Caray, Caray!

We begin this epi with Angie leaving Santi.

Next we are in Ixtapa with Helena and Pluti at the pool. Pluti has got a shiny shirt on even at the beach, who knew, when they are suprised by Rebe, who knew they were there, she can't beleive it, liar, liar pants on fire, jus' sayin'.Now she tells them about the anniversary party for G.I and then she has something to say about Pluti in front of Helena, what you ask? I'll tell you, seems Rebe is going with the flow and remarks to Helena that Pluti is a great guy, big heart and Helena is lucky to be marrying the snake, er , nice guy. Pluti tries to play it off by being modest, hand kissing and hand holding ensue as Rebe continues to spew this soup. Rebe congrats them both on the up coming nuptials and goes.

Now we are at Fern's and Marcela's where Daniel has taken Jennifer and Kevin home. Kevin goes in the house giving alone time to Jennifer and Daniel. Jennifer is still pithed at Daniel as he tries to talk her into not telling anyone what happened between them, in other words, the hurtful things he said. He begs for forgiveness from Jennifer. He is really laying it on thick, she doesn't seem to be caving, and is about to go in, when he stops her and begs her once again. She thinks what he did was not nice at all. Yay, she didn't cave and he is pithed. She goes in her house.

Now we are at G.I. where Lucia is having a bit of a cry. In comes a depressed Santi. He tells her that Angie and he are done. He notices the tears on Lucia's face and asks her why she is crying. She blows that off. He tells Lucia he caught Angie with another guy, but she wasn't cheating cause the guy is gay. Well Lucia starts to laugh and cry at the same time! She asks Santi to forgive her as he stares at her with a hurt look on his face.

Eugenia is in the study reading a book, and taking her meds and Modesto comes in. Modesto has come to tell her he is going to Puebla. Eugenia understands as Carmen is not well off at all. This situation isn't normal and things have to change. I think Eugenia wants Modesto to tell Claudia what is going on, but now Modesto is pithed and he leaves Claudia in Eugenia's care and goes off.

So we are back to Santi and Lucia in the office and she is about to tell Santi that she broke up with Renato and why when that thumb sticking up in the air guy comes and talks to Santi about Angie in the bikini and Santi is not liking it and is Santi gay, I think, cause the guy was doing the hand gesture and they bleeped that out, Anyhoo, Santi tells the guy he isn't gay, and that this guy is a homophobe. Also there is a meeting Adri called and before he leaves he just has to tell Santi his wife is with the thumbs up! Santi not lookin' pleased.

Meanwhile Fern and Marcela are out to lunch and he tells her he got a job and it will be great for her and the kids. It's something to do I think, with hotel equipment. Marcela is very happy. Fern is a liar, liar, pants on fire. He wants forgiveness and she forgives him a little. Just a little and smoochies.

Eugenia is studying some lines I think, when tempetous Claudia bangs on that door loud enough to give someone a heart attack. Of course Claudia is lookin' for Modesto, and Eugenia tells her Modesto has left the City. Oh, for my mama Claudia says. Claudia thinks that Modesto has left Eugenia for Carmen, as if. Eugenia tells her it was for another reason, and Claudio miss ass/u/me thinks this is why Eugenia is upset, but Eugenia bites her tongue before she spills the frijoles about the real reason Modesto went to see Carmen. Claudia flounces out.

Next up the meeting at G.I. with Adri at the head of the helm. They are talking about the various hotels and hotels express, I think this meeting is about maybe more tourism options for hotels, as in drumming up some bidness, when the thumbs up guy says there is another agency that would like to do bidness with G.I. and they are interested in marketing tourism for gays. When thumbs up guy said gays, Adri corrects him and calls it guys, don't know why. Adri is so not having that at G.I. doncha know. It is a macho bidness won't do any service for the gay community and he even bangs his fist on the table. Renato, sitting next to him, just has very wide eyes.

So Fern the doofus, is in a cyber cafe and is looking at different logos on a computer,when he glances over at the guy behind him that is doing a logo. Fern taps him on the shoulder and asks the guy what that logo is? The guy says something he made up. So Fern gets the bright idea and asks the guy if he can make those clip on badges people wear in offices? The guy says yeah, so Fern is going to get him to make a badge for him, of that "job" he has doncha know. What a putz.

Back to the meeting at G.I. Marcela tells Adri that's all well and good but the market is opening up especially for lesbians, I think. Well Adri doesn't get that so Santi tells him it's not only gays, but lesbians, transexuals, bisexuals and transvestites. Santi also tells Adri not only that it is a growing market, but also lots of moola to be made to boot. Adri is still insisting, that gays are pronounced guys. Thumbs up guy says Santi sure knows alot about gay tourism, hand motion, bleep out and they are all laughing. So Adri still isn't down with it, and asks Renato his opinion. Que Que What, from Renato. Anyhoo, Renato says well, you are the boss of G.I. up to you. So the meeting has come to and end with a definite no from Adri on the gay tourism. Renato is way disappointed from the look on his face, but I have to say here, Lucia was also in this meeting and never outed Renato. Yay!

