Hasta el Fin del Mundo #76 20141102 Alexa Struts Proudly During the Walk of Shame
Patrick asks Greta to pretend that she is OK with Chava returning to work at Ripoll. Greta protests, but he asks her to trust him.
Greta reminds Sophia that she could still die if her daughters continue to disappoint her. They wonder where Daniela is. It's her night to sit with Greta and she is late. Greta thinks that Daniela might be at a bar with Annette.
Sophia chastises Alexa for making a spectacle of herself in front of the Ripoll employees. Alexa says that the rumors are exaggerated. That marriage was broken up before she even met Armando. Sophia tells her to be discreet. Alexa asks how do you hide love.

Matias agrees to escort Marisol to the boxing match if Marisol will buy the tacos.
Boxing Match
Daniela follows Lucas and Manjarres to the gym. Lucas is told by The Boss that the odds against Lucas winning are 5 to 1 and he (the Boss) has a lot of money riding on the fight. Meanwhile, Daniela is shocked to learn (from the program) that Lucas "The Pellet" Covazos will fight Navon "The Butcher" Ramirez. A guy sitting next to her hits on her and asks her on a date. He kind of grabs her when she turns him down and stands up to leave. Lucas spots her and shoves the guy out of the way. He demands to know what Daniela is doing there. Before she can answer, the guy and Lucas begin to argue. The guys punches Lucas and he ends up on the floor. The fight is quickly broken up. By this time, Matias and Marisol have arrived and Marisol is not pleased about Daniela being there. She declares that she and Lucas are now boyfriend and girlfriend. Daniela admits that she followed Lucas there in order to ensure that he wasn't returning to his old ways. Lucas gets pissed and Marisol calls her a stalker. Manjarres tells Lucas that he must win and sends him off to suit up for the fight. The Butcher turns out to be the guy who hit on Daniela. Lucas wins the fight. Daniela jealously watches Marisol run into the ring and plant a wet one on Lucas. She quietly leaves and goes to the hospital.

Patrick and Silvana are having another brainstorming session (sex) in the think tank (bed). Silvana suggests that Patrick sabotage Sophia's deal with the Argentenian distributor. If she misses the delivery deadline or if the product is received below standards, Ripoll will lose other contracts and that will bankrupt the company. Patrick wants to know how they would get around the strict standards of the Quality Control Department. Silvana replies that she thought up the idea, now he has to think of the way to execute it. If they go this route, Patrick will not have to marry Sophia. Patrick agrees that it is a stellar idea, but he wants to continue trying to discredit Salvador.
Armando's (Hell) Home
Araceli tells Irma that Nandito has been fed and put to bed. Irma asks her to spend the night, but Araceli won't because she has a job interview. Araceli tells Irma to settle with Armando because he is being very generous. Irma refuses to hand him over to another woman. Araceli reminds Irma why she is really divorcing. Irma says that she will tell everyone that Armando is a cuckhold. Nandito is not his. Araceli says that Irma will only make herself look bad. She lists out Irma's crimes, but Irma does not care.
Irma tells Araceli that she should be taking advantage of the fact that Chava no longer works for Ripoll. Araceli calls Chava and asks him to walk her home because it's late. When Chava comes, he tells Araceli that Sophia broke up with Patrick and that Patrick wants to rehire him as the Ripoll driver. Araceli begins to cry and confesses her love for him. She tells him that she has a job interview in the morning and that he's the only reason she's been sticking around that one horse town. Chava suggests that she return to Monterey. He tells her that he loves her like a friend, but that his heart belongs to Sophia. Araceli tries to kiss him, but he pushes her away.
The Bachelor Pad
Alexa knocks on Armando's door and literally jumps him. Armando responds immediately (again, unlike our galan). Just let me say that there were no Eskimo kisses going down in Armando's bedroom. She removes his shirt and he removes hers. Nuff said.
The Next Day
Alexa declares her love for Armando. She's gotta get to the hospital because Greta is going home. Armando is concerned about her rep at Ripoll, but she is not. She is a Ripoll. Employees can think what they want, but no one will ever say anything to her face.
Ripoll
Silvana asks Patrick if he has reconsidered her suggestion. Patrick wants to stay on course. He rehired Chava in order to demonstrate to Sophia that he is a mature man who trusts her. Silvana wants to know if Peralta knows that Sophia has canceled the wedding. Patrick believes that Peralta will never have to know. Once he discredits Chava, Sophia will come back.
Hospital
Greta wakes up Dani. She wants to get bathed before Fausto and the other girls arrive. Everyone shows up, but Alexa is late. When she arrives, Greta notices that she has not changed out of yesterday's clothes. Alexa says that she has changed. The clothes similar, but are not the same.
Other News:
- The doctor says that Javier no longer has pneumonia, but he still needs to rest for a few days. The doctor prescribes vitamins. This completely pisses Lupe off.
- Marisol tells Javier what the doctor said. Javier says that he's going to leave. Marisol says that tomorrow is Lupe's birthday. Chava will be in good mood and will probably allow Javier to stay a little longer.
- Lupe makes Abuelita Hot Chocolate for Marisol and Matias in a 45 minute scene.
- Paco stops by Miggies and asks for an health update on Greta. He also tells her to ask Greta to stop by his store when her health improves. He leaves some jam for Greta to try.
- Sophia agrees to allow Chava to work for her again. He cannot come to the mansion; he has to pick her up at Ripoll.
- Chava is suspicious of Patrick. He thinks that he may have hired him to set him up again. Patrick told Chava that he wants them to be able to compete for Sophia fairly. Sophia believes that it was simply a misunderstanding (the set up part).
- Oliver arrives at the hospital and declares his love for Dani. She tells him that Marisol and Lucas are now a couple. She's upset because she wanted to be the Adrian to his Rocky.
- While Armando and Alexa were getting busy, Chava and Sophia suffered from insomnia.
- Alexa tells her sisters that she spent the night with Armando.
- Greta admits to Fausto that she will use her "delicate health" to ensure her daughters are on the right path aka the path to misery.

