Lo Imperdonable #108 Thu 10/15/15 Veronica Gets The Dirt Then Goes KaBoom

Marty and Vero let Botel and Magda know that Aaron has been released from prison. Magda does not take the news well. Botel and Vero try to calm her down by telling her that sooner or later Aaron will commit another crime and it will be back to the pokey for him.

In another Telenovela Fashion Horror we find Daniel sporting red pants and wiring himself up for his meeting with Vero. If Virginia double crosses him again then he hopes that Veronica is able to escape from harm's way. That way, Veronica will be able to use the dirt that he'll supply her with to bring down Virginia. Meanwhile, he'll be keeping the money that Vero has given him.

In another boneheaded move, Veronica doesn't give Marty details on where she's going and who she's meeting. Instead she asks him to trust her. They eventually get to talking about their love and how nothing and I mean nothing will separate them. Not even death. Annd if that's not foreshadowing then I don't know what is.

Meanwhile, Julio is still fuming like a rabid dog while Pablo tries to knock some sense into him telling him that he didn't take Ana Perla away from him. Julio shouts at Pablo that he tried to help him be with Ana Perla but Pablo only made her suffer. Wellll, Pablo was hurting too, and really right now all that doesn't matter. What matters now is finding Ana Perla. Does Julio want to join the search party or will his resentment be stronger?

*Waterworks* Ana Perla weeps over Pablo. Or maybe she's crying because she's still wearing that maid uniform and Blanquita doesn't have clothes her size that she can borrow.

We see as the kidnapper lady gets into her car. A few steps away, we see as Aaron dressed in homeless man attire gets into a cab. It's really a small world, no?

Now it's Jorge's turn to be all alone with no one there beside him. Wellll, his daddy always said that at the end of life you always get there old and alone. Yikes!

Veronica and Daniel meet at the usual bar. Daniel has brought along with him the box with the letters and photos of Virginia with Dim. He's also brought along the USB that contains a video where Virginia shows her true colors. What about the evidence that Virginia murdered Mati? Well, Veronica will get to hear that confession coming from Virginia's own mouth and will have the chance to record it with her cellphone. If she accepts then Veronica will have to use an earpiece to record the conversation Daniel will have with Virginia. Veronica tells Daniel that she's no fool (Sorry sister, but yes you are fool!) and is sure that he and Virginia are in cahoots. Daniel assures her that Virginia has no idea that Veronica will be listening in on the conversation. Vero says no, you told me that you had the evidence that would send Virginia to prison, so there is no deal. Having said that, she gets up to leave.

Rebeca meets up with Marty at some restaurant. Rebeca talks about wine. Marty then gets down to business and asks her about the remodeling she wants done at her home. She explains that the home she wants remodeled will be used to advertise Veronica's jewelry collection. She then tells him of the ideas she has to advertise the collection. Turns out Marty had already contacted an advertising office and perhaps they can help out with some ideas. Rebeca likes the idea and tells him that they could form a great alliance.  Whatever that means.

Daniel tries to reel Veronica back in on accepting the deal by showing her a snippet of the recording where Virginia shows her true colors. In the end, he convinces Veronica to sit at another table and to use her cellphone and the earpiece to record the conversation that he will have with Virginia.

Rebeca and Marty enjoy a nice glass of wine. Rebeca comments that she likes the wine for it's intensity. In fact, that's how she likes to live - with lots of intensity. Marty can tell that she likes to live intensely and daring. He likes to see that she is a modern woman who is daring and direct. He tells her that he's also the kind of man that likes to be direct. She tells him that she likes that he is like that. He tells her that he is in love with his wife and is incapable of being unfaithful. She tells him that she'd never be the mistress. And adds that it's a shame that he's a married man because if he were single then she'd be going after him.

I suppose resentment won because Julio is STILL fuming and whining and whining that Pablo took away his illusions and his right to be happy by "taking" Ana Perla from him. Pablo tells Julio that if Ana Perla would have ever felt more than affection for Julio than he would have stepped aside. Julio tells Pablo that it's easier said than done and whines that Pablo has no idea what it feels like to not be corresponded in love. Get. Over. It. Julio. Julio whines that he lost Ana Perla forever. Pablo tells him that he puts himself in his shoes and understands him. Pablo asks him again to help him. He fears what Manny could have made Ana Perla do.

Virginia arrives at the bar and meets with Daniel. Veronica films them with her cellphone.

Rebeca knows that Marty was taken by surprise with her honesty, but that's just the way she is. Rebeca assures him that she's not a hubby stealer and tells him that she admires Veronica. Rebeca tells him more about the house. It belonged to her grandparents and she has a lot of memories. Rebeca tells Marty that she wants the collection to be a hit and then mentions something about a male collection that I didn't understand. They get to talking about Veronica and Marty tells Rebeca that he doesn't imagine his life without Veronica.

