Caray, Caray!

　

Good Evening Ladies and Gentleman. We have a really great epi this evening. We have secrets and lies all that is missing is the video tape, and we have a surprising development. So sit back with your Baileys , relax and join me on the Patio as I dish the latest on our myriad cast of characters.

We open this epi with Cris and the Angel in Angel's room talking about Angel quitting his job, Cris doesn't want that. Cris tells Angel he is her whole life and the kiss that wasn't really a kiss, just a forehead smooch and a cheeky smooch.

Next we have Guzmancito and Pau and she wants back in his life, but she is still dead to him. He can't forgive her for what she has done, Angel and Cris come in, but go right back out. Pau tries to get Guzmancito to understand, but he isn't having it and she goes, while our wonderful Guzmancito cries his tears and we on the Patio, especially Victoria from Texas, wants to wipe those tears off his face, *sigh*.

Angel and Cris are back in the bodyguard's quarters and Cris is thinking maybe Pau and Guzmancito can make it up. Be son and mother again. Angel doesn't think so. Cris wonders if Guzmancito knows that the Don is his Mama's lova. Angel tells her to shut it already, the walls have ears round there and he doesn't want Guzmancito or anyone else to overhear that! Guzmancito happens to walk in just about that time and turns around to go back out, but Angel calls him back and Cris is gonna go wait in the kitchen.

Guzmancito and Angel have a bro convo and the Angel wants him to have a seat. Guzmancito covers his face with his hands and we just know he is crying. Angel tells him they are like brothers, he can tell him anything. Angel tells him he heard him fight with his Mama Pau. Angel also tells Guzmancito that sometimes we just wanna run away. Angel tells Guzmancito he had his Mama, and he loved her very much and she isn't here anymore. He wants Guzmancito to look at him, and when Guzmancito uncovers his face, the tears are just streaming like a river. Angel tells Guzmancito that he can fight with anyone he wants to, but please not with the woman that gave him birth, his Mama. Now Angel gives Guzmancito some advice. He wants Guzmi to go talk to his Mama Pau, hug her, tell her he loves her. She's his Mama! Guzmi just can't, not after twenty years of abandonment from her, he just can't forgive her and cries his eys out. The Angel gets up and gives him a big ole bro hug and tells him to cry, to let it all out, it is manly to cry! Guzmancito thanks the Angel and tells him he is like a Papa to him and thanks him. Pau has left the house and Adri is runnin' after her and calls her name. Pau by the way is dry, no soggies. Adri scared Pau by kinda sneaking up behind her like that. Adri wants to talk to the Pau. Pau thanks her for not giving her away to Ms Vikki. Adri tells the Pau she did that for Ms Vikki so she wouldn't suffer and also because Pau told her what she knew about Lucia. Now they are even. Adri doesn't owe her anything else. Adri's patience has a limit! Pau informs Adri it isn't what she is thinkin'. She comes to the house to see her son, and not the Don. Son, what son, Adri wants to know? Guzmancito of course. She is the mother of Guzmancito, Nikki's bodyguard! Dun, dun, dun!!!!

Angel and Cris are now in the Balvanera Kitchen talking about Guzmi. Angel tells Cris that Guzmi, who he loves like a bro, saw the Pau in the piano room. Cris realizes what a mistake she made by getting the Pau the job here. Cris really thinks they can make it up, the Pau and Guzmi right, and she doesn't want the Angel to be mad at her anymore. Angel says he is done being mad. She doesn't want him to be mad at her, cause he'll push her aside and then she'll die, she'll just die, he is her whole life after all. Big kiss on the lips this time, and Cris sees Ms Vikki come into the room and tries to prolong that kiss, but the Angel breaks it off. Ms Vikki greets Cris, and oh, looky here, Cris brought some candy from Cozumel for Ms Vikki, how sweet. Ms Vikki asks how the trip was, and Cris says fine, went with Kendho to the Fashion Show, didn't get to see Cozumel, wasn't there long enough, goes to leave cause she doesn't want to bother anyone, gets a kiss from the Angel and goes. Once Cris is gone, Ms Vikki tells Angel she is pleased things are working out with Cris. The Angel tells her not so much. Ms Vikki is like Que the Hell? They looked like they were getting along fine. The Angel says the relationship between him and Cris will neva be the same. Is it that "other woman" is what Ms Vikki wants to know. Yes, the Angel tells her it is "that woman".

