La Fea Más Bella Withdrawal II: Don't forget Telenovela-World

I've noticed in the comments that people are still suffering from LFMB withdrawal. In addition to the chat room (a great place to leave messages and youtube links, but some people say they can't access it), don't forget there's also the forum on Telenovela-World. Blogger has a nice Comments feature, but it isn't really intended for ongoing conversations. There's no threading, and you have to scroll and scroll. A forum IS intended for ongoing conversations, and new stuff always gets added to the top so you can find it quickly. Go to the forum now and check it out!

Yes, it's been slow there lately. Know why? Because people go there, see that no one has posted, and leave. (I see the same thing happening in the chat room all the time - I'm guilty of it myself.) But if you want people to talk, sometimes you have to start the conversation. Go to Telenovela-World and start a thread there.

Oh all right I'll start it myself. OK done. Now go there. Please. :-)

La Fea is still popping up on Univision - I saw that "Tras la Verdad" last night was about LFMB, so I watched it. I loved it!

I wonder why that was not promoted on Univision so people could get their LFMB fix? Anyhow, it was on at 11 pm Central, and I found it only by reading my interactive cable guide right before it came on. I didn't have time to post about it.

I still miss the show so much....it was almost too hard to watch "Tras..."

Oh, sorry I missed it! From now on I will be tracing all Univision programs to spot the LFMB program in a future. And let's post the info here if somebody find out something before it too late.
Anya, please let us know what was there on "Tras la verdad".

Does anyone have all the great La Fea recaps in a Word document that could be e-mailed to me? I would really appreciate it as I started really watching La Fea about half way through and now want to start over with the DVD version.

Thanks! My e-mail address is markley.debbie@gamil.com

Thanks to everyone for these wonderful recaps and comments about this show!

Julie, I guess we can't comment on telenovela world as a guest? I posted something but I don't see it in the thread. I remember putting my name and e-mail address in somewhere. Anyway, I miss seeing Don Fernando Mon - Fri. He was such a lovable TV character.
It sucks, but all good things must come to an end. Debbie, you can still access all the LFMB recaps on this wonderful site. The shows that have ended are listed below the active shows recaps.

Teresa

Teresa, you don't need a signin or anything to post on Telenovela world. I don't have one. You don't even have to enter an email address. The only thing is that it won't let you use a name that also belongs to a registered user, which is why I signed myself as JulieJulieJulie. I figured that wasn't taken yet - although it could get taken, and then I wouldn't be able to use it.

Debbie, it would be a lot of time and work for someone to concatenate all of the recaps into a Word file. It would be more work than it's taking you to find and read each of the recaps yourself. No one has done this, that I know of. I would love to do it myself, but I don't have that immense amount of time either. :(

My advice would be to do one month's worth of recaps at a time. It'd be a less intimidating effort, plus Word definitely prefers to deal with smaller files. :)

So what was this Tras La Verdad thing? I didn't know about it either and I'm bummed that I missed it!

I saw the "Tras La Verdad" thing too. I stumbled across it by accident. ( I sometimes put on Spanish shows before I go to sleep..thinking maybe some of the language will sink into my dense brain..) Anyway, I got the feeling that the show was from 2006 because they didn't have any of the later clips from the show with Aurora or the endings. It showed the writer of Betty La Fea, and from what I could tell from my limited spanish, they were comparing LFMB with Betty La Fea. They showed Rosy Ocampo and she talked about telenovelas. They talked about the characters and I think what a hit the show was. It was cute, and I was so happy to see the characters again. It made me miss them even more. I don't think I have ever been so facinated and intrigued by TV characters..ever...there is just something about LFBM that really is special and keeps us wanting more. I have been playing the last week or so of the show that I recorded on VHS alot and trying to download a YouTube of the show each day(it takes hours with my antiquated laptop and dialup...just for a short clip..and sometimes I get disconnected and have to start over. I only have time to do it while I am doing my household chores so I usually pick the short clips. I am a bad case right???? I am going to order the CDs but just cant afford them. So glad to here there are others out there that miss the show as much as I do. My family thinks I am dingy!! I check this site almost daily to see if anyone else still has the "Fea Fever" I wish they would bring it back in reruns...even if it was at midnight.....WAAAAAAAHHHH.

