Amor Bravío #116 (Uni 111) Wed 1/30/13 “Honeymoon Happiness, Pablo Loses his Anchor, and Yago and His Inner Child”

Past news in town:

Office of La Buenaventura:  Pablo, Mariano and Cayetano visit and Pablo tells Mariano that former flame Teresa sends him her regards from the wedding. Mariano explains to Pablo that Padre Anselmo, her brother, had already told him that Teresa was back in town.  Pablo takes leave in order to get back to work.   Mariano is happy that Cayetano did not reveal the breaking news of Pablo’s origins to Pablo.  Cayetano admits he still loves Pablo and hopes Pablo will not reject him even if he is not his real father.   Meanwhile, Rotten Yago and his inner child are eavesdropping (according to TN law).  They both burst in and inner child Yago complains that it just isn’t fair that Pablo gets allll the attention.

Luzma’s Room at LaMQ:  Pablo has a surprise for Luzma – Refugio!  She has come to care for her while she is in bed.  Pablo takes leave after Piedad comes to tell him Rodolfo is looking for him because Pablo forgot to give him something (money maybe) for the business at the ranch.

Random Patio at LaMQ:  Viewerville is subjected, yet again, to Rotten Yago telling Pablo the real reason for Mom and Pop’s divorce.  Yup, it was not because of Isavibora, but because of the new revelations that Rocio had an affair with Don Dan Monterde back about nine months before Pablo was born.  Yago goes in for the emotional slug and tells Pablo that he is not an Albarran, but a Monterde.  No puede ser!  Pablo is shocked and says this cannot be true because Mariano never said anything and he just saw him.  Yago advises Pablo to accept the news because everybody in town knows about it already.  In fact, Yago asks Pablo why Camila has been extra nice and treating him like family.   Pablo tries to make sense of this shocking news while Yago, with his sh$%eating grin further challenges Pablo to go ask Mariano if he doesn’t believe him.

New News of El Pueblo:

Luzma’s Room at LaMQ:   Refugio brings Luzma some creamy remedy to make her feel better after sitting in bed for so many days. Luzma asks Refugio if she thinks Pablo and Rocio will ever reconcile. Luzma admits she feels guilty for causing this rift between mother and son.  Refugio assures Luzma that she is not the cause, but that Rocio has other skeletons in her closet that have more to do with the current strife within the Albarran family.  She tells Luzma not to take on the burden of guilt where it is not merited (no carges con morrales que no te corresponden).  Yes, Refugio says, Rocio is now paying for some of her past errors.  Suddenly, Pablo bursts through the door and challenges Refugio to tell him if it is true that he is a love child of Don Dan and Rocio.  Well, yes, Refugio refuses to lie to the lad causing him to storm back out the door from whence he came.  Luzma, alarmed, tells Refugio to go after him because Pablo is so distraught.  Refugio pauses, calls on heavenly help and hobbles after him.

Downtown City in Chiapas: Our honeymooners tool around the town, arrive at a friendly little restaurant (acogedor) and talk about the happily ever after stuff.  Camila suggests they build a casita somewhere far from the prying eyes of Dio.  She also suggests another casita for Pablo and Luzma.  Dan tells her that her wish is his command.  She asks him to repeat that.   Then she says, she wants to be with him 24/7 (remember folks, they are newlyweds).  Dan says much as he would luuvvv to do this, he needs some “me time” so that he can work and be useful.  Not to worry Dan, Camila tells him he is “super useful (Wink! Wink!) and she offers to keep him so he doesn’t have to work. He can work with Pablo to administer the ranch since he is part owner.  Nope, Dan is sticking to the “me time” because he has lots to do.  First, he still has the gumshoe job of tracing Al’s emails that implicate Isa.  Then he is pulling out his resume so he can find work in his own field of interest, computers.  She pouts playfully asking how Dan can leave his favorite person alone to be with his computers and software.  He asks if she is jealous.  Not of the computers, but of the girls who work the computers, she answers and says that if there were any funny business she would have to kill them and him and that now that she thinks about it she is making herself mad.  Dan reassures her, urges her to breathe and they smooch and promise more happily ever after time together.

Church Rectory:  Padre Anselmo and sister Teresa visit with one another.  Teresa has figured out that Mariano was not at the Camila - Dan nuptials because he was in love with Camila and couldn’t bear to see her marry someone else.  Padre has a plan and urges Teresa to seek Mariano out and consider reviving their former relationship.  Padre approves of Mariano, says he is a good guy and he wants him for his sis.  Teresa agrees to look up Mariano and pay him a let’s-consider-being-extra-friendly visit.

Restaurant somewhere in Chiapas:  The honeymooners eat tamales and drink coffee and eat and drink some more.

Random field in Aculco:  Rafa and Viv stroll through a corn field with Aaron.  They inform him of their latest project – setting up a library in town where local children can come and read and be read to.  Aaron is predictably tickled at the idea.  They talk about how reading is good for the vocabulary, grades and creativity.  Viv adds that some of her fondest memories were having been read to as a child.  Rafa and Viv explain they will be collecting donations of books from all around town for their new library.  Viv will be in charge of the reading workshops.  Huggies between all community do-gooders!

Restaurant in town:  Nat comes to meet an already seated Dio.  He tells her he thought she would not come.  Nat tells Dio that their newly discovered relationship is difficult.  Pero porque, Dio wonders aloud. He has been instructing his attorney to arrange to “recognize Nat as his daughter” i.e. change Nat’s legal name to his name (if he can remember which one he is using right now).  No, Nat tells him not to do that, that she does not want his name and that she is not really sure who he really is.  Pero porque? Dio tells Nat she cannot deny him this opportunity based on what other people are saying about him.  He has demonstrated that what people have said about him is not true.  Yes, but Nat digs a little deeper and reminds Dio that she worked for him and saw things for herself.

El Hostal:  Amanda thought bubbles about how she misses Nat. She thinks that her only error was to try to protect her.

Restaurant in town:   Back at the father-daughter talk, Dio tells Nat to not be afraid to share with him.  He wants to know what Nat doubts about him.  She tells him about the time she overheard him talking to Sr Estevez about the signing of a contract for La MQ.   Dio answers ever so smoothly that he was only the intermediary between Isa and the developers and was never involved with the dirty biz part.  He purrs that he wants to give Nat everything that Amanda had never been able to.  Noble Nat returns and tells him she is not interested in his pesos if that is what he is referring to.  Purring ever closer, Dio says he is not referring to pesos, but to the love and protection he can give her.  Nat puts the kibosh on his krap and calls him an assassin who sent someone to Chile to kill Dan and he placed a spy at the hostel and and…….Dio denies some more.  He claims Omar and Braulio cooked up the spying idea and that he has no idea who tried to kill Dan.    In a final attempt to seduce her to his side, he tells Nat that he understands that she will need some time to erase her doubts about him and that he hopes that she will eventually accept him as her father and that his love will touch her heart (ese amor toque tu alma).  Fat chance Father Felon!