So we have a scene with the Don, languishing in his bed, he had that infarto, ya know. Anyhoo, it is Nikki and the Boy Toy in there with him. The Boy Toy Roy is acting like he owns the place. The Don thanks Nikki for the presents they got him and Nikki understands he has gotta have his rest. The Boy Toy tells him to cheer up and Nikki tells her Don Abuelo to get some rest and kissies him and he loves her back. So after Nikki and the Boy Toy leave, The Don says to himself, that Nikki is the only one that beleives in him. His daughters turned out to be very harsh judges. Hmmmm, wonder why?????

Pau and Adri are now sitting on a park bench and the Pau has given Adri a bit of history. She has been 'splain' to Adri why Guzmi is so cold to her. Adri can see why, her Don Daddy had a mistress, and she never forgave him for that. Does Ms Vikki know this, Adri wants to know? The Pau tells Adri that neither Ms Vikki or Guzmi knows she was the amante and Ms Vikki only knows part of the story and not all of it. The Pau doesn't want to be judged and Adri can't beleive that the Pau has so many secrets and how can she live with herself? The Pau says they aren't so different. Adri is trying to get her daughter back, same as the Pau trying to get her son back. For the love of Dios, please don't ban the Pau from the house! Adri is conflicted cause she'll be betraying her Mama's memory and Ms Vikki, her sissy. So the Pau wants to strike a deal with Adri. Let the Pau try to get more info on Lucia, to see if the Don will spill anything, but it takes time. He isn't going to fork over this info anytime soon. Adri feels too much time has been wasted, she wants an answer in a week, in other words she'll give the Pau a week. Besides if Ms Vikki eva finds out that the Pau is the amante she'll kick the Pau to the curb and if Guzmi ever finds out the Pau is the amante of the Don, he'll neva forgive her! Dun, Dun, Dun!!!!

The Angel and Ms Vikki are still discussing the "situation" of the Angel. Ms Vikki gives the Angel some advice and tells him he knows how to fix his relationship with his wife, he knows what to do. The Angel starts to say something but Ms Vikki cuts him off and tells him it's just crazy to leave a marriage of twenty years, just to have an affair. She isn't meddling she says. He thinks it is great she doesn't want to meddle, but he doesnt' want to talk to her about it and to just drop it for their sake and he goes. Ms Vikki thinks to herself that the Angel isn't gettin' along with his wife cause it is that woman's fault! Tomi comes in the kitchen and hears the tale end of that convo with Ms Vikki and herself. Tomi wants to know what Ms Vikki is going on about? Vikki tells her its all about the Angel's feelings for that Opalina woman, that's her name, right? Right???? Yeah, says Tomi but hey, they are only friends, no benefits, just friends, and besides she reads the shells. Ms Vikki looks like Que Que What??? Tomi says she wants to get in touch with Opalina so she can learn to read shells and then she can tell Ms Vikki all about it! Ms Vikki is looking like, what did I just hear???? Hmmmm........

