Madelaine, our dearest and most wonderful Madelaine, how we have so dearly missed you, amiga!!!

I am so relieved to hear from you! I have not been commenting much, but try to read all the wonderful recaps when I can. I have checked in daily just to see if there has been any word from you.

I have been in the midst of a huge move which has been quite fatiguing and a wee bit emotionally draining, but you know me...goodbyes are always so hard.

Still not settled in. You know the usual mundane things that we must address in a move. Today, I am facing massive plumbing issues in the new house the likes of which I have never seen!

However, 'tis nothing and I am sure I will be up and running with running water (I HOPE!) very soon.

We love you here, amiga. You are a bright and shining light. I know you will continue to burn brightly while you are getting better!

Hi Madelaine---I read this update very soon after it was put up. I was very happy to read that things are looking a little better for you. But silly me, right after I read your update and felt happy that you were on the mend, I went on to other parts
of the Caray blog and didn't see that there was a comment section down at the bottom. I found it over a day later or maybe it was even longer than that. As I said,
