La Fea Más Bella #267 5/3/07 Let The Interrogation Begin

In the meeting, everyone is excited about using Aurora for the Retromode campaign. Lety contends that its impossible. The client says in that case he will find another production company who can get Aurora for them. With some arm twisting from Fern, et al, she agrees to see what she can do to find and contract aurora. After the clients leave, everyone asks Lety about her resistance.

In Lety’s office, Aldo asks Lety why she doesn’t want to use Aurora. He wonders if maybe she does not want liberate herself from the debt (e.g. Fernando). Lety denies it and promises she will try her best to get Aurora for the campaign.

The cuartel teases Alicia about her engagement to Tomas. Irma raises the possibility that maybe the Oxi really does love Tom. Sarah whispers they should help Oxi plan her wedding. Saimon sneaks up to them. They tell him about la Oxi’s wedding plans. As usual, Saimon has much flowery prose to convey his surprise, and refers to la Oxi as La Pajara Pegy.

The Oxi whines to Marcia about the cuartel’s teasing. Marcia hadn’t even realize that la Oxi was engaged. Marcia warns Alicia to think things through carefully before getting married.

Caro and Lety review the issue at hand. Caro thinks Lety should just go for it and let everyone see that she is Aurora. Lety says everyone (including herself) would prefer that she to continue to be fea. Caro says no, they would fall for her just like Omar did. Caro asks Lety what she plans to tell the clients. Lety asks Caro to tell Manuel that if anyone asks for Aurora, he should say that she went to Europe.

In Lety’s office, Fern enters and Caro exits. Fern sits and grills Lety about her hesitance. Lety says that, to tell the truth, Aurora does not exist. Fern asks how she knows this. She knows this because she knows Aurora. He presses for more. Lety clarifies that she knows Aurora from seeing her in the papers. She is sure that Aurora is just a fea with lots of make-up. Fern disagrees. He believes that an ugly woman could not be helped, even with 25 kilos of makeup. Lety looks offended, and he adds that he’s not referring to Lety because she already knows he considers her the most beautiful woman in the world.

Saimon and PM have yet another interlude in the hallway. He says the pain of losing her is unbearable. PM plays hard to get and calls him Simon Jose. He says he will suffer forever, etc etc etc. He starts to walks away, then stops hugs her from behind. She shivers at his touch. She calls him Saimon Joseph. This is music to his ears. Does this mean she forgives him? No, she says, but she will give him an opportunity to reconquer her. She is relieved to finally be free if this anorexia de Corazon (anorexia of the heart). Oh, I guess that wans't just another useless interlude after all.

In the boy’s clubhouse, Fern tells Omar that Lety is right, it will be difficult to find Aurora, after all, even Omar couldn’t find her. Omar argues that Caro can find her. Fern says he will support Lety’s decision to find another model. Omar doesn’t like it. He accuses Fern of sacrificing the company for Lety – again (um, again? When was the first time?)

Lety goes to visit Luigi. He asks if she didn’t see the sign on the door that said “Platypuses are prohibited.” Lety says that she saw the sign, but platypuses can’t read. Lety tries to explain that aurora can’t do the campaign. Luigi won’t hear it. He interrupts her over and over until Lety finally blurts out that she is Aurora. Luigi cracks up. Of course he doesn’t believe her. He threatens that she better find Aurora and sign her or he will go to another company.

Omar goes to see the client with a mysterious proposal.

Aldo goes to interrogate Lety about her hesitance to hire Aurora. Lety says she can’t find her. Aldo comments that everyone who knows Aurora says she is a mujer misteriosa, as if she has a double life. Without thinking, Lety exclaims that she does have a double life! Aldo starts to get romantic and Fern barges in to interrupt. Just then Omar comes in, too. He distributes copies of the client contract, which explicitly calls for Aurora as part of the campaign deal. Lety discerns from the contract that the client gave Omar a deposit of $2 million. She gets up to strangle Omar. Fern holds her down and reminds her that violence is never the answer… but then lays into Omar too. He calls Omar an idiota and a pedazo de animal (piece of animal – I guess that’s even worse than a whole animal). Aldo agrees they could have huge lagal problems if they aren’t able to sign Aurora.

