Caray, Caray!

Casting Couch Rehearsal:

So, Paolo tells Alexa she'd better show some emotion because Guillermo is going to try out some new actresses.  Alexa, wearing a big bird dominatrix ensemble, stresses that she's messing up this gig like she's messed up everything else.  She explains that during her three days of leadership, the company tanked.  Paolo tells her to put the emotions that she's feeling into the scene.  When Guillermo returns, Alexa and Paolo repeat the scene for him.  Guillermo is appeased and says that she did much better.  After the rehearsal, Alexa stands up and Paolo almost kisses her.


Ripoll

So, Sophia confronts Patrick about telling the board members and Greta that the company is tanking.  Patrick says that it's his duty as a Ripoll employee to blab.  Sophia's pissed that he went over her head; she threatens to reduce his responsibilities.  Greta barges in with the newspaper and demands to know why Sophia didn't tell her that the company was in the crapper.  Sophia says that she didn't want to stress her out and reminds Greta of her heart condition.  Sophia tells Greta that the health department cleared Ripoll and they got their A rating back.  Ripoll is pesticide free.  Sophia thinks that Ripoll will be able to retain most of it's clients now that the health department has cleared them.

Instead of leaving Ripoll, Greta visits Patrick in his office.  He apologizes for blackmailing her and tells her that Sophia is not being honest!  Ripoll is losing clients and will be out of business soon!  He tells her that the chocolate was sabotaged.  Greta comes to the conclusion that the sabotage was an committed by Chava and that he had help on the inside.  Greta thinks thinks that Silvana was in on it with him.  Patrick tries to defend Silvana.  

After learning that Greta is in the building, Chava rushes to Sophia's side in order to comfort her and get some smooches.  For some reason, the lovers decide to take the show on the road.  They go out into the hallway for a PDA session.  Greta, having just left Patrick, spots them out in the hallway.  In this case, Greta rightly points out that it is very tacky and unbecoming of a CEO to be seen out in the hallway groping a mimbo when the company is experiencing a severe financial crises.  Sophia gets all upset and defends her right to stick her tongue down Chava's throat wherever and whenever she wants to do so!  Sophia believes that if Chava were rich, her mother would have no problem with Sophia almost having sex with him out in the hallway in the family's place of business!  Ummm, in this case, I'm Team Greta!  Get a room!

OK, so after Greta leaves, Sophia is all up in a big snit about her mother being all judgmental about poor people who make out with rich people at work.  Chava invites Sophia to eat a romantic candlelight dinner that his momma cooked.  Yes, people, he invited her to his home (where he still lives with his momma...at 40 years of age) to eat dinner with him and his mom by candlelight.  She accepts.

Cruz Residence

OK so, if Chava would have called home to check with his mommy first, he would have learned that his mother was feeding half the neighborhood.  Paco, Lucas, Marisol, Matias, Armando, Nandito and Bendito were also on the possible guest list.  Lupe tells Paco to invite Araceli over, but Paco says that Araceli brought home lots of work.  Anyways, Chava and Sophia show up.  Paco excuses himself after receiveing a phone call from Araceli.  After dinner, Sophia tells Lupe that the company is tanking.  Lupe tells Sophia that Octavio, her father taught her well.  Sophia will get out of it.  Sophia confesses that Octavio is not her real father.  Sophia explains that her father was a indigent who died.  Luckily, she was able to talk to his grave.  Chava's love and advice is getting her through this horrible time.  Chava tells Lupe that this conversation is confidential.  It's only between him, Lupe, Sophia.  Chava forgot that he told Armando.  So the conversation is really between, him, Lupe, Sophia, Armando (who promptly went back and told Alexa).  We all know that Lupe will tell Paco.  Sophia will probably tell her sisters.  Dani will probably tell Dulliver.  So, now the private conversation is between Chava, Lupe, Paco, Armando, Alexa, Patrick, Silvana, Greta, Fausto, Dani and Dulliver, Nandito and Benito (who will overhear the conversation).


Other News

• Igor and Silvana are happy that Greta is one step closer to joining Octavio in hell.  
• Perla returns by airplane and immediately hops in his helicopter.  He flies to the penthouse and meets consoles Dulliver.  They discuss Isadora, the Lush and Dulliver witnessing her making out with a mariachi.
• Paco tells Marisol that he and Lupe are a couple again.  
• Rosita has been hanging flyers for the Wonder Bread Band concert.  This confirms for Marisol that Rosita is a big fat cougar.  Lucas says that he will make it clear to Rosita that he is not interested in her that.  
• Greta tells Fausto that Salvador is behind the chocolate caper.  Fausto tells Greta that Salvador talked the employees into working double time and Silvetti into taking a zillion dollars in two installment payments.  Fausto says that as long as Patrick knows her secrets, she will always take his side.  
• Armando tells Nandito that he is divorcing Irma and will ask for sole custody of Nandito.  
• Dani invites Dulliver to live on Snob Hill, but he tells her that he will live with his father.
