Here are the current telenovelas (all times are Eastern Daylight Time):
9 - 10PM - El fuego del destino**
10 - 11PM - Infiel: Historia de un engaño**
**On Monday, Sept. 26, Top Chef VIP will conclude with a program that lasts until 9:30 PM. As a result, El fuego del destino will NOT be shown, and Infiel will run from 9:30 to 11 PM. Also, this Thursday, Sept. 29, both novelas will be pre-empted by Premios Billboard de la Música Latina.
Everyone is welcome to join in the conversation. Since discussions of all the novelas share the same page, please remember to put the name of the telenovela you're referring to at the top of your post, so readers can easily find the conversations they're looking for.
By common agreement, this group DOES NOT discuss previews, trailers, or any other plot information not found in a current or past episode of the current production. Spoilers WILL be removed by the admin. This includes reference to earlier productions of the story, and even the original novel. Thanks for your cooperation!

In case anyone didn't see the front page of this week's Telemundo y Más, I thought I'd post here the announcement that appears there:
"On Monday, Sept. 26, Top Chef VIP will conclude with a program that lasts until 9:30 PM. As a result, El fuego del destino will NOT be shown, and Infiel will run from 9:30 to 11 PM. Also, this Thursday, Sept. 29, both novelas will be pre-empted by Premios Billboard de la Música Latina."
Thanks for the heads up, Juanita. I guess those premios are finally happening. Telemundo puts up ads for the ubiquitous music awards for, I think, 2 months ahead of when it actually happens.
Infiel was very frustrating last night. I could just scream when the actor playing Volkan appears on screen. He's using his son to try to sabotage Asya's relationship with Aras, and it seems to be working.
This show now has three massively annoying "others": Volkan, Leyla, and Derin, not to mention his horrid ex-mother-in-law, Gonul. And Asya's son Ali's behavior is beyond awful. Guess I'm sticking it out, but with either none at all or very few comments, I gave up on recapping.
Gotta agree, those three characters are the worst and Ali the most annoying teen ever. Seriously the scene where he is sobbing outside the window as his mother was getting engaged, he deserves a beat down from a third grade girl scout.
Fev
Yes, Fev, I am up to my back teeth with Leyla. At least Aras has some huevos. He outed her for a cheater on social media. He also told her that the sweetheart financial deal he made her to give him an easy divorce was off the table.
I hope Nil can be released soon. She is a real friend to Asya. As much as I dislike Derin, she shouldn't have had to take the blame for bashing both women with the tree branch. Of course it would have been revealed that Asya was pushed into a tree by the local forensic unit. I never would have thought of Nil as hitting Leyla, but IIRC, Leyla was about to bash the unconscious Asya with a rock. She's way worse than Derin.
I was THRILLED Asya accepted the engagement ring. She also told the brat that she was going out to dinner and did not give him any other explanations.
They still haven't announced a replacement. La Reina del Sur will be on at 9PM. I can't imagine how many more twists they can come up with to keep the plot moving.
Do we have any update on La Mujer de mi Vida? I have been patiently waiting for this telenovela for 5 and something months. Actually, my first comment here was asking about it and that was halfway through March, so...
Weirdo, you may have answered my big question. We know that La Reina del Sur will air at 9PM, but there has been no announcement of what is to replace Infiel at 10PM. I googled the show you mentioned, and it will be on Telemundo with an interesting cast. Perhaps that will be the 10PM one.
"La Mujer De Mi Vida", I couldn't find much either except "end of the year". It must be in the can since I found a trailer from February that lays out the whole story, (as in probable spoiler), Mauricio Islas looks evil even when he doesn't talk.

"El Señor de Los Cielos 8", is in production but maybe that will follow LRDS3.
Thanks, deb. I won't open your link so as to not have spoilers. Telemundo has gotten very weird lately. They've been pitching LRDS3 for weeks and I keep having to avert my eyes and FF>> because I don't want to know ANYTHING ahead of time.
They chopped the crap out of Amor Valiente, which I liked and for which we had recaps, in order to put on another Turkish dizi which I like less.
It's just annoying to have the entire evening programming be a reality show and two Turkish dizis with NO original novelas in Spanish.
