That was very rude of the writers to set us up to think Melek was dead, but NO! I'm glad an all, but dirty trick by the show.

Although I want to see what's up with Hulya and Nedret, I don't think I'm sympathetic to either one of them. Sure, Hulya probably shouldn't have set fire to that man, but he and the rest, along with Nedret, were really being jerks about the furniture. If I didn't "know" Hulya, I'd be cheering her on. I get the feeling Nedret isn't going to be so good and pious as she thinks she is.

#40 Aslan and Devin continue playing the game of “what if”. “She kinda says, if she met him once again, she’d have a couple of drinks, take him home and then block him the next day. They decide to go have a couple of drinks together.

Cihan tells Ilyas about Aslan’s plan (from the lips of the rat, Ibo). I’m still confused about this. They’ll be smuggling combustibles (fuel) but the word narcotics was in there somewhere. Cihan plans to intercept the boat and bring “it” to the neighborhood. Another benefit will be that Aslan will be arrested, and Ilyas can take over the marina.

Some guy creates a diversion, and Serap goes in to finish off the unconscious Melek. But Cihan stops her. He got a call from Aslan, telling him that, while Hulya wanted Melek hurt, Serap arranged the worse wounds. He says one thing he and Cihan have in common is that they love their sister.

Aslan and Devin talk in a bar about his plans. Some woman has her eye on Aslan (who wouldn’t). Devin says she’s not jealous but proves otherwise.

Nese gripes to Yagmur. Eko is outside drinking. Yagmur comes out, then she puts a big ring Nese gave her for safekeeping on her finger to pretend she’s engaged.

Hulya! My God! She looks at Ceylan’s phone while she’s sleeping and goes to take Zeynep and Kaya from Cemre. The kids are traumatized. Cemre has called Devin; and she and Aslan come. Hulya tells Aslan he’s her worst enemy. Devin tries to comfort the kids and remembers how she and Yagmur felt when their father left.

Aslan says only one person could hurt Leyla that way and keep living. He says it’s her (to Hulya). He says that the two of them are like animals in a cage, but let the kids live in peace with their mother. After he walks away, she says she’ll never forgive him.

Aslan once again tells Devin to leave, to save herself, and she does.

Some guy has arrived in Adana with that trunk Hulya wanted Nedret to have.

Aslan tells Eko to beat it (for his own good). And he goes to Elif and proposes. No answer tonight.

Devin has gone to Adana appeal to Nedret about the marina partnership but has no success.