Isa’s Hotel Room: Isa tells Cayetano that she understands how he feels more love towards Pablo than anger.  But she urges him to tell Pablo the truth or their relationship will take a turn for the worse.  Pablo will feel betrayed by Cayetano.  Isa gives the example of Al; after Al learned the truth about his real mom, look how he turned on Isa!  He even accused her of murder – after all she had done for Al!  Fue una lastima! Cayetano is worried he will lose Pablo, but Isa soberly reminds him that he cannot lose something that is not his – Pablo is not his son.   She reaches for the old guy and urges him to get his feelings out with her because she cares so much about him.  She hugs him while she coldly thought bubbles her hopes to separate Cayetano from all those close to him so she can have him alllll to herself.  He looks a little flummoxed, while Isa hugs him closely.

Ranch Office at BV:   Teresa comes to visit Mariano.  They greet and tell each other how wonderful they each look.  Mariano tells her that her brother, the good Padre Anselmo has been reporting on her spying biz in Chile.  He would like to visit, but is on his way to meet Ana. Que? Teresa wonders who Ana is and Mariano tells her she is his eleven year old daughter and light of his life.  Teresa offers to accompany him and drops an unsubtle hint that she is not the same person as she was before – that she doesn’t sweat the small stuff.  Thank god, thinks Mariano while he says bueno!  They leave together.

Luzma’s room:  Rosario tries to call Pablo but is having no luck.  She gets on the phone with Ana.  They chat and Ana says she misses her at the ranch.  Rosario inquires after Pablo and Mariano.  Ana offers to look for Mariano and have him call Rosario straight way.  Luzma hopes that Pablo doesn’t do something stupid. Viewerville knows that Pablo is a sensible gentleman but secretly wishes he would flatten Rotten Yago with a right hook.

Random Barn at BV:  Teresa and Mariano continue reminiscing, or at least Teresa does.  While she talks, little darling Ana sneaks up to spy on them.  Teresa tells him she was heartbroken when Mariano was going to marry Ana Maria after just four months.  Teresa and Mariano had been together for four years and Teresa realized that it was the biggest mistake of her life to have broken up with him.  She asks Mariano if he misses Ana Maria and he says yes, they had such a short time together before she died.  Teresa tells him that she learned about this while she was doing her masters in London (TN law: Professional studies are to be completed in  London).  She says she should have come back to console him and now knows she should have given more attention to her sentimental life.  Mariano tells her it was just as well as he was tied up in his grief.  Teresa confides to Mariano that she was at his wedding to Ana Maria. Que? Yes, she was there with the idea of breaking them up so that she and Mariano could get back together.

Hotel de Hostility (Rocio’s Room):  There is an insistent and loud knock at Rocio’s door.  WTQ? She wonders who is knocking in this way.  She opens the door and Pablo blasts in. He wastes no time asking if he is the son of her lover (amante).  Errr, Rocio tries in vain to dance around the truth – what does it matter who gives you life, Cayetano loves you best, blah blah blah.  Pablo quickly figures that it is true.  Rocio pleads her case to Pablo – she was weak and is not perfect.  Pablo’s sympathy lays dormant as he points out that he begged her, his own mother to come to his wedding, but it was Cayetano, who is not his real father who showed up.  He says Rocio is the worst mother and that he would have defended Rocio through life, but now he never wants to see her again. He storms out and Rocio cries after him to forgive her.  The door slams and Rocio is left alone, a sobbing and solitary woman.

Random Barn at BV: Mariano is no puede ser about Teresa’s little confession. Teresa continues her tale telling Mariano she was jealous of Ana Maria. But, after she saw how in love he was at the wedding, she decided not to do the Mrs Robinson thing after all.  Mariano reminds her that Teresa’s career was always more important to her than he was.  He suggests they leave the past behind.  Teresa admits she wants to see if they can try to revive their relationship once again.  No comment from Mariano.  All the while, our darling little Ana is spying on the pair with a WTQ expression.

El Hostal:  Nat arrives and tells Amanda she has been to see her father.  She admits that she has her doubts about him.  Amanda apologizes to Nat about everything and Nat explains that she does not like how Amanda handled everything, the secrets and all.  Amanda promises to respect however Nat decides to handle her relationship with Dio.  They both admit they do not want to quarrel and they forgive and hug one another.

La BV Living Room:  Ana waits for Mariano and thought bubbles the conversation she overheard between he and Teresa. She does not appear to be too pleased.  They arrive and Mariano starts to introduce Ana to Teresa.  Ana deliberately interrupts and urges Mariano to call Refugio back because it is super important.  She passes by Teresa and Teresa says hi.  Ana pays little attention and barely responds to Teresa.  Viewerville suspects darling Ana may be devil Ana to Teresa.  Mariano hangs up and says it is urgent and he must excuse himself.  No introductions are made and he and Teresa hustle out the door.

Honeymoon Hotel in Chiapas: Dan and Camila arrive back at the hotel a little tipsy.  She enters the room and sees the stars and more champagne. She complains she will become an alcoholic after all this.  Dan turns her around and points out a surprise for her.  He hands her a little velvet box with a necklace in it and tells her this is for her to remember that is was worth it to have struggled for their love.  He puts it on her. She tells him he is slow.  He answers that some things he just does slowly.  Viewerville Dan fans find themselves imagining all that his comment could mean.   Their theme plays as they embrace…. divina tuuuuuuu…..

Santiago Chile:  Abe is performing a cryptic soliloquy for viewerville.  Viewerville is looking for clues as to what he is up to.  He swears he will find Dan in Mexico and that he cannot lose the little he has and that he has to save himself…. Hmmmmm, what can this mean?

