Amores Verdaderos #26 Thu 12/13/12 The Perils of Ms Vikki or Dudley Do Right Takes a Fall
Before I start this recap I want to explain the titles. I am a huge fan of Silent Films, in any language, and what struck me about Ms Vikki in this epi, was she was a lot like the woman in the Perils of Pauline. Men in these film shorts, always thought Pauline needed saving, but actually Pauline ended up saving them. Dudley Do Right, is of course the cartoon. Our Angel is alot like him, except of course he does save the woman every time, and he has a brain. But his good deeds reminded me so much of Dudley Do Right. Now on to the recap.
We open this epi, with the rain, pelting down and our Angel chopping that wet wood. He is determined though to make sure his charge stays warm and dry during this storm. He takes off his belt to secure the pieces of wood and that theystay together so they don't go slip slidin' down that slippery slope, but of course, he didn't think he would be the one to do so. So down he goes, head over heels into this stormy rio, and what happens, you ask? Well, he gets caught by a rock, with his arm, it seems trapped. He is in an awful lot of pain and is grunting so. Then to top it all off, the tree on the bank is struck by lightening and wouldn't ya know it, it catches on fire. Well, the Angel is looking up, and as he does, here comes that flaming tree, falling right on top of him. He is still caught under it, but thank goodness the water washes onto the tree and puts that fire out. We don't want to see our Angel turned into barbeque just sayin'. Anyhoo, he tries to call for help, you can tell he is cold and is going into shock and of course he loses consciousness. What happens next you ask? I'll get to that.
Meantime, Ms Vikki is in the house, safe and dry, but very worried for the Angel, he isn't back yet you see. She is wondering what has happened to him. So what does she do you ask? I'll get to that too.
Nikki and her Grandpapa Anibal are going to see Commandante Robles, at headquarters to give him a statement about the kidnapping so they can catch the dirt balls who had the audacity to kidnap his granddaughter, and oh, by the way, Anibal tells Nikki, give Kendra Ferretti a ringy dingy so she can give her statement too. Ruh Roh.
Polita is about to go out, she has her regular clothes on, and Lili is in the kitchen and has brought a plant, and Polita has told Lili about her Papi being off with Ms Vikki, when Lili gets a pain in her stomach and says it has to do with her Papi. Polita evidently is on her way to where Ms Vikki is, and tells Lili that it must be true that the Angel could be in trouble, cause that's what they believe in her village, when someone feels something is happening it usually is.
Nell-son (Thanks to whoever came up with this name for him) and Dances With Sunglasses are at Meta Imagen, and of course, ole Nell-son is havin' a bad day. He can't get ahold of his wife or Kendho it seems. Kendho is late and they have stopped either shooting the commerical or a photo shoot for the Agua account and wifey pooh hasn't picked up the phone. Well Nell-son calls Tomasina to ask if she's heard from his wife. Tomasina hasn't heard from her, but Nell-son tells her if she calls, he'll be late due to a problem at the office. Dances thinks their little honeymoon may be ruined, but he doesn't even want to joke bout that. Also Dances with Sunglasses reminds Nell-son the signal out in Valle del Bravo is scant at best. He tells Tomasina to give Ms Vikki the message. Now there is a buzz from Lucinda, Nell-son's secretary telling him Kendho is there and he tells her to have her come into his office. Dances wants to know if he wants him to stay, after all they could do the down and dirty, er, you know, but Nell-son assures him, ain't happenin. No way. No how. Thank goodness, cause my eyes just couldn't take it, just sayin'. So Kendho comes in the office and Dances leaves Nell-son alone with Kendho, big mistake, jus' sayin'. Anyways, Nell-son is giving her hell about not showing up on time, being unprofessional, keeping the client waiting, blah, blah, but she has a good reason she says. Odette Longoria offered her way more money than he did to be the new face of her agency, doncha know. Well, Nell-son is not happy to say the least. She signed an exclusive contract and if she breaks it there are legal consequences and besides the company is losing money! Well, Kendho likes the one upmanship theory, so she tells Nell-son she can't be around him anymore, no siree bob, she can't cause she is, wait for it, in *love with his hairy chest, er, in love with him*, she can't be around him anymore you see. Oh, and she calls herself estupida for falling in love with him. Oh, my ears, they can't take the lies! So she tells Nell-son this is the end! We're done, can't be around you eva again, bye bye, hasta la vista bebe. When her phone rings and it is Nikki. So Nikki gives her the lowdown on Grandpapi wanting to report the kidnapping, she has gotta come down to the station, here's the directions, Kendho tries to beg off, but no go. She must report as ordered. Nell-son also doesn't want her to go, but of course she invites him to her apartment laterz. So what happened to the part of she doesn't eva want to see him again, didn't she just say that??? They need to talk, yeah right, I'll bet, we'll see how this goes later.
