Caray, Caray!

The police take María's father away.  Guido explains to the detective that the only reason is that they were there was to make sure María was not alone. The detective says that  is what the police are for. Linda and Guido are fine. He remarks that he is stronger than she thinks he is. She thinks he is very brave.

Grecia relives being assaulted by a man. She fights back and she hits him in the head with a bottle and sees his blood  all around his head on  the floor.  She just cries and thinks of Neto's questions. She goes over and over the scene in her head.

Hermoso is ready to go home. Every child  has their own messages for the puppy. Nonno calls Dani while they are waiting to leave with Hermoso and she tells him about the dog being poisoned. Nonno wonders how. She tells him the puppy is okay now. Nonno asks her to come by and see him. It is an urgent family matter.


Blanca welcomes Neto and bis family as they come for dinner. There are usually more people besides her and Eugenio but everyone is out doing their thing.  Neto thanks them for the invitation and making him feel part of the family. Blanca looks serious. Neto asks if he said something wrong. She says no.  Andi talks about Mexican gastronomy. Blanca talks abut the delicious food thy have in Oaxaca. Eugenio talks about Blanca's cooking having the best seasoning in all  of Oaxaca. He extends and invitation to Neto and his family to come and eat anytime they want.  Neto says they won' have to be asked twice. Blanca tells them all to eat so it won't get cold. Yolo pushes her plate away because the food is so spicy. Calling her Yolotl, Eugenio tries to encourage her to give it a try. Yolo asks him to pleas call her Yolo. Eugenio doesn't get it. Blanca tells him to just call her Yolo because that is what she wants sot be called.  Blanca doesn't get what the big deal is. Yolo is a very pretty name.

Dani has brought all of the kids with her so she can talk to Nonno.  Nonno tells Dani about the kids finding the white powder in Guido's room in a locked box. Clarisa clarifies the matter by adding that Guido was hiding things from them. Nonno thinks this secret could change everything.

Back at the foundation, Linda thinks that Guido is an angel. He goes to kiss her and she backs away.  She tells him that she is not looking to go out with anyone right now. She just needs to be by herself and immerse herself in her work. She is taking time off from love. Guido understands. Linda wants them to be good friends.  Guido forces a smile and nods. He has things to do and starts to leave. She asks him not to be angry. He says he never gets angry. Angels never get angry. When he is gone, his forced smile changes into a frown.

Ari arrives at the court with Temo. He is upset. Temo tells him that he is his mother's only support so needs to be calm and strong at times like these.  Audifaz and Tulio come in.

Blanca asks why Yolo doesn't like Mexico. It is such a pretty place. Yolo explains that she feel like she doesn't belong here.  Some times, it seems that the life that she knew with her friends; her past has been erased. Neto encourages her to form new memories here.  Andi tells her if she doesn't change her attitude it is going to be all harder. Yolo understands all of that but should she pretend as ff nothing has happened?  She cannot pretend that everything is fine when it isn't. Eugenio starts talking about memories and having Alzheimer's. It is never too late is to create a happy past. His life is a tribute to all of his memories of his children and grandchildren. Neto agrees. His family is his life, also. Yolo starts to cry and gets up to leave. Neto grabs her and hugs her. She wants to be happy again. He promises she will be.

Before the judge enters  the courtroom, Polita, Ari and Audifaz and Tulio argue across the across the courtroom. Temo tries to help Ari keep his cool. When the judge comes in, Ari gets a text from is school hat his tuition has been paid in full.  He shows Temo  and tells him that he doesn't understand because he hasn't paid anything yet. The custody hearing gets underway. *(They didn't tell you that the judge eventually found in favor of Polita for the time being and she retained custody of little Arqui).

Guido gets home and wonders why everyone is there.  Dani explains that they were on their way home from the vet. Some one poisoned Hermoso. Then Nonno called and wanted to see her.  Nonno is upset.  He wants to talk to Guido right now. Dani, Guido and Clarisa accompany him into his office.   They close the door. Julio thinks there is something weird with Guido. All of the kids try to listen.