Bistro and Bar in El Pueblo:  Pablo is having a crying in his beer moment about these new revelations of his origins.  He shoots some shots of tequila and cries.  Mariano finds him and tells him he has been worried about him and looking for him everywhere after Refugio called him.  Pablo tells Mariano he is not his brother, but his half brother.  Mariano attempts to console Pablo by telling him that a last name doesn’t mean anything, it is what is inside a person that matters and that Pablo has “much inside”.  He tells Pablo he will be his brother no matter what and that Cayetano still has love for him.  Pablo lets it out that it was Yago who spilled the frijoles and Mariano curses Rotten Yago for being so cold as to do that.  Pablo comments that Rotten Yago has always been jealous of Pablo’s relationship with Cayetano.  Pablo laments that he feels strange not knowing who he is, or where he belongs.  He is like an anchorless ship…. Viewerville groans and secretly wishes the recapper would refrain from corny clichés.

Cayetano’s Office at BV:  Cayetano yells at Rotten Yago for telling Pablo the news about his origins.  He tells him he has no right to have done that.  We hear Yago’s theme play yet again…the terrible injustice that Pablo, not even having the Albarran blood has been Cayetano’s favorite.  The injustice of it all !  Cayetano tells Yago to put a lid on this broken record.  Yago departs to soothe his injured inner child while Cayetano recalls Isa’s words telling him to tell Pablo the truth so that Pablo does not feel betrayed.

Helicopter ride over Chiapas to arrive at Honeymoon Hotel:  We revisit our happy couple as they discuss where they will  visit – perhaps the Lagunas de Montebello.  As they feed each other, the phone rings.  Dan asks Camila who brings a phone with them on a honeymoon. Camila jumps up to answer a voice mail or something and announces the call was from Mariano.  Dan breathes deep and Camila tells him to cool his heels as the call has to do with Pablo’s newly discovered origins.  They worry together about how Pablo will take the news and promise that they will be there for their newly discovered cousin.

Dining Room at BV:  Yago is feeding his inner child breakfast when Mariano finds him.  Mariano is angry that Yago was so selfish as to tell Pablo the news of his origins.  Yago retorts that he is in no mood to be scolded and that he has nothing to be sorry about.  He starts up his broken record them and says Pablo is the bastardo of their mother and doesn’t deserve to be the favored one of Cayetano.  Pablo overhears Rotten Yago’s words and confronts him.  Pablo tells him the path is clear for Yago to be the favored one, that Pablo is stepping aside and tells Yago how he has cared so much for his brothers.   Mariano tries to smooth Rotten Yago’s words over for Pablo, but it is not to be.  Pablo leaves and Mariano tells Yago he will never forgive him for this.  Yago tells Mariano it is their mother who holds the blame for all of this, not him.  Yago throws his napkin down and storms off.

Restaurant:  Cayetano is dining with Isavibora. He tells her that the divorce is almost a done deal and he is soon to be a single man.  He reaches in his pocket for THE LITTLE VELVET BOX. NOOOOOO, DON’T DO IT CAYETONTO!.  But alas, he says he would like to be with Isa and asks her if she will marry him.  The story ends for the night with a frozen shot of Isa’s perfectly mascara laden eyes pretending to be impactada.

Avances:  The honeymoon is over!  Who is that woman emerging from the taxi?!!

Hi All, Hope this does the job to report the capitulo. I made this one quick because I am have a gazillion page science report due on Friday. Thanks in hindsight to all my fellow recappers, UA - great recap twist with the news report. It was loads of fun to read. PdelBarrio - I love your personal sentiment. Jardinera - what a rollicking read with your word choice. 5ft - Knock the capitulo of the month out of the park tomorrow!

Good work, Mena, and thanks for getting this up so soon.

I am wondering what Natalia will think when she hears about Iago doing the big reveal. It's too bad she wasn't there to see his smug, ugly attitude because Pablo didn't deserve it. I just hope for her sake she isn't pregnant because she doesn't deserve to be taken advantage of by this vicious jerk who will cut and run.

Cayetano will not like that and Iago will not get what he wants: To be the favorite son. And Hissadora gets what she wants: Another son estranged.

Rocio is reaping what she hath sown. Que lastima... not.

Let me be the first to say this: For Camila to think that it's a good idea for her and Daniel to have a small house while criminal padrastra stays in the hacienda is hare-brained. She needs to cast out the devil now.

Great job, Mena! As someone who was frustrated by her lack of Spanish last night through all the talking, talking, yelling, let me assure you that this fills the bill. Thanks.

I sure don't have a prediction of where this is going. Sure, the legs in the previews for tonight have to be Miriam's, but the twists that this story line and others, especially the snatch of BV, will take in the remaining episodes are hard to predict. I am guessing Leo will play a large role in the downfall of Isa.

I wonder who falls first, Isa or Dio.

CindyL

Thanks for the reminder, Cindy. I hadn't thought much about that sleazebag for about a week and we need to remind ourselves that his new ability to read and write will bring new information to the right people.

Ay Mena - we would never groan at your Pulitzer worthy corny cliches! Love the title and the recap. Especially:
(if he can remember which name he is using right now) and
Hotel de Hostility

Curious...what is the title of your gazillion page science report?

Poor Luzma couldn't go run after Pablo when he needed her most. Let's hope he doesn't run into New Girl instead.

Thanks Mena, good luck on your report. I'm glad I don't have to write one.

Poor Pablo. I hope he doesn't pull a Natalia and stops speaking to his father. I don't mind if he stops speaking to his mother since I don't like her.

Speaking of Natalia, I'm glad she's keeping all the bad things she knows about Dion front and center in her mind. If the Scoobys and Osvaldo can get some more dirt on him, she won't be swayed by him.

Excellent recap Mena!

So couldn't Mariano wait until Cam returns from her luna de miel to text her the info. That bothered me as well as Dan. Abe needs to save himself from what or from whom?

Teresa is much more enthusiastic about reconnecting with Mariano than he was ...

I'm glad that Nat returned to her working brain cells--for at least now--and questioned Dio's nefarious ways and taking no crap from him ...

Amanda takes the best mother of Amor Bravio award -- just love her ...

Could someone; anybody explains to me with small words Cam's desire to keep Dio leaving in her and Dan's home just for the sake of her delusional mother. She should be thinking of ways to get him out of the house ASAP--like dropping a jar of salt in his food; pour water on his bed; cut the brakes to his SUV--but not finding ways to co-habit with this child molester...

The honeymoon was over before it begins ....I've bought my kleenex, my te de tila and a huge tub of double chocolate ice cream...let's the fun begins....

Myo-

They need the phone records that burned after Alonso's "accident" (Becerra working on that; we have to hope that the records are updated to include Abe's number) and they need any information that Leoncerdo can be persuaded to reveal once he can write clearly enough (Aaron working on that).

More:

Refugio saw them together at the hotel. Shame she didn't eavesdrop.