So we are back with Ms Vikki, in her natty rain gear, yelling for the Angel. She is slippin' and calling his name and he yells back that he's in the rio. She doesn't see him at first, but then she does and it's a Dios Mio momento. Ms Vikki, slides on her rumpus down the slippery slope. We'll get back to that.
Meantime, Chrissie, is still tryin' to call her manly man, but still can't get ahold of him. We know what's going on, but she doesn't. She is worried. In comes Bea, and Chrissie explains to her she can't get ahold of her man, and that she will wait for him to call her. Bea offers Chrissie the money Bea's Papi gave her, but Chrissie won't take it. Bea feels bad cause she hasn't given anything to the household since she and Guillo have been there. But Chrissie says no, I wanted you here, I did it from the kindness of my heart, not expecting anything from it, this place is huge, lots of room, happy to have you here. Bea says alrighty then, and goes to pick up Guillo from his friend's house. They also have a hug. Of course, Chrissie is back on the phone, calling her manly man, who still doesn't answer cause the phone is out of the service area. Chrissie says, Claro , of course, (Thanks Carlos) he's busy with that "old woman".
Back to the rescue of our Angel by our "Pauline" Ms Vikki. Well, after sliding down the embankment on her rumpus, she got on her back and slid face first into the rio, kinda yelling. She is scared of the water, after all. So the Angel explains to her, what happened and how he ended up in the water. She thinks to call Nell-son, who must be on his way by now with Dances with Sunglasses, they can help move the tree, but of course, she doesn't have a signal on her cell. I wonder if she has one of those new waterproof cell phones, jus' sayin'. Anyways, she asks where his radio is, but of course that is broken. The Angel has told her he is in a lot of pain, the tree is in the way of course, but he is pinned by it, not crushed by it. Of course she is on top of the log and don't ya think the pressure of being on top of that log would make it worse, jus' sayin'. And she cannot move that tree by herself. So what happens now you ask? He passes out, that's what happens and Ms Vikki is beside herself. Don't do this to me she says. No response. So what does she do? Well, she is channeling "Pauline" from the Perils of Pauline and says she'll go for help. She is also yelling for help as she is reclimbing that slippery, muddy slope. We'll get back to the rescue in a tick.
Now we are at the police station where Nikki and a very uncomfortable Kendho and of course Anibal are with Commandante Robles. Nikki is giving a description of the kidnappers to a seargent, a police sketch artist, who is sketching a pic of the kidnapper. They already know Espanto's name, but they are sketching the Archie guy. Nikki says the pic is close, but no cigar, and she says Archie is Filipino, don't know why. Kendho, is trying to fudge the sketch, he wasn't like that, in other words to throw the artist off, but Nikki is insisting. Nikki says she will never forget those almond eyes watching her all the time.Now Kendho says she's confused, especially after what her and Nikki went through, please catch the guys and get that money back. Greedy wench. Anyhoo, Anibal thinks these guys are the self same ones that tried to kidnap Ms Vikki. The Commandante assures Anibal he is gonna catch them, tout de suite. Kendho is lookin' muy scared.
Guzmancito is calling his sissy Bea and wants to know if she's talked to Daddy oh. Yeah, and she tells him about the money Daddy oh gave her and she feels guilty but Guzmancito tells her to keep it, and she can count on her bro too for her problem. Lili has come in, and overheard this and Guzmancito is getting off the phone. Lili asks if there is a problem? Well there is kinda sort a, what if a person close to you was sick, but you didn't wanna betray their trust? Well, Lili wants to know how serious. So Guzmancito asks if she's heard of bulimia? Well she says yeah, saw it on TV , but what she saw was anorexia not bulimia. Guzmancito says bulimia is an eating disorder, not the same thing, Well who has this eating disorder she wants to know. Guzmancito tells her forget about it, shouldn't have said anything. He goes and Lili gets that gut wrenching premonition pain again. She is praying to the Virgencita to please don't let this be bad.