On their honeymoon, Susana and Pancho are each on their own floatable in the pool. Pancho is on a big yellow rubber ducky. He is getting on Susana's nerves because of the way he is whistling for the pool attendant to come and bring him things. He tells her it is no big deal. He has ordered food. She asks him if he plans on eating right there. Wouldn't he rather go and sit in a nice relaxing restaurant? Nope, he is hungry right now. He gives the pool attendant his order. He asks Susana if she wants a beer. She just looks mortified. He asks her what is wrong. She wants to go. He knows what the problem is. They are different, aren't they?  He loves her just like she is. He invites her to play in the water and they do. *(They didn't tell you and Pancho and Susana got into it on the honeymoon about being "very different" again.  He said they always knew that they were. She was always elegant and refined and he. . . She said he was not lesser than she because of his "style.' She was only saying that it was always possible to improve and change. Pancho repeated "change". He said she wanted him to change. She denied that he needed to change but said that he might be able to "EVOLVE". He looked hurt and insulted. She didn't want him to take what she said in the "wrong way".  She saw him as an extraordinary man who was capable of so much. He should take advantage of his potential and be a great executive like he once was. He asked her if only executives and business people were "somebody." Pancho looked disgusted and suddenly wasn't feeling very well. He decided it would be best to go back to Oaxaca immediately because the the honeymoon "luna de miel" had turned onto an 'icy'moon "luna de hielo".  She went to kiss him but Pancho got a phone call from Neto so the kiss never happened.)

Guido doesn't understand why they are all there. Nonno tells him enough is enough and informs him about the white powder that they found in his room. Nonno wants the truth and no more lies.

Neto is ready to leave with his kids. Eugenio tells him that his father must be very proud of him.  Eugenio knows nothing about his father so he lives everyday honoring his mother. They leave and Blanca closes the door. Imelda is in a rush because she has to get to court.  Blanca informs her that she knows all about Eugenio and Audifaz being in love with Yolotl. She also knows Yolotl is Neto's mother. The only thing that Blanca doesn't know is if Imelda ever knew if Yolotl was pregnant back then.  Blanca needs to know if her husband has more family. Eugenio wants to know, too. He doesn't want more lies.  Imelda cannot hold the secret any longer. Yes, Yolotl was pregnant before she left town.

Neto tells Eugenio that his mother said that she met his father here in Oaxaca but nothing  more.  Eugenio says that it is very possible that Neto could be a part of his family, a Córcega.

Nonno is about to beat Guido after finding  documents transferring  shares and ownership of the distillery to Guido.   *(They didn't tell you that before this Neto found documents at the distillery as he was doing his work for Nonno.  His duties increased at the distillery when Nonno thought that Guido was addicted to cocaine and Nonno wanted Guido to  concentrate on getting better. The documents that Guido found  transferred all of Nonno's shares of the distillery to Guido and named Guido as the majority shareholder and owner  Nonno had asked that the shares be equally divided among his four grandchildren. That didn't happen. Nonno was shocked.)Guido blames it all on Luigi. Luigi made him do it.

Neto tells Eugenio that his father never recognized him. Eugenio says maybe his father never knew that he existed.  Neto asks Eugenio if he is sure they could be father and son. Eugenio says no but as they say "blood calls" and he feels a special love for Neto. Neto says feelings don't prove anything. Eugenio knows that. Eugenio says even if it turns out he isn't his father, he still could be a Córcega. Neto doesn't know shat he is talking about.

Polita is praying to the Virgin of Guadalupe at the family shrine in the hallway. Audifaz watches from down the hall. She doesn't want to lose her little Arqui. She begs that her children not be taken away from her.  Finally Audi,, cals out to her and tells her he doesn't want her or the children to suffer.  She asks him how he can say something lie that after all he has done. He wants to mend a lot of things. She tells him it is really late to do that. They are all suffering from what he, his brother and mother started. He says he isn't doing well either. She tells him he should have thought of that before. He asks "his" Polita what he can do so that she forgives him.  She answers that he has to change from the very roots of his being.

Guido is still telling Nonno that he didn't want to change the documents. Luigi was the one who gave him the drugs. That angers Nonno even more. Guido adds that Luigi made him sign the document. Luigi threatened him with hurting Nonno and the triplets. Guido tells Nonno that he has to believe him. He is is grandson. They have always been together. He has been Luigi's victim. It is the truth. He can prove it. Nonno says he will prove it right now.  Nonno makes a phone call for Luigi to come to his office immediately.