Natalia needs to tell everything to Teresa and Camila's friends.

What about the results of the autopsy on Padre Baldomero?

Finally, once again: Camila needs to kick the devil out and his stupid wife along with him if she continues to refuse to see the truth. I have no sympathy for Gussie anymore.

Renata, here's my take on why they want Dion living at the hacienda. They know he's dangerous and they worry that he could actually physically harm Aggie. They know what he's capable of doing since Dan was his right hand man for a while. And they know Aggie is always going to back Dion up until they can get irrefutable evidence against him. But even then, it's hard to say if even that will turn her against him. So they think that if she's living in the hacienda with many trusted people around, that at least there's more protection for her.
Also, Cam knows that she hated living at his apartment. She complained that she was lonely and isolated there.

I loved the recap, Mena, but it took me a while to realize it was up. It wasn't on the page I usually go to to find AB recaps. Finally I went to the main CarayCaray page, and there it was.

I chuckled over a number of your witty remarks. Two that I especially liked were "Rotten Yago and his inner child are eavesdropping (according to TN law). They both burst in...." Also, Dio proposes to "change Nat’s legal name to his name (if he can remember which one he is using right now)." Perfect!

I was a bit taken aback by how fast Teresa moved to suggest that she and Mariano get back together again. I would have expected her to proceed more slowly. Geez, they haven't even seen each other in many years. And Teresa knows that Mariano is nursing a thing for Camila. Go slow, girl! Give the man some time to think.

Wow, Dio really is slick and thinks fast on his feet. He had no trouble providing seemingly plausible explanations for Natalia's accusations. If she weren't his daughter, I'd fear for her safety. Hmmm...perhaps even though she IS his daughter.

I'll skip over the Albarran debacle and cut right to the avances. Is it possible that the woman whose legs (in sexy black lace stockings) we see getting out of the taxi is Miriam? It's hard to imagine that it's anyone else. Can't wait for tonight's episode.

Thanks, Mena, this is so very well done. Good luck with that science report.

I thought that Natalia did a remarkable job standing up to Dionysio and even confronting him with some of his crimes...but wow! Isn't he the smooth talker?

So Miriam is back? That last glimpse of Camila...first clutching Daniel's hand tightly and then all alone was so poignant.

Was I the only one thinking that Teresa was a bit too pushy with Mariano? And she showed up at his wedding with plans to interrupt it? Yikes!

Carlos

Excellent recap Mena. Good luck on the paper. We appreciate you giving us such a wonderfully detailed recap, despite your school deadlines.

Poor Pablo. Yago really rubbed the salt in, didn't he? I so wanted someone, anyone, to slug him. I'm glad Mariano eventually found Pablo and talked him down a bit. I'm also glad Pablo gave Rocio a taste of her own medicine by not showing any mercy or pity. I'm sure he will eventually, but it's nice to see her suffer a bit.

I feel a little bad for Cayetano falling into Isa's trap now that he's been so good to Pablo, but he's put himself into this position and refuses to listen to warnings.

I also think Camila is being too considerate with her mother (by not kicking her out with Dio), but she is her only family so I get it. The plan is to expose Dio and to get rid of him, but they haven't been able to do this yet, and Cami even admitted the other day that she's starting to think it will never happen.

It also doesn't seem like Cami likes living in the big house. She lived in the cabin before she married Al, and then only lived in the big house with him a few weeks after marriage before she moved back to the cabin. So a small house, with a kitchen and dining room (which she kept repeating she wants in the apt or casita), seems to be all she needs or wants.

Dan actually got them matching necklaces-- she's wearing the one with a 'D' and he's wearing the one with a 'C'.

This whole honeymoon seems to be a set up for a giant anvil which looks like it will hit tonight (Miriam?). Dan and Cam keep promising that they'll be together, forever; Dan expresses jealousy towards Mariano; Camila expresses jealousy towards other women (Miriam?); and Dan says he wants to go back to his computer field (his old life) and is looking for jobs in the big city of Toluca (meaning a commute and long hours away from the ranch each day).

Carlos and Juanita- ITA. Teresa was very pushy with Mariano. But at least there's no game playing with her. He knows what she wants from him. Too bad she got on Ana's bad side from the get go. She may want a new mama, but not one who hated her real mama and tried to stop her parents from getting married.

Cathyx, you’re right and that’s exactly why they’re keeping him near but in my vindictive way; I’d love to see Cam gets fed up with Ausgustonta and give her the boot if she refuses to see Dio for the devil that he is.

I’m losing all my patience for this woman’s condescending ways and her husband sneering and drooling unsanitary thoughts about his stepdaughter.

Myo-

I also think Teresa provided too much information there.

I don't remember Camila living in the cabana before being married to Alonso. I thought she moved into there to get away from him after she realized the marriage was a huge mistake. If she evicted the devil she'd be fine in Don Daniel's house.

Renata, if you are getting sick at the devil's salacious looks at Camila, don't tune in to UniMas in the morning.

Thanks Mena! It more than fit the bill :) I will also try to keep my comments short, though I'm dying to comment on every little thing!

ITA with thoughts on why Cam is letting Dio stay around. As they say, keep your friends close and your enemies closer. Also ITA on Teresa. Whoo! Girlfriend just lays it all out there hu?. But, yeah, it's too bad Ana heard what she did.

Big shout out to Nat! Recapacitó! Like how after weeeks of reflecting, she realized this is not cut and paste, no matter how much she wants it to be and knows that she has to think for herself.

Yago...ugh. Vivi, I thought Mariano was going to slug him when Yago called him a bastardo. Pobre de Pablito! I really hope he doesn't just refuse to see Caye, or that Caye tells him that's not what he wants to happen. And will someone tell Yago that Pablo's place in Cayetano's heart was earned? Yeah, he was the miracle baby that saved the marriage, but that was 20+ years ago. He's had tons of time to mess that up and he didn't, he just became more beloved by all. Because he's awesome. He's sweet and gentle and strong and Yago's such a pukeworthy piece of filth, I don't even want to type his name anymore! Someone please come up with a fitting nickname for this jerk.

Again, I wonder if Pablo will want the baby more now because of what he's going through, or if the stress will push him into NG's arms (if that happens and he forgives Rocio as a result, I'm going to have a problem. Rocio doesn't deserve an "I told you so" to Pablo)
I am so confused about Abe now.

I guess Mariano never saw The Office episode when Oscar called Jim and Pam on their honeymoon. Bad taste, Mariano.

