A couple of late notes on "Heridas de Amor"

Carmel wrote: I did find the Nati scene ridiculous. I think the writers of this episode (a) hated the actors (b) hated the show's producers, and/or (c) hated the audience, because this is the most idiotic ending to any show I have ever seen.

Cesar getting killed in a random car accident? Gee, why didn't George Lucas think to kill off Darth Vader that way? Just have a space ship accidentally fall on his head. And Sauron, maybe he could have tripped on a pebble and broken his neck and saved Frodo the trip to Mount Doom!

This episode made even silly "Peregrina" look like Shakespeare. What a letdown. Oh well.

Thanks, and good luck with Duelo. I don't really find the previews all that enticing, but if anybody can make it interesting, it's you bunch!

Good work, crew! Our first start-to-finish novela! On to the caves!!

P.S. We will hit the 63,000 mark for visitors sometime today...

FYI, Carmel did an outstanding post-game analysis of Heridas on her website:

Be sure to check out the first comment to her analysis post. Robin N. explains that the Heridas story line was determined by different focus groups instead of one team of strong writers which explains its zig-zagging story lines.

I ALSO THINK THAT THE ENDING OF HERIDASW WAS A DISAPPOINTMENT. I ENJOYED THE RECAPPERS TAKE ON THE STORY AND ALL THE COMMENTS.

THE ONLY GOOD THING (IFYOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT) WAS THE EERIENESW OF THE DEOLL ISLAND... THE MUSIC WAS EERIE AND I THANK THE RECAPPER WHEN I FOUND OUT FOR SURE THAT THAT NUT GUAPO WAS CUTTING HIS DIGITS OFF... UGH...!!!

I FOUND IT DIFFICULT TO LOOK AT.
