Lo Imperdonable #41 Mon 7/13/15 Can This Marriage Be Saved? - or - Crazy Marty Redux.

I love you, brother.  No, not you, my other brother.

Manuel pulls out a long, scary knife.  Yikes!  He has caught Pablo outside Ana Perla's window.  We've seen Manuel try to murder a man with far less provocation.  (Ana Perla herself is locked up on the other side of the house and unaware of the unfolding drama.)  "Kill me!" shouts Pablo, with more bravado than brains.  Before Manny can oblige, the padre shows up (thank God) and separates the two men.  He sends Pablo to the church and sticks around to try to talk some sense into the Manny.  He warns him that his hateful ways have alienated him from God and man alike.  Manny doesn't care – he'll take money over love any day.  And he tells the padre to watch his back – he's tired of him meddling in his life

Inside the house, Ana Perla is still sitting in her grandfather's locked bedroom, her dinner tray on her lap, while Julio pines on the other side of the door.  At last he works up the courage to tell her he loves her.  Unfortunately he chooses the wrong verb in this treacherous language.  Te quiero, he tells her.  This leaves room for Ana Perla to respond in kind.  "I love you too.  Like a brother."  [Oh crap, Julio.  You should have gone for broke with  Te amo.]

Ginny marks her territory while Dr. F fumes

Ginny slips out of Emiliano's bedroom and spots Claudia sitting on a bench in the hallway, licking her wounds and still clutching an unopened bottle of champagne.  Meanwhile, Dr. F is lurking and listening.

Ginny beams as she tells Claudia that her night with Emi was a dream come true.  Claudia is her friend so she is certainly happy for her.  Right?  And she won't tell anyone what she saw, will she?

Claudia's nose is clearly out of joint.  (She had her eye on young Emi, as Ginny is well aware.)  She points out that Emi hasn't exactly forgotten Verónica.  As for last night, he could have slept with anyone, herself included.  "I know," says Ginny.  "But he slept with me; he'll remember it, and in the end, it will make us closer."

Dr. F continues to lurk, gnashing his teeth and ever so softly banging his head on the wall.

And Claudia thought-bubbles her resentment:  She is a fool for wasting her time on Martín when she could have had Emi.  SHE could have been the one in that bed!

Suddenly it occurs to Ginny that Claudia may have been telling the truth when she said she entered Emi's room by mistake.  Was Claudia looking for Dr. F?  Claudia seizes the opportunity to save face.  Yes, indeed, she was taking Ginny's advice and giving the Effster a chance.

When Ginny walks back to her room, Dr. F shows himself.  Was Claudia really going to surprise him?  She claims she was.  Unfortunately, now it's too late.  It's time for her show in Purgatory.  She hands Dr. F the bottle and asks him to keep it for the next day.

Now Dr. F follows Ginny to her room and confronts her angrily about her roll in the hay with her not-really-my-cousin.  Ginny is unfazed.  She did what she had to do.  Is F really going to see Claudia again?  He is.  And he won't be thinking about Ginny.

The Lights Flicker

Not because it's romantic.  It's just that the power in the hovel is iffy.  Marty lights a lantern.  He and Vero snuggle.  He loves her so much and he swears he is going to trust her.

I'm fine but Emi's going to need a little help.

Back in Mexico, Jorge reads between the lines in Vero's fax.  If Vero talks about the need to keep Emi from going back to the bottle, there's obviously a problem.  Jorge vows to do whatever is necessary to keep his son from destroying himself.  Salma the Ciega, however, is sure that Virginia is having a calming influence on Emi.

Claudia in Purgatory

So Claudia is up there gyrating and lip-syncing for the surprisingly civilized and merry crowd in the cantina.  Manny sits alone and stares at the performer.  During the break, he approaches her and gives her a heavy gold ring.  Claudia has no problem accepting the gift.  She jokes that since the gold comes from Mina Perla, the ring should have a pearl.  Manny looks at her blankly.

Pierre comes over and tries to rescue his diva.  It turns out the diva doesn't want to be rescued, and she sends Pierre away.

Manny gives her a self-serving and entirely false account of the repairs at the mine while Claudia stifles a yawn.  She accepts an invitation to accompany him to see a pile of polished gold the next day.

Later, she tells Pierre that she has no interest in Manny: she is only trying to be cordial to the Old Goat's family so that she can continue singing in the cantina.