Will Isa put the new ring from Cayetano over the rock she already has on? How often does one get proposed to while already wearing a diamond on that finger?

The avances look very emotional: the leg, Dan drops his hat, the tear down Camila's cheek.

Ana is going to have some issues, Mariano is trying to hold his family together, and he still needs to get over Camila. Not a good time for Teresa to hunt him down. Also, there are too many episodes left.

Who thinks that Cayetonto and Hissadora will tie the knot and who thinks someone will stop that?

Will we ever see Salomon Morales again?

Beautiful Mena, good luck with your science paper. Glad you reminded me about that scene where Pablo had forgotten to leave the cheque for the bull food. The way this story is going, every little blip in the action could have consequences. They wouldn't have put that in the story for nothing. I wonder what.

"Viewerville groans and secretly wishes the recapper would refrain from corny clichés." No way! Totally hilarious and much appreciated.

So about the leg shot in the courtyard, I'm guessing Miriam surfaces, but not until tomorrow night. This is a major cliffhanger and I would bet money they won't reveal tonight, just tease us along a bit more til the weekend.

Curious that Abe is sweating bullets about his well-being. A guilty guy.

Loved that Nati is showing us the intelligence and integrity she started out with. A credit to her mom and her upbringing.

—Agnes in NJ

Thank you, Mena, for a great job. What devotion when you have other obligations -- our recappers are great.

So Teresa and Mariano have some possibilities, with Ana in the middle wishing that Camila were available. I agree that Teresa was certainly direct!

I have this feeling -- truly not a spoiler -- that once Cayetano loses everything, he and Rocio have the opportunity to rebuild their lives on a different kind of footing. Or, they could both get wiped out in the carnage of Isadora! But I can't help but feel that there is some redemption for those two as a couple.

When the leg appeared getting out of car in the previews, I almost fainted. I've figured that Miriam's return, if indeed it happened, would take some of the story back to Chile. Miriam, Abram and a possible child in Mexico, at Malquerida. Wow! The possibilities are endless and heartbreaking.

Abram has to save himself from having falsified Miriam's death and framed Daniel for murder??? Does that sound right? His work history is gone, presumably because he abused his power as a police officer.

Good for Natalia, thinking logically and for herself.

Re: Abe. Flaco's guess: he's run out of money.

Mena: love the recap.

Fav lines: “(TN law: Professional studies are to be completed in London).” “Viewerville groans and secretly wishes the recapper would refrain from corny clichés.”

Teresa and the small stuff. Wonder what that’s about? And being in back of the church when Mariano was marrying Maria in order to break them up? She definitely has a little bit of a dark side (or had—let’s hope.)

Hope Ana does not start to resent Luz because Nana is staying with her. It is kind of hard for Ana to “lose” all her mother figures.

I’m tired of the honeymoon.

Dan seems to have problems fastening and unfastening necklaces. Must be those big hands.

Really, Iago. Pablo and knows he’s not Caye’s blood. So now that means that, by magic, Caye no longer cares for Pablo and decides Iago is his favorite son (and completely forgets that Mariano is probably next in line for that honor, anyway).

I thought Isa was truly “impactada”. Of course, she was faking it. Duh!

Tonight’s ep is going to be one of those uncomfortable ones. One where I don’t want to watch because everything changes (like Luz’s rape ep).

Quick question—does anybody know if La Malquerida is the same as Hacienda La Gavia where the old Destinos program took place? Those weird moorish zigzags look awfully familiar. —Agnes in NJ

CindyL: “I am guessing Leo will play a large role in the downfall of Isa. “---that’s been Flaco’s guess all along (btw-posting for F because he’s super busy and I’m not).

Cathyx: “Speaking of Natalia, I'm glad she's keeping all the bad things she knows about Dion front and center in her mind. If the Scoobys and Osvaldo can get some more dirt on him, she won't be swayed by him.”—amen to that.

Juanita: so true about Teresa moving awfully fast (come to think of it, Mariano moved kind of fast with Cam). I wonder if Teresa is as nice/good as we thought.

Vivi: Dan actually got them matching necklaces-- she's wearing the one with a 'D' and he's wearing the one with a 'C'. “---I thought that’s what they were and was looking to see who was wearing what letter. My TV is sooo small. My next major purchase: a nice medium sized (for my small apartment) flat screen.

Speaking of engagement rings. I noticed at the wedding ceremony that Cam was wearing one and I don’t remember Dan giving her one.

Agnes- I haven't seen Destinos, but a few people here who have say it's the same hacienda, so Cayetano should feel at home there.

Nanette- Also noticed the ring. One of the things they didn't show us that happened in the week of the wedding preparations. I guess they figured the real proposal happened with the necklace, and since there was no formal pedida de mano (since Gussy refused) there was no need to show it. In my imagination, I see Dan pulling it out as they have one of their campfire canoodling sessions by the lake.

Nanette- If things turn out as we think they will tonight, you might be wishing for the happier times of the honeymoon. In fact, I think that's exactly why they are giving us a ton of Dan-Cam peaceful lovey dovey time, since it looks like heartbreak and separation are in the near future.

OMG!!! Cayetano is Ramòn! Wow. [slaps forehead and says "duh"] Thanks Vivi (our Vivi)

Nice to see Natalia prove herself to be smarter than Dionisio likes his women. Hopefully she uses those smarts when dealing with Yago.

But lucky for Hissa, Cayetano is exactly as dumb as she likes her men. At least someone is winning (for now).

Tonight is yet another not-to-be-missed episode. Just saw it online.

At what point is it ok to start murdering people again? Because I have a couple people that should at least be beaten, and soon.

Kelly

Mena thanks for your recap and it seems we all enjoyed your "corny clichés" so keep 'em coming.

Best wishes with your report!

Mena - Thanks for all the details. Best wishes on your science report. I too loved "corny clichés" and also these gems: "Nat puts the kibosh on his krap..." and "Fat chance Father Felon!"

I know they want to make Viewerville think those legs belong to Miriam, but still I’m trying to think of who else she could possibly be. Anyhow, looking forward to founding out, if it is Miriam, why she went along with Abe.

Thanks all for the push forward!
As you can see, I am suffering from "monkey mind" and reading the comments and not working.

Just one IMHO ....

Teresa sure did move in quickly! And, there was not much chemistry between two people who spent 4 years together. Her comment made me think of our other Teresa (TN) in the church watching when Mariano and Aroura got married.. what is it with these TN Teresa"s?

Yucky Yago needs his own theme song ...suggestions?

OK, back to the job and the gazillion pages....

