This originally aired 2006 -2009 in Turkey. It stars two great actors, Halit Ergenç and Bergüzar Korel. They met on this show and eventually married IRL.

ECDLP #92

*Sorry I couldn’t get this posted last night but hope y’all had a nice holiday weekend.

- Nora is upset that Lucia is now working at the factory full time. She wants to be involved in what’s also hers.
- Rebeca doesn’t think Nora would want to do everything a full time job requires.
- Rodrigo has asked some employees to declutter Lucia’s makeshift office. Lucia tells him he’s making her feel uncomfortable.
- Leti tells Sara that she is going to confess her feelings to Sergio. She asks Sara if Sara once loved Ric and Sara says yes. She wasn’t able to tell him of her pregnancy because he disappeared after leaving Magdalena at the altar.
- Sara says that she feels she’s destined to remain alone after Alonso’s death.
- Ricardo convinces Amador to keep him on the legal case against Marcelo but quietly otherwise he (R) will change his testimony about Ligia’s death.
- Magdalena has a consultation with her OBGYN about why she hasn’t gotten pregnant yet.
- Marcelo, Milagros and Alfredo all leave the hospital after visiting Daniela. Alf gets a phone call to meet up with someone.
- Clara considers talking to Lucia again but won’t actually go looking for her.
- Lucia asks Normita if Alonso talked to Rebeca - possibly on the phone - the day he fired Marcelo but Normita isn’t sure.
- The PI tells Alfredo that Rebeca and Adriana Murillo are the same person - one uses the other’s name when it is convenient. He shows him a hotel registry list where Rebeca checked in under the name “Adriana” and also shows him surveillance images from the hotel of Rebeca and Federico.
- Lalo tells Nazario that his new neighbor is looking for work, particularly housework, but Nazario says he already asked Rafaela to return to do his housework for him.
- Milagros is upset that Rafaela will go help Nazario again. Marcelo doesn’t see a problem with it.
- Roman confirms to Lucia that Rebeca went to his office the day Alonso died but doesn’t remember the exact time.
- Alfredo goes to Casa Gaxiola to wait for Rebeca. He sarcastically calls her “Adriana” knowing her real name is Rebecca. He tells her that he has contacts so it was easy to find her.
- Alfredo confronts Rebeca about using her sister’s name to fool him and Federico. If she won’t tell him why she did what she did he says he’ll ask Nora instead. He gives her an address to go see him the next day.
- Sergio tells Leti he has plans with Rodrigo and can’t finish their earlier conversation. Leti calls him out and kisses him.
- Lucia and Roman are at a restaurant together when Marcelo and Milagros walk in and see them together. Roman asks her if she wants to go somewhere else but she says no. Milagros recognizes Roman from the picture Nora sent to Marcelo’s phone.
- Lalo tells Clara that he found her a job working for the secretary at the factory (Normita)
- Marcelo tells Milagros that he is the one who broke up with Lucia not the other way around.
- Nora notes the coincidence that Rebeca knew Daniela’s father already.
- Sergio takes Leti home and Sara is happy to see them together.
- Nora asks Lucia if she knows Daniela’s father and says he’s a friend of Rebeca’s. They both think it’s crazy.
- Rebeca tells Alfredo that she used her sisters name because she was always jealous of her. Even though Adriana is dead R still lives in her shadow. Alfredo thinks it’s strange that Alonso married two sisters.
- Rebeca says she never left Alonso because she was stupid. Maybe she could’ve stayed with Alfredo. She says she could never forget him. She kisses him.