The Ratings

Ginny lies in bed chewing on her thumb, reviewing Emi's skills as a lover (Better than Dr. F.  Not as good as Demetrio.)  She thinks about her intimate moments with Demetrio.  She remembers warning him that she'd only stay with him if he struck it rich.

Then she remembers what Nanciyaga called her: Mala mujer de otro patrón.  "That damn india could be dangerous.  I have to talk to her and shut her up!"

Like Buttah

Ginny wastes no time in tracking down and confronting the strange woman she perceives as her enemy.

Somewhere outside the San Telmo hovel, Nanciyaga sits in the night air peacefully greasing her legs with what we all hope is natural insect repellant when a pipsqueak voice cuts through the darkness.  "You and I have to talk."

After a commercial break, Nanciyaga and Virginia are standing, facing one another.  [What?  They couldn't show us Nanci scrambling to her feet at the sound of Ginny's voice?]

Ginny takes the offensive immediately:

"What are YOU looking at?"

"Mujer blanca thinks that because she is the color of the sun, she is better than Nanciyaga."

"Obviously.  You people are worthless..."

[And on the Patio, the last light at the Virginia table is extinguished.  Carlos doesn't care – he started hanging out at the Nanci table even before Graceland.]

"...but that's not why I'm here.  What did you mean when you said I was the other boss's bad woman?"

"Nanciyaga isn't sure, but she thinks that the patrón Demetrio was in love with you and it was because of you..."

"Hey!   If you don't know for sure, then shut up!  That's a very serious accusation!  Did you ever see me with him?  Did you ever see us kissing?"

"No.  But Nanciyaga felt something here [she touches her chest] in her heart when she saw you!"

"You're a liar!  You just want to badmouth me and I don't know why.  Oh wait, I know – you work for Verónica!  She told you to tell lies about me to hurt me!"

"That's a lie!  The mujer blanca didn't tell me anything!"

"Shut up!  You [bleeping] Indians are all liars! If you dare to accuse me of something you're not sure of, you're going to be very sorry!"

"Nanciyaga isn't afraid, but she senses that YOU are."

"You're wrong, but I see now that Verónica is the one I have to talk to."

Ginny leaves the scene.  Nanciyaga reflects that she'll have to verify that the mujer rubia is indeed Demetrio's mala mujer.  [I suspect snails will be involved in the verification process.]

Ginny continues her rounds

She pounces on Vero in her kitchen and accuses her of using Nanciyaga against her and trying to come between her and Emiliano.  Vero denies doing any such thing.  She tells Ginny flatly that Emi will never take an interest in her because she's not the right woman for him.

This is followed by much aggressive flailing of arms as Vero pushes Ginny towards the door of the hovel.  But when Vero tells Ginny that in spite of all her machinations, no man is ever going to look at her – though to be fair, she is perhaps unaware of the Virginia Fan Club that originated at the French Hotel and of which the Old Goat, Manny the Sadist and Pierre are charter members – Ginny hauls off and slams Vero hard, telling her to SHUT UP.

Now Vero slaps back.  They push and shove and pull each other's hair.  When Marty walks in, Vero has the upper hand.  She is on top of her not-cousin, smacking her for all the lies she has told.  Marty pulls Vero away.  Ginny immediately slips into  victim mode – she only stopped by to see her cousin.  She has ALWAYS told the truth.

She exits SO SADLY, SO QUIETLY.  Vero is hysterical.  She screams at Marty to let her loose.

Doubt

"Calm down and tell me what happened," says Marty.

"Virginia is always trying to make trouble for me, but that's all over now!"

"She said she just came to see you."

"She's lying.  What's wrong?  Don't you believe me?"

"Sure, it's just..."

"You're never going to believe in me, are you?  The doubts, the suspicions – they're always going to come between us.  I'm tired of defending my innocence.  I'm fed up.  I can't take it anymore.  This is over!"

Vero runs out of the hovel and Marty runs after her.  They struggle and fall on the ground.  He is on top of her and won't let her get up.  "Why do you want me to stay when you don't trust me?" she asks.  He says he loves her and she can't leave him.  But Vero tells him he doesn't know how to love – to love someone, you have to trust.  And if he trusts her, he will let her up.

He does.  She stands with her back to him.  He repeats that he loves her and begs for another chance.  She finally yields, turning to face him.  They kiss passionately.  "I'll stay because I love you," she says.

