Yago Capitulo 61 August 29,2016: Unfinished sympathy
NOTE: This episode was for strange reasons only 41 minutes long. It ended with Yago&Ximena smooching. No ending soundtrack, no nada. If there were any clips missing please say so in the comments.
Flashback: Omar, Lucio and Abel were having drinks in a bar. Omar is anxious that he is going to leave Sara like that but Lucio&Abel promise to watch over the little serpent. In cue Yago starts narrating that the past never really vanishes but it instead watches us over and often same people are involved.
In the present Yago accompanied by Sara&Abel reveals his true identity to Lucio. He also reminds Lucio of the fateful night in which Lucio planted Omar's fingerprints on the gun. Yago will remember that night forever and ever. Lucio is incredulous to all this doubting everything that Yago is talking about.
"You really can't remember your brother by blood?" asks Yago.
The most difficult thing for me wasn't changing my face but to stop thinking and acting like Omar" .
"The only thing your friendship brought me was the ability to distrust humanity"
Yago sends Abel&Sara away for a solo talk with Lucio. Yago prompts Lucio to ask him something that only Omar would know. Lucio asks him where they played with their children. Yago is like "Really, that's the only thing that you could ask?" but answers that they played at Jonas's workshop where he promised Lucio that he will never make a blood pact ever again. Lucio says that Omar indeed gave him home and a family but in reality Omar made Lucio feel like trash. He betrayed Omar because Omar was too good, something Lucio could never be. Lucio is mad that Omar came back, he should have just stayed dead!
Sara&Abel argue . Abel shouldn't have opened his mouth about Omar says Sara. Well maybe then you should have invited Lucio along, you know what a snake he is." replies Omar. Sara says that it was Omar's idea, Sara's just helping out. Abel is worried that things will now spiral out of control. Later Sara&Abel come once again to play. Lucio gets furious that Sara&Abel knew about it before Lucio. Is Yago just going to forgive them? To prevent Lucio from betraying them once again Yago records a statement in which Lucio confesses his crimes.
Abel&Lucio also have a small showdown. Lucio chuckles that Abel chose Omar despite everything that Lucio had given him. Abel warns him to be grateful that Omar gave him a chance of penance as Abel would have finished off Lucio despite his feelings over him.
Julia get's visited by Camilo. He just came to ask for her well-being repeating again that he didn't kill her parents. But Abel comes to the rescue and Julia chases Camilo away. Camilo also visits the tomb of Selma&Fidel. He always thought that seeing Fidel die would bring him closure but he feels rather empty now. But despite all Fidel won as Fidel took Julia away from Camilo. Son for daughter, the pact is done.
Yago visits the house of Melina but not before encountering Matias as he was just heading out to school. They bonded for a short-while but the bus already came. Yago informs Jonas, Melina&Bruno about the latest plan. Bruno is not happy about including Sara&Lucio in the game while Melina is not happy with Omar taking justice into his own hands. Bruno accuses Yago of being a clueless git. Yago later assures Bruno that everything is gonna be just fine and gives Bruno the recording. If Yago is no more, Bruno should make an article about it. In case Yago is no more Matias should get told a half-truth about his origins(Don't forget to look for the cheapest Bat-Suit on Ebay)
Yago explains to Ximena again that he is only using Sara as a means to an end. The only woman he loves is Ximena. He wants to travel, paint and taste the colors of rainbow with her.
Sara talks to Lucio about Omar. Lucio wonders if Sara knew Omar's identity from the first time Yago entered into their life. Sara declines obviously, she knows it since the bomb strike. Speaking of Sara, the wedding plans are already in motion. Sara&Camilo will be married by shared goods(por bienes separados). Lucio arrives as well so Camilo appoints him chief of security. Camilo also reveals his latest master-plan: Reveal Omar's identity and put him back behind bars. He will unleash the plan once he returns from his honeymoon.
Teo finds a bloodied Katia in the storage room. He get's frightened at first but Katia tells him that it's Hernan's blood. She couldn't stand the death of Selma&Fidel so she wanted to kill Hernan. Much later Katia tells the whole story to Yago and he is furious as she could have prevented the deaths of Selma&Fidel. Katia decides to quit but Teo follows her. He tells her that Yago didn't mean it but Katia just wants to vanish. Teo warns Yago that he is slowly losing every bit of himself with the vengeance.
Julia is torn after seeing Camilo once again. Ximena consoles her as she has to be strong for the baby. Yago brings Julia a former letter from Fidel. To sum up In his letter Fidel says that vengeance means nothing as love is most important. He learned this from Julia&Selma as they opened his eyes. Julia says that she's sorry for being selfish as Yago also lost a father figure. They hug. Yago informs Abel that the task was successful. Yago brags to Abel about travelling with Ximena after the madness is done.
Lucio gives Abel a call. He wonders if Sara&Omar are still together. Abel declines as they were a thing of the past. Besides Yago is now moving on to live with Ximena. Lucio say's Yago could go straight to hell for sure! Lucio informs Sara of it. Sara visits Ximena and one of the most hilarious scenes happens. Sara compares Ximena to Ambar in a sense of art and their expired date as both women have failed to capture Omar's heart. But Ximena doesn't give in, if Sara is so sure why is she even here? Sara say's that she's just warning her, just hope that you won't repent later.

