Thanks for the recap Jardinera. What a nail-biter! Can't wait for Marci to get what is coming to her. Maybe she and Leo will kill each other. It's too late for Leo to redeem himself for sure. Seems like we still have things to tie up. Will Justa ever know that bimbutt is her daughter? Can't wait for tonight.
 

Thanks for the recap Jardinera. What a ride? So does all that kissing Marci and Gallo keep doing supposed to indicate something to us viewers or just gross us out?

Hey Connie. Great to see you. I miss your snarky recaps. I hope you are well.

Can't wait to see what happens tonight. Just like we knew Leo wouldn't tell about the photos, I hope someone doesn't get shot and remain in a coma until the finale. If anyone dies, it could be Renata but then she hasn't told Julio & Justa about Icky (and I don't think Marci will). But maybe Marci will confess all her craziness tonight.
 

Yeah, I think they're going to give us handfulls of bread crumbs and string this out for the next two weeks and then, of course, give us the boda on Fin night. I can see Marci escaping to El Gallo's and also becooming a fugitive from the law. Maybe Renata can cofess from her deathbed?

I almost felt sorry for Leo, NOT.
That man doesn't know the meaning of love. b/c if he did he would know that all the crap he's done to Eva has just hurt her in the long run.

Wonder if the gun El Gallo gave Marice is the same gun used to kill Claw, Burno and Rose?

Silly Dan and that kiss he gave Eva. I could have sworn that Dan was stalking Eva like she was his prey in her office, b/c she seem a little jumpy after he brushed his shoulder againts her back as he was passing her.

I had to laugh at the kiss Cruella gave to El Gallo. Did you notice him wiping his mouth when he sat down at his desk! Ha! Even he can't stand her germs!!

...and Spandex Alicia...whose world revolves not more than a foot in front of her...has no idea the snowball that she has just created!

Remember that perfume that Eva was to launch? The one that Bimbutt wanted to represent? What ever became of that perfume? I assume it could not compete with the Buick account?! :))

Tonight looks to be quite good. I think Renata is going to be a key player.

Wow!! Thanks Jaedinera!! That was a great recap!!We all knew Leo was going to weazle his way out of the picture lie. If Eva doesn't throw her out of the house after this latest stunt, (if she survives) then she truly is an idiot.

So happy Justa choose Ricardo, but I hope he doesn't do anything dumb and Justa ends up with Julio by default.

Loved the Adrian Laurita scene. They are the sweetest kids.

Dan has a plan!!! Finally. The previews look great. Can't wait for tonight. Thanks again Jardinera for the great recap!!

Glad that Justa told Julio it wasn't fate the tore them apart it was him, and that he choose someone else over her, his choice no one elses.

Now that Justa has choosen Richardo she needs to go find him.
 

Great Recap Jardinera!

I think Gorgio's life is in danger, because he is no longer loyal to Marcella. Any one that crosses Marcella is on her hit list. Does he know that Marcella has killed anyone or did he only hear that Leo killed Dan's father? He should now know she is ruthless after he listened to that conversation.

I liked that Alicia stood up to Marcella, but she too is now on Marcella's hit list which is rapidly growing. Marcella is definitely losing it and is becoming reckless.

Renata knowingly led Eva into a trap. I don't understand why she couldn't have quickly left the house when Eva came and tell her what Marcella was up to. They could have jump in the car, drive off and called the police. Oh well.

Thanks so much, Jardinera, for a delightfully snarky recap. There were so many lines I loved, especially some parenthetical ones like these about Marcela: "(What’s a mother to do, right?)" and "(Hey, pat yourself on the back. He learned from the best.)"

Clearly neither Eva nor Dan is likely to get killed off by Marcie or anyone else, but I do worry about Marcie's gun deliberately or accidentally killing Renata. On the other hand, she looked tempted earlier to do something with the gun when Marcela was out of the room--perhaps take the bullets out? I guess we'll see tonight.

I wonder whether Alicia realizes she's walking around with a huge target on her back. She's got little or no idea of how dangerous both Marcie and Leo are.

I'm eager to see what Dan's plan is to prove his innocence. Anyone have any ideas?
 

Thanks for the recap. Probably Renata takes all bullets from that gun. I was surprised how they left Laurita and Adrian alone in the back yard. I was expecting how Vicky will come back to try kill her. I loved that scene between Justa and Julio. jjablan

Juanita- I immediately thought that Renata took the bullets out as she kept looking at the gun and checking to see if Marci was coming out of the bathroom.

I hope Ric doesn't do something stupid that lands him in the hospital or worse. I'm glad that Justa chose him and the reasons she gave Julio were valid.

Someone yesterday mentioned, that although a bit boring, the Franc/Marisol relationship was interesting because it was dissolving on its own accord. Not because outside forces were trying to drive them apart. In that regard it's realistic, and it will be a very mature and humbling act when the two of them finally admit to each other that it won't work and they should divorce.

I REALLY want Eva to see one of those pictures.
 

My guess about Dan's plan:
He will provoke Marcela with his question about that accident and she will tell him how Leo killed Eva's father. He will recorder it. But she will escape and the police will find her in the last episode. jjablan

Now, I'm scared for Don Rick. I hope he didn't crawl into some alley and have a heart attack. Or maybe Don J. dies of lovesickness, who knows.

I also think they cut the scene with Renata and the gun for dramatic impact. Because they are still stringing the plot along, I think she had to have taken the bullets out. We can't have anyone important dying on us yet. Oh well, maybe Renata, but I'm still holding out for redemption, besides, she still has to spill the beans about CrazyVic parentage.
 