Angel has gone back to the bodyguard quarters and Guzmi is still there and the Angel asks how he is doing? Better, he's better. Angel wants to talk to Guzmi so they have a little chat, about Lili. Angel heard that Guzmi was at his house last night, with Lili! What is going on there? Guzmi assures him he thinks of Lili like a little sis, nothing more. Angel, big mouth, tells Guzmi exactly how Lili feels about him. She likes him more than a friend, like a man, and doesn't think of Guzmi as her bro. Guzmi assures the Angel he doesn't want anything from Lili but her friendship, nothing more, nothing less. Angel says he is assured now, but was worried when Guzmi went over there the night before and never came back. Guzmi tells him he only went over there to give Betty some pepper spray, the anti-leo detterant doncha know! Betty wasn't there, but he stayed to talk to Lili for a bit and as for where he was last night, he ain't sayin'. Angel can't beleive he won't tell him where he was the night before, does it have to do with the bodyguard code of discretion, maybe. Yeah, something like that. Angel can't beleive it, they are like bros, heck he told him he was like his Papi, that is so messed up! He really doesn't want to know the particulars of last night, but hey, Nikki came looking for him last night! So the Angel teases poor Guzmi and tells him, he can't tell him because of that body guard discretion code, so there. Guzmi wants to know already, when Ms Vikki comes in and interrupts. Guzmi wanted to talk to Ms Vikki, solo, so the Angel goes. Ms Vikki thinks Guzmi wants to talk about his Mama, nah, not so much, it's about Nikki. Ms Vikki starts to panic. She thinks maybe Nikki is visiting the procelin throne again or her health has taken a turn for the worst, but that isn't it. Guzmi tells Ms Vikki it's Boy Toy he wanted to talk about. Boy Toy is an idiot. Ms Vikki wants him to have some respect. Guzmi tells Ms Vikki that the Boy Toy keeps making comments about Nikki's weight, and Ms Vikki doesn't think the Boy Toy knows anything about Nikki's problem. But Guzmi keeps at it and says that the Boy Toy gave Nikki a scale, and if this boy is her future SIL, it's not helping Nikki's recovery. Ms Vikki sees the point, thinks the Boy Toy is reckless and even if he doesn't know about Nikki's problem, it's putting pressure on Nikki not to gain weight. So Ms Vikki is going to talk to the Boy Toy.

We are now at Cris and Lili's and Cris tells Lili she didn't know how violent Santino is! Lili is like what? So Cris tells her what happened with Kendho and how Santino almost hit Kendho! Cris tells Lili that if she hadn't come in, when Kendho was being pulled by the hair by Salsero, she would have been dead. Lili thinks they should tell Betty. Cris isn't so sure. She doesn't want to be seen as a gossip, but she also doesn't want to see Betty end up with another leo the low. Lili has a flashback about Betty telling her that the low one raped her. Lili thinks this is tough but is worried that Salsero is just like leo.

Nikki is on the new scale in her room, thinking her weight is impossible when her Mama comes in and takes that scale right away from her. Ms Vikki says she is taking it and will bring this up with Nikki's therapist. Well, Nikki needs that scale, poor girl is addicted to that scale. Ms Vikki tells Nikki she loves her very much and wants her to get better, and not be obessed with the scale or her weight. Now Nikki is very pithed and tells her Mama she regrets telling her about her bulimia. Now, not only does her Mama watch her, but everyone else does too, and she is sick of it. Just cause they watch her, does she think that will make her better. Ms Vikki is in tears and wishes she could be a better Mama to Nikki and to trust her she is only doing this for her own good. So Nikki is really pithed and says her Mama has no idea what is good for her and she is sick of this and wants to move out! Nikki really thinks her Mama wants to be rid of her so she can have some peace! That's it, isn't it???

