Caray, Caray!

Mateo (Drippin' Wet) and Fausto

Mateo (unfortunately in board shorts and not a banana hammock like Jorge Aravena has done before) has hopped out of the pool and talks with Fausto. He thought Fausto had gone out with Abigail and he did' into the city. Mat is amazed and Fausto cuts what could be the beginning of an argument off. That was futile because Mat doesn't believe this sudden closeness with Abi.

Fausto and Macaria (Jeepers Creepers!)
Fausto says to who he thinks is a dormant Abi that she has no idea how long he's waited for that moment. The result was way different from the expectations; it's Macaria who popped out and up! He demands an explanation and so does Mac followed by a chiding by her.

Abigail and Mateo (each a la Carte during a soliloquy and flashback)
Abi looks back to her argument with Mat and laments in this agonizing strife between them. She prays to God for help. Mat who has jumped back in the pool and reminisces about the news that Diana is having twins. He does the latter of what Abi did.

Efigenia and Eduviges (FT. Juanita)
Effie rather hastily asks Juanita if she's sure about what she has just said. Juanita confirms and says that everyone is trying to cheer up Tono but he is isolating himself; he doesn't even want to talk to Motor. Eddie then points out the current gossip of Real de San Andres could be (is) true. Poor Tono states Juanita. Effie isn't buying this one bit and Eddie chimes in with that Simmie and Julion has this tight under wraps. He's never been honest with them; he never told them he had a son! Effie says she has a headache and excuses herself.

Fausto and Macaria (FT. Mateo)
Fausto states that they had a deal and Mac says she is keeping up with it but hates that he is taking Abi out to eat and he's never even taken Mac herself out even dragged like a dog to the city. Fausto says that whatever he does with Abigail shouldn't be a problem for Mac and Mac as usual throws back something snarky' stay away from Abigail, you truly should. She has descended down the stairs when a bathrobed Mat walks in and has seen Fausto come out from the room of significance he was in.

Tono and Efigenia (Bow Chika Bow Wow!)
Effie has opened the door for Tono and they begin to make out but she stops it because he's drunk. Non-sense is his reaction to that and he lets her know how much he's missed her and that he wants to make love so bad. Effie tries to get a rather important word or few in but he doesn't allow her.

Macaria and Abigail
Mac thanks Abi for having stayed with her last night. Abi asks if Lucio is bugging her her again because if so she can get Fausto to put him in his place. Mac flips this; she says that Fausto and Abi have been improving their relationship lately. Abi says that Fausto isn't like he was before and Mac says it's because he wants to impress Renata. Abi then goes in for the kill; she wants to inquire about her father and that causes Mac to get flamboyantly agitated and state Abi killed every good vibe that was present. Abi states she has a right to know and Mac changes the subject; we have to go serve breakfast. Orale!

Breakfast at Renata's
Amanda is about to serve Diana whatever that in the casserole dish is and Diana declines; she'd like just fruit because she cares about herself unlike gluttonous women who pig out and let themselves get whale-size huge when they're pregnant (interesting; Ren's agitated at this and Fausto is chuckling away.) Ren pipes up and says that Die shouldn't worry about getting puffy; she has to eat a little more considering she has two fruits in her womb. Fausto the kiss-up agrees with Renata who asks Amanda where Abi is. Mandy hasn't a clue and then Die pops in with Abi's probably still asleep. Ren doubts it since Abi is bien desmadrugadora. Mat then asks Fausto who doesn't know and we get a pan to Connie who has been on pause for quite a while and spots Abi. The moment Abi is seated, Mat excuses himself to get his hospital scrubs for work. Abi and Die shoot their best fab bitch faces at each other.

Patricio and Ximena
Ximena is checking in before taking Max out of the hospital and then literally bumps into Pat. Pat asks if Lic. Barragan had told her where she works and she denies it; she says she was told Pat works in a different country and is married with two kids. Pat states he asked him to make up ANYTHING with the hopes that she'd quit looking for him. She asks if he isn't happy to see her and he is shocked at how she is able to ask that after all she had screamed at him over the phone. She denies having done that and  he says she is wasting her time; he isn't interested in her and doesn't want to see her. She follows after him and he tells her to get away from him.

Fausto and Renata
She asks him what he thinks of her project and if he will be able to help her. Fausto is falsely happy to oblige and insincerely says that an institute for blind children is noble (I'm sure Fausto could garner up some blind children real easily too. He just needs to derail a school bus the same way he had derailed Renata in her car.) She says she'd feel so happy helping children who share similar woes like she.

