Tres Veces Ana # 120
Sneaky's recap posted below!
Sole and Leonore talk - Upshot, since Sole is blood Leonore has totes forgiven her.
Everybody is gussied up for Llora's thing and Abue gives Leonore a sparkly necklace and earrings.
The older gals send TioM upstairs to light a fire under BadAna and when he knocks and asks is she decent she strips down to her teddy before she trills come in to his immense discomfort. And then she shimmies back into her little black dress as he tries not to watch, and makes him zipper up while she makes some innapropriate remarks about what a hottie he is. This performance causes him to try to explain to her that there are different kinds of love and they shouldn't confuse them, but BadAna isn't confused one little bit. She knows who she's in love with, the man she puts above all others. Marcelo, tioM guesses. Noo she usta be into him but its totes over now, he's not the man she loves more than herself, and she winds herself ever tighter around TioM inching closer and closer to his lips, do ya wanna know who it is? it's... it's...
Me! Announces Inaki coming in and breaking the mood. And even though BadAna goes along w/him, she doesn't have a happy face or voice.
TioM gets very serious and says he and Inaki need to have a discussion while BadAna gets finished dressing. As Inaki is stuttering and stammering about how he's honest and hard working and crazy in love w/BadAna, she's gloating to herself that TioM looked jelly of Inaki.
Tio gives Inaki his blessing as long as BadAna agrees to marry him and he takes her far far away from her sisters and him. (Maybe he'll taker to Egypt, they can visit Denial. Oh wait, most of our characters already live there.)
Sue and Julietta get to the reception and give BAdAna dirty looks
Abue and Leo tell TioM they wanna help Sole. He disagrees and doesn't want to talk about it.
Also he broke up w/Sue so they can't be friends w/her.
Inaki mentions to BadAna what a near miss Sue had. Why, she could have ended up thrown off a bldg too if she hadn'ta broke up w/TioM. And all this time he thought his biggest challenger for BadAna's affection was going to be Marcelo's ghost, tsk.
Analu and Remedios arrive and are welcomed by Abue and Leonore. Marcelo and Old Flame look on approvingly
Abue and Old Flame clear the air and admit their technological flirtation and their enduring love. And its back on! For good this time.
Hugs and kisses.
Facundo gloats at Ramiro. (Imma condense here, for dropping bombshells this stuff was surprisingly boring and hard to focus on)
And confesses all his crimes to him
Facundo killed Evaristo for his betrayal and generally being a liability and also the girls' parents in revenge for a business betrayal.
Ramiro rants and raves.
Facundo has/had some crazy plan to bring Marcelo over to the dark side and make him his successor.
Val and Llora play. Slowly and morosely.
Facundo says this is Llora's very last performance, and lets Ramiro listen to the recital on his phone, his henchie is there getting it all for him.
Ramiro agonizes.
Llora gets up and speechifies. She'd like to thank everybody who was ever nice to her. And she's happy Leonore is fam for realz. And forgives Tio (way too public a venue for this stuff imo) and loves'er sisters but she's gonna dedicate the night to Ramiro, wherever he is.
And now Nerina's gonna get up and sing w/them.
(oh shoot I missed somepin when I tuned out while Nerina was singing)
Now we're at the circus, but Nerina's still singing, but BadAna is wearing a different weirder dress. And Llora is missing. (aw man, what did I miss?)
Abue's friend congratulates herself on her matchmaking.
Analu does her thing.
Llora is getting out of a cab in the woods and asking the cabbie to wait for her. She remembers meeting w/BadAna away from the pension. When BadAna saw her on stage last night and all the things she said, made her feel ashamed. Ramiro came over to the house looking for Llora but BadAna didn't tell him where to find her but now she'll tell Llora where to find him.
And now she goes into the cabin in the woods and finds and unconscious Ramiro and starts useless shouting questions at him.
Val arrives and pays the cabbie and tells him its ok to leave now he's the lady's novio. He's learned from Marcelo, he's got his hand out of sight on the gun in his waistband the whole time.
Sole tells Chana she wants to ask Evaristo if the stuff Leonore tolder is true. Chana says Ev's dead. I don't know when or how, but his spirit came to tell me goodbye. But I know stuff too and Leo's story is all true, and Ev did a lot of stuff to that fam in revenge for yr mom.