Re: recaps of Colombian in English. On Julie's July 31 2006 summary posted 9/10/06, http://caraycaray.blogspot.com/2006/07/la-fea-mas-bella-recaps-resume.html , she posted a link to English language recaps of the Colombian Betty la Fea show. That link is now dead. http://web.archive.org/web/20020824005820/rincondebetty.com/summaries.htm

Does anyone have ANYTHING about that site? A link, a name of the site, text you copied from it, anything???

I plan to buy the DVD's when they come out. This Caray site's early recaps (May - July 2006) are a little sparse (but I am still grateful!), so I wanted to check the Colombian recaps. Julie said the Mexican show followed the Colombian show pretty closely, early on.

Any help would be appreciated. BTW, how long does it usually take for shows to go to DVD?

Thanks!

I answered Paula as best I could in a private email, the gist of which was:

- The original site was called rincondebetty.com. It's been defunct for years.

- It got archived on the internet wayback machine and a few other big web archive sites, and even the archives are now mostly gone.

- There might be some Betty La Fea stuff on Telenovela-World somewhere. Likely it wouldn't be the same recaps, but it might still be good.

- If you can read any Spanish at all, you'll probably have more options. This could be your incentive to learn.

- It also occurred to me just now that Todas Las Feas (as I think they are called) probably know a LOT more. Google 'em!

Another thought: How closely does Yo Soy Bea (from Spain) follow the original? If there are recaps for that, they'd be helpful too.

Thanks to those who responded to my question about how to access all the great La Fea recaps!

So, is it correct that the 28 pages listed on this site include all the episodes that were covered by the recappers?

If so, that's good to know and I'll start copying them into a Word document so I can easily refer to them when I'm watching the novela again. The recappers were wonderful to capture all the language and comedic/dramatic details that non-Spanish speakers would miss.

Thanks again to all! I hope this La Fea site will be up and running for a good while because it's good to keep reading everyone's comments about this wonderful novela!

Debbie, I have a word document of all the recaps, but I don't think I could e-mail it to you as it's over 700 pages. I'm not sure if your inbox (or my outbox) could handle something that big. Also, I kept it as close to the original postings as possible, however I happen to have liked Aldo and therefore removed or reworded some of the comments about him.

I'd be happy to go ahead and attempt to e-mail it to you if you don't mind that it's edited and that it's so large, but again, I'm not sure it would go through.
Kim P.

Debbie, if you mean the 28 pages of links in del.icio.us (or whatever it's called), then yep, that's it. They're a little bit (not too bad) out of order. You should see the original recaps by Chris with names like "Part 1" and "Part 2," then there's a few weeks of no recaps, then they start up again at the end of July 2006. They're weekly for a while, with some dumb corrections and retractions by me ;), then they go semi-weekly, then daily.

It's too bad we didn't get 100% coverage, but I absolutely don't blame Chris for giving up on it when he did. I give him credit for sticking with it so long. They pretty much tortured Lety for several months before the affair began, and it must have been hard to watch. If I had started watching just a little bit earlier - before Fern started dating Lety - I would have hated Fern and would not have stuck with it either.

Julie, I bought the dvd's. Even though they don't have captions or english subtitles, and I don't speak spanish, I've picked up enough of the language to figure out at a VERY high level what was going on with those episodes that have missing recaps. I'd be happy to send them to you to post, if you'd like, or we can leave it as it is since there's really not much exciting that happens (except we get to see Fernando in drag). Again, they'd be very high level, no details at all. Let me know what you think.
Kim P.

If you can recap those missing weeks, Kim, that would be great. I just emailed you, so you can send them to me when you're done.

OK, my name is Lola and I am a Fea-holic. I can't get enough of it.
I listen to songs from LFMB on my IPod at work. Then I go home and watch YouTube all night. I need help!! Are they going to show reruns?

Hi Lola! Welcome to the club Fea-holics Anonimous! Hmm, I think this is a good title!
Here we all are the same - who else would follow to anything related to LFMB weeks after it's over?!
Anyway, I also really want to know when the re-run starts.

Eve - fellow fea-holic

So there is going to be a rerun? I heard from somewhere that since La Fea was such a sucess they might run it on another channel? I'm not sure, but that would be great. Also, when & is it coming out on DVD, and where would I be able to get it?

:( I missed Tras la Verdad too.

http://www.petitionspot.com/petitions/lfmbdvd < Click there to vote for LFMB to come out on DVD.

That's perfect, Feaholic!
I too miss it terribly!!!!!!!!