Oh, yuck now we have Claudia with Kevin walking and she wants a favor from Kevin, and what could that be he asks? Oh, want to play a prank on Eugenia are you in or are you out???? Of course, Kevin being Kevin, says yes. It's cause Claudia is sucking up to him and the poor guy falls for it. Oh, and don't tell anybody. If I were Kevin I wouldn't do it.

Eugenia is at the doctor's office, for a visit, for more of her meds, and he asks how she is doing? She says she is way happy to be getting back into acting and he asks her how her emotional state is. She says with her family life it's ok, except for her problems with her son Juan Carlos, Ruh Ruh, so the doc asks her you remember your son is dead right?? Of course she says, she meant the problems he had before he died are still showing up now. So the doc lets that go, and asks how it is going with Modesto? She says oh, that's fine, no worries. He's way happy to hear that.

So now on to CODA where Silvia is meeting with that nice lady that runs it. She tells the nice lady that her marriage is irrevocably broken and she is getting a divorce. She has moved back in with Helena, she tells the lady. The lady at CODA tells Silvia although this is a diffcult time for her, everything will be lots better from now on. Silvia is very emotional and can't see how that can be, but the lady from CODA tells her she is still young and strong and she will make it. Which reminds me of another song. Starting all over again is gonna be rough, so rough, but you're gonna make it. I changed the lyric from we're to you're, to fit the paragraph, lyrics courtesy of Hall and Oates. Silvia is crying a little but is comforted by the nice lady.

Of course, the next scene would be Bastardo, the jerk. He is telling his friend about what happened with Silvia and this is just a tantrum of hers, where is that fork, or the cast iron skillet what a jerk. What part of I'm divorcing you doesn't he get? Bastardo thinks she will come on home. Well his friend isn't buying that, do siree bob, he ain't. He thinks Silvia will be true to her word. Well Bastardo doesn't think so and in his fantasy world he thinks she'll be back! Oh, and I think by the way, that Bastardo's friend likes Silvia and is nothing like Bastardo at all. He seems to have respect, something Bastardo doesn't for Silvia.

So it is the cool of the evening, and Helena and Pluti are dining at the hotel and Helena has called Lalito to see how he's doing and he's doing great, with Grandmama. Silvia gets on the phone and Helena tells her she is coming home manana, and Silvia is a little worried and asks if Helena is ok, as in is everything alright with you? Well, Helena tells her she's a bit tired, but every thing is honkey dorey. She tells Silvia, nighty night and click. So after she gets off the phone, Pluti asks if everything is A OK? She says yeah, and now it's on to the wine and El Toro Poo Poo from Pluti about how he is toasting to the most beautiful fiancee in all the world. So Helena takes a sip of that wine and turns her head and looks muy confused.

Now on to Juan Perez, aka, JC and he is on the phone with Mimi, how she is the only woman in his life right now? Hope I got that right, and Mimi mentions it's like a song from Jose Jose about the past, lol. Mimi wants to know how it is going in Ixtapa, and he says he has been following Mendoza around, trying to get that briefcase to see what it is in it, like proof. Now JP has a dilemma, Mendoza and the French Chick Lili are checking out of the hotel. JP is hiding behind one of the pillars. That briefcase is almost right in front of him on a dolly with the rest of the luggage.

Meanwhile back to smarmy Pluti and Helena and Pluti, wants to get Helena's drunk on, cause he asks if she wants more wine, champagne, nah, she doesn't want anything else. Pluti is thinking Helena is preoccupied bout something and it can't be Lalito cause she just called him and everything is fine, right, right???? He says well with all the wedding planning he can see it and he can't wait for the wedding night, Ruh Roh. Kissy, smoochy. Then he'll be with her day and night. Now Helena says she wants to go to her room, she is tired after all and he will accompany her, doncha know.

So back to the check out of Mendoza and Lili. She with her French thanks the hotel, and Mendoza says lets go and there goes the baggage with the all important briefcase. JP is still hiding behind that pillar trying to figure out what to do, when he sees Helena and Pluti smooching. Now he's like the briefcase or Helena, don't know what to do!!!!!!

So now Helena and Pluti walking down the corridor of the hotel, one little smoochy for each step. She opens her hotel room door and way more smoochies now, he thinks he has the in now, so to speak. Oh, now Pluti is telling Helena she is his, all his. Can I whack him upside the head with that cast iron skillet, jus' sayin. She isn't really fighting him here, she seems to be about to do the deed with him, although they are still in the doorway of her room and he is really kissing her for what it's worth. He is gently pushing her into the room when saved by the fire alarm, YAY!!!!! So Pluti screams, and I mean screams like a girl, and grabs Helena and goes with the other screaming guests. Who knew Pluti was such a chicken, jus' sayin'.