- Alfredo pulls away and says he doesn’t believe Rebeca. He accuses her of killing Federico. She denies this saying that Fede killed himself.
- Alfredo reveals that Milagros asked him to investigate her, her daughter and her niece.
- Rebeca points out that Marcelo knows everything and hasn’t told his mother anything. Alfredo asks her if Nora knows and she says no.
- Clara arrives at Normita’s house to start working. Normita pays her upfront.
- Marcelo vents to Rafaela about how he felt seeing Lucia with Roman.
- Lucia meets with Milagros to ask her about her running into Rebeca at the church the day Alonso died.
- Leti finds Gloria waiting for Sergio at the law firm. She makes it known that she is with Sergio now.
- Alfredo tells Marcelo that Milagros asked him to have the Gaxiola women investigated. He wonders why Marcelo doesn’t want Milagros to know that Rebeca is the woman who caused Federico’s suicide.
- Marcelo tells Alfredo that he knows that Alf knows Rebeca. Alf doesn’t want Daniela to find out about the relationship he had with Rebeca.
- Amador tells Rebeca about a company he wants to do business. (The same company that Alonso had Marcelo investigate and canceled the contract with)
- Milagros tells Marcelo that Lucia asked to see her to ask her about seeing Rebeca the day Alonso died. Milagros is curious about the importance of this but Marcelo doesn’t say anything.
- Lucia apologizes to Rodrigo for being rude to him. Marcelo calls her and Rodrigo thinks it’s a new suitor of hers. Lucia is annoyed.
- Clara’s son has gone to the police station to speak with the detectives but gets scared by seeing a woman being brought in so he leaves.
- Rodrigo doesn’t think it’s a good idea to reactivate the contract that Alonso had previously canceled.
- Alfredo asks Milagros what she’ll do when she finally finds the woman who is responsible for Federico’s suicide.
- Marcelo asks Lucia why she asked his mom about Rebeca’s alibi. Lucia tells him she found the missing earring and is sure that Reb at least saw Alonso the day he died.
- Lucia asks Brigida what time did Rebeca go to her house the day Alonso died and Brigida tells het that it was roughly 9pm. Lucia realizes that Rebeca did have time to see/talk to Alonso that night.
- Mario updates Marcelo on the legal case against him.
- Rafaela calls Marcelo and says she needs help with a problem at his apartment.
- Lucia confesses to Padre Samuel that she hates her aunt Rebeca. She doesn’t want to hurt her sister by revealing her aunt’s crimes.
- Brigida calls Rebeca to tell her about Lucia visiting her to ask her about Rebeca going to her house the day Alonso died.
- Marcelo finds Nora in his bedroom looking at a photo of Federico. He tells her to leave. She wants to help him forget Lucia.
- Nora runs out and launches herself in front of an oncoming car.

- Marcelo and the unsuspecting driver check on Nora. She regains consciousness and Marcelo assures the driver that he won’t be incriminated.
- Marcelo takes Nora to the hospital in his car.
- Sara confesses to Leti that she is still sad about Alonso’s death.
- Lucia tells Rebeca that her alibi the day Alonso died is still not clear particularly in the time frame between seeing Milagros at the church and going to Casa Zúñiga. Lucia is sure that Rebeca returned home then and talked to Alonso.
- Lucia says Rebeca may not have literally killed Alonso but she let him die. Rebeca dares her to go and tell Nora her theory.
- Marcelo calls Lucia to tell her about Nora’s accident. Lucia informs Rebeca and they rush to the hospital.
- Leti tells Sara that she had a fight with Sergio because of Gloria.
- Sergio returns the sweater to Gloria because it isn’t his. Gloria wonders if Leti will help him forget Nora. Sergio says he stopped thinking/caring about Nora long ago.
- Rafaela tells Milagros what happened with Nora. She assures Milagros that Marcelo isn’t interested in Nora.
- Marcelo tells Rebeca that Nora jumped in front of the car. She doesn’t believe him.
- Rebeca runs into Alfredo and tells him about Nora.
- Lucia tells Marcelo that she can’t turn Rebeca in because of Nora. He should be more sympathetic when his brother was also dealing with mental health issues.
- Daniela somewhat wakes up from the coma but can’t open her eyes. Alfredo tells Marcelo and Marcelo introduces him to Lucia.
- Marcelo goes to see Daniela and finds her more awake. She asks him what happened.
- Brigida tells Amador about Lucia’s visit.
- Marcelo tells Alfredo the reasons why he and Lucia can’t be together anymore.
- Rebeca asks Nora why she went to Marcelo’s apartment. Nora asks her if she got along with Adriana before A died.
- Lucia tells Rebeca that Nora needs help. She also tells her that she’s not going to give her back her earring.
- Marcelo tells Milagros the news about Daniela. He assures her that Daniela is his priority.
- Roman tells Lucia that he can’t help Nora if she doesn’t want the help but eventually says he will try one last time with her.
- Gloria visits Nora and wants her help in separating Leti and Sergio.
- Ricardo visits Sara to see how she is doing. He wants to be friends but Sara doesn’t think it’s a good idea.
- Magdalena also visits Sara and sees Ric on his way out. She tells him she is very happy in her marriage.
- Magdalena asks Sara why Ricardo was there.
- Sara tells Magdalena that she suspects that Rebeca had something to do with Adriana’s death.