Ok, back to the rescue of the Angel. Ms Vikki, in "Pauline" mode, is walking, er, straddling, like she has a pole up her rumpus ,walking on the floating dock. (Note to Ms Vikki, if you are that scared of this floating dock. get on your hands and knees and crawl, for a better balance, jus' sayin'). It is pouring rain and she is giving herself a pep talk, asking Dios to help her. She is almost at t he end of the dock, when we have a flashback. of a young Ms Vikki, on a leaky rowboat or dinghy, playing with a doll, she tosses in the air, and whoopsies dolly overboard and what does she do? Goes in after it of course, and has her hand on the leaky dinghy, lets go and it looks to me like she is floating just fine, but she screams I can't swim! Ok, so now we are back in the present and she is almost at the end, where the boat is, and whoopsie, Ms Vikki overboard it looks like. Did she go overboard into the lake? We'll get back to that.
Meantime, Lili is now calling her Papi. No answer of course, out of the service area. Polita is with Lili, and Lili says hope nothing bad is going on, darn this girl has good premonitions, and Polita thinks what could be wrong. Your Papi is probably havin' a good time with Ms Vikki. Ruh Roh. Well Lili isn't happy and asks what Polita is waitin' for. Nell-son of course so she can get going to the fresh air where her singing voice is better. Well, Tomasina has come in and put the kibosh on these plans of Polita, Nell-son is not coming, and probably will cancel and Polita, not really getting the point, again says well at least the Angel and Ms Vikki are having a good time, Lili is so not happy.
Back to the rescue. Ms Vikki is ok, no Ms Vikki overboard! Thank Dios for that. So she is telling herself she can do this, nothin' to it, she is doing it. She gets aboard the boat. She looks at the pouring rain and the condition of the lake. She starts the boat and pulls away from the dock! YAY! SHE DID IT.
Back to Nell-son and Dances with Sunglasses in the office. Nell-son is pithed cause Kendho won't do a reshoot for the Agua account, she is the face of that account damn it and she is wishy washy and causes him trouble at home and at work. Well, Dances says fire her then. What???? She is the face of this campaign and the client will walk if that happens, so she has him by the massive chest hair, er, short hairs so to speak!
Back at the station house, they have identified the kidnappers from the sketches and from a check of the computer. The first is Lotario Zamacona, aka, Espanto and he has a long criminal record. The second is Archibaldo Bringas, and he was just let out of jail after an armed robbery. Well, Kendho is "scared" she lives alone and doesn't want to be hunted down by these guys, she is cryin' and playin' it for all it's worth, doncha know. We know why they'd want to hunt her down, but Nikki and Grandpapi don't. Anyhoo, Nikki suggests a bodyguard for her super friend that was like the queen heroine in a movie , the brave one that kept it all together! Can I hurl now, jus' sayin'. Kendho doesn't want to be a pest. Anibal even thanks Kendho for all she's done. Anibal wants to know what's next? Commandante Robles tells him will send the sketch to all transportation hubs, ya know, trains, planes automobiles, you get the pic, and they will pick them up immediately! So it's confirmed? They did this, even to my daughter Vikki? Yeah for Kendho and Nikki, as for Vikki, meh not so much. Other criminals did that deed. The descriptions for them don't match the Kendho/Nikki 'nappers. So in comes another cop, who hands Commandante Robles a piece of paper and it is a report of finding Archie dead, after drinking in a dive, he was probably robbed, and they found him in a vacant lot. Kendho, thinks to herself, yeah they are enjoying MY fortune. Commandante also goes on to say these guys are lowlifes, couldn't have thought of this themselves, must have been a mastermind or two, if you get my drift, who organized this 'napping. Anibal says well he is putting a price on the head of the other 'napper for kidnapping his granddaughter, and Kendho is looking mightily upset.
Back to the rescue or is it? It looks like Ms Vikki is in the same position she was in before the boat scene? Could it be she just dreamed the rescue up? Our Ms Vikki is hanging on for dear life, to a twig from that ginormous tree, telling the Angel to wake up already. Do it for his wife and daughter, hold on, wake up. She is stroking his forehead beggin' him to wake the hell up, er, wake up. She doesn't want him to die. Well, she is screaming for help again. She is crying over him now, don't know what to do, don't know what to do, calling heaven above, send me an Angel, Send me an Angel right now! Well, someone was listening, cause of course, she DID go to get help and a doctor has made his way down to her and the Angel. The doctor, who is getting soaking wet by the way, comes down and does a sort of cursory exam and says the Angel has experienced a lack of oxygen and he must be released from this tree and water, sooner, rather than later, so he tells someone to come on down. Now here comes a bunch of guys in raincoats, with ropes, and they are also wearing cowboy hats and plaid, jus' sayin' I'm tired so please forgive the snark. So with calls of rapido! These guys get the log partially off the Angel and Ms Vikki is still tryin' to get the Angel to wake up.
