Abismo de pasión #114 8/22/12: Gabino a.k.a. Beetlejuice, has both Castañon and Harango families dancing around the dining table 'DEEEEEEO!!! Daylight come and me want to go home'‏

RECAP BY MARTA IVETT

Other Titles:
Paolo learns that 'el que la hace, la paga' (those who do bad things eventually pay for it)
Gael tries to claim territory as future husband... or maybe Gael and Dam should duel on a line drawing/spitting/shoe size/testosterone level contest
Carmina tries to push the Karma on the other women of the house, then  has another 'mirror mirror on the wall' scene
Damian so close and yet so far from discovering the big Alfie/II secret

Refrito:
Gabino waltzes through into procesa..
BeGoneYa asks policemen to arrest Paolo for raping her daughter.
Carmina rushes into Elisa and Lolita, demands the check from Santa Maria proce. Elisa used it to pay Alfie. Carmina says her 75% entitlement includes the Santa Maria payment. Too bad you are late.

Lo Nuevo:
Elisa explains to Carmina the money they thought was from Augie was really Dam’s. Carmina claims that Elisa never told her anything about the money … Carmina is in disbelief.  Elisa returned it all to Dam. Go and confirm that account is in zeros. Carm says fine, but you will still have to give me every cent.  Elisa says it hurts her to renounce to the quinta but she won’t beg anyone for money like her.  As Carmina charges toward Elisa, Lolita pulls a knife on Carmina. Elisa tells Carmina don’t worry, after all no matter what you will end up having everything. Carmina leaves in a huff. Elisa takes a huge sigh in sink… Lolita asks how can you stay here? (right??!!). Elisa asks her for patience, we will leave soon.

At the chaos at Hacienda H, Paolo protests, he demands Sabrina tell her mother the truth. Sabrina backs up BeGoneYa. Dam adds he was witness of Paolo’s attempt at raping Elisa, and says Elisa will be willing to add her own charges against Paolo. Alfie adds in the Kenya stuff. Paolo says unfortunately Kenya can’t back up that story.  Inmundo contributes that Kenya’s mom is still in town and can back it up… the police tell Paolo apparently you will spend a lot of time in jail.  Paolo begs Sabrina as they take him out… Sabrina holds on to her mom. Inmundo takes his family home, he and BeGoneYa apologize to Alfie for what happened.

In bedroom with Dam, Flo can’t believe what is happening to her. My uncle, my dad… what am I going to do now? (either leave town or kill yourself, dummy!!)  Dam tries to console her.

When left alone, Alfie closes her eyes and lets out a ‘Dios Mio!’.(guess its too much for her to take in)

At Lucio’s… Maru came to check on him. He is in pjs and bathrobe. She wants to know if something happened to him. Nothing, just did not feel like leaving the house, that’s all. Maru wants to stay to care for him. HE pushes her away. Want to be alone. Go back to work and leave me alone. She asks him call her if he needs anything, then leaves sad and confused. Cries hard at gate outside his house.

At procesa, Worker apologizes to Dam for letting Gab in. Dam says let it be last time, or lose your job. Dam finds Gab waiting for him in his office, Dam rushes in mad as hell. ‘You better not have taken anything’. Gab says there is nothing here that’s worth it. Dam says funny you say that, you were here long enough. He wonders why Gab is so at ease, so smily. Gab says was about to quit anyway. Going to grow my own habaneros.  Just came to pick up a copy of my contract. Dam says what contract? One that your mother signed with me, the procesa will buy my habanero for the next 15 yrs. Dam wants to know how he convinced her. Gab repeats, talk to your mommy. Dam asks if this has to do with what Gab said about his dad. Gab repeats ‘talk to her’. And don’t reject a good business deal. I will be back tomorrow to get my copy of the contract. Gab leaves on that note. Dam stays confused…