Arturo and Blanquita gaze at the stars. We find out more about Arturo's past. As a child he lived in a ranch. He eventually left the ranch because over there you go hungry. Blanquita tells him that she never lived all that because her dad always brought food to the table.

Raymunda can't believe that Manny is doing all this to them. Joaquin promises that he will get their house back. Polo asks how come Manny is so mean. Raymunda replies that it must be because she and Old Goat made a mistake in raising him. Joaquin thinks that it has more to do with Manny having a rotten soul. He tells his family that they'll find a place to live and everything will be alright.

Arturo's dad was a drunk and his mom had to buy him the beer.  A drunk you say? So he liked his "Chelas". Could it be what I'm thinking? The mom eventually died working to feed them at someplace called "la pisca"

Daniel and Virginia put on an act for Veronica where Virginia confesses to having murdered Mati. When Virginia leaves the table, Daniel heads over to where Veronica is sitting. Veronica hands him the cash and hopes that she never has to see him again. She leaves carrying the box with her. Daniel returns to his table. Virginia returns to the table as well. They will be following Veronica.

Veronica is ambushed by the kidnapper lady on her way to her car and is forced to get into the car and to drive off at gunpoint. In the midst of all this, Veronica drops her cellphone. Aaron in homeless man attire lurks around in the background and witnesses the kidnapping. He fumes because someone beat him to Veronica. He realizes that Veronica has enemies when he sees Daniel and Virginia rushing to the car to follow Veronica. Unknowingly to Aaron, some creep spots Veronica's cellphone and takes it with him.

Julio and Pablo get a lead on where Ana Perla could be. A woman that could possibly be her was seen fleeing the town and was very scared.

Jorge cries over a photo of him and Salma. Emi arrives. If it weren't for Emi then Jorge wouldn't want to continue on living. Jorge tells Emi how much he loves him and admits that they're so blind because they don't realize that the only thing they have to tell the people that matter to them is that they love them. Believe me that's not the only thing you two fools are blind about. So Jorge tells Emi that he loves him and Emi tells his old man that he loves him too. Hugs.

Marty is worried because it's late and Veronica hasn't come home yet. He tries reaching her on the phone to no avail. Magda shows up and finds out that Veronica hasn't come home yet. She gets worried and feels like something is happening to Veronica.

Annnd something is happening to Veronica because the kidnapper lady knocks her out with the gun when she refuses to continue on driving until she finds out where they are going. The kidnapper lady moves Veronica over to the passenger's seat. She then gets out of the car to enter the driver's seat and spots Daniel and Virginia who have been following them and gives them a thumbs up.

Marty and Magdalena are panicking now over Veronica's disappearance. Botel tries to calm them down. Marty realizes that Veronica could have gone to see Jorge and decides to call him.

Meanwhile, Jorge and Emi bond some more. Emi tries to make Jorge look forward. Jorge tells Emi that it's hard but that Emi is right that life goes on.

Marty calls Emi instead of Jorge to ask if Veronica is there. Emi replies that she isn't. Marty tells him that Veronica is missing and isn't answer her phone. Emi asks Marty to let him know when Veronica returns home. Marty will let him know.

Aaron has told Chelas that Veronica was kidnapped. He tells him about the two people that he saw following them. Chelas is sure they will ask for money and says that who knows if Veronica will be found alive. Aaron fumes because he had planned to give Veronica what she deserved that same night. You snooze you lose, buster!

Veronica wakes up and sees she has blood on her head from being knocked out. Veronica tries to stop the car by getting a hold of the steering wheel while kidnapper lady drives. A struggle for the steering wheeling ensues and eventually the car flips over and bursts into flames. Daniel and Virginia watch from inside their car as this happens and look stunned.

Magdalena is worried about Veronica. Marty is worried about Veronica. Botel tries to calm them down. Magdalena fears for Veronica's life.

The authorities arrive at the scene of the accident.

The trip down memory lane has gotten Arturo down in the dumps and he says that there are poor people who are waiting for a better life that doesn't come. Blanquita consoles him. He tells her that all he has been through was worth it to get to her. He then pops the questions and asks her to marry him. Whoa! You are going a little fast there, Art. Slow down, man. The proposal makes Blanquita smile.

Raymunda, Joaquin, Polo, and Onix arrive at their new home. It's small but hey at least they have a roof over there heads and lots of love. That love will defeat evil.

Back at the scene of the accident it has been confirmed that a woman is dead. Backup is called for. Veronica's purse is found along with her identification and the V necklace.

