Caray, Caray!

Recap by sneaky two shoes:

Elo tells Os the tale of Beg’s cell phone, but Os only cares if the msg was about him. When she asks him to investigate, he takes the phone and tries to convince her it was all a misunderstanding by Fi, since she don’t speak the Spanish so good.

Convo at the kitchen table, who’s going to Fi’s wedding and who’s going to Pietro’s . Maybe Fidel and Quina can hit both, Pietro’s early and Fi’s late. Simona is planning to party like its 1999 at Fi’s. Beni makes a crack about her eating all the wedding cake.

Pietro comes in to give Fi dirty looks.

Osvonia discuss the tale of the cell phone and what Beg’s up to, and get amorous over their avarice. Poor Gael has terrible timing, he interrupts and wants to talk. Os is an ass obvio, but once he’s established that Gael can neither be with Gia or Roxy, he sort of listens even though he says Gael’s childhood traumas are boring. Once Gael blurts out that mom had a lover though Os is less bored and more ballistic – ‘how could you say that, my dad was never cheated on by anybody,’ ect.

Fi and Luca argue, RPC Fi goes to get fitted

Luca and Gi agree that its way sad that Fi is determined to ruin her life. Even though Luca sees he’s not the love of Fi’s life he wants to help her be happy w/the man who is. Gia picks up the dressmaker’s card Fi left behind and has a cunning plan.

Beni and Roxi in the stables. He smells like horses, or their byproduct. Somebody’s coming, this time Rox throws Beni in the haystack. Its Fed come to pry and warn Roxi about breaking Gael’s little drug addict heart (her words not mine, I don’t mock addiction, I’ve known too many addicts) if he finds her kissing Beni, and then goes stomping on and poking at and hitting the hay piled around till Dante comes to talk w/her about something her atty said thus saving Beni from getting stepped on or hit more.

(I really feel like I’m missing stuff and coming in in the middle of conversations, but I swear I was paying attention, must be editing)

Gia gets the card that Fidel was carrying for somewhere Pietro was going and swaps it out for the card for Fi’s dressmaker.

Sam the dressmaker reminds us what happened last time Fi was fitted and asks her who she picked. You know what she said, don’t make me write it. He also pokes her w/a pin because she won’t stand still.

Lucca makes nice w/tio and reassures him and drops something on his way out.

Os tell Beg the tale of the cell phone, and warns Beg about betraying him. Then he calls Elo and says Beg is on the up and up and it was all a misunderstanding because of Fi’s poor Spanish. We don’t see it, but apparently Elo buys this crap.

Gael remembers being happy w/Mom and getting presents from the nice man we only see from behind, and Mom being happy w/the nice man. Then he remembers Os’ recent freak out about it. Sergio comes in to offer comfort and a shoulder to cry on and an ear to confide in – ‘ you can tell me anything and I won’t be shocked’

Gael has realized what all the memories probably mean and tells Sergio ‘ I might not be my father’s son’

Anibal blackmails Diana RPC

Fed meets w/her atty in her room for secrecy reasons. The atty understands. Fed is so happy to have the proof that she doesn’t listen the first time the atty tries to tell her there’s a problem, the documents are missing a crucial page. Fed flips out and attacks the atty. Dante intervenes and escorts the atty to safety.

Luca goes back for the thing that fell out of his jacket, and is in Vitto’s office to hide and hear Vitto asking his doc what symptoms he should fake, he doesn’t want to lose his hair, so that’s out, what else should he do so he can fool everybody, especially his comprometida Fi. Luca hears it all Yes! Yes! Yes!

Pietro goes to Fi’s fitting thinking he’s picking up Aitana’s dress. He sees Fi he says her name and she turns around, she speaks his name and their eyes lock, the love is back. Sam comes along to remind them they are not the novios and then clears up Pietro’s confusion about where he’s actually supposed to be – ‘the dress you are supposed to be picking up is at another designer, who doesn’t makes dresses as pretty as mine’ (lol)

Mas blackmail =chantaje stuff w/Diana and Anibal. He wants the $ He doesn’t care what she has to do to get it, beg, borrow, steal, sell stuff or herself. She says rightly, he is despicable

Sergio remembers how it was w/Gael’s parents. She was wonderful and beautiful. He was the original Assvaldo. Given how he treated her and cheated on her and how pretty she was, Sergio wouldn’t be surprised if she had lots of lovers. Gael starts to get upset and Sergio explains – ‘me and my big mouth, I didn’t mean what it sounded like, I’m not accusing her of anything’ and asks what brought all this up, so Gael tells about his memories and Sergio says ‘hey I was very drunk back then, but you know who you should ask – my mom, she notices everything (ooh another terrible idea)

Beg tells Aitana the tale of the cell phone. Fi must go after the wedding, in fact she must disappear entirely.

Fi is done being fitted and heads back to Vitto’s. Just after she leaves Lucca runs in desperate to find her and tell her what he heard. Sam tells him ‘hey don’t worry kid, I’ve had a couple of brides change grooms at the last second. Luca runs out to catch her and Sam muses that enamorados don’t know how to handle anything.

Pietro and Aitana argue whether its his or her fault he went to the wrong place. She doesn’t know the wrong place was where Fi was so she’s pretty chill about it. ( I hate her hair and makeup in this scene, if this is how she plans to look for the wedding, yikes)

Pietro drops the dress box and the dress falls out, he tries to reassure her that the dress isn’t dirty, she’s only worried about his having seen it. Mostly he’s looking at the pic of his mom in her wedding dress that was in the box. –‘mom help me not to make a mistake’ (you mean another one, right?)

Pietro has to call in Beg and a secretary to help him get the dress back in the box. – ‘ don’t tell Aitana I saw the dress’

Fi brings Vitto a cake, Luca catches her up just then and Vitto gets suspicious about their having been together, but they deny and he fakes and spell or attack or pains or something and sends Fi for water for his pills. Luca notes the dizziness is new in an aggressive tone of voice and offers to take him and/or Fi home, but they send him to the pharmacy for more pills, he’s dubious but goes

Fi wants Gia to stay at the ranch while they’re on their honeymoon. Vitto agrees and lays more I’m sick guilt on her –‘ the only thing keeping me alive is the hope to be your husband’ (ick)

Fi and Vitto are going to have a family dinner tonight w/the relatives from out of town. (I know what’ll be on Fi’s plate; ashes, dust, and a big helping of juicy guilt)

Fed wants to kill Eloisa. Dante is against it and advises patience. Fed never developed any and she’s way past that now.

Gael goes to talk to Elo. She thinks he should be studying instead of macking on Italians and relatives. Gael is all ‘nope I realized that that um those were a mistake and I’m totes over it um them now. I wanna know about my dad, is he maybe not my dad?’ Elo looks shocked and fade out.