At chapel in Hacienda Harango, Dam goes to see Loopy. Thanks for being here. (Loopy was caring for Guido’s gasket). Loopy says although did not know Guido much, he was a good man and a member of the family, your father in law. Dam says Flo is devastated. Loopy says that is understandable. How is Alfie? Dam says she is very affected by Guido’s death too. Loopy says some comfort words. Dam mentions the day when his dad and Stefie died… At that moment all our lives changed completely. Loopy says since then he had not done a mass at this hacienda chapel, precisely because of that day.  Dam says Loopy is the only one that can clear a doubt he has. Do you know if my dad had other children? (Loopy is in a bind, puts a very serious frozen face). Dam begs for an answer. Saved by the bell… eh. Gael who comes in saying he needs to see Dam but did not know Loopy was here. Will wait for Dam outside. Loopy tells Dam to go with Gael. Need to get things ready for Guido’s mass. Dam keeps asking. Loopy keeps avoiding. Dam insists if someone knows, it must be you. Gab commented it to me, and he was my dad’s right hand man. Loopy asks what if you did have a brother. Dam says it would not traumatize him but don’t think would be able to feel something for him/her. Can’t feel for someone you don’t know. Could not feel for them what he feels for… for Gael, for example. Loopy laughs. Asks ‘are your feelings for Gael the same, even if he will marry the woman you love?’ Dam says that is different. Loopy insists in his own question. You are hurting for Elisa going to marry another man, and above all when that man is Gael. Only have to see the way you two greeted each other. You should not make him wait. It is a lack of respect. Dam notes Loopy knows how to avoid answering questions. But even if you doubt it, I wish Elisa and Gael will find happiness (leaves crying).

Outside, Dam asks Gael what he is doing here. Gael came to give his condolences about Guido, but also came because ALfie would not even receive him. So he came to give Dam the money Elisa owes her. Since Alfie does not want it , came to bring it to you. Assume you can get it to her. Dam asks how did Elisa get this money. Gael gets cocky ‘As it should have been from the beginning, with MY help.’

Dam asks what happened with Cielo Abierto. Gael says Carmina has the ownership papers and she arranged with Gabino to have him admin CA for her. Dam asks what about Elisa, doesn’t she get some of that? Gael says of course, we will fight for her rights. She is Augie’s daughter and deserves it. Dam claims the question was just curiosity. Gael redraws the line: ‘Don’t mess in Elisa’s business. I will take care of everything Elisa from now on as her husband. She does not need your help or support because she has me. ‘ Dam points out that Gael sounds like he is unsure of her. Gael says ‘nope, IF she chose to marry me it must be because she is sure sure’. And by the way, my future wife is willing to comply with the contract she signed with your procesadora long ago. And the first harvest of the greenhouse will go to your procesadora.’ Dam recalls the contract was for 3 yrs worth of harvest. Gael suggest ‘as a wedding present for Elisa, how about we cancel the contract?’ Dam agrees to that. ‘OK, See ya.’

BeGoneYa and Inmundo talk about what just happened. BegoneYa says she had to lie to the police to save the little reputation they have left. But she demands he tell her who was the woman at the hotel. Inmundo sighs. He does not owe her explanations, they are separated. She is not the woman he needs right now and he is not the man she wants as her partner. Want to rebuild my life. Want to find someone who understands me, who listens to me, who cares for me more than others. BeGoneYa begs. But Inmundo says we have tried again but it is no use to revive a marriage that died years ago. BeGoneYa demands that they be discrete. Think about the talk of town. Inmundo says lets settle it once and for all so the town won’t talk and so that what I do won’t affect you. Let’s get the divorce. BeGoneYa plays victim, says he has perfect timing. ‘Typical move of yours’. Inmundo has a point, ’The decisions our children have made are a reflection of the problems we have had ourselves. And things have reached a point of no return.’ BeGoneYa demands he leave right now. He will go talk to his daughter first.  Sabrina feels guilty of what is happening and for him and her mom arguing. Inmundo wants to talk about the accusation on Paolo. He might deserve what he is getting, but why did Sabrina not say he abused her until now? What you wanted was to marry him and you used this pregnancy to pressure him. You were going to run away with him. He was never in love with you but he was willing to marry you for the baby. Sabrina asks ‘is it fair that he sent me packing when I lost the baby?’ Inmundo says ‘no, but it is to be expected. And now you and your mother teamed up to take revenge on him.’ In any case, he believes Sabrina, he will make sure Paolo pays for what he has done.