Guzmi is in the hall and encounters the Boy Toy talking on the phone to one of his chippies. The Boy Toy tells the Chippie he wants to meet her, when can they meet and to meet him like he likes the delicious girl! Yuck! Guzmi overhears the end of that convo. Guzmi asks where Nikki is and the Boy Toy tells him in her room, but since Guzmi is right there, why doesn't he earn his pay and get the Boy Toy a glass of water, with ice, make it snappy as he snaps his fingers at Guzmi like he is a lowly servant. Guzmi reminds the Boy he doesn't work for him. The Boy thinks that's not a good attitude for a tacky bodyguard and Guzmi tells him that if Nikki is lookin' for him, he'll be in the kitchen. Oh, but the Boy hasn't dismissed him yet, doncha know! So Guzmi unleashes himself on him, where is Balzac during this, I'd like to know. Anyhoo, Guzmi doesn't have to ask him and The Boy wants to know what his problem is? Well the problem is the Boy. He treats Nikki like crap, he's an idiot, may be good at tennis but not good with Nikki, he can't keep talking about her weight, cause that's just stupid. The Boy wants to know if Guzmi is callin' him stoopid, well he is gonna wipe that smile right off Guzmi's face, so he goes to hit our Guzmi, who is way too fast for that Boy and grabs his wrist and bends it, while the Boy is on his knees beggin' for help. He is screamin' like a girl, when Vikki comes down the stairs and wants to know what the heck is going on here? So the Boy milks this for all it's worth, about his poor pitiful hand, and Ms Vikki wants to know why Guzmi did this. He could have broken the Boy's arm, sniff, sniff. So Guzmi says he was defending himself from the Boy and the Boy turns that around and says he was only asking for a glass of water, quite nicely, and Guzmi told him he wasn't the maid. The Boy is offended by his hurting wrist cause he wants them to know that wrist is worth millions. Ms Vikki wants to go to the home office with the Boy so they can talk. They go to go, but the Boy goes to get his cellphone and stares daggers at Guzmi. After they go, Guzmi says the Boy is a coward and a cry baby, lol.

Ms Vikki and the Boy are in the home office and he is just a whinin' bout that wrist. Ms Vikki wants to know if he'd like some anti-inflammatory or a bandage? He just wants some ice and he wants Guzmi fired. Ms Vikki tells him to calm down. Guzmi almost broke his wrist and his hands are his tools so to speak!

Lili and Cris are still talking but this time about Cris' trip, the beach, shampoo bottles she jacked from her room, the slippers yadda yadda when there is a knock on the door. They ask who it is and it's the Pau of course, come to pay a little visit. Pau asks how the trip was for Cris she loved it but please have a seat she needs to tell the Pau something. Lili asks her if she is really gonna tell the Pau. Yes, she is. She thinks the Pau ought to know something and right away the Pau thinks it has something to do with Guzmi.

Kendho is on her bed, snacking and not on the FF, jus' sayin', when she gets those pics by email, you know the ones from Cozumel with Cris and Andre and she chortles how she lovesss when things work out her way. Dun, dun, dunnnn......

Ms Vikki is so explaining to Roy about Guzmi taking care of Nikki cause she is sick. The Boy didn't know she was sick, ya think? So Ms Vikki explains that Nikki has bulimia, and the Boy actully smacks his head and says now he gets it, so much makes sense now. So Ms Vikki pulls some pics of bulimia patients and has him look at them. Seems this was an ad with a model that had bulimia and people were meant to see what the disease looked like. He gets it now. Ms Vikki also explained to them, how bulimia patients are obsessed about not gaining weight. Ms Vikki wants his help. Not to push Nikki to be skinny but just give her love and attention. He gets it now and how the scale present was so not the right thing to give Nikki. Ms Vikki has to tell him the scale made it worse, but now The Boy gets it. Ms Vikki also tells the Boy not to tell Nikki she told him. The FF comes in and interrupts. Ms Vikki tells the FF that she was telling the Boy about Nikki's bulimia, and the Boy is gonna go now. He remarks he always thought this was like his home and he was sooo right! He even gives the FF a hug. FF sends his regards to the Boy's parents. The Boy goes and now. The FF wants to know why Ms Vikki told the Boy about Nikki's bulimia. Well, Ms Vikki is mad cause FF told the Don all about Nikki's bulimia and she told the Boy cause he didn't know, bought a scale for Nikki and was pressuring her to be skinny. Well FF is pithed cause this could be a game changer and the Boy may not want to take Nikki off his hands, er, get rid of his problem, er marry Nikki! He always wanted the Boy for a SIL. Pot meet Kettle, jus' sayin. Well Ms Vikki doesn't care about that, she only wants Nikki's well being and if he dumps her, he dumps her, cause then they'll know he doesn't love their Nikki. FF is not pleased!

Betty and Guillo and Santino have arrived at Imperia's home (Santino's madrina) for dinner and it's fried chicken. Guillo is very excited about that but Imperia has a surprise for him and they go leaving Santino and Betty alone. Betty wants to know what the occasion is. Just something really important.

