Amores Verdaderos #169 Mon 7/8/13 Frankie finds himself performing live in 'Nightmare on Bruna-Street', Nil-Brains finally gets a couple good news, news which don't sound so sweet to KenDrat; Another false alarm for Adri; Bea's sad day
Nil-Brains in hospital bed, KenDrat all over him telling him if Anyballs tries anything again she will kill him herself. He says no need, once that letter gets to its destiny, Anyballs and Candy will end up in jail.
In comes Anyballs, telling her she doesn't belong here, it is the place of Nil-Brains' wife. KenDrat explodes on him, shouting 'how can you come here after what you did to Nil-Brains??!!' Nil-Brains asks her to leave, she makes it clear she is going to leave because HE asked her to.
Nil-Brains and Anyballs exchange challenging stares...

Roy visits Nikki, brings flowers, she makes him promise they are not from Chaparriana's greenhouse. He says no, bought them from the street corner stand. In that case, she is happy to receive them. Roy notes that the apartment is small like an egg, but she says yeah but i am so happy here. Roy says it shows. He notes how their lives have changed since they married. Anyway, what was it you needed to talk about so urgently. She asks him that they request the annullment of their marriage by church. He asks is it possible? Nikki says they never had intimacy so she thinks so. They will talk to a priest to get informed. She wants to marry Frankie 'por todas las leyes' (both ways, by civil and by church). She hugs him and at that very moment Frankie walks in on the scene... Saying Tantrum falls short of his reaction. LET GO OF MY WIFE!! WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE??!!
Previews: of course the photos made it to the paper in Nikki's hands, and apparently the press is not doing Frankie any favors. Nikki: Guzmancito the new love of this actress??!!
Frankie gets home and gets this welcome speech: You thought I would never find out or what??!!
Apparently Nikki forces him to take her to the hotel so Bruna can tell her the truth... but as they exit the elevator, Bruna is in front of them and asks 'Frank!! did you come to say goodbye??' (Nikki is not happy, Guzman is swallowing a tennis ball.)

KendaHo is as cruel as they come to have Espanto tell Adri her daughter died. But this was foreshadowing of JA finding out about the death of his and Cris's baby.

Like Diana, I didn't realize so much had transpired as I was bummed out Adriana got messed over by the ho and her accomplice (yes Mads they can't meet their doom soon enough for me), she hasn't seen the hot love of her live, and the wretched Gramps lived to lie another day.
I am concerned about Dances departure when we all know all types of stuff will hit the fan when he leaves.

Why are tn galans (and galanettes) so stupid when it comes to unwanted advances from the opposite sex? All he had to do was gently, but sternly and professionally, push Bruna away from him and say strongly to the reporters, "I am MR. CONSTANTIN's bodyguard on loan to Ms. (forgot her last name) for this ONE time and a happily married man." How's that for a sound byte, Bruja Bruna?

I agree that a lot happened, but none of it leading to the conclusions we are expecting.

Too bad she has fingered the wrong set of bad guys. What a total disillusionment is in store for her when it is finally revealed that it was her dear daddy after all (down, up, down).
They are running out of time to give Adri and Vicente an opportunity to come together slowly over this tragedy. I wonder if he even knows the outcome of the pregnancy. Maybe he kinds kept up with news of the Balvanera family over the years, especially since he ended up in the same city. OTOH, Adri spent most of her adult life overseas and only recently re-appeared. So, maybe he really did lose touch with her.

The writers are being coy not to give us any clue on Vicente's personal life. All I can tell so far is that he seems to like being a doctor. But did he even smile when he gave Nelson the good news?

I was struck by that foreshadowing too. This child lost/child found business is a zero sum game. Arriaga stands to lose as much as Adriana stands to gain. Or maybe he loses even more since he has to grieve the death of his biological child and the emotional loss -- to some extent -- of the child he thought was his own.
I hope Miss Vikki has already begun making a baby. The clock is ticking ticking ticking.

I think they hire Sabine for these roles because when she shows up in Full Demented Citrus Succubus Mode, the audience knows exactly what to expect. No need to write dialog -- just let 'er rip. She prances, she mugs, she paws, she leers. Hey, it's 169 episodes and counting and everyone is getting tired.