House of M&M: Gabino is glad II is leaving. She thinks she will be royal guest at his hacienda. Gab says I am going to hacienda, YOU are leaving La Ermita. II protests. Why do you want to get rid of me so fast? What is your game? You have been shouting you want to leave LE! I am doing this for your good, it is very dangerous. Police are investigating about Guido’s death. II says don’t worry, they already assume it was an accident. II knows her cards. Says Gab has Alfie in his hands because of a card named Gael. I don’t have to hide from Alfie anymore and want to stay here in LE. What do you say? …

Elisa gets home, police want to speak to her.  They are here to tell her Paolo was arrested. Sabrina accused him. They understand Paolo tried to hurt Elisa too, and in that case, she should accuse him. Pop!! In comes the Sleazel!!. Carmina says Paolo has been harassing her too. They can count on her. Elisa wants to declare against him. And Gael, her fiancée, is brother of Kenya, the dead woman Paolo raped too. Gael will be more than willing to testify too. Cops want to talk to Lolita too, calling her Mrs Ramirez. She does not want to be called ‘Ramirez’ anymore because she is in divorce proceedings. They tell her Horacio escaped after his transport had an accident. (Carmina gets scared, he is a dangerous delincuent). The cops say they located Horacio in the woods, there was gun shot exchange. They are sorry to tell her Horacio died in that confrontation when one of the bullets lit up a gas tank at a house. Lolita is crying, Even Carmina looks impactada, but wakes up to ask them if they are sure. No doubt. Carmina slips a ‘thank you so much for such terrible news’. Elisa questions her choice of words. Carmina shakes a bit, says sorry, got confused with all the emotional shock. Did not mean to say that. Cops understand, these news are shocking. Elisa consoles Lolita. Lolita says just hold me.

Once cops leave, Carmina overacts ‘the impression’, it is like a curse over the women of this house. First me, then Lolita. (to Elisa) If I were you I would not marry Gael. (Elisa and Lolita ignore her)

At hacienda, Alfie remembers Guido telling her he was not behind the fraud of the procesa. That he has loved her for a long time.  And how she rejected him saying she was a one man woman, Rosie’s.
Dam gets home. He came to give Alfie the money from Elisa, swears it is not his own this time. Alfie just says put it there. Only have head for the Guido loss. Dam surprised she is hurt for Guido’s death, because even though she got Guido out of jail, she kept saying he was guilty of the fraud at procesa. Dam hopes someday Guido’s innocence will be proven and she will recognize how wrong she was. Alfie: Let me remind you I am a human being, with the right to make mistakes.  Dam says wow!, it is first time heard her say something like that. Where did you leave your arrogance behind? Because the mistakes you make you always justify, but you never admit/own up to them. Alfie gets irritated at him. Dam says he talked to Gabino again. Alfie is now interested. What did you talk to Gabino about?

Alfie claims she knew about Gabino’s contract, but she did not plan to force Dam to accept it. Dam manages the procesa, not her. Dam reminds her the down payment Gab supposedly gave Augie was never found. Gab will work the lands and they will split the earnings. Part of that money will go to Elisa. Dam is surprised Alfie acts so indifferent to all this when she was so eager to take those lands away from Elisa. And you have always refused to make any deal with that family. Alfie says the deal is with Gabino, not with those women. She owes Gabino a lot for all the years he worked at the procesa. She can’t close her doors on him now. Dam asks why don’t you trust me and explain it all to me. Want to know if Gab is pressuring you to deal with him. Does this have to do with what he told me about my father? Alfie says you are old enough to understand your dad was no saint. Guido’s death and what happened with Paolo has affected me.  Dam says go ahead and tell Gab that we will sign the contract. It will help Elisa, even if indirectly, AND it will give me a chance to keep an eye on Gabino.

