Vino

So David and Luci waited until Miguel left the property (maybe barely) and started talking about starting??? Wow, talk about not letting the grass grow!!! And the competition is still on because they both HAVE to win the wine competition to prove something to Luci.

I am so confused as to why Gut wants Lil back, I was thinking because he hoped to salvage his campaign, but then he says he believes that he has no chance to win Sheriff now, so WHAT does he want from Lil??? His apology didn't seem sincere at all, which made it funny actually! What is his angle? He shouldn't want to be anywhere near her!

The other thing that made me laugh is when Bobby said 'Yay' about Miguel leaving and Fern told him he was being insensitive and Luci was sad, Bobby just said, 'She doesn't look sad!!!' No kidding, kid!

And Sonia always makes me laugh! I am glad she and Leon are back to their cuteness. This show needs more Sonia!!!

We are pre-empted Tues and Weds! :(

Vino. Ah! Wednesday as well! That should give me time to shop for a dress for my youngest daughter's wedding. Now that Miguel is working next to Erika at her winery and David and Luci seem on a quick path to becoming a couple, I assume that the source of future conflict, at least for a few episodes will be Graciela. Regarding the wine competition, I suppose the writers never even considered a 3rd or 4th contender? And how long before Juan's nefarious deeds--including acquiring a bit of land David wants, presumably with embezzled money--gets totally out of hand? I suspect Gutierrez is thinking of some future benefit he can get from Lilian, but I can't think what either.

"VINO":
SpanProf: Something tells me Bobby & Sonia will be endgame. Just got a gut feeling.

Vino. Steve: Very likely. Btw, last week kind of reminded me of the soap operas my grandmother used to watch. After some plot element happened, the characters discussed it and its fallout for several episode while slowly introducing some other development. The upside was that my grandmother never minded missing a day or 2 because she knew that the characters themselves would catch her up.