Inaki runs into his dad backstage. Dad is overjoyed to see him, but Inaki is a snot. Tadeo has to go on stage and Inaki climbs up to the rafters and remembers BadAna tellingim during sex that its time for him to prove his love for her, and he starts sawing on a rope up there, presumably to kill Analu. But Marcelo is prowling around backstage doing his bodyguard thing and sees Inaki and trains a spotlight on him, spooking Inaki to climb down right into Marcelo's waiting beating. But Inaki rallies and Javi comes backstage just in time to see him clock Marcelo w/a convenient 2x4 and knockim out. and now there's Analu crying over her poor hurt love and stunned Javi saying he doesn't know what happened.
Llora finally gets Ramiro to wake up and he tellser Val killt Gina and getser to help start to free him (something about his spine and pulling something out? ewww) and in comes Val. He's been waiting for her.
Welp that's it for me, its been crazy-making fun while it lasted. Thanks for letting me be part of your recapping team, and thanks to the other recappers. Especially Ria, who makes it possible for me to post.

We had two happy families, a recital of Llora, a performance by Ana Lu, Erni and Rodrigo patching things up - and meanwhile Ram is still missing and no one is worried, Marcelo has a terminal brain tumor - no one is worried about that too. They are master compartmentalizers indeed!
And how did our great fighter Marcelo got beaten up by Inaki and hit over the head again?
Wish they weren't cramming things in like this...
What should she do first?
A. Think it is your lucky day and look in your purse for your Trogans?
B. Ask him what the hell he is doing there and who did it, taking notes allthewhile.
C. Tell him how much you love him and other small talk while giving Vin Tin time to arrive
D. Cut /untie the forking ropes off his wrists and prepare to be discovered.
E. Get out your Cell Phone and take some selfies, because AnaLet aint gonna believe this shit.

1. Will AnaLaura and Ram somehow get out of their predicament and take care of
Valentin?
2. Will Marcelo be taken to the hosp, where he will have his tumor removed. If so,
who will protect AnaLu?
3. Will Javier, having witnessed what Inaki was up to, intervene and try to
help his brother. If that happens, I hope he isn't hurt,or worse yet, killed.
I'm sure there are more, but these are what first came to my mind.
Virginia, yes - an exciting episode tomorrow in advance of finale. So I think Inaki has run away, having hit Marcelo, so the only question for Javier is will he tell what he saw? And you are right, they are probably going to take Marcelo to the hospital and try to extract the tumor.
You know the one thing that bothers me about these last couple of episodes is that we do not have a clear hero – either masculine and feminine. Everybody seems to be fending for themselves. Nobody to save the day for Llora and Ramiro - I really don't see how they will get out of there, unless they figure something out themselves – like Llora will stab Tin and they run away. Same with Marcelo - this tumor removal would have made for a very intense development 10 or 15 episodes ago, but now it is somewhat anti-climactic after we have just observed about two weeks (months?) worth of selective memory and playing house with Ana Lu.
I was surprised Marcelo had trouble with Inaki, even with Inak having a VERY DULL knife.
I assume Ram AND LLora will both be tied up until Monday night at 10:25
I wonder if LLora still wants to make beautiful music with Vin Tin. Do TN characters ever realize they are so stupid that they kill themselves? This might be a backup plan for AnaLetMeSnuffOutMySis to get rid of Llora.
Yeah, Virginia, that Tumor is having a rough ride lately, it is probably ready to get out of there.
correction: Trojans maybe?
toa
Except most of people who know who he is and are not his Dad want to kill him, some he knows about, and some he don't. hint:initials ALM
Maybe LLora can sneak one of those hypodermics and stab Vin Tin in the Eye. That should slow him down a little. I hope she is happy.
And thank you for reminding about Mariano. This: "he was either all in, or clueless." is exactly right! I couldn't tell which it was. It looked like he was trying to get her to confess undying love towards him, presumably so he can be sure she needs help, but he held her a little too tight for that. Very unnerving scene with a major vomit factor there.
As for Ana Laura, what about taking out her cell phone and calling the police as soon as she saw Ramiro tied to a bed. Duh! She and Ramiro are so stupid they deserve each other.
A pick ax to the head might be just what Marcelo needed to get to the hospital and take care of his brain tumor. I wonder what he will be like when he is conscious again.
A lot of plot lines to be resolved and we had to hear the Nerina, Laura, Valentín act and see the Ana Lucía act. Boring at this point in the story.
I really don't think this is what the producer had in mind. It shows that they've shot a lot of scenes, and Univision is only showing bits and pieces.