| Someone's not gonna be a bridesmaid this year. Yago, Abel and Lucio were supposed to meet at their usual gathering place but Yago got drunk instead. Yago asks them to regroup at his own location. When they come Bear Boy greets Pincas Abel and Lucio the Traitor in the heat of a growl. Lucio tells him to behave if he wants his help but Yago replies to never ,I repeat never call him Omar again! Also speaking about self control, you should control Sara! (I am kind of confused here, is Yago mad because of Katia or Ximena?) Abel takes drunken as a skunk Yago back to Ximena. Yago utters some utterly loving, babbling garbage to make up with her and they cuddle. [End of Capitulo] |

My thoughts:
1.) Daddy Michell seeing the ghosts of Fidel & Selma was epic. Both holding hands too while those death stares are haunting. I'm surprised they didn't show the ghosts of Fidel's sons, Benjamin & Uri.

The flashdrive holds Lucio's confession of the robbery of Casino Paraiso. It's very hard to know if Lucio would dare attacking Bruno&Jonas but since he betrayed Omar once without compassion I am sure he would do anything at this point, even betray Omar twice! Lucio didn't seem to care much about Omar's reveal. It didn't bring him happiness or remorse. The reveal confirmed to him once more that Lucio is a complete loser, the last one who learns of things. No matter what he does , Lucio will always end up in the bottom.
The graveyard scene with Camilo sure was epic. But as you said every other victim also deserved to be cast as a ghost such as Ambar, Demian and Benjamin. Then Camilos should get eaten by carnivoric plants like Enoch suggested!

Thanks Count! I haven't read this yet, but I did see the episode this morning, and I think it did end with Ximena and Yago smooching. I remember for sure that the end credits segment lasted about five seconds, which is a bit odd.
And the scene where they told Lucio that Yago is really Omar, wow, anticlimactic to say the least... but that's not surprising. Aside from being offended that he was the last to know, Lucio didn't seem terribly fazed about Yago's identity. If anything, he just seemed annoyed that he'd have to get rid of Omar a second time.
Oh and I didn't see that warning when I watched the episode on Hulu. Pretty funny that they'd be warning us now; this episode was relatively mild compared with some of the others.

Steve, I don't think Lucio will target the Guerreros as long as Mati is living with them. Maybe not even without Mati. The Guerreros were part of his prize for taking over Omar's life. Anyway, he doesn't even know that Bruno has the recording.
Of course, a smarter person would have made multiple copies and handed them out to various people, not just given the only copy to Bruno for safekeeping. I think Alejandra made the same mistake, right? She had only one copy of Damian's info, and he took it back when he killed her.
Make backup copies, people! Especially when it's a matter of life and death!

Kelly- I thought I saw Sara's eyes light up a bit when Camilo said they're getting married with joint assets. I think Sara's dream would be to have all of Camilo's money and assets (as his widow), Yomar in her bed, Matias at her side, and Lucio fallen off a cliff somewhere. Sara is the queen of moving on. She can only feel bad but for so long about little things like the death of her sister and betraying the love of her life.
Vivi: In other words, we could see Daddy Michell & Lucio winning in the end of this TN.

Vivi, I have to honorably agree. As much as we loathe Sara, Sara is a powerful femme fatale. We always want our girl protagonists to be strong and not be cardboard but "strenght" is a paradox in itself. Usually the girls we see on tv are spoiled, chessy, capricious and deadly naive that tie themselves to good-looking men that have the brains size of a bean . Sara is strong, smart, determined and capable of making the cruel decisions.

Countx- I definitely secretly admire Sara's strength (although not her selfishness). I get a bit tired of weepy, woe-is-me kind of heroines. She's rides the line between being a villain and an anti-heroine.
Yes, Vivi, Sara's eyes lit up over the joint assets. I think that was a pleasant surprise for her. I like how she tried to pretend that she wasn't mentally drooling.

I am kind of mourning Gene Wilder right now with binge watching his best movies such as Willy Wonka, the Producers ,Young Frankenstein and Blazing Saddles. RIP Gene Wilder, may you make heavens filled with imagination :(
As for Lucio's death, I want his death to be with him doing something noble but I also desire for him to get back to jail and charged of his crimes with the power of law. Then Sara should come and have a laugh at him but then there's a strange twist: Jail-time also awaits her. Lucio&Sara share the same cell and annoy each-other until happy ever after .

Notice that when Yago gave Bruno the flash drive he told Bruno to leave Abel out of being exposed as part of the crime. Notice, he said nothing about letting Sara go free. So he's absolving Abel (who technically did the most unlawful thing by killing the guard) because he was manipulated by the other two.
Sara seems very confident that Yago wants her, but he clearly resents the hold that she has over him and is eager to be free of it. So I think he'd be happy to see her go to jail.