Wow; that was some cliffhanger last night. However, it did occur to me that Renata could have removed the magazine from the gun because we're too far away from the finale for Murderous Marcie's Last Stand.

My guess is that she will realize the gun isn't loaded, there will be a fight, and Marcie will end up unconscious. Eva will call Leo who will hightail it home and have his mother committed. On Capitulo Gran Final Minus Two she will bust out of it. She will be on El Gallo's hit list when the check bounces.

The scene with Adrian and Laurita was adorable.

If I were writing this, the wedding would have Chico as the ring bearer and Laurita picking him up when the priest calls for the rings. The newspaper and its web page will carry a photo of this and as Daniel and Eva head off for their luna de miel we will see the CEO of Purina looking at the photo and deciding to call Publicidad Villanueva when its principles get back.

I'm also worried about Ricardo.
 

Did Tony keep copies of the Eva/Leo pictures?

I think Tony kept one or two but he's more likely to use them to try to blackmail Leo, which will put him under a death sentence.
 

Jardinera, thank you for another great recap. It was a lifesaver. Comcrap decided to be off for two hours last night so I missed this episode. I cannot believe that they did not know I needed to see the TNs last night.

I hope the AARP romance part of this TN is over, it has gone on much too long. The same for the Fran/Marisol thing.

Maybe Leo will be the one to walk in on Marci trying to kill Eva and he will be shot and languish in a hospital and finally die in the last episode. One can only hope!
Of course, everyone could be right and Renata removes the ammo from the gun and Eva gets away.

I look forward to finding out Dan's plan.

Good Morning Everyone. Jardinera, another great recap.Thank you. I am with Rosemary on this one. The AARP romance has gone on long enough. True we are all [almost all] members, but enough already. Alicia is a classic case of "fools tread where angels fear to." She is past caring at this point.She hit the nail right on the head when she called Marci's game plan perfectly. Marcela is beginning to sweat.Sweet! she simply can't be that heartless? I always thought Leo was off limits.Evidently not. Renata is full of surprises. I love how she changes sides quietly. Both sides still think she either hates them or agrees with them. Marci has another plan in place for Eva.I thought she asked Gallo to kill her? I could be wrong but killing her in the house wasn't part of the plan. Alicia's comments probably moved things ahead. Can't wait for tonight.

Good episode last night.

Marci didn't put a hit on Eva, she just asked Gallo for a gun. She wants the satisfaction of taking Eva out herself.

I also thought Renata took the bullets out of Marci's gun. Thats why she led Eva to the living room. Renata has been on the road to redemption for a bit now and I don't think she would've led Eva to her death.

Alicia is a FOOL. For the love of god, tell Eva everything.

I was worried about the kids being outside by themselves as well, with Bimbutt still loose. I hoped Dan hired some guards or something.

Loved Jacky's dress last night.

I thought since Dano walked in at the perfect time, the cops were sure to follow right behind. I am hoping since it's ending that finally the "good guys" were getting one step ahead of the "bad guys". I hope Renata took the bullets and then filled Dano in on what was to happen. Wouldn't it be funny if Don Julio shows up at that moment, could that be part of Dano's plan?

I too did not understand how the kids could be left alone and in an area where they could be easily kidnapped or harmed.

I applauded when Justa told the Don that it was his fault that he made his own choices. Nice conversation there. I hope Don Ricardo is going to stick around. Now Don Julio go back to what I love about you torturing the wicked witch.

Renata somehow I knew you would redeem yourself, good for you (well at least I hope).
 

I don't think Renata knew about Marcie's previous murders until Don Julio revealed himself to her. I think she is on Redemption Road although I never would have predicted this a couple of months ago.

Something else will happen with the kids before this is over; you can count on it.

Hope there is some word about Icky tonight.
 

About tonight previews, I don't think Dan walking on the middle of Marce trying to kill Eva its a coincidence, IMHO Ranata made him aware of the situation, I just hope someone called the cops. I also think Renata removed the bullets from the gun. Big night tonight! Can't wait!

Jar and all our other fantastic recappers. You add a dimension never found in subtitles.

So, people still think there are photos still in existence. That's what I want to believe, but some of you talked me out of it saying there was only one set and Leo showed them all to Dan and Dan crumpled and tore them up.

I'm giving up on Alicia telling Eva she's pregnant with Leo's child. Eva is going to find out from someone else.

I bet Renata took the bullets out of the gun, too. Otherwise, there would be no way she would have led Eva into the LR knowing the fate that was awaiting her.

One thing though, what excuse was Marcie going to use to find a dead body and a witness. She must be thinking of taking care of Renata at the same time. Did she think that she could move the bodies without anyone else in the house walking in? Methinks she's losing it.

(Leo)THE KING MUST DIE. For Eva and Dan to be happy, Marcie, Vicky and Leo must be far, far away--in jail, a manicomio and enterrado, suits me.

The photos were taking with a digital camera. All Leo would have had to do is to have saved the memory card and downloaded the photos to his personal computer as backup. He would never have erased them.
 

I'm expecting Tony's picture (he took one for himself when Leo had him get the pics printed) to come into play.....

I tried to convince all you disbelievers that Curious Tony had a second set of pictures made--probably to use against Eva. Everyone assured me he didn't have any pictures. I did go back and read the recaps for the pertinent episodes, but there was no word of his making a second set or even keeping one of them.

I sure hope we've been wrong and he DOES have at least one--for Eva this time and not against.

Oh gosh I hope the recap comes up soon. I got distracted by work after the first 15 minutes. I have no idea what was said to wicked witch in jail, just know they did not give her bail. After that don't know a thing, and then I saw the previews and quite frankly could not believe the preview of tonight's episode. I say unbelievable at best.