Lolita asks Elisa why does it hurt so much to hear about what happened to a man that hurt me so. Elisa says don’t be so hard on yourself or so unfair to him. He had a good side to him. Lolita not so sure. Lolita says at least she could say goodbye to him (at the reclu). He told her his love was sincere, and that was the only thing he did not lie to her in. Elisa says he was always good to her. Save all the good memories of him. (meanwhile we see nice moments of Stefie, Augie and young Elisa). I prefer to remember the good night kisses I used to get from my mom, when she brushed my hair in the morning, the last days I shared with my dad… (his asking her to give him a chance to show her he can be a good dad). Lolita will do that. Will remember all the good and forget the bad. Time heals wounds.

Again sitting in front of her mirror, Carmina talks to herself, basically patting herself in back, then seems to be talking to ‘Horacio’.. ‘que te paso??’ (didn’t we see her act this way at her mirror when someone else had died??).

At hacienda chapel, Dam consoles Flo at Guido’s gasket. He understands because he went through the same with his father. Had not come in this chapel since then, he was a boy. You had the privilege to have your dad all your life. Flo says now I have neither of them. Mom was sick so many years I had time to prepare for the goodbye, but now. I could not say goodbye. Could not hug him, kiss him, talk to him, thank him for all his love. Or apologize for having been a selfish daughter.  Dam says don’t talk like that.  Flo slips that she made BIG sacrifices for her dad. Dam asks what sacrifices. Flo says Alfie forced her to get pregnant of him in order to get Guido out of jail. Dam impactado.

Prev: Gael tells Elisa about Guido. Flo tells Alfie she hates her. A gun is seen with a man who is wearing stripped clothing (no bandana hand so not Gab), and the voiceover says the danger is for Alfie due to the hatred others feel against her.

LOLITA PULLED A KNIFE ON CARMINA??? OMG OMG OMG. Didn't see THAT one coming.

Marta, I think your phrase "Dam stays confused" should be the title for the whole TN. ;}

And that scene from Beetlejuice is one of my favorites in film history. I am cracking up picturing Alfie having her face dragged into a dinner plate.

I wish Dam would stop asking Loopy and Alfie for explanations and woudl just close his eyes and check his memory... there should be enough clues there to tell who is his sibling. He seems to know why Alfie hates Elisa... but why would Alfie despise Gael so much? Just because?? nah... there has to be something behind that animosity.

Yikes, it's like Invasion of the Body Snatchers--people just acting out of character but it's so fun. Love your title by the way.

Going on record: Horacio is not dead. Do the cops in this town ever get anything right?

Lolita--wow, talk about a lioness protecting her cub. You go girl! and I agree with you Marta, they need to get the blazes out of that house.

To some extent, Gael has a point, but dang I wish he wouldn't do it in his best Gab imitation. This whole "brothers" fighting each other just so we can build up to the "Ta-Da" moment when they find out they are kin is so yawn inspiring.

Speaking of Gab--ok, he's the villian and we know he will get his in the end, but dang, I am so enjoying how Salvador is just having a field day with this role.

So Flo is seeing the light, maybe sort of, she still has the problem of the fake pregnancy to deal with. Another Zepeda tight neck, pursed lips moment coming folks.
On Alfi,I keep wondering when, considering everything collapsing around her, her "heart" issues may really come into play. I can see her having some big bust up with Dam, and BAM, there goes the ticker. May not kill her, but then it would get Dam all guilt ridden, etc. No spoiler--just thinking.

Yeah- the Doc is finally cutting away from the ball and chain. Be-gon-ya will never change. But please, just so we don't see another II/Doc moment. Can we PLEASE get rid of Mrs. Tendrils? Gweeddooo dies, and we are left with her. Where's the justice.

Didn't get to comment yesterday---the day from h*** at work and didn't get home until right before Refugio, but great recap EJ and comments to enjoy when I finally got to them.