Neto wants to know what other possibility of him being a Córcega is there. Eugenio would never speak poorly of his mother. Neto says his mother was a good and decent woman. Eugenio tells him to calm down. His mother was a great woman who he loved a lot but they have to put themselves in her shoes. Feelings cannot be controlled.  Hearts sometimes make our decisions for us. Neto just wants him to tell him the ruth already. Eugenio explains that his mother fell in love with him and his brother Audifaz at the same time.

Luigi comes into Nonno's office asking what is going on.  Nonno slaps him hard cross the face. He calls Luigi a criminal. He knows that he got Guido on drugs and  then tried to swindle him. If it weren't for Ernesto Rey he would still be trusting someone he shouldn't. Guido lies and takes Nonno's part saying he won't let allow Luigi to torture him anymore.  Nonno will make sure that justice will be done. Luigi turns to leave and Nonno grabs him by the arm. Luigi turns and backhands Nonno and he lands on the couch. Luigi is out of  there. Guido says he won't let Luigi escape and goes in pursuit of him.

Neto says he never knew anything about  this part of his mother's past. Eugenio tells him to take some time and get his head together. Eugenio  has an alternative. He and Neto can do a DNA test.

Guido catches up with Luigi. Luigi wants to know how he could have treated him this way. Guido explains it was his only way out. Luigi doesn't have to worry,  just go far away. Luigi says he betrayed him. Guido admits that the documents weren't in the safe. He didn't know anyone would find them. Luigi calls him an imbecile and now realizes why Guido blamed him for  everything. Guido says it was the only way or they both were going to get sunk. He saved himself to save their plans. Luigi finds that very convenient.  Guido says Luigi will end up with much more than he imagined. Luigi says he better, calls Guido an idiot and leaves. Guido rushes back to Nonno to say that Luigi got  away. Nonno says that criminal Luigi will pay.

Dani thanks Dr. Carlos Rojas for taking a look at little Gabriel  *(They didn't tell you that  little Gabriel was urinating a lot and that is why Dani brought him to the doctor in the first place). Dr. Carlos reminds her to schedule the vaccinations for all three of the babies.  He says being a first time mother is complicated and he admires her even more for being able to care for three little babies. She says they are her reason for living.

Andi and Santi are doing an experiment with recyclables.  Yolo is thinking of running into Guido outside of the  apartment building. *( They didn't tell you that Yolo had been outside of the apartment building earlier.  She was frustrated and threw her cell phone. It hit Guido who was coming to see Dani. She said she was sorry. He told her that he wanted an ambulance. She started to look for one  and he had to tell  her he was only joking.  She said he was being bad. No, he reminded her that she was the one who threw her cellphone.  He picked up her phone and it was broken. It was the only thing she had from the USA. She felt so out of place. He could understand that. She mentioned her brothers and apologized for the prank and also for going through his things at Dani's house when they were packing. He invited her to talk over an ice cream. She wasn't sure.  Guido reminded her that her dad wasn't around and he was his boss).  Yolo remembers Guido saying that after being in a first world country, it was hard to adapt to a "modest" lifestyle. That makes her smile. Neto comes home. It is clear that something is bothering him.  The kids want to know what it is. He says there is   something he has to check out and he will tell them about it when it is time to do so.

The police tell Ari and Temo they have to clean up all of their bottles of Nutri Gray juice drink and remove them from the park. *(They didn't tell you that Ari wanted to help his mother sell her Nutra Gray.  Temo went with him to the park. Ari tried to carry too many boxes across the street and the dropped two boxes of the juice got run over and dirtied up the street. Temo helped Ari to get the bottles out of the street but Ari was despondent. Besides losing the juice, he lost earnings on the rest. Temo tried to calm him down and told him he would always be with him. Then police arrived and asked them if they had a permit to sell the drinks in a public place which they did not.) Ari sits and cries on a bench saying he lost so much money for being the idiot he is. Temo offers to lend him the money. Ari doesn't want anything from anybody. It is enough that he is dealing with some unknown sponsor paying his tuition. Temo says it is just somebody that wants to help. Ari isn't asking anyone for help.   He doesn't want any "sponsor". Temo asks him why not. Ari is afraid of what he might be asked for in return. Ari cannot take help from an "unknown" person.  Temo says the person is someone he knows. Temo is the sponsor.