Mena- Ha! An ambitious dark-haired lawyer named Teresa with a first love named Mariano. LOL! I didn't even see the connection before.

Kelly - "At what point is it ok to start murdering people again? Because I have a couple people that should at least be beaten, and soon." Thanks for my good LOL moment for the day and ITA w/you. I want Iago beaten down and someone to wipe the smug grin off of Dio. Who did you have in mind?

I didn't see the avances, so I'm not sure how it looked when they showed the woman's legs getting out of the vehicle, but is it possible they could be Isadora's legs getting out at BV?

Cathyx, I've seen so many predictions on whose legs are those--from long lost aunt to nanny to doctor--but never Isadora ... whatever you do, don't miss tonight's epi for nothing ...

cathyx, the wardrobe fits Isadora, but the stunned OMG look on Daniel's face makes her unlikely. I really think only Miriam could have produced such a look on his face.

I think the legs were too thin for Isadora's.

Cindy

Ok, if Dan saw her coming out of the car, then it can't be Isadora getting out at BV.

Camila and Daniel should stay in the main house, fumigate the Isa/Dio bedrooms and redecorate it to their liking (while keeping touches of Don Dan here and there). They should build a little house at the very edge of the hacienda property and relegate Augie and Dio to that residence. Or if they prefer, let Pablo and Luzma take over the big house (take that, Rocio) and move into the cabin, with Aug/Dio's house at the opposite end of the property.

I don't like that the writers always have Pablo "drinking his problems away." They did it when Luzma broke up with him and now again. This is not a healthy trend for him.

Yes, Teresa should have been smarter, made friends with Ana first and keep it cool with Mariano and build up some interest in him. He moved fast with Camila, but Ana was immediately crazy about her. And the type of history they have (SHE left him) would, of course, make him leery of hooking up with her again - duh!

Natalia is still confused, but at least she made up with her mother. I believe her confusion stems from the way she was raised, because although Amanda lied to her about her father being dead, she hasn't lied to her about anything else and she has been raised to tell the truth. Surely her father (bad guy that he might be) wouldn't lie to HER, his own daughter?

Ay, Cayetonto, you're in for it now!

Karen- Without giving anything away, I think it's safe to say that Yago is at the top of the list. He might be a little too whiny and jealous to survive to the end. And Cayetano for sure needs a whack on the head with one of those clay pots they use. (An old one with cracks. No sense wasting a beautiful one on the Tonto).

Kelly

No, no, no; nothing made by Luciana of Refugio.

Hissadora gets off on killing; I don't think even El Diablo realizes how much. He may joke about it but he's never actually seen her in action. He was not present when she killed the padre or Alonso and he didn't see her cut out Leoncerdo's tongue. That last one might have rattled him a bit.

Thank you, Mena for a hilarious recap. I didn’t catch all the dialog between Teresa and Mariano, so I really appreciated your work. Some other favorite parts:

“Fat chance Father Felon!” Yay! Good for you, Natalie!

“Viewerville knows that Pablo is a sensible gentleman but secretly wishes he would flatten Rotten Yago with a right hook.” Boy, do we.

“Hotel de Hostility” A rather sharp contrast to a love hotel, I’d say. :)

“He reaches in his pocket for THE LITTLE VELVET BOX. NOOOOOO, DON’T DO IT CAYETONTO!” Good god. What is he thinking.

BTW, Dan-n-Cam are visiting San Cristobal de las Casas, more of a town than a city, but a pleasant place with lots of nice colonial architecture. It looks a lot more touristy than when I was there many years ago, but I can easily recognize that church and some of the other places they have shown. I hope they also visit the famous waterfalls in Chiapas and would really love to see them touring Palenque (Mayan ruins). The Lagunas de Montebello near the Guatemalan border that they mentioned are also really pretty, but would not be my choice over the waterfalls or Palenque.

My question wouldn’t be who brings a phone on their honeymoon, but who calls someone on their honeymoon. Not cool, Mariano.

The best moment for me was Natalie coming to her senses and hugging her mom.

The worst had to be the engagement ring at the end. I think Isa may have really been impactada, not pretending. It was all too easy.

UA, I sure hope we see Salomon Morales again! He could dish some dirt on Isa for sure.

Agnes, the hacienda in Destinos is the same. Those two story arches with the fountain in the courtyard in front of them and front of the chapel are all the same. They used a different interior, however.

LXV, LOL! I had posted something not quite as pithy, but along the lines of “OMG!!! Cayetano is Ramòn!” a few weeks ago. It was quite a shock to see that for me as well. Destinos was a looooooong time ago.

Destinos was made 20 years ago. It jump-started me into Spanish. I've love spotting the actors ever since.

Fabulous recap, Mena. Thank you!

All comments I might have were already made so well by others. All I have to add is that Yago has moved up on my hit list, that Camila should let her man feel he can be out of her sight enough to work at what he's good at, and there's no doubt in my mind that the legs belong to Miriam. We may not see her en total tonight, but it has to be her.

Great recap except for continuously referencing Ana as “darling little Ana”. She’s 11 yrs old, not 5 years old as that infers. As a 5 yr old her behavior would be acceptable as “cute and innocent”. Ana has been rude to both Cami and Teresa. Can you imagine how she’d treat them if they became stepmother instead of merely potential. Apparently she’s unaware that there’s not a whole lot of women in their 30’s wanting to take on an eleven year old stepdaughter. To most she’d be considered extra baggage.
Speaking of the Albarrans, I’ve had enough of the perfect couple Luz and Pablo. Having to continually feel sorry for them is draining and makes them boring. Pablo is unaware that the Albarran men has already cut Roccio and new A$$ hole so viewerville gets to swoon while golden boy finishes the job. Enough already!!

Thanks Carolina for confirming my guess about La Gavia. The interiors are definitely not the same. I should drag out the old VCR and play those tapes again. It gets a little tiresome with all the pedagogy, but not a bad story overall. Really heated up at the end and covered many standard TN conventions. Sorry to have missed others' previous remarks about Destinos—like UA, it got me past the baby steps in Spanish. When (our)Vivi said that Cayetano would feel right at home, I kind of went "Hunh?" and then I saw him clear as day—without the gray hair and a good deal slimmer.

I agree with whoever said the legs were too thin for Isadora's. And Cami was crying. But they may have collaged all those segments just to make us believe it was Miriam. We're all on the edges of our seats, and those writers know it.

Destinos online, for LXV/Agnes and anyone else who might be interested:

http://www.learner.org/series/destinos/

I really loved Destinos back in the day.