Marta - thank you for the recap. Looks like we got some advancement of the plot, too. It will be a treat to see Lolita pull a knife on Carmina. Cuchillazo-cide?

I am absolutely, positively disgusted that the Tovar women are charging Paolo with rape. In spite of his slimeyness, egomaniacal, dirtbag, rapey ssssssnake ways, Sabrina was a willing participant and gave it up freely, along with Kenia. Paolo should get his due, but not because of blatant lies.

SHOW ME THE BODY. I won't believe Horacio is dead until we see a corpse.

I guess Dr. Tovar and the police missed the gashes on Guido's head and everyone is ready to bury him without a murder investigation. Crack team in concluding that deaths in Hermita are always accidents.

Yes Horatio is alive if not well. I think the gun is pointed at Carmina but I think his first choice would be Gabino. Probably will not succeed. If it's at Carmina, odds are she will kill him.

Gracias Marta!

Oooh! It looks like Flor has turned against Alfie. This should be fun. That preview of the funeral looked good.

I continue to be annoyed with Gael and his attitude. Sorry, but he and Elisa have to be the two most stupid business people on Earth! Let's see, let's give away ALL our money (that was interest free and given with no malice or ill intent) and savings that we WERE going to use to finance a new buiness. And while we're at it, let's terminate a contract with great terms which would have guaranteed us income for three years. Yep, makes perfect sense to me. NOT!

If either Dam or Gael had any brains they would have figured out that they are brothers long ago. I guess jealousy and resentment are blinding them to the obvious.

Doris- I agree that the fake rape claim by Sabrina makes my skin crawl. But he was guitly of statutory rape of Kenia (she was underage), and attempted rape of Elisa and even Carmina. So three out of four of the charges are legit.

Marta thanks for the recap I'm about to read.

Can I just say that preview w/Flo telling Alfie she hates her was the best preview ever?

Thanks for a great recap, Marta. You shed a lot of light on a murky episode!

Blue: "Dam Stays Confused" should be the title for the whole TN! ITA!!! HAHAHA

EJ: Didn't get to comment yesterday but loved Plo and Flo!

I don't trust cops who wear bowling shirts to question suspects.

ITA about Florencia and Alfie turning on each other. I also love Gab vs. Alfie. And I feel Gab vs. II is coming. The bad guys need new sparring partners; let them pick on someone other than Elisa for a change.

Thanks again, Marta! Love all the detail in your recaps!

Katy

Vivi in DC - I forgot that Kenia was underage! Yep, statutory rape it is.
Where are the handcuffs...

Great recap Marta.

Watching the baddies turn on one another is going to be great fun.

ITA that Dam should stop asking his mother and his uncle to tell him about his half-brother. Think, you have rare blood and some else in town does too. Along w/Marta's suggestion of why does your mother hate Gael so much? Come on you can did it!

Yes the fake rape charge is awful and I hope the Tovar women will soon grow up.

Horacio is so not dead (guess) or as Doris said, show me the body!

Thanks for another excellent recap, Marta.

Soooo, is Florencia having thoughts of aborting her fake baby?

I can't see a lot to be gained by continuing on with this harebrained scheme and it might free her up to pursue Enrique. I think it might be fun to have a couple that actually has a spark of attraction in it.

I'm feeling a bit sorry for Alfonsina right now. All her chickens are coming home to roost and she has no one to turn to... or does she? Maybe she'll bump into Horatio and recruit him to kill Gabino and maybe even Ingrid as well. Problems solved.

I guess there's not much point in trying to organize an Alfonsina table is there?

Carlos

Isn't Sabrina underage as well?

Urban- No, Sabrina is "of age." Probably barely 18 or 19.

Love the recap! Thanks Marta and thank you Vivi for posting. I won't get to watch this episode until tonight, it sounds like a doozy.

More later ;gotta dash.

Begona and Sabrina will have to pay for bearing false witness. They've bore false witness against Elisa many a time, and now they are doing it to Paolo.