I just want to say that I love Patrick because he is crazy, but right now he is acting dumb. He should listen to Silvana.
BINGO...Pato loses some important body part.
Second, expect more chaos from Greta in ensuring she'll get her way.
Chava will likely get framed by Patrick once again. I'm thinking Patrick will hire several women to seduce Chava in order to disgrace him in Sophia's eyes.
Fausto: it's only a matter of time before Greta goes off on him...just wait & see!
I agree with you Silvana is way smarter than Patrick (Patrick's brain gets no nourishment because everything he eats goes to feed the super sized ego of his) and on point.
Salvador needs to understand that wooing a woman is not the same as a car race. This thing would be way more interesting if he actually pursued his career instead of lying at the feet of Sofia waiting for a pat on the head.
I keep trying to like Alexa and just can't. Armando is an idiot to go for that worthless nut.
Loved the pissing and moaning of Irma & Araceli. The girls refuse to accept any responsibility.
Tofie, great description of Alexa: "worthless nut".
Kirby, sure agree with you about Fausto. He is the only character I can tolerate at the present time.
Best part: Daniela seeing Marisol wrap herself around a sweaty Lucas and them kissing. She now knows the truth.
Funniest line: Marisol calling Daniela a "fresa podrida".

I had to laugh at your comment that you "spoke" too much about characters you don't care about. You know, I don't care about them either but I enjoyed every word you had to say. I guess they are here for the duration so we might as well get used to them.
"Patrick and Silvana are having another brainstorming session (sex) in the think tank (bed)"; "just let me say that there were no Eskimo kisses going down in Armando's bedroom"; "She's upset because she wanted to be the Adrian to his Rocky" were amazing but "Greta admits to Fausto that she will use her "delicate health" to ensure her daughters are on the right path aka the path to misery" was my favorite.
"Patrick's brain gets no nourishment because everything he eats goes to feed the super sized ego of his)" was great tofie.
Jarifa "Daniela seeing Marisol wrap herself around a sweaty Lucas and them kissing" was so true. I want Marisol to move on. And I don't mean to Oliver either!
The Alexa/Armando scenes were hawt. I do like Alexa and am rooting for her. She needs to grow up certainly but I think Armando will help her do that.
I suspect the sterile kisses between Sophia and Chava will soon be coming to an end. I am looking forward to some spark and sizzle.
Greta's bitterness and determination to destroy any chance of happiness her daughters have is despicable. I've seldom seen a character who initially appeared to have so much intelligence and fairness, plummet so far, so fast. Paco - you can have her. Good luck...
Thanks again Cynderella!
Diana
They have such a sweet relationship and the little kiss she gave him was endearing.
I can't wait to see what lies ahead on the romantic front for Matias. He is too handsome to be languishing in the background as he has been.
Diana
Diana, I totally agree that Daniela needs some one other than Oliver. I don't like him either.
Jarifa
Greta’s transparent manipulations are, well, so transparent! LOL
Lucas had to stop himself from calling Daniela his “girlfriend” to the goon/future opponent who was hitting on her, touching on the fact that Daniela is still the one Lucas loves. He changed it to plain “friend.” In Lucas’s mind, Marisol is not his girlfriend — Marisol is the “friend.” Lucas was defending Daniela like she belongs to him; and she does. However, he’ll still hold it against Daniela that she “didn’t trust him” by checking up on him, when her concern was obviously real. What a hothead.
With the boss winning at those odds, they will never let Lucas get out of boxing.
Silvana better go ahead and admit that Patricio does in fact want to marry Sofía, despite whatever good strategies Silvana can think up of getting around it. That sour face Silvana she pulled as Patricio ducked into the executive washroom is one she’d better get used to wearing. Not looking forward to Patricio destroying the South American deal.