But once the couple is inside the hovel and seated on the loveseat that conceals the indelible bloodstain in the floor, Marty's passion disappears.  He's tired, he says.  It has been a tough day and tomorrow will be just as tough.  He has to go to bed now.  Vero is hurt by his abrupt turnabout.  "Why, Martín?  Why?" she whispers to herself.

Crazy Marty Redux

Crazy Marty, alone in the bedroom, is tormented by his doubts.  "I want to trust you, I want to believe you're innocent, but I can't."  He fantasizes about an ideal wedding night (all gauzy white) and then is returned to the grim brown reality of his surroundings.  "What should I do, Demetrio?  Love her or make her pay for your death?"

Vero and Marty lie in the narrow bed, back to back, each pretending to sleep, each avoiding the other's touch.  Vero weeps in the dark.  She turns to him briefly, then turns away.  He lifts up his head.  Then he rests back on his pillow.

Mail Call

Manny the Sadist waves a sealed envelope in front of Ana Perla's face.  It's the letter that the Old Goat has been waiting for.  His compadre must be ready to seal the marriage deal.  And Manny happens to know that Ana Perla's betrothed is just hideous (pimples, hairy warts, stinking breath... you name it.)

Infernal Tours

Pablo is pleased to see Emiliano in the hotel the next morning.  He agrees to act as Emi's guide through greater Mina Escondida [and doesn't even mind it when Emi repeatedly calls him his Virgil (as in Dante's Inferno)] .  Emi wants to visit Nanciyaga's people.  Pablo explains that only Nanci can make that happen.  oops.  That's going to be a tough sell.

While Pablo is off fetching his stuff from his room, Ginny makes her chirpy chipper appearance downstairs.  She wants to get Emi on the first boat out of town.  Emi tells her he wants to get acquainted with the place and talk to a woman named Nanciyaga.

"About what?" asks Ginny with alarm.  "Did she say something about me?"  Emi gives her a quizzical look and then explains about the community in the jungle.  Ginny thinks it's just a pretext to stay close to Vero.

No strings

Emiliano reminds Ginny that their diversion of the night before implied no commitment.  She agrees that it was something she wanted.  She won't reproach him if he did it while thinking of Vero, but he doesn't have to be so obvious about it.

It shouldn't have happened, he says, and he's sorry.  She tells him there's no need to apologize – she's stronger than he thinks.  She's only sad that he's still hung up on Vero.  He replies that he is getting past Vero in his own way and on his own timetable.  If she really wants to help him, she won't bring up the subject again.  And she can go back to Mexico without him.

Pablo comes back downstairs.  He is left with Ginny for a moment while Emi goes off to call Jorge.  Pablo asks how Mariana is doing after their separation.  "You're really not seeing anyone else?" Ginny asks.  But luckily for Pablo, Pierre interrupts the conversation and he doesn't have to answer the question.

The Last Straw

Vero steps out of the hovel to gather manzanilla blossoms for her tea [that is to say, chamomile tea, which is what Peter Rabbit's mother gave him when he needed soothing, so Vero is certainly on the right track.  Alas, as we shall soon see, she is going to need something a bit stronger.]  And so it happens that when the padre arrives, he finds Marty alone.  He asks how things are going.  Crazy Marty admits that nothing is better.  He spent the whole night trying to understand how he and Vero had reached such a point.

He can't live without her, but he has so many doubts, especially after the incident with Emiliano.  It made him realize how fragile his relationship with Vero really is.  Even though Emiliano himself told him that nothing happened, he can't stop thinking about it.  And he can't stop thinking about everything that happened with Demetrio.

While Crazy Marty and the padre are talking, Vero appears on the doorstep.  Marty's back is turned to her.  She hears every word as he says:

"And really, father, I don't know what to do because I don't feel secure in my relationship with Verónica.  I can't trust her and I have doubts.  I have an image in my head of Verónica with other men and I don't know how to get rid of it."

At this point, the padre's eyes are practically rolling back in his head. He realizes that Vero is taking it all in, but it's too late to stop the runaway train.  Marty continues:

"It feels like a scorpion is eating away at me from inside."

Vero drops the cup she is holding.  Crazy Marty turns at the sound of the pottery shattering as it hits the ground.  Now he hears his wife's voice: "So everything you told me was a lie?"

Avances:  Verónica wants out of this marriage.

