.
Looks like Patricio will not be able to deliver what Renzi needs. Too bad so sad.
Jarifa
She's going to get herself killed off.
On Paco telling Araceli to get out: IT'S ABOUT TIME !
"He wants his Tupperware back after she's done."
"Armando is the only chauffer available in all of Mexico; she may not be able to replace him."
Who will replace Chava and Armando as chauffeurs, Greta has run out of daughters to frolic with.
What Armando sees in Alexa, I don't get, the girl is a spaz and the PDA is gonna bite him.
Glad to see Sofia getting a bit more backbone but we'll see how she deals with Pat running to mama.
It is clever if Patricio & Renzi can portray Salvador as a womanizer like his dad.
I want so bad for Salvador to point in Araceli's face and tell her once and for all she will never, ever have a second chance after she cheated, even if he wasn't crushing on Sofia.
Wonder which of the boys is the instigator of whatever busted up Lucas & Oliver.
I also missed last night's episode. And from what you wrote Cynderella, it appears as though I missed a Matias enhanced episode.
Needless to say Cynderella this was excellent. I must admit I did not get the title, but do know who LL Cool J is, does that count? :)
"She looks like she's torn between desperately wanting to be defiled by Chava or being offended that Chava doesn't think she's good enough for him to place her in his "undefilable" category. It's a "Catch 22"!" was the ultimate. Truly.
So Matias is still trying to woo Sil. Why doesn't she see what a gem he is!
Loved all the tidbits you included especially "Araceli cannot represent him because she enjoys gossiping about him with Irma".
I can only speculate that Pato and Renzi will cook up something for Chava that will explain his metamorphasis into David Z.
Irma is acting like a conniving, jealous beyotch. Ack.
Cynderella, thank you!

Oh, Patricio, I think at least your pride is wounded; it’s not just Salvador gumming up the crime business works that annoys you.
Yep, I guess Marisol just has to learn for herself; nobody can tell some people. Well, critical thinking isn’t her strong suit; this is just how the family optimism trait manifests itself in this member. I hope she doesn’t take it upon herself to tell Javier about the divorce plans; somehow I think she might screw up and in misplaced loyalty tell him.
Interesting developments with the jobs of Armando and Matias; it makes me wonder if Matias will be in a position to move over for Paco or not — and I’m noticing Armando is getting further away from cars and racing. Armando and Alexa are just dreaming if they think she’s going to be happy on a mechanic’s salary. That would be pretty surprising. They keep touching on Matias’s love for Silvana; that’s good. I like that, even if we’re not there yet. Keeping us posted.
Fausto didn’t intend to tell Sofía about Patricio’s visit; it did come out incidentally. But how nice, eh. A very nice unexpected development that Sofía is genuinely ticked off at Patricio and postponing the wedding. Greta’s domestic responsibilities are dropping like flies, with Sofía taking the reins more and more.
Patricio’s slimy glancing blow to Salvador in his conversation with Greta is annoying; of course, he will bring that up into the open next time. He’s going to try to get Salvador in trouble with Greta, as well as at the plant. He’s not going to make it stick to Teflon Chava; even Irma says everybody loves him.
I winced when Marisol told Lupe' that she had applied for a loan (pay advance) from work to help care for Javier. He's going to bleed her dry. Poor girl will be working at the chocolate factory until she's 90 to pay off the debt.
I loved Sofia ordering Greta to cancel the wedding plans.
Have I missed something? Why is Majarres giving Lucas wads of money before the boxing match? Is Lucas being paid to throw a fight?
What Chava does or doesn't do with Sofia is none of Araceli's business. I wish Chava would just tell her, "You picked the wrong door lady. Go adopt 25 cats and knit afghans. Shut up and go away."
I'm happy Matias got him a promotion and a raise but he's barking up the wrong tree believing Silvana would ever be in to him.
I just hope when the smear campaign done and Greta on the war path, Sofia doesn't turn on him too.
I'm assuming that Lucas is being set up to throw the fight, he just doesn't know it yet. He's not the sharpest tool in the drawer.
I was so happy to see Sofia put her foot down about the wedding with Greta. There is NO reason for her to marry Pato at all. She's felling good about herself, her business, her relationship with her sisters...life is good for Sofia Ripoll right now. What does she need Pato for? He's not even proving himself to be a good head of Finance, since Chava did way more for her during that conference than Pato has in months.
If Marisol wants to bond with her deadbeat dad, she can do that somewhere else with him. He needs to get his own place.
I hope not. Their talk earlier just had to do with him being a playboy.
And that was pretty much the subsequent subject with Irkme and Rent See later.
Chava: "No, I respect her."
Araceli: " Then why wont you sleep with me when you're awake?"
Chava: "Er...how do they say it in Veracruz...um I already plowed that field."
WooHoo...HeeHaHa