All in one week my favorite show ended, and my grocery store I depended on closed.
I am a sad case!

I don't have an ipod to listen to the music all day but I do spend a lot of time on utube watching the videos.

It's just too hard to get back to real life which is not half as much fun as gorgeous Fern and Lety.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8KJP_Yg8QWc&NR=1

Here is a You Tube link to the very first episode of LFMB. It's kind of blurry but you can still see it. Check out how slim Marta looks.

Angela Vale & Jaime Camil were on "Premios Juventud" on Univision tonight. They sang, they danced and "BESO", they kissed. I didn't know they were going to be on. I just turned to Univision and there they were.
Did anyone else see the show?

Oh, it is an awards show and Angelica & Jaime are the hosts.

Lola, I too just stumbled upon Premios Juventud tonight, not knowing the JC & Ange were hosting. Totally brainless of Univision for not promoting that fact!!! I checked out the meebo.com chatroom thinking some folks might be there at that time, but I was alone so left a bunch of comments during the time I was able to watch the show. (Had to leave before it was over.)

Angie looks amazing... In the first outfit I saw, I didn't even recognize her. I've always thought she has an absolutely gorgeous face, but with that trimmed-down figure, now she's downright smoking hot!

However, even with the new bod, she still needs a little help with some of her fashion decisions. As much as I love her, I have to say her legs are not her strongest feature so she needs to rethink some of her skirt choices, especially the mini's. I bet I saw half a dozen wardrobe changes in the hour I watched; some hits & some misses. I can't even imagine how many there must have been all together!

It was sooooo nice to see JC & Angie together again. The kiss after "Tu Belleza Es Un Misterio" was sweet; nice of them to throw us a bone. When is JC going to finally "get it" and put us all out of our anguish? What a killer couple they'd make.... :-) Hope someone will post some of the video on youtube. That song would be nice to see again.

I recorded the show because I had a feeling they would be on, and I didn't want to miss it. I have not watched all of it yet. You're right--they certainly were foolish in not promoting their appearance.

Still in withdrawal. I think this weekend I will start watching my Novelasrus disks, for the first three months I never saw.

I missed the first hour of the show. I turned it on a t 9:00. But Angie did look very nice and slimmed down. She changed her outfits quite a few times but I agree she does need some fashion advice. And of course Jaime looked gorgeous as usual. Angie looked so cute with her hair in a pony tail.
I still have trouble trying to get into the Meebo chat room. I haven't been able to get in at all.
I really would love to get in and chat with my fellow "fea-holics".

Oh no, I missed them again!!!!!!!
If anyone has any advance notice please let everyone know.
It looks like I need to follow Univision more closely.
I've heard talk of reruns but don't know if it's anything serious.
I know that would make my day!
I'm still checking in here for new posts at least once a day.
Have a great weekend everyone!

Carrie L.

Hi, Kim P.,

Thanks so much for offering to e-mail me the 700-page Word document you have on the La Fea recaps! If it is not too much trouble, I would love for you to try sending it to me. My e-mail address is markley.debbie@gmail.com.

Please forgive this late response but I have been dealing with a family medical emergency for the last few days.

Thank you! I hope to hear from you again. If the file seems too big, maybe breaking it down into two parts might work.

Thanks so much for offering to help me with your recap file on "La Fea"! I really appreciate it! I'll be glad to return the favor.

Kind regards,

Debbie

Hi Debbie. Be glad to give it a shot. I'll work on it over my lunch time, which will be in about half an hour, so you'll start receiving sections shortly. Very sorry about the family emergency, hope everything worked out well.
Kim P.

Darn, i am so upset I missed Angie and Jaime last night!!! It would have been nice if they had advertised it!!! I am usually checking Univision in the evenings, but last night I was watching a DVD movie with my daughters. I wonder if it will be repeated?
Gordita

I also caught Angie and Jaimie by accident on Premios Juventud. It was great to see them, especially the song and the kiss. Didn't see the entire show, but caught some of the good bits. Still miss them.

I did see a listing for "premios Juventud" for Sunday at 7:00pm est.
I don't know if it is the same one but we should check to see. I set it to record.

For all of us - fans of Angelica Vale - next Friday, July 27, will be a whole hour of show about her:
10:00pm - 11:00pm, UNI
Niña del Espectáculo---Mujer Estrella
La vida y carrera de la actriz y cantante Angélica Vale.