Meanwhile back at Chrissie's apartment, guess what she is doin? She is calling the Angel for the umpteenth time. She leaves a message bout how she has called him many times, he doesn't answer and to call her back! When she hangs up she is watching, what else Viewerville, a telenovela of course. Seems there is a cheating huband on this one, and when isn't there one of them, who while the wifey pooh was waiting at home, the cheatin' husband was doing the lady boss, Ruh Roh. Chrissie convinces herself that this might could be happenin to her!
Ok, back to the men in plaid, raincoats and cowboy hats, having freed our Angel from that darn tree, now have him on a stretcher and are hauling him up that steep embankment.
Now Kendho is drinking some wine and thinking to herself if Espanto talks it will be curtains for her and Dances with Sunglasses, so she'll have to sic Dances on him. (Note to Kendho, he's been there, he's done that) when there is a ringy dingy of the door bell. Ruh, Roh, it's Nell-son and he wants to talk! He also told her that Anibal has called him and told him what happened at the police station. He hopes they'll be caught soon. He really wants to finish the talk. Well she ain't havin it. She doesn't want to come back to Meta Imagen and in fact tells him it is better if she accepts ole Odette's offer. He is pithed, she can't do this to him, all the money they have already spent on the Aqua campaign! What can I do to make you change your mind? More money???Oh, he would have to go there. Well, it's impossible she says. She's been through so much, doncha know. Was bombarded with questions at the station, hasn't had time to eat, was about to, does he want to stay??? Can't, has to go be with Ms Vikki at Valle del Bravo! You have to rethink this idea of leaving he tells her. Well she says just go, dont' keep wifey pooh waiting, what are you waiting for, go already! He thinks she is acting like a spoiled child. She feels he doesn't find her attractive, and that's why the pole didn't rise up, so to speak. Well, he ain't having that, no siree bob, doesn't ever happen. She says with her, not the wifey pooh right? He wants to explain, why bother, just go, she wants him out of there! It's so complicated he says and now she is Nikki's BFF. Oh and she took care of Nikki, cause she is so in lurrrvvve with Nell-son! Now he is kissin' her, oh, my eyes, and well that sexy music starts.
Back to the rescue. They have gotten Angel up the embankment with the stretcher, and his shirt is off, oh, la la, say ooh, la la, come on y'all, er and the doc is examning him. And the Angel is awake. Seems the Angel hasn't fractured anything or broken anything, he will be in alot of pain, from the bruised arm, the doc will give him something for the pain. The mud absorbed the log's weight some how, who knew? Oh, and he doesn't have to go to the hospital, say what??? Anyhoo, Ms Vikki wants the guys to carry the stretcher to the house with him on it. Oh, and they do have a thermal blanket around him. The Angel is being stubborn he doesn't want to be taken by no stinkin' stretcher, so he gets Ms Vikki and one of the guys to help him up and he stands up. So Ms Vikki and one of the cowboy hats walks him back to the house.
Back to Chrissie and she is having some hot chocolate with Guillo and asks Bea if she wants a cup, nopis of course. She isn't hungry. And what about you she asks Chrissie, too worried about her manly man she says. Lili comes home from work, all happy and cheery. Guillo wants Lili to do some magic. Laterz she tells him. Bea and Guillo go off, she is helping him get ready for bed. So Chrissie asks if Lili wants some hot chocolate, I think. Anyhoo, Lili tells Chrissie she thinks she knows why Bea won't eat, she has bulimia! She heard Francisco on the phone with his sissy talkin' about her "problem". Lili has got it all wrong, but she explains to her Moms what bulimia is and they vow to help Bea! Oh, boy. Well now talk turns to the Angel. Chrissie wants to know if Lili has heard from her Papi. No, so Chrissie thinks Angel and Ms Vikki are having a good ole time. Well, Lili says stop being jealous. Well Lili also tells her Nell-son called the trip off, and they should be coming back soon. Papi will be home before you know it! Chrissie is all happy!