Emi and Jorge talk about Veronica and what could have happened. Emi mentions that Virginia has not been seen either. They change the subject and start talking about Rebeca who Emi admits that he likes. But Emi noted that Rebeca showed an interest for Marty. Jorge doubts that Marty will pay any attention to Rebeca and encourages his son to go after Rebeca.

Rebeca and Susana chat. Rebeca wants to send some jewelry from her last collection to to Veronica. Susana has noted that Rebeca has taken a liking to Veronica. Rebeca says "well we are going to be partners". And besides, she's never understood that rivalry between women. Rebeca says that Veronica has a lot of talent and is so fortunate to have a man like Marty by her side. Rebeca wants a man like that by her side too. Of course the man would have to be single.

Blanquita is excited with the proposal but tells Arturo that she wants to finish her career before getting married. He tells her that she will and that he said what he said because he loves her and doesn't want to lose her. She reminds him that they are just getting to know each other. He tells her that they aren't getting married tomorrow and that he just wanted to let her know what his intentions are. He promises to respect her and to be faithful and tells her that he knew she had to be his wife from the moment he saw her. So does she accept? Yeah she does.

At the scene of the accident a body is loaded into a van.

Pablo and Julio update Lucia on Ana Perla's whereabouts. They are assuming she returned to the city. Lucia points out that if that were the case and Ana Perla did return to the city then how come she hasn't come here to the house.

Blanquita tries to convince Ana Perla to speak with Pablo to clear things up. But Ana Perla doesn't want to speak with Pablo. Blanquita thinks it all has to be a misunderstanding. Ana Perla says she's tired of suffering. Blanquita tells her to think about it.

We end the episode with the authorities arriving at Marty's place and letting Marty, Magda, and Botel know that Veronica had an accident and that her minivan exploded. Magda cries. Marty looks stunned.

Thanks Mauricio,
Your recap was excellent. I hated what happened in this episode. Just when Vero gets the evidence she needs against Ginny, something bad happens. I was actually surprised at the look on Ginny's face when the SUV exploded. She almost looked kind of worried, but I doubt that she was. She was probably pissed that she didn't get to torture Vero herself.

I am going to be FF through the AP scenes. I am sick and tired of her crying and blaming Pablo for her misery. She is being totally selfish. I hope Pablo finds her soon so that she can stop bothering Blanca. Blanca has enough on her plate with nursing school, living in a new city and having a new boyfriend.

Looks like tomorrow's episode will be a sad one. No spoiler here, but since the cops found Vero's ID they will assume she was the one who died in the explosion. Because from what they said there was only one body. Where is the other body? Did the writers do the unthinkable or did Vero survive? Like the Gringo says, Must See TV!

Thanks Again Mauricio
Hasta Pronto!

Mauricio, I especially appreciated the little pop of red in your wonderful recap. Thank you for taking us lightly through what could have been a grimly predictable series of events. "You snooze, you lose." Hah! Another winner, my friend!

[I'm betting Vero was thrown clear of the car. If this had happened a few weeks ago, she'd have amnesia... well, she still may... we'll see.]

I think Rebeca said she wants to expand the jewelry line to include a collection for men. BTW, Rebeca seems to have established herself as a White Hat in this episode, especially now that she's assured us that she's not a 'quitamaridos.'

I noticed that Onix was back to his irrepressible self last night, straining at the leash in the little house. Whew. I was afraid he had been replaced by an Onix look-alike.

I can't seem to catch up on watching the episodes of this show so huge THANK YOU to the recappers!!!

Do we have just one week to go or two?

Vero has to be alive right? My only worry is who finds her? If it is Aaron then we are in for a long ending!

I wonder how much evidence survived the explosion. I guess the box with picture probably didn't. Hopefully the recordings did.

Carvivlie,

It's likely Virginia and Daniel were quick to act and pick up whoever survived. The cops obviously saw no signs of a second body and didn't see that another car was at the scene.

Oh I didn't realize Ginny and Danny stuck around. I figured they would have high tailed it out of there.

Mauricio ---A thank you is in store for your hard work and your fashion statement catch on Dr. Dan's red pants however, I must say that I was horrified with your title. Veronica gets the dirt then goes KaBoom. NO! No! Please No! not our beautiful goddess, it can't be. Ok, here are my thoughts. No spoilers, just pure speculation. The Red Sea will part and miracles will happen. You know that miracles abound in novelas most always near the end.

OK, the police only found one body. That is because Veronica was thrown clear as the car was turning over. Both she and the box of evidence will be found lying in the bushes nearby or Veronica will wake up some time later, dazed and will stumble around and eventually find help. --- The guy that found her cell phone will check it out to see what is on it, hear the murder confession by V-snake and turn the phone over to the police. When it all comes together in a few days, Virginia's goose will be cooked.

Hey if anon207 can write an ending why can't I give it a try. I have to admit though that anon207 has everything and everyone mush more rounded out and in detail than I could come up with. It's my first attempt, I'm just learning.