The cuartel ask la Oxi about her wedding plans. La Oxi says she’ll have about 500 guests. When the girls mock her, so clarifies that that’s just on Tom’s side. On her side there are 3700 guests. She may rent the Castillo de Chapultepec, including the surrounding forest!

Marcia has joined the interrogation in Lety’s office. Lety continues to insist there is no reason for her negativity. Omar suggests that maybe she is jealous of Aurora, because once they meet her, Aldo and Fern will stop doting on Lety. This prompts Fern to call Omar an idiota. Lety says she simply can’t get a hold of Aurora. Omar advises that Aurora is a friend of Caro. Lety feigns surprise at hearing about that. Fern and the gang want to call Caro immediately, but Lety blurts “No!” as she jumps up to leave.

Claudio is on the phone telling someone (Manuel?) that didn’t realize he would cause so many problems for Lety by giving Luigi the pics of Aurora. Luigi barges in and makes a fuss about the mimisqui Lety is causing him. He wants to know everything Clau knows about Aurora. Clau tells him Aurora is in Europe. Luigi shrieks. He staggers around until he find the couch to faint on.

Fern reads the contract and explodes at reading the fine print, which states that if they don’t sign Aurora for the campaign, not only do they have to give back the $2 million, but they will also have to pay the client an additional fee. Omar retorts that the small print is difficult to read. Fern, Aldo, and Marcia all join forces to assure Omar he’s an idiota. Omar promises Aldo they will get Aurora. Aldo walks away waving his arms dismissively.

Fern yells at Omar for not reading the fine print on the contract. Omar is confident and tells Fern he will eat his words when Omar proves himself right. Fern says he will laugh when Aldo throws him (Omar) out of the company. Luigi comes in with the bad news that Aurora is in Europe. The boys are impactados.

Lety goes to see Mr. Jackson, the client. She advises that she couldn’t get Aurora but guarantees she has many other promising options. He refuses to believe that they can’t get Aurora. Lety explains that Aurora is especial (literally means ‘special’ but in this context is negative, as in “boy, that Paris, she’s something else!”). Mr. Jackson compromises. He wants Aurora to call him, and if he can’t convince her, then he will consider the other options.

Alicia goes to see Tommy. She is very excited after all the talk of the wedding plans. She says she has made plans for a truly magical wedding. She goes on and on dreamily about the reception hall, the flowers, and the dress. Tomas is ecstatic to see her so happy about their marriage plan. Then she drops the bomb – she needs $100,000 (dollars, not pesos!); and that’s just the deposit! Tomas suffers a mimisqui of his own!

Omar meets with Caro. He asks about Aurora but Caro refuses to talk about her. Fern and Aldo come in and plead with Caro that the survival of business depends on it. They beg for help. Caro protests that she can’t call Aurora now because she doesn‘t have her phone or purse with her.

Tomas breaks the news to Alicia that he can’t afford the kind of wedding she wants. She breaks into her usual guilt trip – same ol’ same ol’... yawn...

In her room, Lety argues with herself about having to be Aurora again. She takes out the Aurora wigs decides she’ll have to do it. She uses her Aurora voice to call Mr. Jackson. He asks to meet her at a bar.

When the tres galans were pleading with Caro to help find Aurora, Aldo stood behind her, put his hands on her shoulders, then started rubbing and massaging. That made me both angry and nauseous. Aldo shouldn't be so touchy-feely if he's going to be jealous of Lety.

LOL! Omar!Omar!...u r as usual self centered.Aldo is an *ASSHAT* as usual.

Yeah, I guess Aldo is an asshat..he only bailed out Conceptos to the tune of how many millions???? Wow, I wish I had someone as such an asshat as him in my life.

btw, he and caro are old friends.