Sabrina is of age but barely. She mentioned this at the beginning of the show when Vicente was hitting on her.

Kenia gave it up freely too but Kenia was underage and I think she still was at the time of her death.

Paolo was sexually molesting Carmina in her bed right after Augusto's funeral.

And of course we all know about Paolo trying to rape Elisa.

Florencia should either confess ALL to Damian right now or leave town right after the funeral. There's nothing in La Ermita to hold her back. If she doesn't, Paolo is going to try to bring her down to get out of jail.

Marta:
Thanks for the recap. I share your frustration—and Blue's—with damn dumb DamiaM. You are so right, if he would think for five minutes about the clues he would guess that Gael might just be the one brother he has always wanted.

Daisynjay: Body snatchers, YES! It's official. There is no set character behavior. All bets are off since the great extension.

I am with all of the 'Horacio is still alive and lurking out there crowd. He will still save Delores or Elisa, I predict.

Anon 207, I agree. Flo is in trouble now. She is going to have to fess up to Damian within the next 20 episodes or so. Hahahaha.

Doris and Vivi: I agree. I think Paolo can fairly be accused of statutory rape with Kenia, and attempted assault with Elisa and Carmina.

Begoña and Sabrina lying about Sabrina's affair with Paolo is dispicable.

Thanks again Marta, for catching all the nuances.

EJ

Loved that dicho at the beginning, SuperMarta, but even more the shoutout to Harry Belafonte. I used to have his fine self on my college dorm wall (well, it was his picture on the big ol' '78 album cover)and he sweetened many a dream during those days.

Great recap with your usual fine detail. Not feeling sorry for Paolo, but I imagine Sabrina will eventually recant. No reason for Carmina and Elisa to do so, however. The latter, especially was a bone fide assault.

Nope, my only sad feelings are for Maru, who got testily blown off by Don Lucio when a simple explanation of his temporary guilt feelings would have sufficed. Lucio you disappointed me! "Use your words!" (We say that to raging toddlers, but there are some grown menfolk who need to hear it also.)

I have watched half of the episode. Maybe I was not fully paying attention, but it looked to me like Lolita went after Carmina with a fork. A fork! Which makes this funnier than all get-out.

Yeah. It was a big serving fork. First thing she grabbed on the table.

I also thought that was a large fork. Last Friday here in Houston a lady confronted a burglar with a serving fork and stabbed him in the neck with it. She was hilarious on the news as she excitedly described and reinacted the incident for the reporter.

Carlos

Love that Beetlejuice comp!!!Thank you for the nice recap. I am dreaming for that one shining moment when Alfie finds out it was Carmina and not Estefania and for her to ask forgiveness from Elisa and her mother. But I fear her stubborness and evilness will say they are all Bouviers just the same. Now I might be filling compassionate towards Flo she could be redeemed if she decides to tell all to Damian at the wake of her father. Yes these are my dreams but que sera, sera.

Marta, another fabulous recap! You write so well - I love your word choices: "Gael gets cocky ‘As it should have been from the beginning, with MY help" perfect. Loved your alternate titles too.

Great comments from everyone today. I agree Horacio is far from dead.

I'm also annoyed with Lucio. Petulant is not an attractive attribute. Sulking in pajamas? Have some guts man - tell Maru you need time. Being nasty and pushing her away is hurtful. It seems to me he did that to Blanca a few times.

Carlos, you are likely at the Fina table solo. I will be happy to send you a drink as I wave from the Lolita table.

Diana

Carlos, i would not mind joining you at the Alfie table as long as we are ASSUMMING once she gets that blindfold of pride/ego out of her eyes, she will be doing some BIG TIME groveling to Elisa and to the memory of Stefia and Augie.

Diana,

I'm afraid you may be right... but... reservations now available:

Alfonsina Table

Serving BITTER WIDOW COCKTAILS

Dress code strictly enforced

Carlos

Hmmmmm...I love Campari, and actually I'd like to see you get a rise out of Alfonsina, Carlos,....I'm sure you'd know just what to say to get her going...so count me in.