Excellent as always NovelaMaven, thanks!

"Kill me!" shouts Pablo, with more bravado than brains"

"It turns out the diva doesn't want to be rescued"

"chamomile tea, which is what Peter Rabbit's mother gave him when he needed soothing"

For Julio the worst imaginable, "I love you like a brother"

There were some great scenes last night, that kept that beast Martin off screen. Julio professing his love and AP's misunderstanding, Claudia dismissing Pierre to chat up Manuel, the Virginia/Claudia chat and how Virginia slowly twisted the knife, Manuel's taunt of Ana Perle with the letter, Emiliano telling Virginia it was just sex, what a hoot.

Right when I want to be sympathetic towards Veronica she folds. She's not stupid and now she's heard from Martin's own mouth she was right, what does that monster do this time, lock her away, he's already physically restrained her. Oh, well, he'll throw out some half-hearted, forgive me's, jerk her around a bit, nuzzle some and all will be right again for 15 minutes. He boohooing over his torment, that he orchestrated, without one concern the toll it takes on Veronica makes me sooooooooo angry. Villain in my book.

NovelaMaven, thanks for the marvelous recap. I haven't seen this episode yet and so you will help me keep up as I can FF thru the Claudia, Manuel and probably the AP/Julio scenes.

I appreciate all the detail--especially with the Ginny/Nanciaga confrontation. I was disappointed to find out that Nanci doesn't KNOW that Ginny was Demetrio girlfriend, she just FEELS it.

Barbara

Thanks for the great comment, tofie!

You know, I was a little conflicted about the way Emiliano treated Virginia on the morning after. Sure, WE know what a piece of work she is and that she deserved no better. But does HE know? He finds her annoying and manipulative, maybe, but he is still behaving like a cad.

yeah, there were a lot of small, wonderful scenes last night.

Barbara, so glad you liked the recap. Maybe you should take a look at the Julio/AP scenes (I mean, If you like poignant).

I keep thinking that early on, there was a reference to a picture of Ginny in a locket or something and that Nanciyaga actually saw the picture. Did that really happen or am I just imagining it? Anyway, maybe those jerks don't believe Nanciyaga's intuitions, but I do! :-)

Thank You so much NovelaMaven. A lot to cover last night. Nice work again. What I want to know is did Nanci steal Clawdia's leg cream?

@NovelaMaven - what an awesome recap!!! You had so many great lines. And I loved that you explained the difference between querer and amar.

By the way, Uni cut out about 45 seconds from Martin's dream sequence because, as usual, things got quite steamy in it.

What I don't get is why they cut out about 10 seconds from Vero's flashback sequence as she was crying quietly in bed with her back towards Martin. During that sequence they played the entire end credits song, "Como Perdonar," which is sung by Ana Brenda. But Univision ruined the audio by cutting out those 10 seconds. I don't get that cut, b/c all they cut was a snippet of the waterfall make-out session, but they were merely kissing in that snippet, though in a horizontal position. (Wagging my finger at Uni!!!!)

Great detailed recap NovelaMaven. I love the quotes from Martin and Vero argument. It helped a lot to understand what they were saying. I feel like slapping martin. Up till now he doubts Vero after all she has done to put up with him. Thanks again.

While Virginia started the slut rumor the person that has done more to spread it is Martin. He even told a priest. I get why he doesn't broadcast it on the news, Veronica would have known the vile things he was spreading behind her back, but why didn't he just start a support group so he can cry about it? "That slut is actually my wife, anonymous"

WOW!!! What an episode---what a recap!!!

Nanciyaga is peacefully greasing her legs with what we hope is natural insect repellant. A great line NovelaMaven. Maybe Nanciyaga and Claudia could get together and compare leg creams.

On the patio the last light at the Virginia table extinguished.

I thought that Nanci actually knew more than she does---maybe the snails told all.

I can't take it any more, it's over.
The advances---Veronica wants out of the marriage. I say, who could blame her? Well
Emi is still close by. Will he try to take advantage of it all? Mix in Virginia and Claudia and Dr. Feelgood and what we have coming tonight is must see tv.

NovelaMaven- This was such an excellent recap. Thank you!