Thank you Anon 10:24,I was going to remind people of the same thing. Aldo and Carolina knew each other before Lety came on the scene. Lety doesn't have to be jealous of Carolina because she knows Aldo doesn't have a thing for her. The same cannot be said of Lety and Fernando. I hate this new jealousy kick they've got Aldo on as much as the next person (having always liked Aldo), but fair's fair...
Kim P.

I agree that it wasn't outrageous, but I did notice that Caro rolled her eyes a little. :)

Thanks for the recap Alma. Tonights previews look interesting. It will be interesting to see how this whole Aurora thing plays out with the galans. As someone mentioned earlier, Omar (I really like him even though he has no character but Lety's revenge appears to be giving him a heart. I hope he and Fern stay friends until the end b/c aside from Lety and Fern, they are my favorite couple!!) will probably hold his head and say "no puede ser." With the way they have been framing Aldo's character, he'll be very angry (in ways that don't seem consistent with his character - and I'm not an Aldo fan). Fern's reaction will be interesting as well.

Aren't we supposed to see the "Ultimos Capitulos" soon? Its not that I want Fern, Lety and Omar to leave but its too painful to watch Fernandito in pain. That one tear rolling down his check on Wednesday was too much for me.

Karen

Well, Aldo shouldn't be "feeling her up." They are in a professional environment. As President, she is the top dog at Conceptos.

All their public displays of affection at Conceptos are unprofessional and nauseating.

G.

Aldo's not really a "suit" kind of guy, he's a touchy feely guy.

You're complaining about Aldo's jealousy? Fair's fair: do you remember Fern STALKING Lety, then having Omar stalk her and take pictures from the bushes?

Usually in a telenovela, they are very stingy with scenes of the main couple's happiness: in one I remember (Amor Real) they were reunited in the final, like, two minutes of the last episode. So don't expect lots of satisfying lovey-dovey, you might be disappointed.

Dear Alma, Thanks so much for that link to the Castillo...I tried to jot it down during the show but then no problem...read your recap and could go right to it.
For some reason the Pareja Peg link didn't work...could you just explain the reference since we can't find it?
You all are just great recappers, you're teachers in every way and I hope you know how much your "student" appreciate you.

Judy B.

You have to be like a camel. Any time your favorite couple shares a happy moment, you have to store all that happiness in a virtual hump and then use it sparingly until the next happy moment comes along. (I know camels' humps don't really work exactly that way, but it's a handy metaphor.)

At least Destilando Amor gives us frequent flashbacks to tide us over.

The reason I hate this jealousy kick is because it's so out of character. All along Aldo's been this laid-back, faux Zen kinda guy, and now he's losing that. I know they have to do it to make him more dumpable, but it's still painful to watch. It was expected from Fernando (not saying forgivable, just saying expected) because of the kind of spoiled, self-centered guy he started out as.

But as always I'm sticking up for Aldo, the fact that he was rubbing Carolina's shoulders was not a bad thing considering they are friends. Carolina was rolling her eyes at the way the guys were begging her for info about Aurora, not about Aldo (after all, none of them bothered to explain WHY they needed it from her).

As far as the unprofessionalism, it isn't any more unprofessional than the cuartel always in the bathroom or drooling over visitors and making scenes, or the fact that no one ever appears to actually be working. It is a telenovela after all, and not real life where every one of them would have been fired immediately.
Kim P.

Ahhhhhh...in TeleNovela's they are stingy with the main couple...but they still stare longingly at each other..they usually don't make out in front of each other..You always know Don WhoEver would be with spunky heroine WhoEver, if he hadn't been drugged & got skanky new wife WhoEver pregnant..and you always know the Skank is passing off the kid as his..but of course it is not.