That would be a relief if Aracely really did go back to Monterrey. Could we be so lucky; Aracely’s with him in the credits, so I’m not so sure. Have to wait and see how the new credits look.
Did not FF through Armando and Alexa’s love scenes; they were good and sweet. Alexa is so happy; it’s a nice contrast to all the miserable people around her. Nice for Armando to feel happy, too. I always liked Diego Olivera in “Mentir,” even though he was a nut job villain. I wish he were clean shaven, though.
It just dawned on me, seeing Paco at Miguelina’s, so concerned about Greta: Greta is so susceptible to suggestion; why couldn’t she be swayed by Paco’s will, as well as that of every evil Rasputin that comes down the pike? I hope Paco can win her over so she won’t be such a #$% miserable wretch; they seem to be letting Paco try. He’s slowly gearing up to help her. Bless his beautiful heart.
That is so bogus — Sofía has a chauffeur, but she has to get herself to the chocolate plant before she can let him drive her? How is she getting to the plant? I don’t see how that works.
I’m not going to even comment on Salvador’s romanticity; it is so out of whack at this point, that it’s useless. I will say that Pedro looks good in a suit in this scene at the Ripoll Manse; he looks good in command on stage or confident in a successful show, like “Dinero,” which I am still watching. I think I’m up to about Episode 85. Thank goodness I can still see Pedro every day. :D
“Dinero” won best telenovela that year. Also I saw in a news article where Pedro had to pay a fine of $440,000 to get out of this contract with Hasta el Fin. He must be at the point where money is not much of an object.
Poor, hapless Oliver; he thinks he’s going along on schedule, doing a good job talking Daniela into a romance between friends; but the next time we see her, she’s literally dreaming about passion with Lucas.
Diana, I want to see the fea and Matías go dancing — and soon!
In regard to Silvana and Patricio, as I mentioned before, I feel like she is playing out a scenario where history repeats itself. Her mother was fatally attracted to Octavio, who also married the heiress. I hope it ends better for Silvana, because she’s a grey area, IMO.
She’s doing all this misguided revenge for her mother and brother. I feel pretty confident she’s going to find out she’s been blaming and despising Greta all these years, and it wasn’t Greta’s fault. Octavio for sure; but also her mother may have been in the wrong — like Silvana is now. Caught in a metaphysical loop where history repeats.
I caught that Aracely pointed out to Irma that shouting to the rooftops that she made Armie a cuckold and had another man's kid would most harm Nando. Not sure if she was listening. Mother of the Year, that one. Although she is facing steep competition from Greta.
Was disappointed to see Dani still mooning over Lucas. It doesn't have to be with Oliver, but just move on, girl.
Sofia looked great in the pink skirt and black shirt outfit. I still don't get why Chava is returning to the chauffeur job. Having the tv on mute might have a lot to do with this. Can someone explain his reasoning to me?
and in some questionable situations so it was easy to think that she was up to something again. Now with your help I see that there was more involved. So Irma is in with Renzi. I guess that she isn't the
sweet lady just trying to keep her small family together. Poor
Nandito, no wonder he has been crying so much.

How funny that Alexa simply claims that she did change her clothes. I do like that she doesn't care what other people think when it comes to Armando. But she better start practicing with Lucas to be ready for the next time Irma comes to give her a beatdown.
Irma is selfish, a liar, and not so hot as a mother, but she doesn't know how dirty Renzi is so I'm giving her a little break on her work for him. She's more stupid than evil.
It's true. Alexa needs some practice so she had better get ready next time Irma stops by. OMG
Irma can really bring it on.

A.) Alexa : in the likelihood of Irma getting whacked.
B.) Dani
