Mateo zooms into the same room as Abi and grills her for info where she had been coming back from with Fausto. Abi (you can tell that Zuria Vega is phoning all this in right about now) says she was at his office and he then asks what she was doing at the muncipal presidency. She went to go talk to him and then Mat gets all haughty; "You could talk with my unc. here at the hacienda, you don't need to go all the way into town unless you're looking for alone time with him!" Abi asks if he will begin with the same sad story as usual and he asks what they were talking about (if this is Mat's idea of hauling ass, I'd hate to see what his idea of pounding ass is. At this point, his evil twin Alejo Ruizpalacios is more appealing than him.) Abi says that it's her details she isn't sharing and he asks if she's being obligated to keep the details to herself; Abi has had enough for today. She doesn't get Mateo; his attitude, his jealousy and most of all, this interrogation. Mateo demands to know what she is "hiding" (I bet you if this was Renata from Alma de Hierro, you'd be able to read her diary to find out.) To cut to the chase, he has two options; In Abi he shall trust or Abi shall leave him swiftly and in a cloud of dust. He says that he trusts HER but NOT FAUSTO!!! If Fausto hurts her, he will go so damn crazy, he has no idea what he'll do! Abi sheepishly states Fausto is uncapable of hurting her and vouches to change the subject but the vouch has been denied. Abi makes it clear one last time that she isn't doing anything wrong and Mat then believes her. She asks him to do her a favor and they end there.

Padre Tomas and Diego

PT say that Diego has no idea how much he's begged God and the Virgin Mary to resolve this dilemma. A few things I didn't catch and Diego asks if Vicenta had talked with him. He confirms this; Vicenta RIP confessed to him a couple of things and thanks to her say, he decided to accept assisting the marriage. Diego wants to know what Vic. had said before her passing and PT says it's what Diego already knows; that Mister Bruno Flores wasn't your dad. At that moment, Diego implores PT to tell him who his dad is.