What was that last night? With so few episodes, this is a mess. So as is being pointed out, MarkyMarc won't be saving anyone's day outside of stopping Inaki last night. Inaki was fighting pretty well for someone who couldn't move his arm the other day. That was one quickly healed gun shot wound.
THe editing also was off. I get life was going on, but did we need a recital and a show and the make up seen with Abue and Rod...good lord.
And after what we saw with Mariano and Claws, we have him standing there like a loon as AnaLoon smarms all over him again? That made no sense at all.
This painting of AnaLet being so seductive and powerful that men will lose their s*** over her is stupid. Mariano in that moment, no matter how good he is to his remaining two nieces now, does not deserve Viri, so that needs to be buried.
And what the writers did with Inaki is not true to the character. I get he fell in AnaLet's web, and he is greedy for the money, but all-in on killing a woman he knows, I would have thought there would be some guilt, more hesitation, more looks of confusion. That's what we've seen at every step so far, but in the rush to wrap this, it's like people have lost their subtleties....or someone has written these finales who didn't watch prior episodes. I guess they are going with the idea Inaki has lost his mind and he'll be the expendable one, since I doubt they kill off AnaLet.
SO now I truly worry how all the truths come out and who is left standing in this tale. Llora better stop shaking her head at Tin and get her act together to save her butt and Ram's. (Anyone else want to scream when Ram was watching the cell show and then starting apologizing to Llora like he did something wrong. Maybe yeah, he didn't slap her silly and yell "let me get a word in edgewise!!")
Poor Javier.
I'm almost afraid at what lunacy we will get as wrap up.
But only a little.
When Mariano entered Ana Leticia's room and saw her in her lingerie he should have just walked out and closed the door. Why did he even take the chance of her coming on to him? That scene had Ick Factor all over it. Inaki walking in was the wild card and now is Mariano convinced that Inaki is the one Ana Leticia loves? If so how the hell did he have the brains to acquire his fortune?
There couldn't have been that much of a time jump if Inaki's shoulder still hurts. And now we have to wonder whether Javier will tell what he saw.
Ana Lucia needs to remember that Marcelo warned her that her life was in danger.
Absolutely on the money that the first thing Ana Laura should have done was to take out her cell and call the police along with taking a photo as evidence.
daisy, "And what the writers did with Inaki is not true to the character. I get he fell in AnaLet's web, and he is greedy for the money, but all-in on killing a woman he knows, I would have thought there would be some guilt, more hesitation, more looks of confusion". Absolutely! So well stated. What occurred with the attempted murder of Ana Lucia and the battering of Marcelo had absolutely nothing to do with the earnest (yet troubled and confused) rather shy Inaki speaking to Mariano about loving Ana Let. This does not compute.
Virgina, what a terrible position for Javier to be in!
Jarifa, "Mariano sure looked like he was all in with Ana Leticia letting her 'woman handle' him". I kept telling myself the moment she goes in for the kiss, he is going to shake her off in anger and pull back. But now, I'm not sure! He seemed totally unnerved by Inaki's appearance so we will never know what might have happened. Darn it!
UA "When it morphed into the Cirque du Soleil show I was wondering what happened and did they forget Ramiro?" I could not for the life of me figure out what I was watching and did not get the switch from the small venue to the big top.
While Inaki's plan was thwarted, I am very worried for Laura and Ramiro. Kirby, your idea of taking pictures was of course what should have been done but I admit that didn't cross my mind and likely did not cross hers either. If they get out of this, it will only be by dumb luck. There is no Marcelo to swoop in and save the day.
Interesting comment about a clear lack of hero Ria. I do think that title might belong solely to Ramiro...
Miguel, this slice and dice job is very disheartening with only 2 episodes to go.
Diana
Miguel, I agree about this ending feeling suddenly rushed and cut/pasted. Lately Uní seems to always be in a hurry at the end of a novela and does not seem to give it the care it deserves. It seems they just want to move on to the next one. At least with this one we are getting a two hour finale (1.5 hour episode with .5 hour "Los secretos de 3Veces Ana").
Diana, they are sure playing with the viewer leaving us with that ambiguous scene. : (
Three minor observations. I loved when Ernestina rolled her eyes on hearing from Mariano that he and Viridiana had ended it.. She then went over and greeted Viridiana. Her look said: What a doofus when it comes to women! If only she knew.
Second, I loved the scene between Mariano and Inaki in Ernestina's office. Inaki's stumbling and bumbling was more proof of what a gifted actor Pedro Moreno is.
Finally, why are Mariano's jackets always so short. I get the style in shorts jackets, but for a tux?