Will Rebeca try to move in on Marty after everyone thinks that Veronica is dead? That's just one more reason for must see tv.

the gringo

Thanks for this nifty recap, Mauricio, and thanks for the excellent recap of Tue.'s episode you provided for us. Unfortunately I wasn't able to comment on Wed. or yesterday, so please permit me to thank AuntyAnn as well for her noble effort yesterday even after being sabotaged... well done.

Well, we don't seem to have a lot of time left, but the writers always have the old trick of meses despues available, a new character (our favorite little lady boxer, la Monita, from Gancho) who has the hots for Martín, as well as Nanciyaga's previous ominous prediction of something bad ahead for Verónica's and Martín's relationship... imagine the interesting possibilities.

So what exactly did Daniel and Virginia originally have planned for Verónica? I'm confused.

I hope that we haven't seen the last of Ana Perla's boss lady, she's fun to watch.

Carlos

Mauricio, good recap, good recap. Thank U.
Now yall know ronnie got drown out of that
Van. Kidnapper girl is the crispy criter in the

Poor disgusting aaron and lowlife side kick.
No one to kidnap," now where are we gonna
Make a livin? "Someone else has kidnapped
Our hope of ramsom money'. That was just me assumin what they might be thinking. Jerks!!!!! }:-/

Thanks Mauricio for the fantastic recap!

This wasnt a happy episode. What are the writers doing killing Vero?!! Martin and Vero just got back together and now they are separating them? I am not liking this. I dont like Rebecca at all because she is now going to go for Martin now Vero is presumed dead.

I hope the right person finds Vero and not Aaron!

Muchas gracias, Mauricio, for a stellar recap!

Not an easy episode to watch for me when it came to the scheming of Dr. Dan and Virginia. It would have been much more interesting if Dr. Dan was pulling one over on our dear snake.

Also not easy seeing Verónica getting herself into another mess. You nailed it, Mauricio. A boneheaded move not telling Martín what she was up to.

As for your reference to the blind fools, Emi and Jorge, loved it!

I fear that Aaron is going to be the one to find Verónica. She's going to need her martial arts skills if that happens. I would love to see her kick his a__.

Ana Perla, I am sick of her crying and whining. If she really thinks Pablo did her wrong, then confront him!

I really hope that Vero doesn't find Martín and Rebecca in bed when she returns. He could get really drunk and desperate thinking Vero is gone.

Good afternoon everyone! Thank you for stopping by. I'm glad that you all enjoyed the recap.

As for the evidence, if the box of letters and photos did not roll out of the car in time then for sure it was destroyed. I am hoping that the USB with the recording was in Veronica's purse that was recovered and that it someone finds it. Since they made a point at showing the cellphone falling down and then being taken for sure it will resurface at some point.

I am tired of Ana Perla and her tears too. Enough already! This could have all be avoided had she just confronted Pablo and Mariana right then and there instead of just leaving like she did. Hopefully, it all gets cleared up soon so the tears can stop. And hopefully she'll change out of that maid uniform.

I have also had it with Julio and his whining.

One good thing about Veronica's kidnapping was that at least it was not Aaron who was behind it all.

AuntyAnn,

Yes it does look like it will be a sad one tonight. I'm getting mentally prepared for a gloomy episode tonight with lots and lots of tears.

NovelaMaven,

"I think Rebeca said she wants to expand the jewelry line to include a collection for men."

Thank you for the explanation. That's what I thought I had heard but wasn't sure. I did not have access to the CC's to double check when recapping that part last night.

Carvivlie,

We have two more weeks left. It ends on November 2nd.

gringo,

Hahaha! Sorry about the title. I just couldn't resist. I like Veronica and I'm hoping that she'll pull through and return soon.

Carlos,

I'm not sure what the exact plan was. They never really explained it. I suppose they wanted to kidnap her and either ask for a ransom or kill her themselves.

Nina,

"Jorge, Emi, BOO HOO. Next."

Hahahaha! I feel the same way.

Duchess,

"What are the writers doing killing Vero?!!"

I agree. We don't really have time for a storyline like this one.

Mari,

"I really hope that Vero doesn't find Martín and Rebecca in bed when she returns."

Me too! Hopefully, Veronica won't be gone for too long.

Carlos,
You are welcome for the Wednesday recap. I too was a bit confused as to what Ginny and Dr. Dan had planned for Vero. No spoiler here but if she survived and they are the ones to find her then I guess we will find out the plan.

"I really hope that Vero doesn't find Martín and Rebecca in bed when she returns. He could get really drunk and desperate thinking Vero is gone."

NO! NO! NO! Mari, I hope and pray that it doesn't happen. The monkey writers better not put us through that.