I am looking forward to tonight. I can only see two logical outcomes: 1) Marty continues to obscure the truth, which doesn't work since Vero heard about his distrust of her from his own mouth, and she leaves him; or 2) Marty comes clean about everything, and Vero leaves him for building their whole relationship on deceit. I can't see how she forgives him, unless she is just willfully being stupid. There is NOTHING tying her to this man who doesn't know how to love or trust.

In the beginning, there seemed to be very few ferry boats that went from Pueblo Nuevo (where the hotel and Cresencio's house are) to Mina Escondida (where the cantina and the Santelmo and Botel homes are). Remember how everyone had to stay in one or another town if they missed that last boat, which was always before nightfall. Now all of a sudden, everyone is going back and forth between the two towns in the middle of the night. Claudia to her shows. Virginia is able to go over at night to harass Vero and Naci, and get back to the hotel. How?

When Marty was so obviously doubting Vero's version of what happened, and leaning towards Virginia's version, if I were Vero, that would have been the end for me. I wouldn't even need to overhear that conversation between him and Padre. He's already shown with actions that he'll believe Nancy, Virginia, Emiliano, the postman, anybody(!) over Vero. He only believed Vero didn't get busy with Emi in their bed because Emiliano told him, no because of what Vero told him.

Vivi,

When the San Telmos first arrived in Pueblo Nuevo, Pierre told Martín he was investing in some power boats and offered to let the couple use one whenever they wished. Before that, there was only Uspín and his trusty oar-driven lancha.

Thanks, NovelMaven. I hope Pierre is making a mint on his new boats and all these outsiders shuttling back and forth all the time.

Thank you, NovelaMaven, for a wonderful recap.

Up to now Nanciyaga's "visions" or "feelings" or whatever they are have been presented by her as fact, with a blunt, "Nanciyaga only says what she sees," and a curt, "denying that it is so doesn't make it a lie." Now all of a sudden she's confronted by the "mala MUJER" and she backtracks to "I don't KNOW, but I FEEL???" Sorry, this wishy washy woman is not the Nanci we know and love ... give us our real Nanciyaga back, dangit!

Funny Vivi but I was thinking the same about the river travel, almost like you can blink or wiggle your nose and move between towns.

I'm in constant dismay over Veronica's capitulation. I was screaming as Martin used the weight of his much larger body to pin her to the ground.

Anon 1:43, I couldn't agree more about Nanciyaga – bring back our blunt-speaking soothsayer!

I'm enjoying all your comments tremendously. The consensus is, of course, that Marty is an appalling bully and an ass. We're at a critical juncture in the story – something has to give and whatever happens won't be good. I don't know about you, but personally, I'm glad to have a novela that engages me enough to make me feel mad at or sad for the characters.

Dear Latina, as always your praise means a great deal to me. Thank you. And thank you for keeping track of what Uni has decided to snip from the U.S. version. It sure feels like they are playing it safe with their 'family friendly' advertisers. And yes, the musical track is always the victim of these often awkward cuts.

Duchess, thanks! I'm glad the recap helped you enjoy the show a bit more. Yep, a lot of us felt like slapping Martín last night. Sigh.

Gringo, thanks so much!
"Maybe Nanciyaga and Claudia could get together and compare leg creams.
hahaha. Maybe. But I'd rather see Vero and Nanciyaga get together and compare notes on Ginny!

Thanks, Vivi! I appreciate the way you and tofie keep us grounded by reminding us of how these actions would play out in real life.

Thanks NovelaMaven for a wonderful recap. Loved the headings.

Great cliffhanger. Can't wait to see what happens tonight. Good that Vero heard from Marty's own mouth that he can't trust her, isn't sure about his relationship with her, etc. Marty is annoying swearing to Vero that he'll trust her and then 20 minutes later he starts doubting her all over again and believes Virginia's lies.

Yes, that light at Virginia's table did turn off for me when she insulted Nanci. Come on, Nanci pull out that machete!

I didn't believe Manuel when he said Eleazar was hideous. I think he was lying to torture Ana Perla which he loves to do.

I loved it when Claudia joked that the ring should have a pearl on it since it came from the mine La Perla and Manuel was like "Huh?".

LOL @ Pierre getting jealous over Claudia chatting with Manuel.

To your point Mauricio about Eleazar, I am hopeful he is a real good looking guy and sweetie pie to boot. What will Ana Perle do if he is?

Anon 207, you're right about Nanciyaga's change in attitude to Vero. She has been calling her 'la mujer blanca' for a while (which is obnoxious enough, of course) instead of the 'mujer mala.' Her feelings for Marty and her jealousy of Vero have kept her from acknowledging – even to herself – that Vero is a good person.