Back to the Cabin by the Lake. One of the cowboy hats in plaid has gotten a nice fire going. Our Angel has come in dressed in sweats with a, I think they are called wife beater, t-shirts on underneath the sweat jacket. Ms Vikki wants to know how he's doin'. Much better he says. He took a bath, took his meds, feeling much better, though the arm still hurts. He tells her not to worry bout him. Of course she's worried about him. He hit a rock, and a tree fell on him, he's gotta rest. Nopis, he wants to make that grilled meat for her along with the cactus leaves, neo somethings, he tells her, nopis come sit down she says. On the couch, well yeah. So he awkwardly sits down. She says ever since the day she met him, he has taken care of her, now it's her turn to take care of him! The Angel wants to know when her hubby is showing up? Good question she says I'll see if I get a signal and call him. So she calls him.
And guess where his cheatin' heart is??? That's right, oh, my eyes. Not again. Why do I keep getting this scene each time I recap??? And what is that on his chest??? Is that a fur coat, or Kendho's hair???? Well he has answered his phone and Ms Vikki explains about the rain storm and trouble with the phone and by the way when is he coming? Well, can't honey, too busy, shagging, er he has bad news, and why doesn't she come on home now? And how is she by the by? She's fine thanks, for asking. He says come on home, and we'll talk then, and he gots to go, solving a problem with the shagging the top model for the agency, er, solving an agreement problem. She says it's ok, but she ain't leaving tonight, will come back in morning. She sends him besos. I really hope she has industrial strength Listerine jus' sayin'. All this time Kendho is just a kissing Nell-son all over that hairy body. Dude go get waxed, Naired, something, my eyes are burning up as it is, please dude, do something!!!!!! Anyway, now Ms Vikki is off the phone and Nell-son wants to solve this problem with Kendho, not only about the Meta Imagen contract but also with the bean pole not rising to the occasion so to speak. He'll show her, but he doesn't want Ms Vikki to find out bout them and punto. Oh, and Kendho is gonna give him a last chance to see how good she is. Oh, my eyes, They are not only burning I don't wanna look. That chest hair reminds me of a gorilla, and I just want to hurl when they mack each others faces, jus' sayin'. Okay, I FF>>> thru the rest of the scene, gave my eyes a rest, doncha know. Finally, commercial!!!!
Now we are back with Ms Vikki and the Angel. He wants to know what's wrong and by the way, why didn't she tell Nell-son about her brave act of heroism, by crossing the lake on the boat, getting help, getting a doctor to help him, the rescue.He doesn't get it. Well she tells the Angel that when she was young, she almost drowned, Nell-son knew this and if she told him about all this, he'd be worried. Meh, not so much Ms Vikki. The Angel says what she did was very brave, she overcame one of her worst fears, just to help him. He is looking at her very gratefully as she is at him. She didn't want him to die she says. He says that people say thanks for what life gives them everyday, but when it comes from the bottom of your heart it is priceless. He wants her hand, wooo doggy. So he takes her small hand in both of his, and sincerely thanks her. How very sweet this scene is, as they gaze into each others eyes. Each thankful they are with the other at the moment, and no funny bidness. Just great friends.
Meanwhile, back at the Balvanera manse, Nikki is texting someone and Guzmancito comes in and Nikki says how are you little ape and your planet? Oh please, He has come to give her info on bulimia, she promised him, she promised him she'd see the doc if he didn't tell on her. She tells him she is perfectly fine, thanks so much, he doesn't agree and wants her to at least read the material he brought her, Ok fine, thanks for saving her life she says, he's kind, please go away now. She escorts him out the door, and as soon as the door closes, she rips that paper up in shreds and says through gritted teeth, she is soo not sick. And she calls Guzmancito an idiota of course.
So now the Angel has finally gotten on the phone and called his wifey pooh. And boy is she pithed. He is using Ms Vikki's cell phone and he tells her Ms Vikki says that Chrissie called him before his accident. Although, he doesn't tell her 'bout the accident. Chrissie wants to know what he's been up to cause she knows Nell-son cancelled this trip and what is he still doing there with that woman and all alone with her to boot??? Well he is just following orders and he doesn't want Chrissie to be jealous. Ms Vikki wants to spend the night there and start for home in the morning. Well, she doesn't care if he comes back next year, and in her best Aaron Montalvo mode, that was Sergio Sendal's character in Destilando Amor, she flings that phone, it bounces off the headboard and breaks! Chrissie has one mean evil look on that face. I hope it never freezes like that, and this is where our epi ends.

