Rubi. Maribel still doesn't trust Rubi, which is wise of her. But she also doesn't believe Hector is a monster--which is unwise. I do wonder what Maribel's vengeance will be.

SpanProf, I couldn't translate Maribel and Alejandro's conversation but thank you for relating the jist of it which is the impression I had.

Barging in on Alejandro brandishing a gun showed how totally out of control he is. I am desperately trying to recall if Hector (played by Rulli) in the original was as horrid as he is in this version.

I enjoyed Boris and Lareto's little discussions.

Rubi got bad press today which she will likely turn around in her favor somehow.

Maribel has no clue that Hector is a freaking monster. Naive woman!

It seemed like Maribel was starting to get some idea of what kind of a jerk Hector is by the end her conversation with him at his office. She might not be seeing the full monster but she's seeing more of who he truly is. Plus, she knows he pulled a gun on Alejandro. When she went to the office, she had intended to tell Hector when Rubi was, but after his attitude she told him to figure it out for himself - which he will of course with the news article being published!!

Hector's sectary knows who she's working for!! So why does she stay? Do you think he pays well?

As they say Diana, there is no such thing as bad press, and for Rubi that's probably really fitting because she's the type of person who would want to be notorious! Good press will make you famous, but bad press will make you notorious!!! Rubi is on her way!