I will do the arithmetic for you. lsf'8*(lfz)-LKdd = 75 minutes of actual show after commercials.
To halfass tie this up you have a few options:
A. You can run pretty much the whole remainder of the show in double or triple speed the way they sometimes do on nature shows to show development over quite a long time period.
B. You can simply forego most of the still hanging plots and just show the unraveling of AnaLetMeDie and her lovers.
C. You can clip along as you have been doing, then in the last couple minutes have a terrorist escape from Guantanamo, swim across the Gulf of Mexico, and shoot them all.
TOA
Maybe they will just do a fast forward and show us how they all ended up even if they do cheat the viewer of all the action.
Too bad they might ruin this thing with the ending.
Diana, I completely agree that for Inaki to be willing to kill Ana Lucia and fight Marcelo to the death is out of character for the guy who read Ghoulieta's diary and realized that he killed his own brother. His reaction to that was right out of grand opera or Greek tragedy. That he knows Ana Lucia and was friends with SantMarc should have prevented him from sinking lower. Who is to say that if Ana Leticia allowed him to live much longer he wouldn't get in bed with her and see Ana Lucia in his head as the voice of his long damaged conscience?
We now have the modern version of the heroine tied to the railroad tracks -- or a Wes Craven horror film -- with Ramiro paralyzed by drug injections and Ana Laura with a leg prosthesis in an isolated cabin with a crazed killer whom they previously thought harmless. Even if she managed to clock Valentin on the head with a blunt object there is still Facundo and/or his goons to worry about. Outnumbered on all sides. If there isn't a modern deus ex machina to get them out, Leonor would need to remember that cabin but how will anyone know that anything is wrong?
I'm truly ashamed that both Televisa and Univision are sacrificing proper story telling for shock value and adding poor editing to the mix.
Just go ahead Tio. Goats and sheep and cows are not shackled by your human taboos. And they do pretty well, um.. except when it comes to us humans if we are hungry. Have some fun. Then kill her. Ha Ha Ja JA
toa
We are getting tirades from villians as if we will have all the wrap up with explanations verbally told to us and then throw in some rock 'em, sock'em scenes. When you consider, we have to maybe give at least 10 minutes to any possible pink bows in this mess, by TOA's calculations, we have an hour for all plot lines to wrap.
My guess - Inaki gets killed off, and that brings all his family together in one brief makeup scene.
I still think Mariano will now be a target, which will make AnaLet go nuts, and none of her past secrets will be revealed to family because, well, she's nuts and they still lurrrvvvv her. We'll get a fade out in her padded room, all gray, with her smearing red lipstick for eternity.
Something will happen to kill or injure Tin.
Facundo has to be bumped off..and that will be valuable scream time wasted.
Then there's the sister reunion with Soledad, Marc's brain surgery...yeah, I"m not feeling too warm and fuzzy that we will get a decent send off, especially if it's a diced and spliced one to rush to the new show.
Back to our current episode: Valentin should end up a quadriplegic and in a prison-related facility. Nerina will need a shrink (let's get the one from PyP who treated Eladio) so she can move on. She gets her stolen money back, buys Danz Aire, and becomes its Mother Hen.
Facundo needs to die and Ana Leticia needs to end up in a prison-related manicomio. She is mentally ill but not criminally insane. This frees SantMarc who has to survive to live the life he wants. It also frees the other two triplets.
UA, "We now have the modern version of the heroine tied to the railroad tracks -- or a Wes Craven horror film -- with Ramiro paralyzed by drug injections and Ana Laura with a leg prosthesis in an isolated cabin with a crazed killer whom they previously thought harmless". You nailed it. Perfectly.
I also agree Inaki will die. I'm surmising that the writers want to eradicate any sympathy factor for him so have decided to erase any trace of him having a conscience. The man who cried like a child after "rejecting" his mother and realizing he'd killed his blood brother was not the same man cutting the rope to end an innocent woman's life without (seemingly) a scintilla of regret or hesitation.
Diana
PyP did not feel extended; it had 137 broadcast hours and a three-hour finale. I think there still were a few loose ends, but this series has the potential to be the record-holder. It could also out-do the sadism we've seen recently since we now have a comparatively helpless female victim, a mastermind villain with no conscience, and a sick dude who is divorced from reality.
Whether she is dead or alive at the end of the series the other two and the rest of their relatives will still wonder what made her the way she was. We were never told that she was dropped on her head in infancy or suffered from any major fever that didn't get to the other two.