Can't wait to see it!
Eve

I missed it again! I'll check for Sunday as well. Hopefully I'll be able to see it.

Thanks Eve, I will make sure that I set that to record.

Bulletin: "I Love Miami" will be released on DVD on August 28th.

From what I can tell, this 2006 Mexico-Spain co-production was only released in those 2 countries, and didn't do very well, but hey...it's got JC so I figure it's worth a gamble.

Dialogue is in Spanish & English with Spanish subtitles during the English dialogue). Not sure what subtitles the DVD will have.

For more details, see http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0846015/, or the official website, www.ilovemiamimovie.com. The English version of the website has a trailer with Jamie in it (there are 2 different ones, depending on whether you view the site in Spanish or English), but the English page's music soundtrack fails to stop when you play the trailer, so you need to manually turn it off to hear the trailer audio well. Do this by clicking the "stop" button located under the lighthouse graphic in the upper right corner of the page. (The little square means "stop"; it's next to the "go" arrow, and the little pinwheel thingie).

Someone also did a (Japanese!) music video using film footage. See it at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Cfq8xo4Gmg.

Here's hoping to ease all the LFMB withdrawal out there, and see a (hopefully) good film in the process! :-)

Ooohh.. just realized I typed "Jamie" above, instead of "Jaime". I have a brother named Jamie, so I guess it was bound to happen sooner or later!

Thanks, Lola, for that youtube link to the first LFMB episode.
Although that one was blurry, the other ones that came up on the side to view were clearer and are early episodes, so I watched some of them. I see Lety began her career of listening in at doors very early. :) Of course, they all do that at Conceptos, along with the never knocking habit.
It is interesting to see these older ones, since by the time I started watching Fern was stone cold in love with Lety. Sadly, I started watching regularly about a month before Aca, so I missed a lot of the sweet, early stuff.
Thank goodness for youtube and the folks who have posted clips there.

Teresa

I just found out that a novela called "Amigas Y Rivals" with Angelica Vale will begin showing here in NY on Aug 1 at 7:00 am. It will be on channel 68 here which is WFUT. I think that it is an independent Spanish channel.
Amigas Y Rivals was originally done in 2001. It will be interesting to me to see Angelica in another role.

Niurka Marcos is going to be on "Don Francisco Presenta" on Wednesday at 10 p.m est on Univision. If there are any die hard la Fea fans left, check it out!!!

Gee, I can't wait until I MISS it!!!
Gordita

OOOoooohhh -- a place to leave a current message --- hooray ----
Ann posted the following on
Fri Jun 29, 12:21:00 AM EDT
-----------
"This is what it says in Novelas R Us about La FEa: - Please read this before buying the novela
We're ready to send you the first 43 DVDs right now. If you purchase now, no matter how many DVDs it takes for the rest of the show, we won't charge you any more than for the first 43 (Which is $165 right now). Once we've finished making all of the DVDs, we'll start charging you more money"
------
I ordered mine in late may and got them in early june and hadn't started viewing them yet -- thanks to ann I looked at the last one and it is episode 170 on disk (the dinner on the yacht w/cara letti & ald) thanks to ann I was able to write them and ask for disks 36, 37, 38, 39, 40, 41, 42 & 43 and request being put on their list for the balance as soon as ready (I had paid $165 also). They probably already have me on their list but I was afraid they might forget the people who ordered as soon as it came up on their site and only got 35 disks not 43 needed to get those disks too, not just 44 on up. many thanks ann.
I think they nevernever sent less than a full set before but this intense interest is taking them by surprise. The quality of 170 was excellent by the way. They really are realiable but I just tend to fuss.

/mab

About how much more money will they charge for the rest of the series. You said that the $165 only covers up to Acalpulco.

Disc 25 and 26 are the best. They took me to where I started watching, which was the swimming pool scene. I stopped watching at disc 26, I am not prepared to watch Lety read the LETTER and have her heart broken, or to see Fern cry. I am still wondering what happened to all the footage of the intro scenes, you know the one's we never got to see, like Lety walking away on the beach from Fern and Aldo.

I am watching "Yo soy Betty la fea." I cannot find english recaps anywhere, but can still follow ok. It would be nicer with english recaps. It is interesting to see where LFMB characters came from. It will be interesting to see how it ends since I understand there was no Aldo. Not into it like LFMB but I am only on the 3rd dvd.