So now we are back at G.I., Lucia is working in Helena's office and Renato has come to drop some paperwork off, and is about to go, when Lucia tells him to come back. She wants to know why he didn't say anything in defense of the gay tourism. Renato tells her the company has an atmosphere of homophobia, thought the bidness would be good, the gay tourism that is, but then saw the lay of the land. Lucia understands, but can't see why this is, in a way. He tells her if he ever came out of the closet they would fire him in a heartbeat. He tells Lucia he came out to his family, used to have a great relationship with his Mama, but not anymore. He is like dead to them. Lucia never realized it was this bad for him and he thanks her for not outing him to anyone, and he goes and Lucia cries.



So now we have all the hotel guests, including Pluti and Rebe, right in front of the desk screaming and yelling about the fire. So the desk clerk tells them, that fortunately it was a false alarm. Pluti and Rebe are really going off on this poor desk clerk. Helena is standing in the back of this crowd just lookin' at Pluti and she is so not happy. Helena turns her head and sees JP/JC and he gestures to her, from behind the pillar. She pulls him by the ear outside. So for the convo between Helena and JP/JC I am inserting what Paula put in the comments cause it was spot on and way better than I could have written it:

Juan: I didn't do the fire alarm because of Señor Sleazebag Lawyer.
Helena: Ah-ha! So you DID cause the alarm! How could you commit such a heinous act?
Juan: I did it because you and Pluto were going into your room. It was worse yet because of this place. Don't you remember that it was here in Ixtapa that we made love?
She does indeed remember, and that's why she "has a headache" when Pluto returns from screaming at the desk clerk. She also let JP/JC know that theirs is a relationship to prove his innocence and nothing else, but she does look very verklempt cause she knows that she still does love JC but is denying it to herself.



So now we are at Fern and Marcela's and they are having dinner with Jennifer and Kevin. Kevin lets Fern know that Jennifer and Daniel had a disagreement. Jennifer isn't happy. So Marclea wants to know if something happened between Jennifer and Daniel. Fern wants to know too, and Jennifer avoids this like the plague. Kevin gets a text from Claudia and Fern has grabbed that phone to look at it, and is all happy that Kevin got this text and Claudia said it was urgent. Kevin wants to text or call her back right away, but Fern, in his macho wisdom, tells Kevin, let her wait! So that starts a little arguement with everyone, when the doorbell rings. It is wait for it, Daniel of course with a teddy bear and a bouquet of flowers and Marcela asks if they are for her. She knows that they aren't so she has him come in, much to Jennifer's consternation. It's a peace offering, he says they are for her, she gives him the go to hell look, but then looks to the side and smiles, oh noes. So now Jennifer and Daniel are outside and there was a mention of Acapulco again. I don't know if they are still going, he wants forgiveness, and wants to know if she told her parents what happened between them. She hasn't told them anything. What happened was a big deal for her, not so much for him. He wants to smoochie her, likes her so much, wants to be alone with her, and she decides that she'll see him in school tomorrow and she goes. He ain't happy.



Now we are back at G.I. and Renato is still working and passes by Adri's open office door and goes in. The light is still on and Renato wants to know what Adri is still doing there. Adri says he'd rather be at the office then home alone. He misses Eva Maria really badly. He tells Renato, Eva Maria is the best woman he has ever met and loves her so much. Adri says it is the same with Lucia right???? Lucia is right outside Adri's office listening and Renato is about to tell Adri that he and Lucia broke up, when Lucia comes bursting thru the door, looking for mi amor!!!! YAY!!! She is gonna help Renato out. Lucia hugs Renato, gives him big smoochies, Lucia tells Adri so sorry but you know how it is. Adri really likes what he sees and invites them out for a drink, if they don't have any plans that is. Lucia says of course we'll go and takes Adri's arm and Renato is so shocked but very pleased by what Lucia has done for him. Now they are all at a club having a drink, Lucia is mi amoring Renato, and Adri tells Lucia that Renato is very talented, will go far and he is indispensible to Adri! Adri tells Lucia he once heard a rumor that Renato was gay. Lucia puts the kibosh on that and says Renato so is NOT gay,as she smoochies him and laughs. As does Renato. He is happy to see such a happy couple but is wondering where his Eva Maria is, he misses her so.



So now to the hotel room of Helena and Pluti has once again walked her to her room. She is firm with him this time, thanks for the company this evening and good night to you. He isn't likin it and talks about they are on the point of getting married, and what is the harm??? She is like, I'm tired, want to be alone. Finally he takes the no for an answer, he smoochies her and she shuts the door in his face. Ha!!!! He has that killer shark look on his face as if so close, so close and yet so far. Bah, Humbug.



So now we have Rebe in that penthouse suite, and there is massive banging on the door and she is yelling, coming, as she goes to answer the door. I'll give you three guesses who it is and the first two don't count. Of course, it is Pluti! And he is going around checkin the suite out and she wants to know what the double hockey sticks is up with him already!!! He is even checking the ceiling fan and inquiring minds in Viewerville want to know what the he is looking for??? He is looking for a cameras of course and we in Viewerville all know why he is there, it is the booty call of course, which Rebe is all up for. She feels bad for him not getting any from Helena, yeah right, she does the wolf call and the two snakes entwine each other and start macking on one another.