Susana and Pancho are home at her house. She doesn't like quarreling with him. She wants them to get used to living there. He just doesn't know. He doesn't look happy. Susana insists it is just a matter of time and reminds him that is how she felt at his place. Tonight she is having a very important business dinner for some Korean investors. She wants him to accompany her.

Crisanta and Imelda get together and decide it is time to take revenge together on Massimo. *(They didn't show you that Imelda invited Crisanta to a cup of chocolate. They had the hope of doing something memorable. They did the old "spit and shake on it" to seal the deal.)

Neto stops by Eugenio's to tell him he is open to doing the DNA test. Neto knows the results will take a few days but he is ready to go to the lab ASAP.  He also wants to limit the test to just him and Eugenio at this time. Dani keeps asking what is going on but nobody tells her.

Guido tells Nonno that thanks to Neto's discovery, Luigi couldn't do more damage. Guido wants to see Neto and explain what happened and thank him for helping the whole Mussi family.  Nonno asks Guido to promise him that he is telling him the truth because he is discovering facets of his personality that the never imagined.  Guido needs Nonno to trust in him again. Nonno says it isn't easy. Guido says today they can call the lawyer and get the papers in order. Nonno can take him  Guido off the documents  and reestablish himself as the the sole legitimate owner of his Mussi enterprises. Guido will go to therapy and leave Luigi and the drugs behind forever. He will do it all for his grandfather.

Pancho isn't too excited at first but Susana talks him into being at  the business dinner with her when she expresses how important it is to have his support as a business man and also as her husband. She admires him. They kiss and things are better.

Ari is angry because he told Temo he doesn't like to take money from anyone. Temo says he is not just "anyone."He is his partner. They are a team. Team members support each other. Ari has supported him. So now he is supporting Ari. Ari doesn't agree. Temo tells him he is too proud. Couples support each other. Well, Ari doesn't like what Temo did and that he hid it from him. Ari wants to be left alone. It is his problem. Temo smiles through his tears and tells him good luck. He leaves. Ari throws a tantrum with his Nutra Gray boxes.

Diana gets a a diagnosis of chronic gastritis. She thinks about Hugo telling her that he didn't want her to be angry with him being the principal. He would never want to hurt her.

Susana asks Grecia what is happening with Neto. Grecia isn't saying much but she gets on well with him. She smiles. She also tells Susana that she knows that love isn't her thing. Susana says as long as she is making a fresh start she should give herself a chance with Neto. Susana has an idea. Grecia should invite him to the dinner she is having for the investors. Grecia is coming anyway. Susana tries to find a reason not to, but Susana talks her into it saying it would be the ideal occasion.

Neto and Eugenio decide to get the DNA test tomorrow. Dani is still asking what is going on. Blanca finally tells her that Neto could be her half-brother by way of Eugenio's first love Yolotl.

Blanca talks with Frida about the Rey twins. She likes both of them and is all giggles. Blanca says it could be very problematical if she liked them both at one time. Blanca thinks of the predicament with Eugenio, Audifaz and Yolotl.  Blanca says definitely not two at the same time. That could be very bad.

Neto chats with Grecia before the dinner. He asks how she is and if her nightmares have come back. Grecia would rather not talk about that today. She just wants to support Susana so the dinner goes well for her. Neto agrees totally. She asks how he is doing. He says he wanted to ask her some advice even though he probably is not her favorite client. Just between them, he found out that Eugenio Córcega could be his father.

Yolo runs into Guido in the apartment building. He has brought her something to make her very happy. Inside the gift bag is a brand new cellphone. She loves it and she gives him a hug. Guido remembers Nonno telling him that if it were not for Neto's kids he would be blind when it came to Guido's "drug" problem.

Susana and Pancho greet the Korean investors to their home with a series of missteps and cultural mishaps.

Grecia tells Neto that destiny is helping him find the little piece that is missing in his life. He says that she seems to be missing something, too. She admits they are both in the same boat with a certain emptiness and wounds that need to be healed. She asks him to help her and give her a hug. He does.