I have also been watching "Alborada" with english sub tiltles, which are distracting as I find myself not listening to the spanish. It is good though. It won't play on my laptop top. I don't know why so my husband is forced to watching it with me.

I am still missing LFMB and what I believe could have had a much better ending.

btw... I have the recaps for LFMB through December in a word doc.

Patty B. Utah

I had forgotten about the beginning scenes that were never explained!
Were they just dream sequences? Were they actual scenes that were cut?
I would like to know about Marcia in the ocean with the wedding dress and Lety walking away from Fern and Aldo.
Gee, I still miss the show and all of you so much!!!!!!!!

Carrie L.

I've been reviewing my tapes from back to the beginning of the show and I can't believe how mean everyone was back then! It's weird how you sort of forget, as you get to know the characters better - but yikes!

I would love to hear a compare/contrast between LFMB & Yo soy Betty la fea. That's the Colombian one, right?

I know the scripts are almost identical in the beginning, so what are the differences? Is the acting better in one? Does one seem more polished? Are the characters more extreme or more subdued? Are the characters as endearing? Does the comedy side play as well? Does the hero emanate a manliness so strong, you could hear it through the "cone of silence"? I'd love to hear your impressions - not to all my questions, but pick what stands out to you.

I checked Niurka's appearance last nite on "Don Francisco Presenta" and had to turn it off because it was not the pleasant view. I didn't like it at all. It was even worse than on Cristina's special. She was probably trying to be funny but they blipped her every other minute.
What a shame!
May be we've got spoiled with really good actors and when somebody like her make an appearance it strikes as she is from a completely different league. Even though she wasn't that bad in LFMB.
Eve

Eve, I turned it off too. They had to bleep every other word she said. I really did not like it. Don't forget to watch the special on Angelica Vale tomorrow at 10:00pm on Univision. I think it's sort of like a biography.

Paula H.

In the opening credits of Yo soy Betty la Fea, it shows the nurse flinching at Beatriz in the nursery after she was born, another scene where a kindergartener has to cover his eyes cause it hurts his eyes to look at her.

Actually Beatriz, or Betty, is not near as fea looking as our Lety. She does have some ugly plastered down bangs, big glasses and braces, and her voice is too high, no baby talk yet. She doesn't dress in grandma clothes and she wears make-up. It has been easy to like her.

Patricia, who would be Alicia, dresses much more conservatively hardly any cleavage.
Marcela, our Marcia, is mean and kinky.

Armando, our Fernando, I am trying to keep open about. He is definitely not Fern; there is a scene I describe below that I did not like him in at all, and he is going to have to work hard to get this image out of my mind, But I will give him a chance and see how he does.

Freddy, our Siamon, has a yellow raincoat, but it is only half length. He does the little dances and the hair and breath freshener thing.

Aura Maria is Paula Maria, and I have not seen her midriff at all.

Nicolas, who would be our Thomas, looks like a Clark Kent.

The lady that plays Irmita’s role, (I haven’t heard her name clearly yet) is older, grayer, rounder, and much shorter. She barely is over the waist of the person that plays the counter of Sarah who is very tall.

There are no children to cause havoc.

Armando, I believe is not comfortable with his relationship with Marcela. She’s kinky and she is always all over him. There was one scene where she literally has a noose around Armando’s neck and a bright light in his face. Marcela keeps questioning Armando under the bright light as she slowly tightens the noose. As her questions continue she removes her black trench coat, to reveal her sexy underwear. I guess they both get too hot under the lights and end up in bed.

All in all, so far I think LFMB is much more over the top than Yo soy Betty la Fea.

I am still in the beginning of Yo soy Betty la Fea and I remember reading that some fans thought in no way would LFMB ever compare to Yo soy Betty. We’ll see.

Still missing LFMB,
Patty B. Utah

Thank you, Patty, for such useful feedback. It gives me the snapshot I was hoping for. I did look at a few YouTube clips, and their Armando just didn't cause any sparks for me. Then again, I confess the first time I saw LFMB, I thought, "Who's the goofy guy with all the Brylcream?" But I assure you, that opinion quickly changed.

I haven't been back since the end of the show. The first week or two I was enjoying my new freedom without having to be home from 8-9 to watch LFMB. Then I went on vacation....But, this week has been really bad...I miss LFMB so much. I have been watching clips on YouTube, but the majority are video montages. And it is making me miss Don Fern even more.