Back at Cris' and Cris is about to tell Pau this has to do with Betty and she isn't sure she ought to tell her. She just has to talk to Betty and tell her what type of man Salsero really is and Cris tells her what happened with Kendho and Salsero.

Betty and Santino and Santino tells him this is hard for him, cause he never said this to a woman before. Betty says but you didn't say anything yet. This is so hard for Santino to say. She removes his sunglasses and asks him to ask away already!

Well, Pau wants Betty to dump Salsero already! She doesn't want another leo to be with Betty, and this would be such a tragedy. This can't happen again.

Betty just wants Santino to say already and he finally asks her the most anticipated question in the world, "Would you marry me"!!!!!!!!!! We'll get back to them.

Ooooo, la la, we have a little visit with the Angel and Tomi. She has come to the Angel's room for Opalina's number and she is eyeing our Angel up and down, with his tight fitting T-shirt and his form fitting pants, ok, ok, I can sigh, can't I??? Right, back to the recap. The Angel gives her the number and Tomi is so happy to be learning those shells and she goes, and when she does the Angel thinks back to what Opalina told him, not to fight his destiny and not to fight his heart about what it has wanted for a long time.

Santino and Betty are still sitting on the couch, and Betty just doesn't know what to say! He knows she can't really marry him like tomorrow, or anything, but he is considering himself engaged to her as of this moment and will wait till she gets divorced and then he wants her to be Beatriz Guzman Roca, what does she say? Yes, she tells him yes as big tears roll out of her eyes, but these are tears of joy! So he pulls out two rings and she can't wear hers, but he is going to wear his. He is over the moon and so is Betty!

In the other room, we have Imperia reading a book to Guillo and he is so excited that Imperia gives him the book. He is over the moon.

Ms Vikki has brought breakfast to Nikki in her room. Nikki is in a much better mood and apologizes to her Mami and tells her she loves her Moms. Ms Vikki is like same to you. They talk about Roy didn't catch what she said, but they also talk about Guzmi and how Nikki needs to treat him better I think. Nikki is very accomadating and promises to be nicer.

The Don is still lounging in his bed when he gets a phone call, and it is the last person on earth, he expects. Viewerville is surprised too, but then again, why should we be surprised? It's the Odious one calling the Don. She is gloating over his infarto. She is just soooo surprised he didnt' die. NOT!!! She could care less about him and as a matter of fact wishes he HAD died. The Don is just shocked, I tell you shocked, that this woman has no compassion. She'll get her revenge she says. The Don doesn't really care what she thinks. Click. Odio is ranting and raving about The Don after the hangup and Estefano has come in at the tail end of this convo and thinks that the Odious one is just pithed at the Don because well, he did dump her, doncha know. Estefano thinks she needs just a smidgen of compassion. The Odio doesn't want to hear it and continues her rant against the Don and his family and she is ranting sooo hard that her perfectly couiffed hair is coming apart and flying over her face. What a "luke" that is! Perfect for her I must say.

The Pau and Cris are still in the living room at Cris' and Betty should be home soon. Speaking of Betty, she comes in with Guillo and Santino and Cris hustles Guillo off to bed so the Pau and Betty can talk. Now Santino did greet the Pau with outstretched hand but the Pau turns her back to him and is extremely rude to him. Betty walks Santino to the door and tells Santino she doesn't know what is up with the Pau, and she apologizes to Santino, no worries from Santino. As soon as Santino goes, Betty rounds on her Mama Pau and wants to know what the hell that was all about! The Pau tells her she doesn't want her to end up with another leo! For goodness sakes open your eyes and see that Santino is just as bad as the leo. Betty tells her Mama Pau she is so wrong about that! The Pau doesn't agree and thinks that Betty needs to see a therapist. Well, Betty is so not having that, and tells her Mama Pau that when the time is right, Betty is so marrying Santino. Shock and awe from the Pau and here is where we end this epi.