Thanks Marta and Judy, I'm sure that Alfonsina will be thrilled (though she may appear chilly and aloof) to sip cocktails with us as we help her plan appropriate farewells for Ingrid and Gabino.

For some reason she requests that the orange twists be deleted as garnishes for the drinks.

I suspect when others see what a rollicking time we are having at our table (I'm looking forward to some intricate fan maneuvers and acerbic wit) others will be clamoring to join us.

Carlos

Thumbs up on the recap, Marta!

Yeah, let me start off by saying NOT a nice try, writers, and NO cigar. The only way we would have considered Horacio muerte for a second is if the cops had shot him point blank. YOU had him caught up in some nebulous explosion, which everyone knows is Novela-speak for escaped through the back way, no body, no death. Umm-hmm. LOL

And let me follow that up with how lucky the Orange Widow is to not be somewhere getting stitches right now. Our Lolita was right on. If that heifer had come at me like that, throwing stuff and with her mouth all crooked, it would have been time to slice and dice her up one side and down the other. Heck, Lolita should have stabbed the ho anyway, because it was LOLITA who had to clean that crap up afterwards! The nerve.

DrT, what are you doing, buddy? To be somewhat of a decent guy, you only sleep with biyatches who murder people. I think your "picker" is off. WAY off.

Speaking of murder... how many times did the Ingrate slam Gweedo in the back of the head? She hit him hard enough to make him bleed from the mouth, and then he probably hit his head again on the way down. There should be several noticeable bruises, contusions, or whatever back there, I'm thinking. Yet the way they found him lying so PERFECTLY STRAIGHT in the shower would suggest he hit his head once. On the tiles. *sigh* You had the bad luck to be killed in Ermitaville, Gweedo. The investigation doesn't look good for ya.

How old is estupida--I mean, Sabrina, again?

*weeping bitterly for poor Maru*

If Damian weren't so Dam Stupid, maybe I'd be more inclined to be mad at Gael. Dam made his bed when, 5 seconds after hearing the lie that he and Elisa were siblings, he ran off and married Princess Pea like an idiot. The same woman who faked her FIRST "pregnancy" to get him the marry her. He gave Elisa up and left her to the wolves, so now he can just suck it up, Gael and all.

The Ingrate should be incarcerated a la Hannibal Lector with her crazy azz. Is this chick for real?

Watching Fina these days is sad. She's a fine looking woman who could have found companionship all these years after Rosie's death, but she's so COLD, she's pathetic. That woman is colder than the iceberg that sank the doggone Titanic. Just... wow.

What a way to end an episode, with Flo's little bombshell/half-confession dropped on Dam Dumb. Hahaha. :)

Now to read some comments!

Ohhh, I see the Sabrina age question has been answered. Thanks!

Stephe,

I'm penciling you in as a definite maybe at the Alfonsina table.

Carlos

Okeedokee, Carlos. And I will say that your presence at the table has a lot to do with me sitting down at it too. :)

Fina needs to start straightening her act up and I'm trying to give her a chance to do it (the chance Augie NEVER GOT, yeah, I'm still pithed), but if she doesn't get it together, and soon... *insert Anvil of Doom music here*

Hehehe. :)

Gosh, you guys actually make the Alfonsina table sound like the place to be...I'm tempted...but that arm holding the pistol in the avances looked mighty ragged, so I think IT'S HORACIO TIME. I'm setting up a card table in the corner with one last pitcher of Tequila Sunrises...or Sundowns, as the case may be.

Dolores table, you can have our extra forks.

Blue Lass, you may be talking truth! It almost looks like way back in the 90s with DALLAS and who shot J.R.!

*gasp*

Stephe, so glad to hear from you again! I love your rants.

Oooooh, Carlos, I've had that Bitter Widow drink and it is delicious! Nice choice amigo, but I'm still not coming to the Alfonsina table. Maybe you could slip in a twist of habanero instead of orange just for fun? I will wave to you and Stephe from the Mourning Guido table.