I did see that there is a special on TONIGHT on Univision at 10pm PST to celebrate the career of Angelica Vale. In the preview there were clips from LFMB.

Jewels: How to find episodes, not montages, on YouTube:

Be more specific in your search. Enter "fea mas bella" (including the quotes) a space, and one of the following search terms, not in quotes.
parte
prt
certain months

Parte & prt will each get you about 1,200 hits, almost all of them clips. There will typically be 6-8 clips from each episode.

If you use a month as the extra search term, try several variations, e.g. august, agosto, and aug. You can even search down to the day, but remember that the YouTube dates are for the Mexican broadcast, not the US broadcast. The two are roughly four months apart. There is a large collection of clips for (Mex dates) July, Aug, Sept, Dec, Jan, and Feb. Virtually nothing for Oct, Nov, and anything before June 06.

So if you enter the following search:
"fea mas bella" agosto 17
you will find seven clips from the board meeting - end of the world as we know it.

The clips will only cover the most important parts of the episode; they skip most of the blither.

Hope that helps! By the way, in your searching, if you find the "Dinner with Ariel" clip, please post here. I would love to see it, and I can't find it on YouTube.

To Lola (who said "About how much more money will they charge for the rest of the series. You said that the $165 only covers up to Acalpulco. Wed Jul 25, 04:09:00 PM EDT"):
Ann's translation of novelasrus announcement on its website concerning the 43 disks it has been mailing people: "We're ready to send you the first 43 DVDs right now. If you purchase now, no matter how many DVDs it takes for the rest of the show, we won't charge you any more than for the first 43 (Which is $165 right now)."
------
I ordered a month earlier than that message went up, so they evidently had only 35 disks ready then and there was no notice like that - I was just "advance-ordering".
I was thankful to Ann for her translation so I could remind them that some of us ordered so early that it was before 43 disks were 'burned' and I just wanted to get disks 36 through 43 while I waited for the rest (and an assurance I was on the list to get the balance of disks 43 to the end) and take no chances on missing out on those few disks in the middle. I was thankful to Ann for her translation of the spanish -- you can imagine what babelfish did to that message with its machine-translation of spanish...
----
Anyway I and others have been satisfied with these people - I started ordering from them because of the good comments others made about them - the quality is good and they are reliable. This lfmb thing has surprised everybody with its popularity and they must have been stunned by the amount of orders coming in.
They a-l-w-a-y-s send complete sets but everybody was so anxious they just were trying to satisfy us. I suppose they realized we all like the earlier episodes best and we could all see the last ep frm Mex (Friday Feb 23rd) in its entirety on youtube while we waited for the disks with scenes that showed all the heartache.
I'm not really worried about it - I'm sure that when they can, they will send the rest of it -- I always was a FussPot.
I'll post somewhere - hopefully we can still post here - when I gettem. (I'm Thankful we can post here when we feel the Need.)

The $165 was for the whole set.

Maybe novelasrus are worried about satisfying everybody now and purchasing more blank disks for themselves, but I've noticed that when the heavy ordering slows down on their past issues of various novelas, they actually have cut the price by $5 so I don't suppose I seriously expect them to raise their price on new orders --- after they fill their current orders and make sure everyone who ordered up to now and until the message changes on their website (and it shows a different price) gets a complete set --- unless they somehow underestimated how many disks it was going to take for each entire set (which isn't likely - they know what they are doing because they've been doing this a long time - they were on ebay for years).

Thanks for talking to me Lola - I moved during the last 3 weeks of usa lfmb broadcast (from where univision was free on my rabbit-ears tv) and I've moved to where I wouldn't see univision anymore. Caray, caray blogspot here has been a great comfort to me. I miss everybody. I've enjoyed reading the summaries and comments from everyone after I got settled here. I'm grateful for all the fun this has given me - I do like to laugh and lfmb was funny and everyone in here was interesting. Someone in here had a picture for a long time elsewhere showing Fernie&Omar sitting on a couch talking and she had a caption that wondered why they just couldn't whack whoosit. I realized there were/are a lot of people who preferred ald over fern so the comments back and forth really got interesting both in here and elsewhere. I don't speak spanish so I have no idea what's going on other than body language and tones of voice. Hooray for this website.

thanks everyone thanksthanks

Thanks for the search tips Paula.

Yeah, the dinner with Ariel was pretty funny. If I come across it, I'll put up a link.
