El Angel de Aurora #64
Part 1 of 3 Quick and Dirty Version
Jezabel appeared to be superstitious to Aurora but she still tried to push the pearl necklace on Aurora [who was already wearing diamonds]. All Aurora wanted was for Jezabel to share her happiness on the day. Jezabel agreed and hugged her... so Aurora could not see her face.
Aurora arrived at the church. Esperanza and Aquiles helped her out of the car. Anita, Helena, and Demon came over to greet her. She hugged the girls. Aurora began worrying because JC was not there. Everyone began going inside. Aurora flashed back 30 years to the wedding that didn't happen. She told Angel she was worried.
Jezabel went up to the priest to cancel the wedding [¡Perra!]. Aurora was still worried as she took Angel's arm to enter. In her mind's eye as she faced the altar she saw her father and the younger Jezabel.
Pintas looked at the wedding announcement on his phone. He said something that included the word hijo in front of Vampi and Heuvo.
Antonio entered, with JC close behind. Antonio joined JC's and Aurora's hands and wished them well. Jezabel and Demon gloated. Someone flashed back to Antonio and JC talking about Antonio's and Aurora's past. Antonio had come to the wedding to close the chapter. After he left Aquiles and Angel followed him out to tell him he was a great man for this.
Antonio encouraged Angel to go back inside to Aurora. Glorio arrived late, blaming traffic. Aquiles left with Antonio. Luis ran inside the church just as the prayer began.
The ceremony began. Esperanza brought the rings. Helena and Angel brought the lazo [So who had the coins?]. Everyone applauded the kiss; all looked happy except for Jezabel.
Aquiles and Antonio were in the Lavanda with drinks. Aquiles expressed respect for Antonio's decision and actions. He then showed Antonio a text message exchange between Jezabel and Rocha.

Aurora and JC walked out of the church to the shower of flower petals. Luis was on his best behavior [or did we all hallucinate that?].
Antonio asked Aquiles how he got this information and he finally explained how suspicions moved them to search Jezabel's office.
Vicki spoke to Aurora to wish her well. Anita and Rolando also came down to her as Edgar and Demon expressed their usual snobbery. A photographer took a big group photo.
Pintas was more than three sheets to the wind as he talked about Aurora having his child. Neither Vampi nor Huevo looked like they believed a single word of this.
Aquiles told Antonio about Carlos. Antonio was not ready to believe that Jezabel killed anyone. Aquiles believed it and that Jezabel was responsible for Fabrizio's suicide.
Pintas talked about the past. Huevo egged him on, including saying that Jezabel paid him. Vampi didn't buy this. The two of them left and Pintas told himself he wanted this again [Clear the way to the vomitorium!]. He gulped down more booze.
Antonio told Aquiles to guard these messages and not show them to anyone, He flashed back to a recent conversation with Pascual.

The reception looked beautiful... until Patricia arrived to crash it. Running into Elvia en route. Even Jezabel told Patricia she was not invited and escorted her away from Aurora and JC.
Antonio and Helena talked over the phone. She also thought he had done a noble thing.
Pascual and Vicki went home. She was relieved to take off her heels. He thought about Pintas but did not want to say anything to Vicki.
Patricia did not want Aurora to end u with either of the men who loved her. Briana may have overheard this as Patricia passed her on the way out.
Elvia sent Antonio a message. He answered requesting the photos but to shoot them discreetly.
Vicki also praised Antonio for his actions as she and Pascual ate. He told her she was the best thing that ever happened to him. He asked her if they could be married in the church. Pintas then barged in.
JC and Aurora were about to start the dance. He made a romantic speech. They kissed and Aurora spoke of her love and that the one thing lacking is the love of her son whom she prays would soon appear. Flashbacks to the proposal, the diamond ring, etc. JC looked as slick and sophisticated as James Bond.
In the same bar as before Antonio drank another shot.

Thanks Urban. That was great, as was this episode. I loved the flashbacks to Aurora with Gabriel at her first wedding, or non-wedding. I was sure Jezabel had done something to JC and was relieved when he showed up. I’m glad Aquiles told Antonio about Carlos and mentioned Fabrizio too. Antonio is thinking and I bet he figures stuff out.
Pintas gets scruffier and drunker with each episode!

UA & Liz: I looked everywhere to find the archived recaps of "LAS AMAZONAS" on the CarayCaray website, but couldn't find any of them. Was this Telenovela recapped several years ago ?

Part 1 of 3 Quick and Dirty Version
All applauded the dance. This died as Patricia took the mike and called Cassandra to the podium. Neither JC nor Aurora welcomed this. Patricia started a speech that began “If it's true love, everything – ” but JC stopped this and had the DJ start the dance music.
Pascual and Pintas argued in the street. Pintas became insulting. Pascual then accused him of having raped Aurora.
Aurora tossed the (very pretty) bouquet; Helena caught it. Demon took this as a cue to mark his territory. The photo op, though, was Aurora thanking her and Angel for being there for her. She hugged them and as she hugged Angel she dedicated this to her (not really) missing son.
Pascual looked like he was going to kill Pintas who then threatened to kill Anita if Pascual said anything to anyone about this.
Tete chewed out Patricia for trying to ruin Aurora's wedding, She even called her a fifth-rate actress and wanted to throw her out [I'm beginning to like this woman]. She demanded to know what Jezabel had to do with this. Patricia lied, saying she knew nothing personal about her. Tete knew better, though. She called a truce [maybe with her fingers crossed behind her back] and handed her a glass of red wine.
As the reception continued to the end Aquiles brought Antonio home. He was seriously drunk, so Helena was concerned. However, in vino veritas. he almost spilled the beans about Angel being Gabriel. This went into a crying jag about still loving Aurora as she married JC.
Demon and Edgar went back to Edgar's place. Demon asked him why he had not told him Pintas' address. No argument ensured.
Angel did some online research for his future and decided he wanted to go into international finance.

The Next Day
JC gave instructions to his assistant. Luis then told JC he would get the house ready for after the honeymoon. JC told him they would live in the Campero mansion; Luis was not pleased.
Antonio went after Edgar.
JC told Luis he was not abandoning him. They argued with JC standing his ground for Luis to grow the hell up.
Briana told Jezabel this was her last day. Jezabel told her No or she would out her as Demon's side chick. Helena knocked and Jezabel got her to come in, sit down, and listen to what Briana had to tell her.
Edgar gave Antonio the same BS about Pintas he had given Helena, but Antonio was no fool.
Jezabel tried to force Briana to admit the action between her and Demon. When Briana claimed not to know what she was talking about Jezabel changed her tune to saying there was a project they were working on.
Angel told Aurora he was going to work for Antonio. She seemed annoyed.
Demon entered Jezabel's office Helena – not knowing she was doing so – likely rescued him from an awkward question. Helena then said that if Briana is staying so must Angel.
Angel tried to explain his acceptance and his interest in international finance. Aurora was not upset after all, saying she would want her own son to accept such an opportunity. Just as he had been learning things in her office they had learned from his noblesse. They shook hands across the desk. Antonio entered and Angel hugged him.

Briana accused Patricia of deliberately attacking Aurora.
Elvia and Antonio met. Helena and Demon were walking past them in reception. Soon everyone was there; JC with good news about Cancún and Jezabel coming out to attack Antonio.
