That was very interesting. Thanks for sharing. And aren't the courses that you can take in college intriguing these days???? I had Educational Psychology, Music of Four Cultures, and History of Civilization, but my daughter took a course called The History of Rock ! [I could have gotten an A+ in that one. Hey, I could have taught that one. ] i would sign up for History of Telenovelas 101.

Melinama```YOU ARE FAMOUS ! You and your creation have become part of a college curriculum. Does this mean that we have to become more serious and less mocking ???...footnotes, spell check, proof reading ???? Do we have to stop saying ''Que the hell'' and ''mystery boinker'' and ''tialoving abuelokiller''????? Do we have to start using real names instead of Dr. Coffee , Hot Rod the Bod, Sanwannawanna, Emilioooo, GSD, and TWB ???

Yes,Schoolmarm, I loved those 2 nicknamexs, too.... Don Loco and Sleazer---We can't get too serious and spoil all the fun. Good times !!! It will be fun to all be watching the same telenovela again.

I tell you I have only glazed the surface of this blog but it sure is interesting to find someone has devoted their scholarly career to them. This site will give me plenty of stuff to learn when I'm not say, working, or sleeping, or watching telenovelas, or writing about telenovelas, or fretting about telenovelas, or fretting about forgeting to record telenovelas, or eating.... :)

:) I found mine...the one I liked the best was Keel-haulin' Lea Dread. That's one heck of a name....my lucha libre name is better though...and I intended to use it often, just haven't so this will be my opportunity....