Mena, if this is what you give us under pressure, bring on more science reports.

Besides all the other wonderful phrases, and references to inner children, I liked:

Cayetano tells Yago to put a lid on this broken record. [Seriously, how does one do that?]

Abe is performing a cryptic soliloquy for viewerville. [Seriously, aren't soliloquies supposed to fill in and enlighten?]

THE LITTLE VELVET BOX--your reporting was sooo funny. I watched him digging it out. He's certainly anxious to tie the knot--I guess he doesn't have an incurable ED problem.

I got the biggest kick out of Isavibora convincing Cayetano that he should just let go of Pablo, he was never his in the first place because he's not his blood, while trying to convince Al that it's not who gives birth to a child, but who raises it.

Dio gave the performance of a lifetime last night...."He purrs"..[Please leave our cats out of it.]He was so smooth, totally and believably sincere. I would have believed him. Thank goodness Nati had privy to some of the bad things he'd done and rejected Iago's advice to go for the gold. HaHa..."Fat chance Father Felon!"

I dread tonight. I'm already crying with Camila.

Mena, thanks for a lucious recap. Great job indeed.

Carolina. Destino's was my introduction to Spanish. It was such a surprise and a shock to find out that Cayetano played Ramon in Destino's. I would have sworn I'd never seen him in anything before now. I Googled a list of characters but his photo is so small I can't make out what he looked like back then. Bummer!!

Yago did a "good" thing but with the wrong intentions. I say good because it was overdue for Pablo to know the truth. His mother and kept the secret for over 20 years for her own selfish reasons. Now his father and older brother was going to perpetuate the secret not knowing that Yago had evesdropped ended up using the info to his advantage. Whereas if they had come clean, it would have lessened the impact of Yago's words.

Lurker--We probably could have done the whole tn without Ana. To give her the benefit of the doubt, she wasn't rude to Camila until she found out she wasn't going to be her stepmother; she was rooting for a match-up between Cam & Mar. The only reason we figure she was necessary was to believably bring Roman onto the scene. We still don't know where that is going, but Viv is trying her darndest to bond with the boy.

Teresa did say some things to Mar she probably shouldn't have, but she thought they were alone. If Ana hadn't overheard her, the outcome might have been different.

Carolina--I agree with you, re who calls anyone on their honeymoon, but since he texted it, he was trying to be inobtrusive. Ni modo, it could have waited.

Nanette & Vivi--I noticed Camila's ring right away, too and wondered when she got it. I also noticed Dan had a hard time getting the wedding band on, too. Too funny, he has a hard time with clasps 'cause his hands are so big...

Anita - me too! I didn't see the advances either but my heart is breaking for all three points of that love triangle. The way SN cries though, her pain will break my heart. Sigh.

Didn't Dan and Cam exchange rings at the ceremony? Isn't that what Aaron and Nat gave them?

Foxy, try to visualize a tall guy with brown hair & moustache wearing plaid shirt & vest with tight blue jeans. He had a large role at the beginning. He lived at the hacienda with his sister Mercedes where he spent a lot of time on the phone calling all his siblings to come down to Mexico for the ailing papa to tell them something important before he kicked the bucket. He had an adorable little niece who sang the song about "un elefante se balanceaba..." Heck, I may just follow Carolina;s link and start watching all over again.

Foxy, if you open that link for Destinos I posted above, it takes you to a page where there is a pix of the formerly young Cayetano/one time Ramon (sorry I don't know the actor's name). It's the preview picture for the Mexico segment.

Anita, thanks for the clarification. I hadn't realized it was a text; I thought is was a voice mail. Sometimes I am so busy with the captions, I miss the visual cues.

Cathyx- They exchanged bands, but Cami also had on an engagement ring with a diamond when they went into the chapel. The ring is also very Cami-- simply and not showy.

That's simple and not showy.

Anita- Don't think I didn't catch your meaning about those bigs hands...

cathyx, They exchanged wedding rings at the ceremony. Camila was already wearing a diamond engagement ring when Dan put the wedding ring on her finger at the ceremony. We didn't get to see him give her the diamond ring; she just had it on without any explanation, though I suppose it is rather self evident. The first time I noticed it was during their wedding.

Let's just put that detail about where the ring came from with the details about Caye telling Isa about signing the property over to Isa, what happened when Caye saw Isa naked, and where the heck is new girl and what was her purpose being on the show. All details that were missing from our viewing.

I don't think the CdlF is acting when he's fumbling around with the necklace clasps. He's had a hard time with them every single time. I think either SN ad libbed or they wrote in the comments in this episode just for him due to his difficulty. Very funny.

Since Nat just confirmed that she's not coming back, and MQ is back in Cam-Dan hands, I suspect New Girl has the green light to be hired as the new "secre" (as Iliana would say). Add that to Pablo being in a funk about his paternity and Luzma upstairs on bed rest...well, I see plenty of opportunity for trouble.

Thanks for the recap! In these past two episodes I've learned two things: 1) Yago is a jerk, and 2) Cayetano is an idiot. I do hope that Cayetano's days aren't numbered now. I have no doubt that the mystery woman is Miriam. It seems obvious to me that Abe told Dio the whole story, or least his version because he doesn't know about Julian or Dio's involvement. But it's already obvious he had lied to Dan about Miriam being dead and relayed that to Dio. So now Dio will use that to his advantage so he can attempt to make the moves on Camila, but I doubt it'll work. It still creeps me out that Dio wants Camila.
--TF

cathyx, Good point. There have been a lot of loose ends lately. At least maybe the upside is that the action has been moving along at a brisk clip.

Carolina- I too think that little banter was ad lib. SN put on his necklace in 2 secs flat, but his slowness allowed her to cuddle against him while he fumbled with the clasp on her necklace. :)

I have trouble with those itty bitty clasps and I have small hands. I am amazed that Dan can do it at all. What great manual dexterity he has. Lucky Camila.

I just don't see the Isa's peekaboo scene as a loose end. She gave him a peek and left him panting for more. Mission accomplished. Nothing more to see. She just closed the door and finished dressing. He pretended he didn't see anything. She pretended she didn't know he saw her. I really hope NOT to see any intimate scenes between those two. Just thinking about it makes me want brain bleach. Blech!

I with you on the peekaboo scene, Vivi. I saw Caye take a look, pause, take another look, and then deliberately turn away, like an old-fashioned gentleman might. Then he looked really frightened, like an old geezer who hasn't seen much action in a while might.

But I understand that other viewers saw the scene as ambiguous.