I would like all her secrets to be outed because her surviving relatives all need to know what she really is. They will then need to see shrinks to recover and move on.
I'm just sitting back and reading/"listening" to the discussion today, because you are all on point, and I have no words for the mishmash we saw yet again last night.
I might be the only one, but I actually enjoyed the scene of Erni and Rod making up and deciding to go for it. It thought it was sweet and not overdone. It's probably the only scene I enjoyed. I found both the recital and show scenes long, boring and superfluous.
My brain kept trying to compute the scene with Tio and AnaLet. It seemed he was trying to test her, to get her to admit her feelings. But it also seemed like he was feeling something as well, and that's highly disturbing. You dodged a bullet with that one, Viridiana!
Ria, that’s my take. Tío most def wasn’t clueless about what Ana Leticia was up too. If he’d gotten her to the point of confessing her sick “love” for him, there’s no way she could make excuses about what she’d really meant when he’d try to force her to see a shrink. But Iñaki walking in took Tío off the hook. Tío doesn’t believe she loves Iñaki, any more than she loved Marcelo. But having Ana Leticia marry Iñaki and the two leave town asap to, as he said, go far away from Ana Leticia, Ana Laura, and him (Tío) is a lot less messier than dealing face to face with a sobrina with incest on her mind. But Ana Leticia sees Tío not backing off from her as proof positive he wants her too and she’s not going to leave town for nobody. The writers should hang their heads in shame. They put Tío in a tight clench solely for the icky train wreck factor that can boost ratings.
So not fair that Iñaki beat super tactical Marcelo. Hated it.
I loved when Ernestina rolled her eyes on hearing from Mariano that he and Viridiana had ended it. She then went over and greeted Viridiana. Her look said: What a doofus when it comes to women!
Mati, I loved this scene too. So true to life.
Loved Ana Laura finally reaching Ramiro, no matter how asinine it was as TOA describes it so well. TinTin likes to weave stories and take his time. So something tells me the lovebirds will find a opportunity to overpower him. Didn't Ramiro tell Ana Laura to reach for something under his back? Did he manage to swipe a weapon?
They may also be saying that Inaki is too much at the mercy of his hormones to not have been played by Ana MeMeME. If he survives and ends up in prison he will have the rest of his life to punish himself for this. However, I think either she or Facundo will kill him before this is over. In fact, they might do so now for his failure to kill Ana Lucia during the show.
I didn't mind the scene with Rodrigo and Ernestina. It was a little awkward because it didn't get the build-up that was in the AARP romance in LFdD, so I think it should have happened about 10 episodes ago. There needs to be senior romance once in a while.
If Facundo was dumb enough to leave the cabin only in Valentin's incompetent hands Ana Laura has heroine potential here. She can knock him out with a blunt object, tie him up when he's unconscious, and find Valentin's wheelchair to help Ramiro. During which she still needs to call the police.
I thought what Inaki did/was going to do was in character. He's like a mafioso who loves his family but kills others indiscriminately. He is Sonny. I think you all have been way to kind about his greed and temper. He was actually smiling when he hit Marcelo with that plank. Like he had been wanting to kill him for a long time. No hesitation on trying to kill AnaLucia. If Facundo finds out Inaki is a dead man for sure. Also, I worry that he loosened the rope just enough that someone else could get hurt while the show continues. Maribel maybe?
I thought the scene between Rod and Ernie was wonderful. I actually teared up a bit.
Mariano has been so confused that he was waiting to see how far AnaLet would go. As uncomfortable as it was I think he needed that to put away any doubts he had. I think he got his answer because he told Inaki to take her and go far away.
With Marcelo down, and I too hope the tumor is removed at the hospital, who will save our tied up Ram and weak AnaLlora. Oh how much do I want AnaLlora to be able to fake out Valentin and show some true strength and save her lover boy!
Sole didn't show a lot of emotion about Ev dying. Still cares only about herself. Didn't care how much it affected Chana. Chana should find a way to keep her there. Oh and Leo did exactly what I thought the writers would do when we found out that Sole was a sister. They used the ol' sangre de familia to justify helping her.
RIa..I completely agree that this novela lacks a true hero...as well as a believable plot and characters that make sense. Do the folks writing and producing these things think that viewers no longer want or believe in heroes?
As for TIo's weird behavior, perhaps he has had some incestuous thoughts of his own..ickyick.
And Inaki..how the mighty have fallen. That testosterone has caused him to make a lot of bad decisions. Was she worth it?