I am pretty sure Lety loves Aldo. Either that or she is playing the Hell Hath No Fury..card to the max..but we have not been led to believe Lety is capable of lying to Aldo to hurt Fernando; so I say she loves Aldo, she could not stand to hurt him and it didn't really seem like it was very hard for Lety to fess-up to Fernando..cause she was making in out with Aldo like five minutes later. Not my choice...but neither are her friends, her hair, her dental assets, her clothes...and so on and so on and so on.

Lety's insistence on being fea is really bugging me - I just want Caro to slap her and tell her to snap out of it.

Yes, I agree, Aldo is acting very out of character. But like one of you said, it's to make us like him less so when his relationship with Lety is over, we feel it's justifiable. But guys, Aldo is not a bad guy, we just all prefer Fer. And I for one am loving the Aurora parts. I am sure it's going to continue to get more and more intersting from here on out.

You know what I think is interesting? The budding friendship between Luigi and Lety. You can see a subtle difference in their relationship--they are bantering with each other. And she refers to herself jokingly as "orni." It was quite funny when he said didn't you see the sign that said no ornis? and she said ornis can't read.

Lety was very kind to Luigi at a time when he really deserved no mercy. I'm sorry that it took an intervention from Aldo in order to make Luigi act civil, but it's nice to know that Luigi has a semi-human side. :-)

I know how Lety could convince Luigi she's Aurora. She could make up just one side of her face and put on the wig and then take it off. Before-after. Before-after. Oh sure there'd be some medical bills because this would give him a mimisqui, but at least he'd be in on the jokey.

NinaK and Juli - I've been enjoying those last few meetings between Letty and Luigi too. It bodes well for the future of Conceptos if the two of them start getting along so well.
Ann

I had to laugh during the Omar sandwich when Fern and Aldo acting together were grilling him about the contract. In a way, except for the penalty portion of it, Omar used his brains because he suspects that Lety/Caro can flush out Aurora and he'll get his hands on her. A little more devious than he usually is.

Professional behavior at Conceptos? Haven't ever seen much of it from anyone. They'd all have been fired years ago in real life.

I for one don't think for an instant Lety really loves Aldo but she thinks she does. He is a safe choice and her parents like him. She doesn't like making waves and chosing Fern would make waves, with her father and the Mediola's. I have ceased to care one bit for her with her idiotic behavior and don't care who she ends up with but I do care that things end well for Fern who has made gigantic leaps into growing up and learning to care about women as something other than a notch on his bedpost. That is something Omar is now also struggling with. Their individulal growth has been far more interesting to watch then Leyt's I'm ugly, I like it that way and I'm not going to do anything about it, so there insanity. Aldo is welcome to her and her neurotic behavior.

Omar is a sly devil figuring out there was a way to get aurora out in public. But i have been noticing a subtle change in his behavior to Caro. Early on she rebuffed his usual moves and in their assigned seats at meeting they'd sit next to each other but kept their distance. Now in those meetings he is leaning closer to her and actually being somewhat upset when she hangs up on him when he begs about Aurora. I don't think he really knows it yet but I suspect that Omar may actually be a little bit in love with Caro. I sure hope so because I think they are darling together. And she would keep him on the shortest chain in the universe.

Johanna

Lety in love with Aldo? Then why doesn't she4tell him the truth about Aurora. There is nothing so terribly wrong about sharing what started off as a joke with someone you supposedly adore. She looked like she was going to tell Fern. Ever notice that a lot of the time when she talks to Aldo she has her teeth clamped shut and that smile is so fake but when she talks to Fern she doesn't act that way. Frankly neither one of these men deserves to be saddled with this simpering lying piece of work and why they even consider it is totally beyond me.

Well, all I want is more Lety and Fernando romance, or at least, "tender moments" (don't laugh!).
If it has to be flashbacks, then bring it on!

Because Lety knows Aldo will be disappointed in her..after all the Aurora deception goes back to Fer/Omar...spending lots of time on something that is in the past...

For all she has been portrayed to be the victim..Lety is not above twisting the knife...just as she was not above cooking the books...