I noticed the ring at the wedding too but figured the scene in which she got it got cut because it wasn't necessary. Surprising though since Dan made it a point in his first proposal (which was SO SWOONWORTHY!! I sigh just remembering it) to say that since he didn't have a ring for her, his medalla would have to stand in. Maybe we'll get it in flashbacks.

So weird, all this Destinos talk. I've been working on my second go around on the program off and on for a year or more. I haven't seen an ep in ages. Until last night! But Raquel is not in Mexico at the moment--so looking forward to seeing the hacienda, and Ramon--again to compare them with this TN.

I think Ana's acting like a spoiled little girl, which she is. I feel sorry for her now with all the family drama that's been going on. Maybe she was brought into the show not so much to introduce Roman, but to act as an antagonist for the Teresa/Mariano matchup.

Not looking forward to tonight. Though a part of me is glad we don't have the Miriam thing hanging over our heads anymore (I'm assuming it's Miriam).

TF: I'm not so much creeped out by Dio wanting Cam as astounded that he thinks he can get her!

Nanette: Good point. I'm afraid something bad will happen to Auggie on Dio's quest to get Camila.
--TF

TF: I fear Agustina is in danger. I also fear Cam is, too. Though I'm looking very much forward to the day she tells him "are you kidding me?" when he approaches her, he has that temper and may lash out at her.

I could see Dion thinking that if he could have something tragic happen to Aggie, Camila would grieve and turn to the big guy for comfort if Dan wasn't available any more.

Yikes! The Do/Auggie/Can anvil just got a lot heavier in my mind!

I can't stop listening to Tan Solo Pi do! It's making me cry and Miriam hasn't even shown up yet!

Cathyx: But that still makes him delusional. She has never turned to him for anything. She turned to Mariano the last time she had a major heartbreak. If Dio gets rid of anybody she might turn to before him, then there would be nobody left alive. And even then. . .

I think Dio making the moves on Camila is going to be the thing that brings Auggie to her senses about what a low life she is married to. I'm hoping she does something, anything to try to protect Camila from him. Otherwise, I'm done with her too.

And another thing. Look at the women who want Dio: a clingy, weak woman and a dangerous black widow type. Not one decent woman in Dio's sphere is interested in him--even his daughter isn't all that about him. I seriously don't get why he thinks he's every woman's dream. Or Cam's for that matter. It's not like there falling all over him.

Make that "they're"

Nanette, he's a narcissist.

Cathyx: I know. I just have a hard time with these type of characters. They start to become unbelievable to me.

I hate to admit this, but my father meets the definition of narcissist. So I know they exist.

I think most of us have met at least one narcissist in our lives. They make one shake one's head in disbelief as much as the fictional Dio does.

Nanette & Cathyx regarding your posts on Dio - LOL and ITA. His delusion is completely comical b/c she has NEVER wanted him. Unfortunately we do have to be concerned about Gussie as he won't hesitate to have her killed. But as Nanette says, the Apocalypse could occur and Cam still won't turn to Dio.

Thank you all for the information on La Gavia and Ramon. I would not have known even though I watched Destinos.

And speaking of Destinos, I enjoyed reading the reviews on IMDb. UA, you're Venus-25, aren't you?

I also wondered about having a Teresa character who was a lawyer, just like in the Teresa telenovela. But the Mariano connection didn't occur to me!

I don't think it was wise for Natalia to tell Dio what she knew about him, especially since he's a suspected killer. Oh well, if she gets herself in trouble maybe Rudolfo *sigh* will save her.

Aleta

About Dio's women. He's never been interested in any one with the remotest idea of what love is. He uses women for his own designs.

Here are the ones we know about.

1. Amanda. Dio probably swept off her feet and m a y b e, just maybe got pregnant before they married. In any case, she was looking for love. She was pretty sharp 20 years ago and caught his eye. Didn't she have a little money and the house in Aculco? Even if she got pregnant after they were married (and I think that's the way it happened), he still went about his nefarious business deals como se le da la gana. It's obvio that he was used to traveling alot in order to have all those passports Amanda found.

2. Isadora. He met her through Alonso and once they knew they were alike in many ways, sex was just an extension of their relationship as they plotted and schemed. Don't think love was in the equation for either of them.

3. Camila. Once he laid eyes on her he was smitten by some lust bug he mistook for love and he's the all-conquering hero who is going to sweep her off HER feet. The fact that Cam didn't give him the time of day and instead has had the audacity to fall head over heels for a handsome vato just makes him seethe and fixate on his fantasy even more--she's going to be his--Mi Camila (barf).

4. Agustina. We know he married her to be able to stay IN the ranch house itself and close to Camila. He thought he was going to become the Man of La Casa, and maneuver her through his manipulations, but she thwarted that--again his desire for Camila just increased even more. Meanwhile, he's disgusted by having to make love with Gussy and avoids it like the plague. His treatment of her is a mirror for how he really feels about her.

4. Other Women. He boasted to Gussy that he HAD had a lot of women in his time....

Looking at this list, Gussy probably wouldn't have fallen for him if he hadn't pursued her. She was comfortable as a single woman with Osvaldo as a maybe sometime boyfriend/comfortable companion that she might or might not have married. But, as she shared with Padre, she DID have needs.....so when Dio presented himself as one who could take care of those needs and paid attention to her, wooing her as a caballero, she fell--right where he wanted her.

No wonder he thinks he can conquer Camila once Dan is out of the way.

Gussy is the one most in danger. He *has* to get her out of the way in order to *get* to Camila.

Ay de mi, Dio should take a good hard look in the mirror, handsome as he might be to some--Isa was so right in mocking him as a potential suitor for Camila.

Carolina, thanks for the Destino's link. What a big difference in "Ramon's" appearence. He wasn't bad looking when he was much slimmer and of course being 20 years younger also made a big difference.
Our local library gave the series as weekly lessons years ago.

I've never met a narcissist, that I can recall, (thank heavens!) which is why I have a hard time with the Dio character. However, if Cathyx and Vivi say that CE's performance is realistic, then I'm going with it.

Neo does not want me to post. He wants me to pay attention to him. So I better go do that.

Nanette, I am the daughter of a narcissist. They are real and they can be deadly in more ways than one.

More tomorrow; I just got back from a concert and I'm exhausted.

I'm truly sorry for those of you who have had to deal with narcissists. I'm very lucky not to have known any.

Hello, I was really encouraged to discover this site. The cause getting that this is these kinds of an educational put up. I desired to thank you for this insightful read through of the subject.