Hi Y'all. The recap probably won't be up until Friday evening some time. Hubby had eye surgery very early Thursday morning and we have a follow up appointment on Friday so won't be able to work on the recap till Friday evening. So sorry this will be late, but comment anyway.
Madelaine, I hope your husband recovers quickly - keeping you both in my prayers.

Vikki wasn't able to leap into the raging waters, lift the tree and free the Angel herself, but she was wise enough to seek help and it appears as though JA was fairly unscathed from the experience. Whatever the relationship ends up being, it is developing into a deep, caring, trustful relationship.
The one tiny criticism I have is why we have to be subjected to rheumy-eyed Nelson's hairey chest during what seems like his and Kendra's interminable "love" scenes. Blech. Please, my eyes have burned less staring at the solar eclipse.
Poor Chrissy was beside herself which I would be too if I couldn't reach my handsome hub if he was away alone with another woman.

Was anyone else perplexed by the editing last night? One minute Vikki was starting up the boat and the next she was struggling with Juan Ángel's body again. I thought that I must have dozed off. Also, the CC's were for the most part hopeless last night.

they're showing this weeks episodes on Sunday again, from 2-7pm. I find it interesting that they don't have English captions in the first run at 9pm, and do at midnight and Sunday re-runs.

Is it just me? A man falls down a steep embankment and into a river. A nearby tree gets struck by lightning and falls on top of him. He is now trapped and in danger or drowning from the rising water and the heavy rain. Then a crazy woman comes and climbs on the log that has trapped him, thereby putting extra weight on the log that is on top of his chest. He is able to converse with her in a calm manner while in grave danger. She is able to remove his submerged cell phone from his jacket to call the paramedics. Five minutes later, he is up and walking around without a scratch. Hmmmmmm. I think this story might be a little fake. "I'm just sayin" (says Madeline). LOL
Cynderella - remember this is a "dramedy" It's not so much of a fake as a joke.

Ok, y'all the recap is up. I am up early, had to give my Hubby his meds. He is doing very well so far and everything looks good. He'll be resting at home for the next two weeks. He can't drive so I am driving his big ole truck, five gears, I love it!!!! Thanks to all of you for your thoughts and prayers for my hubby. We thank you very much. Yes Nell-son is the gorilita, much more so than Guzmancito. Nel-son, Nel-son-of-a-b!***, Nel-SOB, NelsoB.
On a separate subject, will Lili ever get a chance to look more sophisticated and less like 'tween bumpkin? She's not a contender for Guzman anyway, but the way she looks doesn't even qualify her as a candidate IMHO.

Thanks Madelaine, you've done more of a hero's job than Vikki with having to recap this one.
So they edit the crap out of the rescue scene to the point where it doesn't make sense, but they leave in the very long gross sex scene with Nelson and Kendra. The editor must be a man.

So now Lili and Crissie think Bea has bulimia. It should be a hoot with Crissie trying to help her. I'll admit this TN has educated me on the difference between anorexia nervosa and bulimia. Guzman should've been my biology teacher.

Thanks, Madelaine. May I add my prayers for your hubby's speedy recovery. I had a woman from Brazil as a student this semester, and even though she went through 2 eye surgeries for a congenital problem [the first of which lasted for hours], she managed to make up all the tests and assignments that she missed. I told her that she was one strong woman. As for the novela, it is amazing that Big Angel seems to have recovered quickly from his harrowing experience.

Madelaine, here's hoping for your hubby's speedy recovery.Your title is so right on the penny. But now I know how the coast is being cleared in prep for a real love between JA and Ms. Vikki. With that irrational jealousy of Christina and the infidelity of Nell-son which Vikki has already made clear that she won't ever forgive infidelity, they are just being thrown together no doubt about it. I too hate the illicit love scenes. yuck!!!!Can't wait till they get exposed!

It was nice that Vikki did the rescuing here, despite her fears. Her deepening, true friendship with the Angel continues to blossom.
I did feel for Chris and yes, her Sergio Sendel phone throwing fit was great. The previews looked great - can't wait for tonight.