Lety doesn't not care about Fernando's disappointment..in fact she rather enjoys it, I think.

Be it right or wrong..Lety sees Aldo in a teacher/father role..she allows him to speak for her and he will not listen to her when she tries to tell him something he does not want to hear. She wouldn't be the first woman to marry a guy like that...

"Omar sandwich." Mmmmmm.

>>>>>>>He calls Omar an idiota and a pedazo de animal (piece of animal – I guess that’s even worse than a whole animal)

Lol so funny I half choked on my food

Angel

Aldo & Carolina have a brother/ sister thing, like Lety & Thomas, so the whole shoulder rubbing thing was nothing. I can't really blame Aldo for being jealous. Don't you all remember how he thought he had the perfect marriage, until he caught his wife with his best friend. No wonder the guy has trust issues, just like Lety has issues of her own.

Also, if anyone know exactly what store I can get a people magazine from, could you please let me know.

Esther

Esther, if there is a large Spanish-speaking population in your area, you shouldn't have much trouble finding a Latino People. I used to see them everywhere when I lived in FL.

BUT, if there's not a big Spanish-speaking population where you live (there isn't where I live either), then you probably won't be able to find it so easily. Even national chain stores don't always carry stuff in their local stores that they don't think local people will buy. That's why no one can tell you for sure where you can get one unless they live in the same area.

If there's an ethnic grocery store nearby, or something like that, they might have it. Or try a very well-stocked newsstand with a Spanish section, or a really huge chain bookstore with big magazine aisle.

I saw a Mira! magazine at the grocery store. It has Angelica Vale's tell-all about LFMB. I don't read Spanish that well, but will try to read it this weekend and share any non-spoiler tidbits!

Last night was kind of a filler. But, I think the Aurora story is fun. With the previews and Lety's magic briefcase, I had flashbacks to Mrs. Doubtfire!

This group is so much fun. Thanks to everyone for sharing insights, tidbits, agreement, opposition, laughs, snark, and devoted Fern love (or Aldo love, if you're in that club.) I agree that the more mellow relationship between Luigi and Lety adds new interest to the show. Lately, if I have trouble sleeping, I analyze the progress of Fern and Lety's relationship until I fall asleep.

By the way, a few days ago someone, but I can't remember who, mentioned that Univision is showing La Otra for those of us who like Juan Soler. A big thank you to whoever that was!!! With my newly working VCR, I was able to tape it and all I can say is "Oh My God!!!" (said in a very Luigi-like squeal). How can anyone NOT love Juan Soler after seeing him in that??? Ok, don't really need an answer to that question since everyone's taste is different. But for my particular taste... WOW! He is ADORABLE! So thank you again for letting me know about it!!!

Now I have two reasons to drool, LFMB and La Otra!
Kim P.

I'm so dim today. Meant to also ask if anyone knows where I can find either a recap or show synopsis of La Otra, since my understanding of Spanish could still be considered non-existent. Thanks!!!

Kim P.

Kim,

You won't find full scale recaps like these but go to this site:
www.foro.telenovela-world.com
Scroll down to Telenovelas in the US -Univision hit La Otra and you will find group discussions of the show and help in getting what is going on. The groups can be snarky, you are warned about spoilers but you can have a blast at the site. I've been a regular there for over 8 years and now have novela buddies in many parts of the world.

I ducking it now to avoid any chance of getting a spoiler since in December someone let something slip and we are just getting to the parts I've been waiting for.

Poor Omar, not reading the fine print. He can’t help that he’s not the brightest guy around. I am not familiar with telenovelas, this being my first, but I sure don’t like the sound of this “make the audience wait til the very end for their happy ending” formula. I would have been perfectly content if, after Fern’s proposal, we got to have some wedding planning, then a little happily ever after. (No spoiler, just talking about the ending most of us want and we DID have a proposal here recently.) Instead we must put up with this nonsense. I think Aldo will go nuts when he finds out Lety is Aurora. And I don’t think the jealousy/him going nuts thing is a far stretch. This is a man who a.) uprooted himself/followed Lety to Mexico after a week of knowing her and a few so-so kisses and b.) recently sold everything to “free” Lety to make a decision. This is red flag behavior.

