Looks like Silvana has managed to insinuate herself into Pato's plan. A real "snake in the grass", so to speak, appropriately dressed in a reptile print skirt. It was funny when Sofía recognized Silvana's clothes as being from the day before. If she only knew . . .

I still do not trust Armando and Alexa together even if she is in her right place in the back seat.

Cynderella, this was beyond clever.

The title was spot on and you continued the trend with " Somewhere during the missionary position, Silvana declares her love for him".

I bascially wanted to cut and paste your entire recap. "It contains octopus…that’s all I heard before I hurled" and "Later, when Chava drops her off at home, she thanks him for allowing her experience new things...like eating with her hands in an a substandard restaurant" being a handful of favorites of others too numerous to mention.

You were on fire. This was amazing.

"Sophia quotes her "father Octavio”. Ripolls don’t feed parasites, he always said". Umm, really? That sounded very harsh and cruel – was she referring to Alexa as a parasite?

As Sil is stabbing Sofia in the back, and due to her fussing and feuding with her sibs, Sofia is fairly much alone. She better latch onto Chava for dear life as he literally is all she has.

I have a feeling Alexa is going to nail her shots. The attraction with Armando is growing and Irkme should be very afraid.

Why do such intelligent women like Sil agree to relegate themselves to second hand "side piece" status? Huge egos but no self worth.

Poor Miguelita. Time for Chava to do some magic and help Lucas. Not for the little reprobate's sake, but for hers.

I don't get the why someone would want to be a "side piece" either. Your life is lying and hiding. Also, if a man can call me all hours of the day and is welcome into my home at anytime, why shouldn't l be able to do the same? I am not hiding for any one!
 

Ok. I am going to bring up something that's been driving me crazy! I like Sophia (Marjorie), but when she "thinks of Chava", she gets a weird expression on her face. It's a cross between confusion and constipation. Also, when Chava thinks of Sophia he always lifts his hand up. He varies between touching his chin and not touching it. It's to demonstrate to us that he is "thinking". It's annoying and it's bad acting.
 

What's Silvania's reasoning and motive for hating the Ripoli family?

On Sofia: she obviously doesn't know that Patricio is banging her "best friend".

Third, I'm interested to see what Paco will do in this TN.
 

Conservative Demo: Silvana said she hates her because she's uppity. That's it. I think it might have something to do with her dead mother and drug addicted brother. She asked Patrick if Octavio was really a good man. Other than that, her reason to destroy Sophia is weak.

I too like that Armando is putting distance between himself and Alexa. I can't wait to see this photo shoot. I hope she doesn't have another panic attack. I really liked Armando reassuring Nando. I'm surprised that Irma didn't go off about the phone call.

I want to tell Marisol to shut it. Since when is it her bidness to poke her nose into her Mama's bidez, and then thinks Poor Lupe brought her "novio" to the house and she was going to disinfect her Mama's bed, really! No matter how many times Lupe and Chava have told Marisol that Javier could care less about them she still has her belief he's a good guy and that her Mother is a liar.

I didn't like that mob guy threatening Miguelita either.

I did like the Commandante's talk with Dani.

The parasite remark. I think Sofia was referring to Pato. I had to laugh when he kept calling Sofia treasure and she was telling him off, too funny.

Silvie wants to know all about Ocatavio. Could Octavio have been having an affair with Silvie's Mama?

I needed a strong drink of water too, after the thug threatened Miguelina. Lucas has got them both into a very dangerous situation.

I'm glad Armando has realized that he has crossed a line with Alexa and that he needs to step back. I don't think Irma felt any need to point out how inappropriate it was for Alexa to call Armie in the middle of the night. She could tell he knew.
 

I have say as much of a curmudgeon as Paco is, he is right in that fool Renzo's face. He has been the major stumbling block in Perlata's scheme of doing his Magnus Opus building scheme. Even if Pato would be successful in getting Ripoll, it'd be a cold day in hell before Paco would sell.
 

Madelaine, yes, Paco does not seem inclined to sell. Under any circumstances.

I can't see threats intimidating him either. Unless of course, they are against someone near and dear to him. Which leaves, well, frankly, few choices. Lupe and Sophia on the short list.

Not feeling sorry for Lucas, but poor Miguelita.

I hope the detective gets a bigger part. I think he and Lupe could be good together.
 

Cyderella, this was so fun! I just knew the words "walk of shame" had to be include! It looks like Silvana might need to buy an entire wardrobe of revisable skirts and blouses if she and Patricio continue their sexcapades.

Since Greta ordered Sofia to pay all of Alexa's debts, that means Sofia will find out what Alexa has been up to in Spain. We already know Alexa lied to Greta about how much rent she owed.

I'm also glad Armie is stepping back from Alexa. I hope the writers don't break up his family. For once I'd like to see a TN family stay together.

 

Xlint, Nando is not be Armando's kid.

When they were arguing last week she got a weird look when they were discussing her pregnancy with Nando.

Yes, that's true Nando isn't his kid. But I think Armie is a stand-up kind of guy and would still consider Nando his son since he's raised him from an infant.

Cynderella, thanks for another wickedly hilarious recap. I so enjoy your take on things, you are sort of the honey badger of recappers.

Do we really know that Nando isn't Armando's son? Somehow I missed that. He certainly treats him great.

I'm afraid that the folks wanting to buy Paco's shop aren't going to go away quietly. I suspect that more aggressive persuasion is in his future. At least he doesn't have a horse.

Carlos, if you can, watch last Tuesday's episode. Irma and Armando are arguing. He says something like you knew this when you became pregnant with my son. Her face changes and she almost looks sick. That's why I believe Nandito is not his. Watch it and let me know what you think. It's kind of like the day Paco ran into Sophia. But, no one has confirmed anything yet.
 

I haven't been commenting in a while but just had to now, your recaps are always hilarious!

I'm really waiting forward to Alexa's photoshoot. In DA there was a fantasy scene during it which was..really really hot.

I know Paco is never going to sell but I'm sure that they will make him do it. Maybe threaten or even use violence?
 

First Paco gets dumped by Greta when they were young and now he's being intimidated by gangsters.