Mauricio,

Thanks, my friend. I'm glad you share my delight in the small moments of absurdities. And I agree that Ana Perla's suitor is none of the things Manny said he was. In fact, maybe he will turn out to be a real contender. (Okay, I just read tofie's comment and I see we are on the same wavelength here.)

Marty needs a psychiatrist. One session just won't due, he's going to need to spend some serious time getting his brain straightened out. He's a mess and it's going to take more than the padre to set him straight. The big question is how long can a goddess hold out?

the gringo

What a sparkling illuminating recap of a very fascinating and entertaining episode, NovelaMaven. You always manage to dazzle me with you verbal agility.

Lots of good scenes but my favorite was the surprisingly civil conversation between my two favorites, Ginny and Nanci. Who would have guessed that it would be our sophisticated Verónica who would pounce on Ginny like a scalded leopard rather than the feral Nanci?

Martín and Verónica are so frustrating, but of course that is one of the primary reasons that this TN is so compelling to watch. Too bad that Marty doesn't have some real competition like the unctuous Augie was for Jerónimo in CME. Even when sober, Emiliano just isn't cutting it. Too bad that Crescensio isn't younger.

Carlos

Carlos, as always, you are much too kind. Thank you.

The thing about TN competition is that it NEVER measures up, I mean not really. Sweaty swarthy José Luis vs golden boy Alejandro? Crazy Hernán in Eurotrash pastels vs DamFab and his wet white pants? Really?

"Who would have guessed that it would be our sophisticated Verónica who would pounce on Ginny like a scalded leopard rather than the feral Nanci?"

Not I. (Thanks for the lovely feline metaphor.)

Hey guys, I'm reposting Anon207's comment from earlier today because it was unaccountably eaten by Blogger. Sorry, Anon207 :(

Anon207 has left a new comment on the post "Lo Imperdonable, ep. 41, Monday, July 13, 2015: Ca...":

In Nanciyaga's defense:

It's been relayed to her that Veronica is the "Mala Mujer" who destroyed Otra Patron's life. Martin's been running around saying Veronica is bad, Martin's been running around with Padre saying he's going to destroy Veronica etc. etc. EVERYONE in that circle knows Veronica is a Big Ol Ho and Sleep Around Slut who goes around destroying lives.

In recent episodes, though, Nanciyaga has NOT been calling Veronica the Mala Mujer. Despite her jealousy of Veronica, Nanci deep know feels/knows that Veronica is NOT a bad person.

But she instantly knows/feels Emiliano and Virginia are bad people & she knows something is up with Virginia tracking her down issuing warnings.

The problem is Stupid Martin isn't listening to Nanciyaga and/or using his brain cells. She's said a couple of times that the lady with the light hair is BAD NEWS. Veronica has said Virginia is bad news. Doesn't he know there are 2 V necklaces?

Martin wants Veronica to be this bad girl and now he wants her to be this good girl and Veronica really should leave him until he figures himself out.

That was my delete, per the rules.

Thanks! I thought I was being kicked out! LOL

"Thanks" is what was missing from the original comment.

Ok, Diva, duly noted. Thanks for clarifying that. I do hope you leave the comment in place for now (Anon207 makes an excellent point).

Anon207, you have most certainly not been kicked out. Please see Diva's comments above. Thanks!

NovelaMaven- good recap girl.
CrazyCrazyCrazyCrazyCrazyCrazyCraaaaazy
Marty. He is doing himself in Royaly. Poor pitiful stupid man. Whatevers coming he deserves. Stupid jackass.
Virginia is not only a lying foul mouthed bitch, shes a bit of a racist (if thats not aloud blog moma delete it←↑).
ITA miss Maven. He need to do something. Vero has been turned every witch way but loose. He done got on my last nerve.

NovelaMaven, thanks for a witty and detailed recap. My dvr cut off the last few minutes so I'm glad you filled me in on Vero hearing the conversation between Marty and Padre. Ouch!!! These two are having a bad time making up. I also really doubt she can just brush these words off.

Vivi, your question regarding all these people going back and forth between towns intrigued me too. I know that Pierre has the boat but who is doing all the chauffeuring back and forth. I don't think Teo and Romeo are round the clock employees! Lol!