Teresa

I also taped an ep of "La Otra" out of curiosity. Besides Aldo, I also saw Aaron from Destilando Amor, Dolores from Mundo de Fieras, and the chick from Barreras de Amor. At that point I had to turn off the TV because it was way too disorienting to see all those people in one place. :) I mean, I've only watched a handful of novelas in my life, and all of them were represented within 15 minutes!

The End is Near. Just read on another forum that we have 35 episodes to go not counting tonight. That means the grand finale will be June 22. Thank God for me since I leave the next week for France. If I missed seeing the ending and commentating with all of you I would have the biggest fit of my life. I'll tape it but it wouldn't be the same.

Teresa, many novelas wrap up the story in the last few days and you never get much careful planning and lots of love scenes but you do know who will be walking down the aisle together. The one exception I saw was Morelia where the Aldo character was at the church, the Lety character who was light years smarter and tougher than Lety was going to marry him and make a home with him and her son. The Fern character who had done many much more horrible things to her than Fern could dream of said goodbye to her and their son and left for Europe. The Lety type character walked to the altar and took the hand of the groom and said, without looking at him I can't marry you I don't love you, looked up and there was her true love. The Aldo type had tracked him down and told him he couldn't marry a woman he knew belonged to another and arranged for the switch. Still gives me shivers but I don't see our Aldo doing anything of the kind. So we will have to wait and see how it wraps up.

Diana

Thanks Decie girl, I'll check it out this weekend.

I don't know how I'm expected to work today with thoughts of an Omar Sandwich running through my head... yummy!!

Kim P.

Julie,

Watch enough novelas and you'll always catch many of the same people. This is especially true with the secondary characters. Many of the so called character actors are far better actors than the leads and work much more often. At least three of Duelo's actors have popped in and out of LFMB and some of them are in Destilando. I frequently find myself more caught up in the secondary characters and can barely remember the lead characters - case in point Esmerelda with Fernando Colunga and Leticia Calderon. All I can remember is her going blind but the love story and incredible death scene between Alejandro Ruiz and Nora Salinas lives in my mind to this day and that was almost 10 years ago.

Kim P - on the "La Otra" foro at telenovela world, on the middle- upper right side of the page is "U.S. summaries" in English from previous runs of L.O.

Juan IS wonderful in this, as is Yadhira Carrillo as Carlota/Cordelia. I also love the theme song; it's haunting like the novela is.

I see why Rosy O. cast Juan in LFMB.
I'd like to see Yadhira in another show, too.

Glad you like "La Otra"!

I don't see any love between aldo and lety. He acts like her father and she kisses him like he is her father. She also hugs him like a kid hugs a parent. I agree with one of the commenters. she thinks she loves him, when it is actually feeling secure and guilt mostly guilt. She was fine to be with fern till he came in with the box of paid of conceptos. So now, poor aldo. He loves me sooo much and did all this for me. I have to choice but to be with him. Sound Good?????

Thanks Anya, sounds like it should be pretty easy to find. Can't wait to see what's going on.

It's funny, but except for the occasional episode of Ugly Betty I don't watch American TV (I spend most of my time watching movies from Netflix). One day I was channel surfing (hoping to find SOMETHING to watch) and came across Jaime Camil and had to start watching La Fea because of him. Also liked Juan Soler and Augustin Arana, and Sergio Mayer wasn't too bad either. Since I didn't speak Spanish, I could only watch it for the hunk factor. Then I found this blog and now I'm hooked!

I actually don't watch any other novela either, except now I'll have to watch La Otra for Soler, but I read the blogs for Destilando and Duelos because they're so funny. Love all the recappers!!

I think it's funny the only tv I watch regularly now is shows I don't even understand :o)
Kim P.