Julion and Efigenia (FT. Dem Gurrrlzzz.)
Effie has woken up and walked into a living room full of women in skimpy attire. A blondie thinks she's there for the audition as well and tries to help her out with some cleavage exposure to which Effie objects. Blondie says that if you've got the goods, show 'em off, closed mouths don't get fed and don't start a yard sale if you can't left your junk go. Julion comes in and Effie demands an explanation. Julion shows the girls into a room behind a huge painting and then to Effie, says he needs a secretary and she says the women look prostitutional. She takes charge of hiring his secretaries and all that. Some babbling later and she tries to get a word in only to get made out with.

Abigail and Diana
Abi is alone laying two pictures on her bed; one of Mateo and another of Fausto. Diana then barges in. She demands to know why Abi has a pic of Fausto on her bed. Abi doesn't feel she has to explain herself and asks if Die has lost something. She says she hasn't; she holds onto whatever it is she likes. She states Fausto has good taste and that Abi's room is too luxurious considering Abi isn't on a fabulous rich bitch level like some are. She then pulls out the tied together love letters Abi has received from Mat and nosily looks at them in contempt. Abi takes them back and says that she got them from him before he was tied to a ball and chain like her. Die commands Abi to tear or hand them over. Abi stands her ground just right.

(A/N- OK, just who does this Diana Bitch think she is? Abi sure has that Guadalupe Menchaca/Renata Higareda patience/resistance.)

Helena and Mateo
Helena and Mateo squee, squee, squee happily at the fact he isn't going to have one. but two kids! Twins!

Lucio and Macaria
Some Luci/Mac cat and mouse that goes nowhere. FFWD>>

Max (flashing back) and Ximena (FT. Patricio)
Max is remembering to when Lucio was reasonably lecturing him to forget about him, to forget about the pueblo and not waste his life like his old man. He remembers the I Love You With All My Heart and kiss to the forehead, then lastly his father storming out in dejection and with the last half-centimeter of self-respect he had. He stops when Ximena comes in and says that he is going to Mexico in an ambulance. Also, Porfirio will assist in this madness. Max thinks Ximena is basking in the possible death of Max but she isn't. He says that you never know what to expect from her when Pat comes in and the tension rises; she reveals Pat is her ex-husband.

Simona and Violeta (FT. Marxellino)
Simmie can't thank Letta enough for helping her. Letta then says, "No, thank you," because she likes to stay busy. Simmie says she finds strength hard to find and all she can do is think about Tono. She recalls how Tono once said he was going to pull off being the man of the house and Letta assures her Tono will come around sooner than later. Marxellino then comes around and offends Letta's current career choice. Simmie then throws shade saying that Marxie around the market is surprising; he's learning to tend to the household like a lovely lady (and if he were a lady, I doubt he'd be lovely.) Simmie has cracked herself up and Marxie says that Letta survived her epic fail of a campaign; shouldn't she be headed back home (he's lucky he left out, "where she belongs.") Letta is a force to be reckoned with; she's never coming back to him! Marxie Marxie then departs with an OK and Simmie has an expression of distrust.

Fausto and Diana
Diana has come to see Fausto who is busy at work and keeps whisking her off. She wants to know what is up with him and Abi. She is asking because when she barged into her room, she caught Abi emotionally moved looking at a photo of him. He doesn't believe this but Die assures it alright. He still doesn't believe this and then Die brings up the love letters and states that Mat has been cheating on her this whole time with Abi. Fausto says they're in love but nothing has happened between them. Die asks if they haven't had anything going on, why would he asking for the divorce?

Diego (Lookin' Good <3) and Abigail (Lucky Gurrrl ;3)
Diego has moseyed on over and kisses Abi on the cheek. He has flowers for her and says nothing compares to her beauty. He is there briefly and hurries back to work. However, before he leaves, he has been thinking and would like to wed in a month. Abi is in agreement with this. Goodbye kiss and the music really kicks in.

Mateo
"Lord, I thank you for every blessing. Forgive my egoism. I know I should give up and forget about love. I should think about the well-being of my kids. I want them to grow up with a father who can advise them when they need it. Senor, I pray for them so you can help them through the morally correct path and so they can grow to be good people. I pray for Abigail as well; help her refrain from making any further bad decisions or mistakes over me. What is going on between her and Fausto hurts me Lord. It angers me. You know I love her and want her happily in love even if it's not with me. Not with my Uncle Fausto, not with a married man, not with the husband of her madrina, not with him."
