La Fea Más Bella #93-94 11/17/10 Things are unreal.

Pata, thank you yet again for the terrific pictures. Pata says no theme today, just some shots that she thinks are very fun. I agree!

Ha ha, you smelled the plastic flower:

Capitulo 94.

Fernando's uncle shows up. It's Jaime Camil's real dad so I guess it's his daddy uncle. Or uncle daddy.

Fernando shutting the door when Lety tried to leave:

Did we get your attention? This is Luigi making a great face at the museum when he's imitating Picasso.

dont miss today's ep at the museum. And Alicia's 'wanna get away?' moment at the museum trying to play the smartie pants...

Thanks, Pata - these pictures are great!

Love the pictures. Thank you! Something worth noting (meant to post this yesterday)--when Luigi was exclaiming over the sketch of Marcia’s wedding dress he said that she would be “La Novia de Mexico”, which was funny since Angelica Maria (Angelica Vale/Lety's real-life mother) has been called La Novia de Mexico from the 1960s!

I love the museum episode. I also got a kick out of the scene when Camil's father shows up.

My favorite of today was the little cubby hole scene where Lety is trying to leave and Fernando keeps shutting the door on her. He finally has to give in and let her out.

Missed this one too. Dang. And it's gone forever. Back TV that records is not working. Maybe my son can fix it tonight. But sounds like it was interesting.

Love the picture of Luigi, Pata. l Thanks.

Favorite line from yesterday: Lety says, "I gave him my love, all of myself. That is something Marcia will not be able to erase."

Within hours of the hotel, Marcia knew someone was robbing Fernando's heart. In yesterday's cap, Mama Julieta, Omar, and Fernando all indicate there have been a significant change. Also I think in the production meeting, Irma got a clue. She saw Fern go all crazy for Paty M, then she saw Lety fall apart, and she seemed to recognize something.

In the Germany meeting, Sergio Meyer (Luigi) got a fiendish look, and then Camil had to cover his face because he was laughing. He's still laughing when he says his line. I don't know what Serg did, but he scored another one on Camil.

I really liked the little scene between Fernando and Caro today (including smelling the flowers). Great interaction between the two. I suspect part of it was improvised. Did you catch Camil doing a Colunga face?

Fern doesn’t want to go to the wax museum event, until he finds out all HIS employees are invited. Luigi doesn’t want to go WHEN he finds out the same.

Lety has concluded she’s just another fling for him. It’s time to cut her losses and accept reality.

I suspect there were several inside jokes between Jaime (Jr.) and his dad (Sr.). I only caught two, and two other maybes.

Sr.: it must bother your father that you look more like your uncle than like him (Jr. looks A LOT like Sr. looked when he was younger).
Sr.: You look tired (Jr. and the other Fea principals were working 14-15 hour days, and 7 day weeks. I'm sure dad was worried for his son's health.)

Jr. says something about a link between Conceptos and Acapulco; I didn't catch it. Sr. owns LOTS of property in Aca.
Jr. says that Sr.'s chauffers are always strange (raro).
There are probably more that I didn't catch.

This was another great episode--that I had never seen.

Wonderful when Lety gave the art history lecture on Picasso's two girlfriends--did you notice Fernando's face? Did you notice the faces she was making? I also loved the scene where Fernando shut the office door.

Also good was the whole wax museum escape. Notice how he was trying to get her to stay in the car. He really wanted to be with her--not just to protect he business--you can begin to see this. Also, they were having so much fun together, unlike him and Marcia.

Finally, the scene where they were wearing monks' robes was priceless.

I couldn't believe that Caro who is always classy and professional would invite all those nacos in the cuartel to an event in a museum. I swear I sometimes hear Simple Simon and those shrieking shrews in my sleep.

Loved the scene with Fern shoving Lety into the car all the while trying to talk to Marcia. Couldn't help wondering where they found those monks robes so fast with Ali and Mar hot on their trail,

After watching the museum episode this time around I realized I had assumed Luegi was imitating Picaso when he made the funny face. I now realized I had sent the wrong information with the photo and it is Salvador Dali that he was posing as and not Picaso. Soory about that. It is still a funny scene and one of the few times I really enjoyed Luigis antics. Usually he annoys me. Not like the caurtel annoy me but in the Luigi snobby way of annayance.