Dear Kim P,
Welcome to the "I watch TV shows in a language I don't understand" club.

There's no 12-step group for us, but who wants to be cured?

We're lucky to have Caray, Caray!
Here's a big "thank you" to all the recappers for your hard work.
Marie from Mass

sorry, still stuck at work so I haven't been able to fix the link to Pajaro Pegy -- it's a link to YouTube, which I can't access from work (darn corporate security!). But you can go to YouTube and do a search for Pajaro Pegy. It's kind of eery, actually.

Kim. Marie,

Don't worry about not knowing the language. I started years ago surfing and found Sirena. Loved the music and the lead Carlos Montilla. Next it was on to Maria Mercedes and the rest is history. I started buying dictionaries, grammar books, slang books and taping and replaying slowly picking out words looking them up and if I couldn't figure them out guessing what I thought it might be appropriate based on the action. Then about 8 or 10 years ago the Foros started and I found a world of people to talk to about the shows. I discovered this blog after the end of Alborado and now I have even more people to chat with. As for my Spanish, it is now good enough I don't need to rely on blogs or foros to understand just to have fun commenting. One day you'll be watching and suddenly whole conversations will make sense without you having to think Te Amo means I love you.

Thanks for the recap!

I was once an Aldo fun,he helped Lety when she really needed someone...hell i was for the whole relationship thing.

Then slowly i saw behind that charming smile he was a professional flirt (can you imagine if Lety flirted the way he did.Well i guess she cant coz she is fea)cmon do you think he would stomach this if the tables were turned.
He is controlling Lety couldn't still can't make a desicion without asking him... he lead her to believe he knows it all.He reminded me of someone(Tom Cruise & Katie Holmes...TC says "from know she will be known as KATE not Katie she is a grown woman")

He talks a lot about something that is nothing (flavor of life) and Lety the economist gets him we dnt.(freaking old man syndrome)

He did not bail conceptos out of the kindness of his heart. He had a motive to get Lety out of conceptos away from Fernando.Did he ask Lety's opinion about him selling his house and everything else NO!He treats her like a child Twenty years after Aldo & Lety's marriage it will be Erasmo & Julieta all over.

He uses every little opportunity to accuse Lety of trying to get back with Fernando.Yesterday he accused her of not wanting Aurora to work for conceptos because she didn't want the debt paid off so that she would be with Fernando cmon people... is this love?
He doesn't trust her at all and this is because he cant get over that scene of Fernando kiss Lety in the office. He knew very well that there was no understanding btw them and she had told him time to time that she loves Fernando. She wouldn't even bring herself to kiss him..... so he cant say she led him on.He is most Definitely an ASSHAT

For destilando amor fun it should be interesting the previews show Gavi slappin Aaron for trying to swap spit with her.

I live in Arizona and found Latino "People" at Wal Mart! Good luck.....

What I mean about the love thing and this is the second time I have gone thru this...other people always say...Lety thinks she loves Aldo...well if it walks like a duck..She is not hanging on Aldo to make Fer jealous...people behave the way they do for a payoff..Aldo bought the debt, not out of the goodness of his heart, but to win Lety...Fer is being all nice cause he wants Lety to see he is the bigger man. Alicia is going to marry Tommy cause of the money, Tomas wants Alicia cause he is 12...and she is his fantasy sex toy.

Lety wants to be with Aldo..When I was younger I was always falling in love with some loser that my family hated...years later they would say...you always thought you were in love with that Ass..well truth was, at that moment I was in love with the Ass...Not to say it lasted, but at the time I was...I don't believe that there is some great cosmic force that says there is only one undying love for each person...when you are in it...it is what it is.

Just a silly comment, but not only can you see Juan Soler on La Otra, but in many of these other shows, you can see the big orange Conceptos building doing double duty as whatever business is the business at hand of that novela. It must be a Televisa building.

The 2011 discussion for Capitulos 267 & 268 is at this link.
