Another good episode. I enjoyed watching Sucia squirm and Fab is tired of the lies already, great. Sonia/Sucia's anvil has descended.
Art- enough whining already, maybe if you stopped and looked at the video you would see that Isa was not responding to Javier, bathrobe and all. Gaby's beatdown was not enough for Marisela. She needs a few more slaps. :-)

 

Tablet, I still don't see a happy ending for Isabel on May 4th.

I've seen protagonists get killed off before, so it wouldn't surprise me if Isabel was taken out of her misery.

Art and Aranza are SPOILED BRATS.


 

Phew! Art and Ara! I still fail to see the appeal of Art! Wimpish, self-pitying, physically unattractive, and incredibly stupid! This is a romantic TN leading man? Not in your wildest dreams! This is the only thing casting could come up with?
And Ara, the worst spoiled brat ever, but then look at her father. A turd doesn't fall far from the horse's rear!
 

Anon, I'm so happy that Eugenia is not alive to see Aranza and Art become spoiled brats.

I agree with all the comments that Art has cried and whined and is hardly galan material. I don't mind a galan who is a little outside the box but any esteem I might have held him in has totally evaporated.

Ara was always on the cutting edge, clearly spoiled rotten and far from the sweet characters in similar roles.

Frankly, I don't care what happens to either one.

Conservative, I wouldn't mind if Isa doesn't end up with Art. He clearly doesn't deserve her. But now that she is pregnant, it would be beyond cruel if she did not live and get to raise her child.

Seeing Feo sitting with Isa, having her confide her joyous news to him was sickening. I can think of few scenes in all the years I've watched TNs to match the revulsion I felt.

Can anyone tell me how many episodes are left? I would like to see Isa and Gaby go off and raise their children together. Tita will take care of the orphanage.

Guess it ain't enough for Isabel to lose her boo and brat, her car, home and crack that head. Isa's having a brain injury and getting amnesia is actually not so far-fetched.

After my friend's father suffered a stroke and was lying in the hospital bed, he asked his wife, "What happened to you?" Turns out he was remembering her the way she looked 20 years ago!

Anyway---strong words from anonymous 9:04AM Sometime back, I found myself in the middle of a large crowd in the Placita de Olvera in LA. I was hoping to be able to see Blanca Soto as the last episode of Eva Luna was being filmed at the church next to the plaza. I didn't get to see Ms. Soto but I almost went deaf in both ears from the LOUD HYSTERICAL Screams by the women around me when the car that Guy Ecker was riding in stopped at a red light next to the sidewalk where we were standing. OMG! The women went nearly crazy just at the sight of Guy. He waived and acknowledged his fans and when the light turned green, he was gone but the ringing in my ears lasted for sometime.--- So much for the unattractive galan. I won't ever forget that moment.

Guy is an attractive man (for his age), and he was at his best in Eva Luna. Art is a weak galan, which makes him look less attractive.

As I pointed out the other day, we have a particularly weak crop of galans right now (and Octavio in CI is counted among them). It's not just this tn. Sebastian Rulli is hot, hot, hot. But his galan in Robo is very unappealing. It has nothing to do with the actors' looks. It's the way the galans are written.
 

Vivi, I asked yesterday when did this happen and believe you mentioned it started with Octavio in CI. I get everyone wants to get the same ratings and for me the only reason I stuck it out with CI is I liked AB and love Daniel but really hated the stupid. One, why did someone write him as an idiot and two why now all (even hot ones) galans have to be idiots and/or whimpering fools? Is that the trend?
 

Thought I'm not keep as close a watch on it, I think MA from QPTR is an appealing galan. He's growing as a person. Art has regressedIMO.

Diego on DQTQTQ is pretty good, too. (But that's been said already.)
 

Sara- Very true. MA in Pobres is FINALLY starting to grow, but he has a ways to go. And young Diego in Te Quiero is the best we've got right now. ITA about Art. He's going backwards!
 

I could not believe the hypocrisy coming from Osvaldo, of all people! When Art said he would never forgive Isabel, "Mr. I've-Got-An-Illegitimate-Son-from-My-Own-Affair" agreed and told him to get on with his life. Writers, do you even remember what came before in your own story?

Diana, I felt the same thing watching the hospital scene. When Isa asked Feo to kiss her, blech!I could feel myself physically draw back.

Aleta, that's terrible! She must have felt so bad to hear those words.

Fab may turn out to be the only guy in this TN with a brain. I think Dan is going to uncover all fo Feo's sneaky deeds on the computer including the video of Sonia. As I understand it, there is no such thing as a "deleted file".

And Art, the man is dumber than dryer lint. He deserves Marcela.

I felt sick watching Isabel believing all of Fernando's lies. Ugh!

I just realized that when I made my list of storylines that need to be resolved I forgot the Padre. We still don't know if Sonia poisoned him or if he actually had a heart condition and she killed him by her actions in the hospital. I guess either way she killed him. But if she killed him with something in his coffee she may try the same thing with Gil.

CS. When Bruno was telling Tita and Ally about what when down. Tita didn't want to believe it but Ally did because she is no fan of Gabi especially after she walked upon Bruno rubbing Gabi's belly at the orphanage opening. Her reaction last night is she is pretty fed up with the whole Bruno & Gabi show and is not hiding it anymore.