They will then work as a team to resolve some of the other issues. It would fulfill Chana's prediction and for me, anyway, make up for some of the recent limitations of her character. I would really like that.
I do feel Iñaki had remorse for what he was about to do with Ana Lucía. He couldn't look his dad in the eye when he ran into him before the show and he looked ashamed when Javier caught him bashing Marcelo on the head. My guess is after killing his brother and Isidrio, he figures he's going to hell anyway, so what the hell.
Niece: Ram asked Ana to reach under his back (obviously at his spine) and remove a tube (with needle I am sure). He told her to just yank it out he could stand the obvious pain.
I thought Tio was trying to set a trap for AnaLet, his being the cheese, but I wondered how big a bite of the cheese he was prepared to surrender to spring the trap.
SoleBad is unworthy of anything, including air. She gave a rat's ass that the one person who loved and protected her since infancy was dead. Her only concern was finding a suitable replacement. She and AnaLet are filled with the same blood. AnaLet is just younger, smarter, richer and prettier. (if you also like plastic cars, I'd bet)
The best/most touching scene was when Erni told Rudolf she had never forgotten his shiny red nose...er..um..wrong story. Um when she told him she had never stopped loving him, and gave him an appropriate, non-sloppy peck on the lips. Majic.
Valentin's only weakness now is that he is completely wacked out cukoo for cocoa puffs. He is crazy enough to believe Ana is still interested for maybe long enough for her to do S O M e T H I N G..not to include standing there and crying.
Aaaaarrrghhh
t
I agree that SoleBad is still selfish. I wonder what a judge would make of this situation. Mariano is swimming against the tide in his objection to getting her released and he will ultimately have to cave but Ernestina and Leonor's blood ties trump that.
Call me crazy, but it looked like she was trying to unbutton his shirt. Maybe to help him breathe? Not that breathing was his problem... maybe I saw it wrong, because it seemed a bizarre thing to do when a guy's tied up and paralyzed in the woods.
And notice that Ramiro didn't bother telling Laura that Tin can walk. Those should have been the first words out of his mouth. "Tin did this and he can walk!" Ramiro continues to suck at explaining things. OK, so he's had some sedatives. Still. Just once, I'd like him not to bury the lead.
Hmm, wonder if that blow to the head killed Marcelo's tumor. Would that be too crazy for this story? 24 hours ago, I would have said yes. Now...
I liked the Rod & Ernestina scene. It was one of the most coherent parts of the episode.
Uncle Mariano, I just figured that he needed to hear AnaLet say it in her own words before he would believe it, but dang that should have been close enough to suit convince him. Drat Inaki's timing. (At first, I thought that whole scene was a dream sequence for AnaLet, turning into a nightmare with Inaki's arrival.)
Miguel: "It seems like Univision wants to end it ASAP and they're editing the episodes that Televisa delivered." I agree - the editing last night was absolutely horrible, especially (but not only) the abrupt shift from the recital to the circus. That's not editing; it's butchery.
What makes me really mad is the way they bumped Yago in order to give this show special treatment, and now they're treating this show just as shabbily.
On the other hand, if Univision is airing the episodes exactly as they received them from Televisa - then the writers not only dropped the ball, they lost it entirely.
Or maybe they were told at the last minute that they had to wrap it up in five episodes when their original plan was for 15. I can kinda see that happening.
But whatever happened, IT SUCKS and I am dreading these last two episodes like I have never dreaded a gran final before.
I readily admit I don't know what is going through Inaki's mind but I had forgotten that he did act sheepish with his father and likely was clearly ashamed. As well he should. Sigh.
I agree with those who said they liked Ernie and Rodrigo. I thought it was nicely done and it totally fit with what we'd expect from these characters. Ernie is a lady and he is a gentleman. The eyes filled with tears, the gentle embrace and short but very meaningful kiss. Made perfect sense.
Diana
If Anaboohoo has enough strength and sense to free RAM, perhaps they can overpower vileVal. However, she has not been very proactive thus far. Maybe some adrenaline will suddenly course through her veins and she will become the hero. ...or, at least, untie the hero so that he can bash that nutcase Val and actually make him need that wheelchair. I need some wins for the good guys.
I hope that the singing , dancing, and scarf flying are over . I have had enough of that. And tell me again why Maribel was in this telenovela.
Admittedly I am clueless. Those dresses must serve some other purpose than making us fellows wonder if the girl who just left is the one who arrived earlier.
