Caray, Caray!

I've not been participating in this discussion, mostly because I've been away a lot and was almost never on the same episode at the same time as everyone else. But I've enjoyed the telenovela and people's comments. Since Paula asked for the link to this episode, which I think is capitulo 86, it's here.
 

I just finished watching today's episode and somehow what was aired today is a bit out of sync with cap 86 on Youtube. Today's Telefutura episode ends several minutes earlier than that in Youtube. The photo of Diego and the comandante looks as though it will be part of tomorrow's episode.

So Diego wants to have a threesome with Perla and Antonio? That freaky little scamp.

Wow, what an episode!! The fight scenes were wonderful, the posturing was superb, Diego was at his craziest best and Juana actually whacked Diego with her cane! I was on the edge of my seat practically the whole time. Since I watched yesterday's and today's episodes together I might have them mashed up a bit.

Is there any hope that Francisco will just give Asuncion some time out? He's such a creep, why must he insist on her attending him when he doesn't even seem to like her? Jerk.

Oh my, I almost fell off my chair when Diego suggested a Menage a Trois with Tony and Perla. If I were Antonio I would go straight to Perla's and instruct her to turn off her lights and never answer the door.

Interesting how Diego's #1 fighting partner flatly refused to do harm to Luis.

Paula, I enjoyed your analysis on yesterday's comments. You are always such an observant person.

I haven't seen this yet nor read the recap... I was actually hoping there hadn't been an episode yesterday, so I wouldn't fall behind again. Alas. Now it is the weekend and I can catch up on 86 and 87.

Paula pointed out that Juana has been set up several times with a new opportunity to tell the truth, and told a new lie every time. Does this mean that her demise will be even worse than what we're already expecting from this out-of-control metastasizing cancer? I guess I'll know in less than a week...

I loved today's screen shot, but I do believe that Rafael is going to be boob man.

With all the speculation about what Luis could be brewing in his lab, I have decided that he should be working a "truth serum". He could make a fortune!

A truth serum? That would put the telenovelas out of business!!

(Or would it? I mean, just think of all the mayhem that would be unleashed if everyone knew the truth about everything!)
 

The news this week of the woman in Saudi Arabia who may get 10 lashes for driving a car, made me think of poor Hip who this week thrashed and wailed about the unfairness of her situation simply because she is a woman. And now Asuncion having to go to the hacienda with her brute of a husband. If a woman didn't get lucky with the husband she got (like Cata and Cris), she was just screwed.