Nerina and Tadeo are going to need each other when they both discover the truth about their sons.
t
AB feels the same way! I stumbled across a video of her voicing the same opinion. Go to this site to hear what she says about them cutting scenes
http://www.latintimes.com/tres-veces-ana-telenovela-angelique-boyer-frustrated-over-univision-cutting-scenes-387326
Has anyone at the pension noticed that Orlando is missing? Maybe Anibal fired him so they figured he left town? I guess the body hasn't been found yet. Newspaper headline: "Oily Punk Found Dead with Dumb Expression on Face"
I was excited at the prospect of a limited series, the writers have power to form a complete story knowing when it ends. I understand the complexity of making the daily shows but you'd think overall the ending should be the strength so... I think the only explanation is that their hands were tied, they had to cut down on the final couple of weeks, frustrating for all.
The journey has been a blast, I laughed out loud with the clever recaps and comments. thank you all!
Not sure my Spanish is any better. Why would you name a child "soledad" doesn't it mean loneliness? and not in a convoluted, latin-y way.
thanks again and what is next?
And please writers, Ana Laura taking a cab ALONE to a hut to find Ramiro truly requires Viewerville to screw their beanies on to give one collection headache.
This was a good TN until Uni decided to chop it up at the end. Shame.
Just too dam convenient.
Marcelo ain't too tough when it's not a smaller framed woman, a man in a wheelchair or he hasn't a gun. What a wanna be badass.
I screamed to untie or call but at least Laura removed the spine drip and wonder how long it takes Ramiro to regain the use of his legs.
However, I think Rulli would be ecstatic! He's older, seems like a great father to his son, is very close to his family and definitely adores her. I can see him smiling as he holds their baby ( a little girl would be nice) in the crook of his arm.
I'm getting carried away. She probably had the flu.
Still say this TN went in another direction at some point...maybe it started with all the Flashbacks and suddenly making this a story of the old geezers revenge scenario. It doesn't ring true, or it was some last minute idea because they hit the wall on how to deal with the sisters ( who should have been the main focus). All this sideline of 30 year old revenge is nuts, boring and just not the way this should have ended. I get the Gloria/TIn scenario, the rest of it should have been left in the circular file of the writers room.
I'm on the edge with Tio. I want him to be setting a trap, or just trying to find out if his adorable little Sobrina needs help...a LOT of help..the kind he shouldn't give her, or if the reason he hasn't 'noticed' before is because he HAS noticed.

We have a taxi driver gone, gone, gone long ago. It can be assumed we have some henchgoons stationed outside who miraculously took no notice of AnaPeg arriving in the said taxi.
Some contraption rendering Ram paralyzed, for lack of more clinical verbiage, has just been removed. But Moppy has returned before the wrists have been freed.
I can't dream up any scenario which does not bring into play my meteor or aliens that will save our pair.
He still doesn't know about the murders.
Javier needs to grit his teeth and call the police.
You know, we have all wondered aloud that maybe Valen-Tin should get paralyzed for real. If he has been in his wheelchair for five years by choice except in private, it must not bother him too much. Maybe he is just too lazy to walk to begin with and really doesn't mind.
I didn't know what AnaLlora was doing to Ram's back and I'm glad we didn't see it. Ewww is right!
So Fac decided to tell a soon to be dead man his life's secrets. What proof though will Ram have when he lives? Ram's biggest problem through this whole show is know one believes him the first time.
Ok having read the comments now it looks like I didn't miss anything and they went straight from the recital to the circus. What??? Ungh.
And maybe I'm perverse but BadAna coming on to TioM doesn't gross me out. Maybe its b/c I know they're not related in r/l or b/c I just figure her fixation on him is part of how messed up she is and crazy people get a different standard or something but her behavior makes sense in the context of her character. His behavior otoh does not. He's the one I just can't understand and he's the one who needs a good slap. If he ends up w/a happy ending of any sort Imma be pissed.
Javi and Tadeo are the most likeable/least annoying characters in this imo, if they make Javi cover for his bro they could ruin that.
But I was wondering if the cutting the rope plan was Inaki's or BadAna's. If she tried to explain what she wanted during sex, he may not have been totally focused on the plan part, ifyouknowwhatImean andIthinkyoudo, and may have been cutting a totally useless rope, also if Analu made it backstage right after he hit Marcelo her show must've ended, so Inaki's timing wasn't too great anyway.
thanks everybody
I had my WTH moments with last nights epi.
I thought tio was pissed that Inaki walked in, not because he is jealous, but because AnaHorney couldn't finish her dying love confession. That would have sealed the deal in his eyes that she needs psychologicl help. Now he just wants to send her away.
I could have done without the recital and Dance Aire show. I couldn't believe that Inaki hit Marcelo over the head like that. Bad move on the writers. Now that Mar is knocked out how is he going to be the hero and protect AnaLu and save Ram and AnaLlora? Too much to wrap up, too little time.
I too enjoyed the scene with Erne and Rodrigo. At least that wasn't left for the last five minutes.
I think that the two confessions from AnaLet and Inaki will be the way everyone finds out about their crimes. How they get their hands on those cards is up to the silly, crazy writers.
Thanks to all the recappers for all your hard work. I have not been on the patio as a commenter, but I have read every single recap. And they have all been exceptional.
Hasta Pronto!
This episode was so confusing, it made me angry because it didn't make sense.
This episode was so confusing, it made me angry because it didn't make sense.
Cynthia, Sue is Viridiana... so named because when we first met her, we didn't catch her name and she was suing Mariano.
Anyways, thanks for the recap. This show still sucks, but reading these recaps have been the highlight.
Hasta Pronto!
"As Inaki is stuttering and stammering about how he's honest and hard working and crazy in love w/BadAna, she's gloating to herself that TioM looked jelly of Inaki" and "Val and Llora play. Slowly and morosely" were among my favorites but I laughed out loud at "Maybe he'll taker to Egypt, they can visit Denial. Oh wait, most of our characters already live there". Great fun...
Tadeo and Javier are top on my list of favorites as well. I share the concern of others on the patio that Javier may end up hurt. Of course, he is going to be devastated emotionally (as well as his father), but I hope he doesn't end up beaten. Or worse.
Their can't be punishment too severe for Valentin or Facundo.
Thank you for all your hard work Sneaky.
Diana
Carvivlie - you are so right even if Ramiro wasn't too doped up to remember all the things Facundo said nobody'll believe him. I was surprised Llora just accepted what he told her about Val killing Gina w/o a big song and dance about it.
Julie thanks, I just moved away from the tv for a minute and then when I got back I was all 'oh crap what did I miss, and I'm not recording ungh'.
Editing? what editing? There should be a special word for the chop job they do on these tns. (still not as bad as what they did to Reina de Corazones though)
Michelle - I hope you're wrong, I don't want Javi to die :(
Lord, we have Chava (Rambo) in the Everglades with a spinal tap and we are watching Greta from Fin del Mundo sing. Next....
Ramiro was Mr. Teflon in F d Mundo, he could use some of that luck now. It will be cool when he faces Fecal again. I wonder if they would show him actually beating him and Valentin to death. TNs usually like a bit more sterile killings, but in this case, an old fashioned beating might redeem the writers.

Abue and Old Flame clear the air and admit their technological flirtation and their enduring love. And its back on!
I would appreciate knowing this information and hope that someone would post it again for the umpteenth time!
I really appreciate your posting
My fave: Tio gives Inaki his blessing as long as BadAna agrees to marry him and he takes her far far away from her sisters and him. (Maybe he'll taker [sic] to Egypt, they can visit Denial. Oh wait, most of our characters already live there.)
Facundo is now in denial along with most of the others. His son is nothing like him. SantMarc is a good person who has been used by evil ones for their own ends. Here's hoping he will finally have that brain tumor removed or that the diagnosis was wrong. However, with only two hours left to this (I haven't seen last night's yet) I don't see how he can do the necessary heroics to resolve the situation.
Despite what he now knows about his father I would not want to see SantMarc having to kill him at the end. That's a memory nobody should have to live with. In the Orestian trilogy the Furies haunt Orestes after he kills his mother to avenge his father; it could be that Aeschylus had awareness of human psychology and how the conscience works.
Here's hoping we don't see him with a shaved head, either (I don't like his hair being shorter than it is in this series). My friend's head wasn't completely shaved when she had her surgery, but considering that she couldn't wash the remaining hair for several weeks after I can understand why shaving the head is often a better option.
As to the cut rope at Danz Aire, someone will recognize it as having been cut. And I hope Javier doesn't get hurt, either. He doesn't deserve this and neither does Tadeo, who is already in line for a tragic revelation.
Thanks for your many wonderful recaps of this novela. I got started watching this after everyone else and slowly caught up. But I was reading recaps and discussions all long the way and always enjoyed your great contributions.
Enjoy the last couple of episodes.
